Michelle Layman: As a wedding planner, it’s so IMPORTANT (I’m using caps so you really feel it) to have reliable transportation for the bridal party.Think about it…the whole crew is out on the town for the 1 or 2 hours they’ve slated for photos. It‘s a hot summer day. The A/C isn’t working or worse, the vehicle breaks down altogether. Not only are they hot and sweaty, they are stranded on a very well planned and expensive day.I get it. It happens to the best of vehicles. However! If it happens at Showtime, they quickly send out their plan B. Fun fact; most transportation companies will gladly book their entire fleet so there is no plan B…only a Hail Mary.The staff is amazing.- When I need a quote or a contract, they immediately respond.- Coolers filled with drinks can be dropped off the week of the wedding. They fill it with ice, place it in the vehicle that was ordered and it’s ready for the bridal party upon pick up. Feel free to drop off a bag of snacks and case of water while you’re at it.- The week of the wedding, they give me the driver’s name and phone number. I never have to call that number because the driver texts the morning of the wedding (sometimes even the night before) to introduce themselves and wa-la! It’s right there in my phone incase I need him.- I get updates throughout the wedding day from the drivers letting me know they have arrived for the day and where they’ve parked or when they’re on the way back with the bridal party.Hands down, this is the most reliable and professional transportation company in Kansas City.Michelle LaymanEvents by Elle

Lindsey Leardi: Without Showtime Transportation, our wedding day wouldn’t have gone as smoothly & as ahead of schedule as it did. We hired a hummer limo for the wedding party and an executive coach bus for our out-of-town guests.We came to Showtime with a particularly challenging wedding timeline. Separate ceremony and reception venues, 40 minutes apart, with over half of guests coming in from out-of-town. During the busiest wedding month of the year, October. Our wedding ceremony was at Marjorie Powell Allen Chapel & our wedding reception was at The Guild in downtown KC. The limo went from the hotel to the salon to the ceremony to reception. The bus went from the hotel to the ceremony to reception. After the reception, guests were on their own and it worked out fine.Our only minor complaint was the AC wasn’t working on either the limo or the bus. Since it was October, it was bearable & we were able to work out a partial refund with Showtime. Overall, Showtime was professional with excellent customer service. We would hire them again.

Becky Herman: I rented the limo for a 70th birthday party to take us on a tour of all the places we hung out. It was a zig zaggy course around KC. The driver helped us load up, unload, got us everywhere we needed to go, showed up on time. And, because it was a group of 70 year old's, helped those who needed help getting in and out of the limo!Limo ride was smooth! We had a great time--it was a memorable celebration!

Robbie arrived early, helped load our bags into a large SUV, and was very friendly, professional and courteous. The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable and there were cold bottles of water provided for all 3 people in our party. On the way he advised that the vendors at the airport would all be closed at that hour and asked if we wanted to stop and get coffee/breakfast; just what we needed! Thank you Robbie!!Our return flight arrived almost an hour early but when we got to the baggage claim area, there was a KC Global driver Roberta, with our name on a sign waiting for us! She helped retrieve our bags off the conveyor and then loaded them into the vehicle (again a large SUV that was spotless, very roomy and had cold bottles of water for everyone). Our driver was friendly, professional and courteous.I am normally a nervous passenger but both the drivers from KC Global drove well and I felt completely at ease. Thank you KC Global for a fantastic experience and service.

Dave Rueschhoff: I met Robbie at the Airport when I was in a desperate situation to get a car key I had to MY driver from Lawrence who was stuck on the side of I29. I tried many ways to get that key to my guy before I boarded in about 20 minutes.No help from anyone. I saw Robbie standing outside my gate waiting for a passenger. I kind of rushed up and said" I REALLY need help!". I explained my problem, and he said "hand me the key I'm headed that way". Hanh Ho: Couldn't ask for a better chauffeur!! It was last minute when we were trying to find transportation service to the airport for our summer vacation. I googled search and found KC Global and thought we give it a try. The price was so reasonable and Robbie even offer a lower price for us! The whole process was so smooth! We requested a baby infant seat and even though at first they didn't have it, Robbie went out and beyond to get us one. On the day to the airport, we got a call and Robbie was outside waiting for us 30 minutes prior to our requested time! The ride was smooth and quick and Robbie assisted us until we were good to go at the airport. We loved it all that we requested his service when we came back. Our trip was a month and despite our flight complications and time change Robbie was still able to deliver exceptional service. This was our first time using a transportation service in KC and we loved it! We will definitely use it again and recommend this to everyone.
