The Kansas City Public Library: Central Library: what do users think?
Jeremy Miller: So much fun if you have kids! They loved riding it!
Cynthia: We visited from IL and had the best experience here! Specifically, the children's area. But first, the parking garage-- it is SO cool! We took quite a few pictures of that, alone. The entrance to the children's department was so neat. It's spacious, fun, clean, has a teen area, and we happened to go during their summer reading signup. We were able to sign up, even though we are from Illinois, and we got amazing prizes for reading while we were there! The library itself was a bank, so there's a lot to history. We got to see the vault (which has now converted to a little movie theater) in the basement. There's also an outdoor area/ rooftop that hosts native wildflowers. Loved, loved this library!
Roaming Tigress: What’s not to like in this incredibly large building? I am curious to know approx how many books they house? 🧐 it’s amazingly stuffed full of goodies everywhere! My two spots of interest are the rooftop - the chess ♟️ pieces were gone prob due to needing space for the movies 🍿 shown up there. And the children’s /teens library. From the bookend benches, printed tutorials to teach you checkers or chess, huge faux tree, & much more to dazzle before your eyes!!Everything is free including the movies in the vault on the lower level. Great room for fun pics! The outside is the best with the book decor & steps that look like books. Check out our local library. You will be glad you did!!Periodically they will have exhibits on the first floor on various topics.Happy reading 📖!
Mary Brown: Great information
Julie Vaughn: Beautiful old building. Was sightseeing, looking for the Bookshelf. Stopped in to view the architecture.
Greg Bem: Stopped by as a tourist. Really cool First National Bank building. Fantastic galleries and the services all look really great.
R Cusick: Do yourself a favor and plan a full day at the library. I mean it! I got stuck there in the rain when I had planned to explore much of downtown KC, and it was a blessing in disguise. I still didn't see it all, though I did check out every floor. The first floor is grand and old-fashioned. The second floor has a neat art gallery that was holding a collage exhibition. The children's section of the library is absolutely astounding. The Grand Reading Room is a lovely space--I sat in the windowseat, read, and watched the rain. I messaged a friend where I was and he mentioned a chess set on the roof. I hadn't gotten out there since it was raining, but I popped my umbrella and took a look. I'm so glad I didn't miss the rooftop terrace! All in all, this was more than enough to fill my day, and I hope to get back again soon.
J Graham: Quite chill laid back
Ruth Frank: I love libraries, and this is definitely one of my very favorites! The historical, enchanting bank building with its surprising vault theater and welcoming, helpful staff, a new treasure around every corner!! It is a fascinating museum in itself!
Avya Thomas: Beautiful!
Brian Lee: Plenty of quite space.
Delaney Lange: So much history, a beautiful building with such an interesting downstairs! This used to be a bank and there are still original fixtures from those days including a vault they've converted into a small movie theater! Very cool. Very populated with homeless people though and some scary individuals hanging out in the bathrooms
Ray Vunovich: Great place to relax and learn. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Susan Ikazaki: The KCMO Public Library is a critical community resource. Their staff are unsung heroes. One example comes to mind: when I am using a library PC, I often observe staff members who are going above and beyond to help people who have little experience in using computers.
Gunner Meyers: Beautiful library, and friendly staff, the second floor rooftop has great views of downtown. Elevator was out when I visited and it was hard on my knees.
Brent Gieseke: Visited for Citizenship Ceremony for 2 friends.
alexander Mantilla: La lectura es cultura
Keith Nolen: Appreciated the help been a long time since I was in the main branch will go more frequent
Maya Luque: I love the KC library! My husband and I moved here for a year from Portland, Oregon. This library has been one of my favorite aspects of our time here.To start, it’s a beautiful building. I love the art gallery, the Eviction art installation, and the curation/layout of the building! From the clean bathrooms, to the comforting reading nooks, printing center, and musical events, this is my favorite library! I always feel so safe and happy here.I have truly loved my time pursuing the shelves, and am currently reading my 145th book of the year thanks to this library. Thankful for this haven of literature!
Armita: This is one of the best libraries I've visited. The design of this library is amazing. There are many elements of the book in this building. The parking garage steps are book. The garage walls are book spines. The wall of the musume is desings of the books. And the most amazing part of this library is the children's area. The entrance to the children’s area is walking into a fairy tale book. Absolutely beautiful.
Ounjanise Williams: Nice atmosphere

Kansas City Public Library: Plaza Branch: what do users think?
makayla yunker: Very bad first impression go to take my daughter on my only day off all libraries are closed and have failed to put those hours on google. So I had to drive a crying toddler 45 minutes back home because you guys can’t update your hours CORRECTLY. Worst library ever will not be returning.
Anthony James: I love the location, the peace, the quietness, and some much more about this place. I will definitely come back to visit and definitely will recommend to others.
bilohf tv: Many people in such a great place
Roame: A love a library with space and this has an abundance of it in every room. Lots of activities everywhere you look. Multiple projects and art spread throughout as well. Nice staff and also has lots of available parking.
Rick Bottoms: Great place to study if you don’t mind screaming kids, noisy patrons, or overbearing library attendants. I moved a lounge chair 10 feet to a table that had no chair and was studying for nearly two hours with headphones in, not bothering a soul when the overbearing attendant said moving furniture is not allowed. Oh, and I don’t plan on using the restroom while you’re here. The KC homeless population occupies the stalls from 0900 to a little after the noon hour to perform their ADLs.
Felisha McDougald CIC CPRM: Generally I like this library, but during COVID I have found that their general attitude is disheartening. On two seperate occasions now I have requested that they pull children's books and they have told me, though they are in stock, they have stated that it would take SEVERAL DAYS to pull to make available. Just disappointing. Updated: new amenities since COVID, and staff better trained :)
Madeleine S: Not great, and after my last visit, which was to get a new release book which was listed as available, but turns out to be completely missing this library‘s response was to just shrug their shoulders and laugh about it, like stealing was expected. I really don’t care if this place doesn’t get funding for my tax dollars because they really don’t care. The young librarian, who assisted me did not seem like someone who would’ve been interested in the book I was looking for, and he didn’t seem to care that it was missing, and it was a brand new release by the way the book was called “Spare”. So while it was upsetting, I also do not feel any angst about this place not receiving my tax dollars if this is how they handle their book reserves.
Kelly Ducklow: Love the library! Librarians are always very nice & helpful
Tejas Mallela: A public library is always a necessary institution for a civilized society. As far as libraries go, this one is fantastic. The plenty of free parking spaces is welcome. The study areas are not particularly aesthetic thought. I would enjoy more public programming and an improved interlibrary loan system.
jumka lina: I admire your work ethic and your talent
Jacqueline Anderson: Best speakers!
Elizabeth Schroder: Gorgeous facility and friendly, helpful staff. Easy, free parking is a nice bonus.
Heidi Craft: Enjoying another wonderful program at the KC Public library.
J JACKSON: Zero Stars 👎🏼What’s the point it’s always closed 😤99.9% of the calendar year it’s closed for some nonsense reason. The 3 Days of year when it’s open… it’s a Hobo Haven so that’s added bonus 😩
J Williams: This is actually the nicest branch of them all.But I digress. It is large, modern, and airy, with lots of glass and a great view. Very nice design, with a nice selection of books. BUT, Security gaurd will tell you you cant have a container/beverage, but won't tell the person across not to have a conversation on their CELL PHONE? Covid restrictions have improved it.It is such a nice location to study and get books from.
Haile Abrha: It's no surprise that the Kansas City Public Library is regarded as one of the best in the country! My only complaint is that it closes early, like 9 p.m. after covid! I hope other library systems across the country follow suit!
Kate Berryman: Parking is really a hassle here, but the resources are excellent.
Keith: Nice library. Not enough electric outlets around the tables.
Ms. Toquita Brown: They have their own parking garage. That is a plus.
Brian Huggins: Very clean and organized, great view of The Plaza area
Joel Snyder: I've walked to the Plaza Library for more than 1.5 years now and I've been able to check out several books for me to read in the 3 weeks that I have checked them out from the library. I was able to check out the newest Spike Lee movie called "The Black Clanzemen" and the Plaza Library allows the general public to check out 6 novels and 6 DVD's with my Library Card.I didn't take any photos of this Library but if you're interested in visiting the Plaza Library in the future, I would certainly recommend going to the Plaza Library!

Kansas City Public Library: Waldo Branch: what do users think?
Susan Cox: The inter library loan is very quick
Porsche Elkins: The BEST staff.
Userun- Named: Probably need to get a library card. Nice, clean, quiet! It's a library. Great place to hang out at. Especially if everyone is on your nerves.
david elliot: Quiet and clean
faceless kelly: It's always a pleasure to visit the library. The serenity alone is amazing. The summer programs bare top tier. The kids are excited to read, because they get rewards now
Deserae Caldwell: Always nice to go to. The bathrooms smell like raw sewage all the time though.
Jen Nelson: This branch has hands down the nicest staff. They are so friendly and helpful and you can just tell it’s a good working environment. We are always able to find books that interest us.
Jeff Morris: Nice and easy to use.
Kieran Ford: Lots of books
Kelin L: It was my first time there and as I walked in the staff kept looking at me weird like they didn't want to be bothered. So I asked the security that I needed to use a computer/printer and he was like they are over there and if you have any questions one of our librarian can help you and as soon as he said that they all looked at me like okay go help yourself. So I ended up just following the instruction they have infront of their computers and printer and thank God I was able to figure out without having to bother anyone in the library that works there. And they didn't even bothered to approach me or help me in any way and I wasn't going to ask after the way they looked at me. Well the end of the story is I didn't feel welcome at this place so I will stick with Mid-Continet Library they are more welcoming and try to help you.
b l: Outdoor concert with 5 symphony players.
Sasha TL: Summer library program and vaccines today!
Jeffrey Lenoir: Always loved this library . Everything is good here
Rivy Parker: Excellent and helpful librarians!
Kim Vanalst: Don't know her name but she is the only white woman with red hair who works there is the nastiest person I've ever encountered. Every time I go in there she is so mean, horrible attitude.
John J. Sims: Great library. Very covid friendly. They treat everyone with respect!
Karissa Jones: Excellent social distancing, exceptional service & cleanliness, always a wonderful library experience.
nicolas garcia: Been getting all our homeschool holds here. Thank you!
MeeMee Heart: Clean helpful i always go here
Janice Fortney: Waldo Library is the best. They are open to make copies and use computer. They also offer HOLD/PICKUP, e-books, lots of other resources on line. Love my library.
jim armer: We love the library and have recently started using our e-library card. Great staff, great location, great options

Kansas City Public Library: Lucile H. Bluford Branch: what do users think?
Elice Shepard: It was amazing we had a good time
Jerry Marr: Great place to go and staff was very helpful
Anthony James: The staff members are very helpful with whatever you are needing help with, so I like that fact. It's not necessarily quite like a library should be, but it is useful to get computer work done if you don't have access to a computer at home.
SARAH JACKSON: I am thankful for this Library, in all my acting out- they forgive and allows me to come back!!!! Thank you so much.
Babette Buchanan: It was good 👍
Gladys: It's stressful there, because it's people there talking so loud, they've had near fights there, people walking around talking loud and cursing. Security isn't doing anything to control it. Staff is afraid too. How can anyone work or concentrate on what they're trying to get done. You're too busy trying to watch what's going on around you and make sure you're staying safe! I can't stand it there! I only go there when it's absolutely necessary! 😡😒 UPDATE: Purchased me a computer and printer just to avoid have to go to this library. All the libraries are much further away.
Michael Jordan: Great place to get the job done.
Gloria McCullough: Love it so much, they are wonderful, loving, caring people and may God Bless All.
Bryan A Spruk: Very nice people and helpful while giving you space. Very special place.
Myrtie Tirrell: Staff very helpful
ABH T.V.: Great better than expected
RN: It's a library, but you can't tell because no one checks out any books. It's basically a homeless shelter. All the KC libraries are.
Marsha West: No stars to report. People are way to talkative and loud. Totally unacceptable. Will not go there again unless there's order
Patrick Lay: Convenient place for where I live and you can get free copies
Lala Rose: I love this location, the people are always friendly and helpful. It's awesome to get on a computer with no fuss and print with no cost.
LIZARD LIZARD (LIZARD): WAS AWESOME THEY HELP ME ON EVERYTHING I NEED DONE THANKS
Roy Vinzant: Rude
Miles Dicamillo (Truth): They're rude and supposedly a "Safe Space" but so anti homeless! They yelled at a homeless guy to get a haircut, they yelled at someone else that wasn't causing issues that they had to wake up and couldn't sleep in a chair.
Lucille H Douglass: Amazing asset
Ernest Morrow: Good place to go to catch up on some reading and writing....

Kansas City Public Library: Southeast Branch: what do users think?
Lucille H Douglass: Neighborhood accessible
Meadrica Whigham: This library has really gone down over the years but I admire their commitment to staying in the neighborhood to help educate. The restroom was disgusting and I do not recommend anyone use it unless it has been properly cleaned. Even though there is a security presence, people were loitering in the parking lot having a grand time. Get in, get your books, and then get out.
John Macbeth: Some of the employee’s and patrons ease-drop onto people while they’re using the computer to gather their personal information (allegedly).
3rd Wave Marketing: Great!
Rori Lovita: It is so nice coming to the same library my parents brought us to as kids with my own children. This branch is my favorite. The staff is very kind and helpful. Today they had a tie dye party and I am so grateful we went. Everyone who was helping this event was amazing. Kiesha was really genuine and nice on the phone when making the rsvp. and in real life she is very genuine and sincere. I can't remember everyones names but they were all fun and helpful they had so many activities hula hoops, chalk, a big jump rope, and smaller ones as well as the tie dye something I have yearned to learn for my whole life and was too scared to try... something my 8 year old really wanted to learn. They even let me do a shirt bc there was left over supplies. Thanks for making one of our dreams come true. Sid was another person whose name I remembered and he was just really cool and laid back. Thank you KC Public library for being a true key to bringing the community together. They also have an amazing selection of books and other media a person can check out. I love libraries and this branch is a life long favorite.
brenda white: Staff a a special very helpful and was given good information about the library 👍
Haimanot Mitiku: Nice place to see sunrise !
Jeffrey Nelson: Quiet, the way I like it! Clean and well organized. Guests and staff alike must wear a mask.
Sasha Minx: Four stars for integrating stem and social media tools for kids in the urban core to express themselves in ways that can Open up opportunities for them in the near future! Currently 12-18 years can come from 3-6pm , Tuesday thru Thursday.
Dominique Housley: It’s wonderful that you have to call and make reservations for computer usage so there’s no crowd of people. A computer is available without any wait time
Lisa Sierra: Friendly staff. Love the book selection.
Teressa Patterson: Was so helpful
Unetta Washington: Great!!!!!!
Lonnie Jackson: Excellent
Stacey Warren: The service is awesome. Great choice on hiring a new Manager for the library.
James Wren 80: Clean place to do research
Marion Williams: You can still get the services that you need. Yes, you have to call and reserve a spot for the computer time but it's not crowded. There's no waiting. All my copies were free. The staff is still friendly, the security guard courteous. All in all, I still love going to the library.
Loren Jones: Nice location
Jerry Glen Dean BatteeJr (KingBatteeJr): positive place
Geini Kuntz: Clean, friendly staff and a little bit of every kind of books.
Ryan Ardrey: Pretty good library and convenient

Highly recommend.
Zahra Hassan: This is my favourite library in kc.
Jon Munro: Great library. Small and cozy. Love it here.
Ali Ammar: The staff are completely disrespectful and act like they are obligated to receive our respect, one staff member came at us screaming at the top of her head and tried to kick me and a couple students out of the library and when we called her disrespectful especially because it was our first encounter with her, she came back yelling even more. I DONT recommend coming here for anyone
mayra zamora: Staff is very rude and very disrespectful.

Leah Bond: Beautiful building, brightly lit, excellent presentation rooms
Karen c: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Luz Araceli Pena: Nice and kind people
Christina Acosta: Excellent service at the desk. Thank you for your assistance and the resources!
Shelby Morgan: This is a great library with lots of resources. Love that they have separate room for children.
William Palmgren: Start a revival get people reading or trying to read again. It would be good for the generations to come
Sandra Perkins: Always helpful. One person extremely helpful! Spent a lot of time assisting me look for my favorite authors.
Andrew K: One of my favorite places. No one is trying to sell you anything or upcharge you. You can just exist without spending something.
Carey Pavlich: Tried to utilize the library but the wrong bus schedules and personnel misinformation had me chasing a mobile library that wasn't running the schedule posted. Nice people, but terrible communication and full of excuses. Ended up buying the book after 3 failed conversations and 2 trips. Not only is the schedule hard and incorrect for users, it was also hard for 2 KCKPL employees. One admitted it was a mess and he couldn't understand it, the other sent me the wrong location in writing. The supervisor commenting below admitted the schedule needed updates and has demonstrated they take no responsibility for their short comings.
Blossom Trina: Great library
Timothy Howe: Haven't been in a while. Staff was very helpful and very observant.
Steve Powers: Best library in the city
Angel Cummings: I love coming here to get a book on whatever subject I need at the time. If the main location doesn't have it, look on their website and they can have it sent to from another branch. The shelves are clean and the staff is friendly. This is available to anyone in the kc metro area. Even if you live in Missouri.
Brian Parker: Nice not crowded at all must wear mask at all times rent movies and was and eating place till covid...
Carlos Seoane: Very helpful staff. Like any good library, they have a huge selection of books and resource materials. My only caveat, is that the restrooms are on the 2nd floor.
janice carter: The kansas city, kansas public library is a blessing in the heart of the city. I just recently viewed an exhibition there about farm workers it was very enlightening and revealing of their lives.
Raynae Rowland: I love my crazy town
Arthraki: Great library. Has a massive selection of books and the like. The staff is really nice and helpful.I probably wouldn't go into the theater, I smelled weed in there once.
Anna Windham: The lady (librarian) was so rude and condescending to me and other patrons.
Albert Berry (Doc Berry): The staff, I take my hat off to each and every one of them. They went above and beyond to take the time to make sure that who ever they deal with, they will walk away with that warm hospitality feeling, kind of like the feeling you get after a well needed shower, or bath. Fresh and enlighten
Karen Workman: I'm so happy that it's open.

Kansas City Public Library: North East Branch: what do users think?
William Wise: Good books
John P. Hamilton: Kansas City BRAVO ! YOUR PLANNING AND DESIGN TEAM KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. THIS FACILITY IS VERY CHARACTERISTIC OF KANSAS CITY'S EFFORTS TO ADVANCE its infrastructure. I LOVE THE FLOOR PLAN. THE STAFF IS FAIR BUT THIS LOCATION IS SO BEAUTIFULLY SITUATED THAT YOUR INTEREST IN THE STAFF'S ATTITUDE ARE SOON DIMINISHED BY THE ATTRACTIVENESS OF THIS LOCATION. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PLACE. HATS OFF!
Aurora Dickson: The library has nice people. That help ordering the books you need. And getting the info you you're looking for.
Mila Holmes: Love this library! The book displays here are always top notch!
faith mauk: this is the best library! always the best book displays!
Flor Rosas: I have been coming to the Northeast library forever and I love it. It's one of those places where you can just go to exist and that's bomb. The newly renovated building is beautiful with lots of space.
karla soto: Great environment and the staff Is always helping. FYI there Is NO POST OFFICE just PO Boxes and the curb side Mail Drop off !!! Other wise amazing Libray
Shiloh Scott: I love this library so much. I love libraries in general, but especially this one.I'm roughly equidistant between this library and the downtown library, but I choose the Northeast library because of the people who work there and the atmosphere. Everyone I have encountered is friendly and helpful. I never feel intimidated or unwelcome. Plus, the bathrooms are clean. The selection of books at this location is a tad limited, but you can request almost anything and pick it up here.I'll say it again: I love this library so much.
Shirl Maldonado: Fun exciting newly renovated. Separate areas for children teens and adults. Computers toys games and a wide selection of books and cvda. ALSO OFFERS HOT SPOTS AND CHROMBOOKS TO GO
Kimberlee Utecht: Hidden gem of a library. Not too many people at any time of day, as far as I can tell. Staff is friendly, and knows their stuff, and you can tell they actually care about the place. Side note, ALWAYS spotless bathrooms. And the kids areas and teens areas are great as well.
Mary Martin: This library is one of the best landmarks in northeast. The remodeled building is welcoming and staff are always very helpful.
Victor Amhed: Nice
Rocketta Adams: This 😆 Library has changed so much after the rebuild. Very prejudice twords people who are black . Library is beautiful but most of the staff are not trying to work or be bothered. Smh. Check out the parking lot on tax payers dollars. The parking lot stays empty except photo shoots.
Mr GG's Zero Money Down Realestate Structures: A Great Place to get FREE and yea I said it, FREE Notary Service. Make sure to call in advance and schedule a appointment and make sure a Notary is up there in advance. They offer this service at all of their Library Braches
Griffin Peoples: That it is difficult to locate if you don't know where it is "AT".! It "sits" behind another strip of businesses at the end and behind on of an old now deserted Chinese Restaurant. "AT THE END OF THE PRICE CHOPPER GROCERY STORE....!
John Jaramillr: It was great have a big selection of books the place has been remodeled they also have a security guard there keep the peace between everybody nothing anything happened to her I'm just in case something did happen have a security guard there don't go there again and again it's a great place to go if you're into reading books or watching videos their computers here so go have a good time it's a great Library.
Jes Caylor: Because of the pandemic and the remodel I haven't been to the library in person since I've moved to Kansas City, but digital collections have nothing on the joy of browsing through a real library, talking to staff, and seeing neighbors.
Johnny “Josh tick” Carrillo: The staff have a superior complex issue they talk like they are better than people I have seen it being said to a homeless guy. Also to myself lol. But hey it's a public place so you can't expect the best
Susan Swisher: It looks amazing that they remodeled it it's a lot bigger and I love the fact that if you're doing black and white copy in it don't charge you nothing to make copies in black and white
Diane Faelber: So helpful.

Mid-Continent Public Library - Woodneath Library Center: what do users think?
John F: Great library with very helpful employees!I love the Woodneath Library Center! It is a beautiful and spacious library with a wide array of free resources and services for all ages. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the programs are engaging and informative. I especially enjoy the Story Center, which is housed in the historic homestead on the property. It offers many opportunities for writers and storytellers to learn and share their craft. The library also has a great collection of books, movies, music, and online resources that I can access anytime. I highly recommend this library to anyone who loves reading, learning, and exploring!
Crystal Patrick: It looks great, but I have never seen a library team in such a rush to run everyone out. Borderline rude and the woman was out of breath trying to move so fast to check me out because it was 5:59.
Jerry Snyder: This is the best library ever. So much to do for the kids and adults. Lots of fun events and story telling time during the week. Also, having friendly bean coffee with super reasonable prices helps
Stephanie Pizzo: The facilities are top notch. But it seems as though every time we utilize this library something happens. From a parent telling my 18 month old they are putting toys away wrong to someone grabbing him that we don’t know and not letting go until the 3rd time I loudly say to let him go.It’s quite unfortunate we truly enjoy the facilities. The coffee shop is amazing, but I know other parents cautioned me against going to this branch due to the other parents disregard and lack of mutual respect and boundaries. Unsure if we will continue to use this branch for their Storytime.
Sandy Cisneros: Staff super friendly and also they help over the phone to extend books from the loan system I am so happy for the service they give
Valerie H: Such a unique library! Very modern inside, clean, and beautiful outside. The library is built into an old manor house! The staff is friendly and helpful and they have meeting rooms you can reserve. I love this place!
Heather Yates: I love the drive though option for pick ups and drop off! My kids love the story times, and I have loved coming in for the writing classes. Beautiful, historical building, too. And lovely cafe.
Laura Hull: Visited for an event hosted by the library. Impressed by the breadth of resources, the helpfulness and competence of the staff, and the comfortable, open spaces.
Mom by Love Robart: Great story time, wonderful educational toys, and comfortable seating for grandmas.
Amy Midkiff: I travel out of my way to bring my grandkids to this library. The activities that they do with their kids during the story time is fantastic. I would have loved something like this available when my kids were young. You guys are the best! The staff is so friendly. I enjoy everything about the library.
Kimberly S: Woodneath is our favorite library for the kids! The children's area is always nice and clean and storytimes are so much fun!
Lori Pine: Love this library. It has everything including a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all. Our grandkids enjoy the summer reading program.
Carlos Seoane: I love a well stocked and staffed library. It is comfortable and quiet, something that is missing in the new libraries. I am able to watch wild deer out of the rear windows, on occasion.
Alej. S.: Wednesday at 10 a.m. and sounds like I’m at a preschool. I am sitting at the most distanced area of the library (away from the kids zone) and it is still so loud that even headphones aren’t drowning it out. People come to the library to quietly access public information/computers, to study, to read, to work. I don’t understand why it’s suddenly a daycare. Is a low noise level no longer enforced? The adults seeking a quiet refuge to read/work here are paying the tax dollars to keep it running and that should be taken into consideration.I would give 5 stars to the cafe separately, staff and coffee are great.
George Williams: Excellent venue with very attentive and helpful staff. Attended local author Olivia Hill's book signing for her novel 'Travel North Black Girl'.
Jason Frank: It's a wonderful library with great staff and lots of books.
Sue Williams: This is, bar none the best library ever. Very helpful staff, nice selection of reading material, pleasant atmosphere and Art classes which I love, yesterday pastel chalks. Also there is a coffee shop inside with patio seating too. Sue W.
Makayla Mayhew: Amazing! It's very clean and has plenty of workspaces and look out of. Definitely worth it if you live farther away.
Rhoda C. Fielder: The man at desk is profeshonal.
Chris: Very nice. Very well kept up.
George Pettigrew: The most complete library in the Mid Continent Public Library System from certified storytelling to on-site publishing it is a one-stop wonderland for learning.
