I shared I was cold. The technician called back in several minutes and told me the call before me could wait since they were in a house. The technician then told me he would place me first because I was outside and cold. The technician arrived in 5 minutes. A few minutes later I was in my car. Never forget there are wonderful people in the world. Don't be shy and share your need. Someone will surprise you and help when you need it. Maybe an angel.

Tiffany Fisher: The key works, but takes a little effort. Have to jiggle, pull out a little, and hold your tongue just right. Not worth the hassle and wait to return and have redone.
