MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Mario Palmitesta: Very good service, but NOT FOR CANADIANS.I had a Rapid Covid Test to travel next day, but never received the text message with the link to fetch the result, because ... they cannot send text messages outside of USA.Took me a while to find out a phone number to talk with someone at the clinic instead of the automated menu system. After that they helped me to create an account and login to retrieve the result. Took more to retrieve the results that going there for the test.Apart from that, everything else was fine.
Liz Wiebe: I checked into the minute clinic on time. After 30 minutes I knocked on one of the doors since I saw it was slightly open. I asked if she was with a patient. The nurse came out and with a rude tone of voice told me I would need to wait patiently for the NP. I don’t mind waiting and I definitely can be patient but it is the tone of voice and rudeness with which she spoke to me. I am also in healthcare as an NP and I understand being tired with Covid and the pandemic. However, part of working in healthcare is having some manner of treating people with respect.
Regina Thompson: They are very helpful and understanding very professional
Jessica Nichols: I drove out of my way just to come to this clinic because of it's positive reviews, and I'm very thankful that I did! The nurse practitioner, Kelly Schelich, took her time with me and never once made me feel rushed, explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. I felt her care and compassion for what she does. I was a walk-in and waited maybe 2 minutes before being seen, which was wonderful because I was diagnosed with a double ear infection, bronchitis and a sinus infection. She sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy and I only waited 15 minutes for them to be filled. Every single person I encountered was willing to help and extremely polite. I will definitely be back in the future!
Brianna Misenhelter: Listed as a free clinic. It is not. They gave me a piece of paper with healthcare options for folks who are not insuranced and half of them are closed. Was going to purchase some gloves we're misspriced at register, $6 more.
Rosa RR: The APRN that assisted me when I needed minor medical treatment was very kind and polite. She took her time to explain what she was going to do and how she was going to do it, the whole shebang. She was very considerate with my morning routine so she didn't keep me more than need be. I loved her service and professionalism. Moreover there is certain staff that works at the store itself that are a bit too rude and sketchy in my opinion, giving the store a bad taste to some people that are new to it. Overall, the store itself is very organized from other CVS stores I've walked into. They're more efficient in speed with transactions and returns.
Jacqueline Belden: Nurse practitioner Amanda Perkins was empathetic and attentive, and took great care in diagnosing and treating a painful ear infection. I was called back in under ten minutes (definitely reserve your spot in line online!) and sent home with a treatment plan and prescription in under 15. None of us wants to need an urgent clinic visit, but when you do, I highly recommend this MinuteClinic.
Nathan Bailey: I was seen - given a prescription for my ear infection and out the door - IN UNDER 30 MINUTES!!! (with appointment made online) I'd leave a tip if they had a jar.
Sally Ulianich: Went here for treatment of a sore throat/possible strep. There was no wait, the appointment took maybe 15 minutes & the NP was very knowledgeable, helpful & kind. My prescription was ready quickly & the pharmacists were also polite and helpful. Overall, a quick & easy experience. Glad to have this close to home.
Jeff Bell: Boo ya!

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Anthony Perkins: The NP Christie Finney was very kind, helpful and informative. She addressed my issue and gave me advice on a couple of other things she noticed, for which I didn’t make an appointment. It was her time, and she certainly shows she cares about people. Thanks!
Renee Lei: Dr Maria has been the reason for my family to return to this very location for medical consultations and treatments in the past two years. She’s efficient and super helpful. She goes beyond to help her patients. She’s a rare gem.
Adrian Crowther: The only reason I ever try to go here first is because my insurance covers the visit totally free. Last night tried to use the online virtual visit to get a prescription refill for ear drops for my kid and was given some excuse for why they wouldn't do that. Last time I went in person (for asthma related cough) I was quickly ushered out of the room and told that they couldn't do anything for me and to try a different urgent care
Allison Piszczek: The nurse practitioner Maria went above and beyond to help me receive my medication when I was having trouble. She stayed past closing time and was kind about the whole thing
Sean Barnett: They do not take walk-ins. I sat there for 30 minutes in an empty waiting area. Not one person was seeing a doctor. Finally, he walked out and said we take walk-ins if a spot is open. I went to three locations, and not one person was in the waiting area or the rooms. Rude Doctors.
Michael Jenkins: I should have trusted the reviews before booking an appointment here. Why would you encourage someone to book an appointment when you aren’t even on time? My appointment was at 12:30 pm. The physician didn’t see me until 30-35 mins later! If you are scheduled to go to lunch at 1:00 then you need to be TIMELY! This establishment is so unprofessional and rude! Completely unnecessary to waste my time.I’m appalled at the customer service or should I say lack off!Stay away!
Rhonda Sherman: Nurses were extremely rude and only seemed interested in diagnosing me with Covid. I am vaxed and boosted with a severe earache. She tested me for Covid (result negative) and told me to take Tylenol. Worthless trip. I would not recommend.
Jessica Richey: After the experience I had today I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone for their Healthcare needs. The nurse was very rude while checking me in to see the nurse practitioner. She was doing her pre-screening and asking covid questions. After concluding that it's possible of exposure, she states that the minute clinic would not see me. I explained that I took 2 at home covid test and they were negative. She then got out of her chair and began to wash her gloved hands like I am not human anymore. She told me it didn't matter because the home tests are only 30% accurate. Then she showed me the door. I have never been treated that way by anyone in the health profession. She didn't even suggest anything for my symptoms or somewhere that would treat me. And why are at home tests sold if they are only 30% accurate. I don't understand why I was treated with such lack of compassion that nurses are known for.
Garrett Edwards: Wouldn't prescribe me a medication that helped me the week before because it was a "recurring" illness when it was only "recurring" because right after symptoms subsided I drank alcohol too soon which is what caused symptoms to recurr. Also wouldn't let me wear my face shield so I didn't get anxiety, and forced me to wear a mask. Which both are useless in stopping covid anyways.
Styling Star: I had a terrible experience with the nurses they are very unprofessional & rude .I will definitely not be going back
Lloyd Boothe: After 4 attempts to schedule a drive thru appointment, each time being prompted to find another available time, I gave up and attempted to call the listed number. 3 attempts more being left online to listen to music, I never did reach anyone. Total time spent was more than 50 minutes. No success!
Bryan Worthy: We got in right away. The nurse was extremely helpful and friendly. We would come back again if needed.
Amanda Munden: At Minute Clinic we diagnosis and treat per the recommended guidelines that is supported by research. We do not prescribe the wrong dosage of antibiotics as that other post would suggest. We do what is best for our patients and all of our treatment is supported!Minute Clinic providers have no control over the Kiosk or the online "hold your spot in line" that system is run by corporate and when the kiosk goes down there is nothing the provider can do. When everything is running smoothly we of course honor the save your spot in line 😀
Adam Becker: Booked online this morning for 10am. Got here and there were 4 people in front of us. Dr says kiosk is broken, then why did it let me schedule? Back at 2pm wait time online says 4 minutes as we sit here at yet the scheduling sheet is booked out until 440pm...what is the point of wait in line scheduling if they dont honor it.
Alicia Determan: The doctor was kind and the space was clean, but she gave a totally improper dose of antibiotics. I went back to a different clinic after a miserable week of no improvement, and my new doctor put me on more powerful medication at the proper doses. I saw tremendous improvement immediately. (He said what I was prescribed at the MinuteClinic only made sense for a 40 lb child.) Even though the system is efficient and the MinuteClinic truly is convenient, if the treatment prescribed is incorrect... that alone makes this facility ineffective and overall harmful to the patient.

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
davi t: Worst minute clinic I’ve been too.
Kristin Kandt: I have always had the best experience here. A great asian female nurse helped me with a long infection, and when I had a cut on my lip a male nurse saw me in and out without charge as it only required a mere look to make sure no stitches were needed. Kind and helpful staff - and they can be quite busy. They work to accommodate and the care for me has always been good - and helpful when I walked in with severe urgency. Five stars.
Alaina Pfeffer: The Dr my son saw was great. He was nice to me and my toddler, and as gentle as he could be checking his ear (ear infection). It was a quick and pleasant experience.
Greg Chantelle Budzynski: Please don’t advertise walk ins for a clinic that doesn’t actually offer them. Hours for lunch are also posted wrong online from 1-1:30 not 1-2. I needed to be seen same day as I’m from out of town and wasted hours and Uber costs to be told that the online information was incorrect and I couldn’t be seen. Don’t advertise walk ins. Period.
Mary Manning: I went to this clinic on 21 Sept 2021, I saw Nicholas White NP. This gentleman was awesome. He was extremely kind, caring, and listened. A huge shout out to the pharmacy, my meds were ready in a minute. Thank you Mr. White, and the pharmacy, made to work in time.
Anna Donnel: Waited 40 minutes with an appointment just be to told I could not be seen because my symptoms were too similar to Covid. Even though I already had a negative covid test. It was bronchitis btw.
Denise Jambor: Ignored our confirmation email about our appointment and wouldn't treat my 2 year old son because He was not in the system ?!
Nick: Not a long wait took care of the issue and I was out of there! John Dietrich was very professional and caring as well as informative. This guy knows his stuff and taught me alot in just under an hour!
Rose Circello: I went on a Saturday afternoon. 3:30 Wait time 50 minutes. Good experience. They ordered my prescription there for me. Wait time 35 minutes. My pharmacy closes at 5 so glad I had it filled there.
Dan Novak (Prime Time Real Estate): They charged me $172 for a 2 minute strep test. Now I know you can buy 25 strep tests for $40 on Amazon.
nicole clark: If I could give them 0 stars I would! Our daughter was seen not once but twice and misdiagnosed ! She had a fever for 8 days and was told it was a virus! We finally got her seen by a pediatrician who diagnosed her with double ear infection and fluid in her lungs the start of pneumonia ! These minute places should be shut down or trained properly ! Checking ears and checking lungs are super basic skills!
Lindsey Owens: Not good. Went in for concerns of possible pneumonia & wanted to be proactive but the NP asked “proactive, how?”. My response was that I wanted to catch a bacterial infection early if that is what I had and he said “chances are you more than likely don’t”. Listened to my lung sounds and sent me off on my way with no good explanation for my symptoms. Not good & a huge waste of time. Felt like he disregarded all concerns.
Jennifer Calovich: The practitioner, John Dietrich, was very friendly and informative. I've been here 3 times and I've never had to wait very long. Usually the approximate wait time at the check-in kiosk is accurate. I always check to see what the wait time is on the website before going and pre-register online.
Zyglo vote: I went to this Minute Clinic for a flu shot as a walk in and my 20 minutes wait time shown on sign in screen became almost 45 minutes because the nurse or whatever she was decided to move another walk in ahead of me so I became a walk out because from the looks of the other walk in their problem was not that bad as it was a child that was playing and laughing with parents while waiting.
Bettyel Zemichael: The Nurse pract. Was very rude and rushed me even though nobody was waiting... I received treatment with no refill. Now 2 months later I have the same issue and have to spend even more money on a specialist...if she had taken the time to actually listen and research to see what was the best course of action in sure it would have been better. This was my first and last time going to a minute clinic here because of the poor service.
Eugene Ismailov: Rude NP. Sent out of the office because "she couldn't wait while the insurance card loaded" on my phone after having waited for over an hour being next in line.
kdzzack: Walked right in, was evaluated, picked up prescription, and out the door in 30 minutes.

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Fancy Nancy: An intelligent person knows when they're coming down w something...it's better to nip it in the bud immediately...the nurse told me to come bk next week..that it's viral and non treatable...she didn't give me anything..no antibiotics..total waste of my time...I'm still sick and I will go to urgent care tomorrow and get my medicine...don't go here...her braids are too tight
Kendra Saunders: Becky is the absolute best! I recommend this location just because of her. She actually takes the time to listen & understand what you’re saying, instead of rushing the appointment. my new Minute clinic office.
Jaleesa Williams: I should have read the reviews before coming here. Makes no sense how I scheduled an appointment and I’m still sitting here an hour later. But not only that she comes out and tells me that my apt is 30mins long and the next persons is 10 so she takes him first. If my daughter didn’t need a physical for track asap we would have left. Never again
Rosé Ava: Becky did an amazing job and was so helpful in sharing useful information with me.
Sydnie Gerber: Very rude staff! Not accommodating at all. Sad that they are in health care because they do not care about you or your health in the slightest
Emma Ludwig: I literally do not have a single positive thing to say. Save. Your. Time. And. Do. Not. Come. Here. Rude staff, staff has no regard for appointment times / your schedule. What even was the point of me making an appointment, if I’m still Waiting here 50 minutes later. Like if I could make this 0 stars I would. Do not even waste your time. Go see the ladies off Vivion road. Repeat. Do NOT even waste your time.
Kyliah Sharkey: Went in and was told I have bacterial pink eye and allergy pink eye-both. I was prescribed antibiotics for my eyes. I went to another minute clinic a couple days later for something unrelated and my eyes still were not healing and the lady at the other place said I in fact did not have bacterial pink eye and it was just allergy pink eye and just needed allergy drops. So I bought allergy drops and it was cleared up in a day. Not to mention I had a terrible experience and the ladies there were rude. I won’t be returning.
Christina Adams: I was turned away from this clinic for a basic urinalysis for treatment of UTI, and was told it was due to extra Covid protections in place regarding anyone with an autoimmune disease (aka, if you have any chronic autoimmune condition right now, you cannot be seen at any urgent care or minute clinic). Apparently this is standard at the moment. My issue is with the way I was spoken to about this. I am well aware of and take responsibility for my health issues, I am not uneducated or inexperienced with navigating healthcare in the US. I was given a garbled, incomplete reasoning, and was brushed off despite communicating that I am not on immunosuppressive medication and am not at high risk for Covid-19 complications. I was then quite literally shown the door, which the medical assistant could not bother herself to even stand up from her chair to open. So now, I must attempt to find care elsewhere, all the while risking a complex infection from waiting too long. Please hire someone who can speak eloquently and with mutual respect to patients. We all have pandemic fatigue, not just you.
KRISTY WALLER: This is the worst minute clinic I have ever been too. The person on duty scolded my for coughing in the waiting area . ( Which I had the second appointment of the day and I still waited 25 minutes past my appointment . ) Told that's why they have mask out there and I need to get one on. She later said I didhave a low grade fever, sinus infection and bronchitis. She said to take Mucinex and prescribed teslaan cough pills and an inhaler. But said I did not need and antibiotic. I called my doctor upon leaving who called me in a z-pack which is needed with the sinus infection and bronchitis. I would not recommend anyone go to this clinic.
Jaime Cusick: Well, I had an appointment about 45 minutes ago, I got here an hour ago, only one other patient has been seen and I’m still waiting. Maybe it should be renamed the Hour Clinic.
Zachary Kertz: The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and efficient!
Ali AlQaysi: Alyssa was beyond phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable, and Smart. She was super skilled with her shots as-well. When I got my flu shot, I felt literally nothing not even the pinch!. I’m very impressed!
Lori Ridder: Not a good experience. Registered online but still had to wait over an hour.

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Linda Pham: I was seen for a respiratory issue by NP Kelsey Wicker in 4/2023 and was told that I could not be assisted and that I should attempt to see my primary care physician. Due to the inability to receive assistance, the NP stated that I would not be charged for my visit. I received a bill for a copay the next month and contacted CVS customer care. They stated that even if I did not receive assistance, I would still be charged because I had a scheduled visit that I attended. The NP was misleading and gave me incorrect information about billing which led me to believe that I did not owe for my visit, adding onto the frustration of not receiving assistance for a common respiratory issue.
Tom Wyker: I came in because of horrible eye pain. Waited an hour to see doc. She told me nothing she could do without even looking at me. I asked where to go and she started talking about the procedure but I just wanted to know where to go. She got upset with me and said @im trying to tell you”. At that point i got up and left.
Cason Cramer: Terrible the people were very rude and stand off-ish
Kara Litzau: Went in for a sports physical for my son. The nurse practitioner (PA?) was lovely: Personable and quick. No wait.
Pablo Klunel: Please don't waste your time. I didn't mean 5 star! I'd give them a 0!!!!Made 2 appointments 1st time nurse had nobody in the clinic and said since I didn't receive text I never had an appointment. So I made another. Still no text sent. No appointment?Worst place I've ever been!!!!
Aphex: Took over an hour after scheduled time for them to call me in while one of the doctors peeked out the door at me twice then proceeded to call someone in with a later appointment.
S H: I made an appointment and went tonight. The nurse practitioner was a very nice person. She was thorough and she cared about her patients. I saw her take care of two other people before me. I will be going back. She was much better than the urgent care I went to on Monday. She gave me a thorough exam and test results.
Janie Seymour: I scheduled appointment for upper respiratory infectionI got call from NP prior to appt time. She basically blew me off saying I needed to get Covid test prior to being seen. Ok. And blah, blah..."all our CVS locations are booked for testing days out". Why not post this on website. I got tested same day lat a very efficient, friendly urgent care.....Negative. I will never recommend the CVS Minute Clinic on Vivion
Arlene Bolger: Wasted TWO days with this place! Don't waste yours. Spend your hard earned money with a place that will give you the proper care you deserve.
Megan Stebar: Terrible service the person would always argue with you and you tell them whats wrong with you dont waste your time going the guy will argue didnt get any information on what to do to feel better
Eweneek 5: What a Joke! The Phone call I received, after scheduling a visit, said your location cant fix my issue and I had to go to Urgent Care facility.Google "Urgent Care near me" and guess what?? YOUR location as well as North KC location shows up as URGENT CARE FACILITIES!Got it taken care of and Rest Assured, I WILL let ALL I know about this Stupid Game!!FYBJ5FV
Nancy Imber: When you're in pain and misery you never take time to read the reviews. Just happy to find a provider that can see you immediately. Lesson learned! Upon arrival, I stood next to the reception desk waiting to be acknowledged. After about 3 minutes, I asked, "are you open"? (I should add this was mid-day with no one waiting). Once recognized, I was seen by the nurse, then nurse practitioner. Both seemed friendly and helpful. The main problem I have was I later learned from my PCP, whom I saw 2 days after, that CVS misdiagnosed me. I was even told by my PCP to throw away one of the medications prescribed by CVS. Before contacting my PCP, I called CVS hoping to discuss other options as I had already seen AND PAID them for the same issue 2 days prior. I called the number on my CVS minute clinic paperwork only to find it does not reach the individual clinic I was seen at, but what I believe is a central location. I told the representative my issue. She told me she would relay this to the provider I saw and to expect a call back. It's now been over 24 hours and still no call.
Savannah Murphy: Went here scheduled an appointment was on time early even waited for over an hour and they gave my spot away After the lady had just told me that it would be a 10 or 15 minute wait which turned into a 20 minute wait don’t waste your time here
Michelle F: Dont waste your time and money here. I went in for something very basic that I only needed antibiotics for which is listed as one of the things they treat. I was charged $130 to be told to go to the ER! She wouldn't even give me antibiotics. Went to the ER and the Dr wanted to know why CVS didnt start me on an antibiotic, that's all I needed! Now I have to pay ER bill as well as CVS. Crooks !
Donna Jenkins: Have been here before and found nurse practitioner a little rude. Just tried to ask a question and got shutdown by same nurse practitioner. Dealing with a sick kids left in tears will not go back.
Brad Hartmann: This is a con! Do not waste your money by going here. The first nurse I saw knew nothing. After 10 days and only getting worse I went back just to see if i could get a antibiotic. I was not informed this visit since it was just for new meds would cost anything and they charged me again! On top of that it has been 4 weeks and im still coughing bad and up at night. They hardly checked anything when I went there too. Extremely poor service.
Fastaslightfiber: Had to set appointment online for DOT physical and still wait all day.
Ellen Bardy: Sooooo slow!!! ER faster@!!!
Jennifer Russell: Great Provider and great service. Don't pay attention to the low ratings as most people don't know you don't need an antibiotic for a viral infection, and the cut off time varies for administrative tasks. Don't be afraid to go here for excellent care!
Cheri LePage: My adult daughter went there and they told her she had a viral infection. She is now in the hospital with a horrible infection from an misdiagnosis Strep throat. She will have to be there probably for 5 or 6 days she's so sick. Very unhappy with her experience and hope she never returns.
Steve Scantlin: That crazy woman has pissed me off twice and thinks she is God. They need to close this clinic and kick her to the curb! There is no help happening there! So go somewhere else!

NextCare Urgent Care: what do users think?
Jennifer Taylor: Everyone was very kind and polite and caring. I limped in and they got me a wheel chair. The nurse at the end suggested another clinic close by that I needed for follow up care that I could potentially get same day.
Candace Linder: The staff were awesome! Brandi at the front desk was very sweet and answered all questions if needed. She went above to help out other people when they needed assistance. The back staff. OMG! So amazing and funny. Both the ladies that cared for me while I was doing my physical were so funny and so easy to talk to. Both are named Sarah, one is Sarah J, who took my initial questions and VS plus when she had to give me a shot, it was not felt. The Second Lady is Sarah D, who is NP. She did the rest of my physical and answered all questions. If I have to ever get another physical again I hope it is with all these ladies. Thank you for the laughs and brightening up my day… I wish all the best to these girls!!
Shannon Evans: Waited over two hours to be told they can’t help me because they don’t do that type of thing there. They could’ve told me that when I checked in!! Extremely frustrating.
Brandie Legaard: The nurse, doctor and staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. I was in and out quickly, very happy with my visit.
Gideon Transportations: Very nice and professional workers
Sheila Woolard: Fast and VERY FRIENDLY service! Great job ladies, you all were one-point and efficient! Thank You so much for all you do!
Margie Lowrey: It was quick and efficient when I went. Everyone was helpful and professional.
Albert Buckler: seem genuinely concerned about you as a person
Karly Kendall: Friendly staff. Nice facility. Was able to make an appointment and then didn’t have to wait too long. Doctor was very knowledgeable and personable and helpful!
Adam Shidaev: Terrible!!! I can’t get my test results! Nobody responded to my phone call. They app is useless. Safe your money and time
Brian Klippenstein: Friendly and capable staff and Dr and this time it was very efficient, nearly no wait. Compliments.
Janette Jackson: Next care is Very clean. Very efficient. Incredibly nice. And you don't wait hours to be seen. Moved through patients extremely smooth. Excellent service and care. Thank you so much!
Lucille Estrada: I had a fantastic experience. I came in early in the week to ask some pre-visit questions, and the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. We scheduled my appointment for a couple of days later, and again, the two different receptionists who received me were great. The check-in was easy, I was seen quickly, and Alicia (I hope I spelled that right) and my doctor were both very professional and sweet, and put my mind at ease. I got good news, but even if I hadn’t, it would have been a good experience on that end. I’ll definitely be coming again if I ever need help.
Judy Domann: Friendly staff and very quick to have answers once I was seen. There wasn't a long wait but not too many people there.
Shell P: Worst experience ever! Charged my credit card for balance owed. Then called me said I never paid. Emailed credit card statement to prove i paid. They said everything is good. Then month later get a bill saying I never paid. Can't get a hold of anyone to resolve matter. Waiting on hold for 30 minutes no answer. I pay my bills. Now they want me to pay again cause they can't figure out their error. Waited for hours. Then got into a room and the doctor forgot about us for another hour. Don't go to this location.
Vane Eccleston: The staff was nice and courteous
Rana Lacer: Easy to make appt online. Short wait on arrival. Efficient, friendly and professional staff.
Mira Barnes: Brandy, Alicia, both Sarahs were so helpful and kind! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and they worked very efficiently with me. Thanks!
Lee Lee Ann: Sarah J is a professional staff, very friendly and welcoming.
Jessica Marie: Very helpful
Carol Black: Staff was extremely friendly. Very helpful. Service was pretty fast considering what we had going on. The Sarah team rocked! Kept us in stitches which was a good thing.

Caduceus USA: what do users think?
Nicole Taylor: Understaffed extremely long waiting overall, horrible experience would not recommend employers to send preemployment here.
Dawn: I have worked for this company for almost three years and it has been a GREAT place to work. Yes, we have had some questionable employees who weren't team players but we believe in giving everyone a chance to succeed. As with any company you will have disgruntled employees especially when they do not want to adhere to company policies and engage in fraudulent activities that end up getting them terminated they in turn have to have someone else to blame. We have a GREAT team at Caduceus which includes providers, physical therapists, and medical assistants who all have longevity.
Kimberly Brake: Would not recommend to anyone as an employer.Facility Nurse Practitioners Annette and Judy are amazing and the only positives to this company. It took less than 4 months of employment to see that through the false promises of supportive leadership and awesome benefits. The “awesome benefits” were unaffordable and the clinical management is micro managerial, unsupportive, disrespectful, poorly leads by example, unapproachable, and lacks the soft skills necessary to cultivate a growth geared work environment. Bullying should not be accepted in any environment, most especially in healthcare. There is a harmful lack of accountability with the facility’s leadership staff and is, with no doubt, a key reason for the incredibly high turnover rate. Steer clear of this company when possible.
Nakesha Hargrove: The lady here are great!!! They were able to get me in last minute. Thanks for going above and beyond
HeavyFaith Tv: I have an ocd.. so for me it was clean in there office an it smelled clean in the bathroom . so yeah overall the staff was friendly an helpful.
Trisch V: Although the wait can sometimes be longer than desired at times, due to many drug tests, work comp issues, etc., I have always experienced good customer service and care. Their core values state "Be nice 100% of the time." During all my visits, I have not witnessed anything beyond this (and the waiting room is almost always full). No, it's not always convenient to have to wait, but the care I received during recent injuries has been above expectations. They have even stayed later instead of rushing me through because it was closing time. Thank you.
Bianin A: this place is an absolute sham. if you have sleep study showing you don't need a cpap machine they will force you into getting one anyway. they don't care what your personal doctor says and ignore the d.o.t. rules on it. stay away because they're obviously getting kickbacks from sleep study and cpap machine companies for being a dishonest d.o.t. medical card certification site.
Juan Valdez: The incompetence of the employees is stifling. It's as if the ladies at the front desk have no idea how to do their job. I waited well over an hour to take a drug test.
