Leslie Lam: Went here about a month ago and is one of the best massage places I’ve ever been to. I had this pinched nerve on my lower back for months. I went to chiropractic sessions and other massage places, but they were never able to fix the problem. After I left from here, the pain immediately went away. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. They were even able to fit me in with a short notice!

Jason Wikstrom: Difficult to schedule with ghosted replies to appointment requests for pre purchased blocks. Masseuse services are decent but unfortunately scheduling difficulties greatly lessons the experience.
Emily Sukolics: Jordyn was amazing! She is always so great at explaining why she does techniques which I really appreciate. I walked out feeling more connected to my body, with some new tools to keep a little looser, and relaxed as always.
Madeline Wetta: I've seen Jordyn twice now and already think she's the best massage therapist I've ever seen - this from someone who's regularly received massage therapy in multiple cities. She is skilled, flexible, and compassionate. She's created an amazingly safe and welcoming environment for people in marginalized bodies who might not always feel inclined to receive massage. I will continue recommending her to anyone in the metro looking for massage therapy, and making the trek from South OP for myself.

Sabrina Chew: I have been dealing with a rotator cuff issue for a year plus and tried chiropractor, acupuncture etc but to no avail. I went to Charity and she was able to pinpoint the location I was hurting and work on it. I felt an improvement after going through the body core work massage.
Tim Robbins: Charity Smith is by a wide margin the worst massage therapist I have ever been to. Charity actually cancelled massages with me more often than she held her appointments. On multiple occasions, Charity cancelled massages just a couple of hours, and in one case only 10 minutes prior to the massage. Booking these massages typically meant moving around the rest of my schedule and telling other people I wasn't available during that time. So it was incredibly frustrating to be cancelled on repeatedly at the last second. I would strongly suggest that you consider a different massage therapist. Charity is not worth it!

Kaylee Peile: The Laya team is super knowledgeable and friendly. The Laya Center space is open, inviting, and clean. You feel relaxed and cared for as soon as you walk in. I recently went to get an herbal phytofacial from Ashley - she listened to my needs and created a wonderfully calming, custom experience for me. I will definitely go back and send my friends!UPDATE 4/29/23_________________I came back and had a 60 minute massage with Simona today. Breeanna Jackson: My husband and I came here for my birthday and it was amazing! The location was easy to get to with a lot of parking available! The place is beautifully decorated. We purchased the rejuvenate package which included the cryotherapy chamber, infrared sauna, 60 min massage and a steam treatment afterwards! We left feeling so relaxed. Both our massage therapist had wonderful technique and pressure. I was super excited to hear they do up to 3 hour massages!! Everyone was so kind. Thank you for such a lovely experience. Justin Armour: Wow, what a find. While visiting KC with my daughter to play VB, we needed cryo for my daughters sprained ankle. Joe’s ability to relate to her as an athlete was obvious from the start. He asked questions about everything from the injury to her future plans, and really explained the science and benefits of cryotherapy. He really helped my daughter feel comfortable to try it for her first time. She even got to pick out her favorite song to jam too. Thank you Joe and The Layla Center for such a great introduction. I was lucky to find the Laya Center after seeing specialists regarding aches and pains I was having in my elbow and arm. The specialists told me that their was nothing I could do but just rest and give it time to heal. A friend told me about the Laya Center and the whole body cryotherapy. I started trying the cryotherapy and after about 4 sessions, I began to notice significant improvement in the pain in my arm and elbow. I also started notice just an overall better feeling in my whole body after cryotherapy sessions. I am a big believe in cryotherapy and continue to use it often. I would highly recommend the Laya Center.

Aida Baghdasarian: When I first walked in, a sense of calm came over me. It has been a rough first of half of the year. The 2nd half has been taking care of my body and soul. Joe was a great listener and recommended some other treatments to help with my radiation issues that I received in my head area. I did try the HBOT, hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, which I would do again. The first 5 minutes your ears will be hurting, but pain will go away. You can take an actual book in there to read, no phone or tablets. I had a tablet and was told it could ruin my battery, so I took a nice nap in the pod. Then it was followed up with a 20 min infrared sauna. They have a great selection of tea. I am not much of a tea drinker but ordered the one with Tumeric. It was delicious and not your typical tea. And lastly, IF THERE IS PEACH COBBLER, YOU NEED, YOU MUST PURCHASE IT. YES ALL UPPER CASE FOR PEOPLE IN THE BACK TO HEAR.. This peach cobbler was vegan, I'm not, but it was so .... sooooooo delicious! I am planning on signing up to be a member. Happy Day all!

Jennifer Hoyer: The facility was really nice and clean and I enjoyed the sauna and steam room, and all the kind workers but SAM! What a great massage! Sam has such a special talent, a very kind heart and a true desire for helping people. He worked on areas I didn't realize were problematic, but the massage was made even more meaningful by Sam's true investment and care for the wellness of his clients. He has a lot of knowledge in many different areas, seems to enjoy problem solving and offered me some great ideas of things to try to improve my health. He really makes an effort to listen and engage and do all he can for you, I've had plenty of massages but none like that. It warmed my heart that someone unknown to me until that appointment would have so much compassion and concern for me. He is a very special human being. I wish I lived locally but if I'm ever in KC again, I will be back! Thank you, Sam!

I’m also a single mother of 3 boys and manage my own small business. On my journey I learned I needed to take better care of my well being if I wanted to survive. I would say this goes for all of us in many ways. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. As a single mother I was hesitant to fork out funds for a membership. However, once I realized I would be saving money and focusing on my health and wellness it all made sense. I have an essentials membership. Sam is a great masseuse and very knowledgeable about health and wellness in holistic aspects. Jordan the hairdresser cut my hair yesterday and I absolutely love the way it looks. Jay at the front desk is so kind and helpful. Rammie the life coach has a passion to help others. Heath the owner wants to share his gifts/knowledge with the community to create health and wealth in many ways. My facials there are amazing! I’m also very impressed by their skin and hair care line. You get a discount on all products & services outside your membership. One last thing, their yoga & Pilates classes are also included in my membership and the instructors are passionate and knowledgeable. 10/10 this place is worth every penny! My monthly membership is 111$. It comes with a choice of a facial or massage, a hair care service, full access to sauna and steam rooms, VR room, gym, and life coaching per month. Such an affordable way to stay healthy.
Dora Mendez: I was visiting from out of town and made an appointment. The waiting area is quite a relaxing and they have snacks, water and tea for while you wait. It was very cute and bohemian.They appointed me Sam and he was fantastic. He paid attention to all my areas of concern and left me feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time.He even left me a note with suggestions to relieve stress and a meaningful quote.If I’m ever in the area again I will certainly be booking him again.

I felt so relaxed during my time with her and she allowed me to relax too by not trying to fill in the space with talking I only want her to do my hair now :)It felt like a meditation and I loved that this peaceful atmosphere was present throughout the whole building when she gave me a tour and explained the other services that the club offers.

Antoine Roston: I experienced something I never ever thought about. I met Angel at a Business show case. She educated me about Colon cleansing. Gearing up for a colonoscopy, I thought I'd give it a try. Happy I did, as I felt better, been regular afterward and don't have much to clean out for the procedure, I left it all at Natural High Wellness. I love Angel's passion and knowledge about what she does. I highly recommend this establishment. I added a funny pic I took while on the table going through this experience 😂😂😂😂

Rebecca Lindesmith: The online booking system didn’t work and I called and left a voicemail over a week ago never got a return call and then when I finally got Caitlin on the phone it was clear she could care less about getting me in during my visit to Kansas City. Instead she was overly excited to tell me that this is the busiest time of year and it’s very hard to get in…she had to repeat it three or four different times while barely giving me a chance to speak. I will not be returning to this clinic as a result of her. My last experience was quite enjoyable and I did look forward to returning on my visit to Kansas City.

K. T.: FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC! I haven't been since 2014 when the building was on 75th it has truly grown and been upgraded with more service and more staff. I just did colonics and the steam spa but they have so much more to offer now. I an definitely going to indulge myself in some of the newer services they offer and you should too.

Chuck Green: This place is like entering into another world, a paradise of soothing music and relaxation. RaChelle was my therapist and she was amazing! Very kind, considerate, and professional. She took her time to explain the services and answered all my questions. I actually fell asleep during the massage it was so relaxing. All of the ladies there were very nice and friendly, and professional. I have had the pleasure of meeting Angel as well and could tell how she is passionate about her business and how much she cares about her staff and clientele, and that passion trickles down and shines through all of the ladies there. Highly recommend. I would give it 10 stars if I could..lol
Shauntice Wallace: I loved the experience. I got the ion detox footbath. I would not recommend you waste your money. If you youtube ion detox footbath. It is a scam, There is no evidence that toxins can be removed from your body through your feet. I will be making another appointment soon. This time I will not actually put my feet in there. The water will still change colors. I love the whole place. I just don't like to be lied to. My next appointment will be for the colonic. I am excited about that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE FOOT BATH. DO YOUR RESEARCH PLEASE. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR ONE OF THEIR OTHER SERVICES.
Patricia McCreary: Love the love offered at this spa. Its so warm and inviting. The owner is amazing and Rochelle is the best massage therapist in the whole wide world. I highly recommend you treat yourself at natural high. You will truly walk away with a natural high.
