Jane Burbank: Needed to reupholster an armless chair and ottoman for our bedroom - after reading the reviews decided to schedule an appointment. These guys are great - once fabric was selected (with their help), they place you on their production schedule. We were so appreciative that they could select delivery date so accurately once they picked up our furniture. We're extremely pleased with the final results - workmanship is spot on - couldn't be happier and would give then more than 5 stars if I could!!

Rick Harper: The guys at Forte were great to work with. My wife and I had a couch and a love seat that were falling apart. We were on a budget, but wanted them to look and feel great. Chris and James met with us researched some options and got back to us with several ideas and price points. We were able to choose what fit us best and still get the look that we wanted. They came and picked the furniture up and brought it back and put it in place better than they were brand new. Our experience was great and we would definitely use them again.9/30/14 Update: So we had a slight problem with one of the couches, the fabric was not holding up well at the point where the back cushions attached. I talked with Chris and James, they said "no problem we will take care of it". Then we left on vacation. By the time we came back the couch was fixed and everything was perfect. You don't get much better service than that! Thanks Forte.

On top of that he had a major attitude behind it all so I just left and will never do business with these people.

Angela Dudley: Very helpful staff. I shopped online for a sactional before coming to the store, and I was glad I was able to check the different options out in person. We decided on a deep configuration with the standard foam. I love that we can build onto it later if we want a different configuration, and the covers are machine washable. The staff also told us about the heroes discount for educators, emergency responders, etc., which saved us money.

My husband and I wanted different things in a couch, so within about 15 minutes we started to really see the appeal of this product. We especially appreciate Candace and the sales experience she provided, she was very informative and so helpful- but not overly pushy. With the available Heros discount and financing option, we are so excited to enjoy our new sactional with more options than anything else on the market.

C. Sheldon: The company has too stringent of policies. One, they were hyper covid and eliminated their on- site installation, which is quite time consuming and difficult if you have several pieces. Two, they only offer 60 days on all exchanges, which is not acceptable since it takes so much time to unbox and put together. I am not sure if I would buy again or not. It is a definite choice between inconvenience which is a one star and versatility which is a 5 star.

Carol H: I recently brought in three couch cushions to be remade by Martin and his crew. The couch was a family heirloom from a friend of mine (about 100 years old), and while the body was in good shape, the cushions were trashed.The first step was to find fabric that would closely match the existing upholstery; Jeanie came to the rescue and after only five minutes of perusing the available samples, showed me a swatch that was almost an exact match for the fabric!The second step was ensuring that the new cushions would have sufficient height and firmness. Martin took careful measurements, asked me about the preferred density of filling and cushion height, and we placed the order.Once the fabric came in, all three cushions were remade and ready for pickup within three days! They are SO comfortable, look great, are well-made, and have given an old couch new life.Martin's crew was kind enough to not destroy the original cushion fabric; they gave me the remnants so that my friend could make "memory pillows" for her family and always have a bit of her grandmother's couch in her home.Thank you SO much to Decor Upholstery for your expertise, your craftsmanship, your speedy work, and your dedication to customer service! It's so nice to have such a great business right here in Waldo!

John F: Very good selections, prices seemed a bit high on several items.I visited At Home on Barry Road recently and I was impressed by the variety and quality of the products they offer. They have everything you need to decorate and refresh any room in your house, from rugs and pillows to furniture and kitchenware. The prices are also very reasonable and they have a rewards program and a credit card option. The store is huge and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the curbside pickup and the in-store pickup are not very efficient. I had to wait for a long time to get my order and it was not ready when I arrived. They should improve their online ordering system and their customer service. Overall, I had a good experience at At Home on Barry Road and I would recommend it to anyone looking for home decor and furniture.

Two shipments in the past two weeks and both full of broken lanterns. I have been waiting for them to process the refunds but that seems like a joke. I will NEVER shop here again. I'll find a store that is concerned about the type of product and customer service they are providing.

Crista Ell: Incompetent, rude and degenerative staff. I was consistently hung up on by a “manager” named “Chris” after attempting to place an online order. I would not recommend this location.
Scot Reeser: Be aware of Crate And Barrel‘s procedure on discontinued items. I bought a coffee table 2 years ago and are missing a couple parts when I moved. It’s a part that I could order from the manufacture but they won’t give me the manufactures name and since they have discontinued, the Parson table line of products, I am SOL and I’ve been buying from this company for 20 years never again Crate And Barrel never never again. I called customer service and they reached out to their group to see what they would do for me and they gave me links to Amazon to try to buy a part which won’t fit. This is the kind of service I get from a company like Crate And Barrel I might as well buy from Tuesday morning and they’re going out of business.After I posted this, they asked me to reach out to them which I did and they said they were sorry there’s nothing they could do for me, and would not give me the manufactures name. Why did they asked me to call them in the response statement?

I've had good luck shopping there in the past as I like simple white dishes and bowls, classic design glasses, etc. I was looking for some ramekins on this trip and their selection was nearly nil. Standing off to the side while obviously shopping on my phone to find ramekin retailers nearby, I kept being interrupted by sales people asking if they could help me. "Help me on my phone?", I would ask. Automaton sales people drive me nuts. I did purchase a single glass to replace one that had broken and the cashier was friendly and efficient.

Delivered fast via UPS. 2 plates and 1 cup damaged during shipping. Called immediately customer service - was expecting long wait time and having to jump through hoops to fix. Instead, customer Service answered quickly, and said they will ship replacement right away with no further steps required from me. Received replacement within a week in perfect condition. Certainly they gained a fan - between perfect customer service and fantastic quality of purchased items and reasonable pricing, I will be a return Customer for sure.

From the UK, Target is always known to having loads of exclusives for vinyl records, funko pops etc, but I couldn't find many. Some areas were slightly messy too. On the bright side, I found Oatmeal Creme Pies, which I fell in love with whilst visiting! 3.5☆

I just left my cart full of stuff there because I think Target wants to keep it more than they want to sell it.

Everett John Graves-Swinney: I went in after 5:30pm and there were only two teenagers in the electronics dept trying to get people to change mobile services (without knowledge of when the promotion ended). They didn't know where or when the electronics person would be back. I tried to call the department with no one answering the phone for 30 minutes. I then tried to call guest services with similar results. I guess don't try to buy anything in the cases after 5:30!
