Brandon Laughridge: LED Direct was a pleasure to work with and Scott and Dustan are consummate lighting pros! We engaged their team to install new LED lighting in two commercial properties we own. Their team advised us on how to take advantage of incentives offered by Evergy that covered a sizable portion of the project cost and boosted our project ROI substantially. They were able to complete the project on time and on budget with only a one month window (the incentives expired at the end of the year and we started in early December). I highly recommend them and will use them on future projects!

Alan Hinderer: You can find any number of companies to sell you LED lights and fixtures, but the fact is that LEDs do fail and with most companies you are on you own to find a replacement, let alone try to get a product covered under warranty. Max sold me some lights and predictably some failed. He gave me matching replacements, and warrantied the failed lights. This is AMAZING service in todays world. I am shifting my purchasing to Max for the 18 buildings I am responsible for.

Wesley Allen Weller: This was pretty good. I showed up there late about time for closing, at least by Google's website information and they had no problem worrying about the time more concerned about explaining and giving me details about each one of their Lights they had and what they have and where it's going in the future. So I got a good idea of what to help customers decide and what there needing when it comes to getting with the times, upgrading, being energy efficient and having LED Luminaires. LEDs are great way better lot of pictures now you won't even have to change the light or anything they'll stay good until it's time for all new Luminaires.

When you walk into the store, it's like being in a magical setting because of all the different lighting fixtures around. What started as an errand turned into a very pleasant adventure!

snow job: Horrible customer service! They act all nice when they sell you something but if you need to call back because something doesn't work...YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! Don't let them pull the wool over your eyes! They put in ALL THE LIGHTS and FANS in my new house and in less than 30 days one light fixture goes out and the masterbath fixture was VERY oversized (never mind the sales lady kept saying how beautiful it was and it would look great and according to the measurements they had our bathroom NEEDED a light this big). Oops...somehow she forgets to tell me that it is a special order and can't be returned. If I would of known that I wouldn't of bought it. I NEVER buy things that can't be returned. They had all the measurements and it definitely doesn't look right at all! Our master bath is all about a BIG light fixture - in an unattractive way. When friends came to see our house some laughed and others were more like oh, gosh...that's quite a BIG light fixture. What the sales lady didn't tell me is that the HUGE LIGHT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER AND COULD NOT BE RETURNED. Hmm...this is to the stores advantage not about taking care of a customer. So much for all the assurances while shopping that they will make sure everything is right. Not my fault as a buyer than they didn't tell me this before hand. In regards to the non working light fixture I was told they would charge me a service charge plus installment plus the cost of another fixture. I wasn't giving them any more of my money after hearing this. Of course they told me "so sorry"....which at this point the joke was on me. The owner talked really nasty to me when I asked how or why they don't have any customer service after the sell. They made a nice BIG sale on my whole house and this is not the way to treat customers. Hope other people have a significantly better experience than I did. Good Luck! and Buyer Beware!
Mary Claire Gustafson Brass: Best lighting has horrible customer service and follow through. I went to them in the summer to pick our lights for our town house (the builder recommended them). I had to call multiple times to get an appointment. Once I choose the lighting, it took the woman over two weeks to send me my order and put it in. She was very slow at replying to phone calls and emails. Whenever I called or responded with an email, she made it out that they were “so busy” and she’s working “so hard”. Eventually, a month later, our light order was placed minus our kitchen island lights. Everything else was installed before we moved in except those kitchen island lights. That was august. It is now November and the kitchen island lights have still not been delivered. Every time I call, I talk to a different worker on the phone who is confused, apologizes and says that they will call me back, but I haven’t heard anything in months. I do not recommend using this company.
