Liyi F: High-end designer clothing, closest option Kansas City has to a Saks or something like SSENSE, Farfetch, etc. They don't have a website set up for ecommerce so you have to go in person.The women's section is nice with lots of varied designers, although they could have more stock/options for smaller sizes.The men's selection is very drab-- made for businessmen, or full of uninspired streetwear and plain generic-looking clothes. There aren't many interesting or fun options (think plaid, suits, Chiefs gear, a whole stack of ugly streetwear bags instead).

Joel Cayton: I absolutely love Halls in Kansas City. It's one of the places I miss since moving to Chicago from Kansas City over 12 yrs ago. The product is amazing and it's a must if looking for unique gifts or holiday decor around Christmas. I always make sure to stop in whenever in town visiting family over the holidays. It's one of Kansas City's best shopping destinations and highly recommended to stop in when in the area.

Frecky Lewis: I had to update my review after visiting Crown Center again last weekend with my family. I'm not sure if the owners of the mall know this, but in order to sell things your stores have to be OPEN. The stores in this mall all close at 6:00 pm on Saturday. We had just finished our dinner at Fritz's in the mall, and at 5:45 we walked over to their special "Fairytale" exhibit that was advertised as being open until 6:00. We found the door locked and couldn't get in. When another family came out through the door we poked our heads in and were told by the desk attendant "It's closed." I asked if the signs were wrong and pointed out that they said the exhibit was open until 6, and she said "No, the signs are right, but we stop letting people in before that." She had no hint of friendliness or sympathy for our two obviously very disappointed children. To the mall management: If you close your exhibit at 5:40, don't advertise that it is open until 6 -- or at least, advertise that fact clearly. Knowing the stores would be closing in 15 minutes, we wandered up to the toy store on the top floor and were told even before entering the store "Just so you know, we close soon." I assured them that we wouldn't take up any of their time by spending money there. We made a few quick passes down the aisle at 5:50 and it was clear that the employees had no interest in anything but shooing everyone out. Perhaps they could have said "We close shortly, but is there anything we can help you find quickly?" Nope. No interest in making sales. Amazingly, there were countless other families wandering around the mall and surrounding area at 6:15 looking for something to do, and I guarantee many of them would have spent money in these stores. People say retail is dying; after visiting Crown Center, I can attest that retail isn't just dying, it is committing suicide.

Norma Patterson: Crown Center is the perfect place to do your shopping. The selection of stores is great, the prices are competitive. Plus, the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Rosie Hudson: My kids loved playing at the fairytale village! It's all free to get in. There are so many shops and restaurants inside. It's like a mini mall. Definitely coming back soon.

ET: I enjoy visiting this store, even though it’s out of my price range. They are always really friendly, treating everyone the same. They seem to love showing you around and sharing with you the history of the company. I learned about their trench coat and how they it’s design was made for US soldiers in WW1 to keep them warm and dry. Very fascinating. They have beautiful bags and clothing.

Our purchased items we packaged and shipped to our home address since we were out of town visitors. Very easy to work with and this location is highly recommended based on our experience.

I have 2 kids under 5 and shopping isn't easy by any means but they were very understanding and the kids enjoyed our experience as well! Zoe Branco: The staff at this location is INCREDIBLE. If you're ever shopping in the Plaza, ask for Taylor. He's an absolute gem and will take great care of you! I had several bags when I entered the store - he took them off my hands immediately so I could shop around comfortably. He was very attentive and considered my personal style when providing recommendations.They have an engraver tool on-site to engrave wallets, tags, etc, which is a nice touch for gift purchases. The store is well-maintained and has a great selection of quality items.I'll definitely be back!

Bae Logsdon: Came in on 11/07/2021. Friendly staff. They complimented the Coach purses my mother and I were carrying. The new bags though, they look poorly designed and not very appealing. They were trying to sell gloves and ear mitts at $150 each. Nothing on them said they were Coach. They only had one small "C" on them. That doesn't say Coach, that says easy knock off. Their perfume needs a new fragrance. The current fragrance is the same one they had last year at this time.

Unfortunately, the postal service messed up and returned it to Vera Bradley. The blanket was sold out online, but Shelby found one and shipped it straight to me! I'm so glad, because it's the most festive and sparkly rose gold blanket I have ever seen. It was exactly the blanket I wanted for the holidays (and maybe all year)! She was so helpful and patient, and I wish I'd contacted her sooner. Vera Bradley rocks, and the Leawood store is my favorite!
