Before I got a attorney we,agreed upon everything. And I mean everything. We know how to deal with assets who gets,what so all we needed was,someone to process the paperwork. Also to add to story we don't have assets children or no major assets. We decided to sell house and split everything 50 50. So pretty straight forward (or so I thought). We,also hoped to save since only paperwork needs filed. After going to couple we decided to hire law in Kc because theor website says that a,simple divorce is 1200. So we agreed and since she was not going to fight anything we thought it's the best way to go. When I got my first appointment the amount was increased to 1500. And I also got a,"timeline" on how long all this will take.So I made first deposit. After about 3 months I got notice that we just need to sell the house and to get the date. At that meeting the amount estimate I got changed as,well. Now it was around 2000. But since I was to much in it and hopingfor it to be over soon I bit my tongue and we moved on. Soon after igot notice that I needed to put more in my account. So I put another 600 which I thought was,the 2000 she quoted. AbouT 2 months later I got notice that we are going to get a court date next month so she said to use money left over in retainer since we are close to wrapping it up. So fast forward. We sold the house and she said I am getting the date in 2 weeks oh and by the way you are behind 450 dollars not add last court fee. So there wa's another 600. (Total is now 2800 for something that was,quoted 1500 and on website 1200.) Now we are in court. Scheduled at 9 am. She comes in with stack of paper probably foot high. Then she disappears. Judge calls me at 925 but she is nowhereto be found. It took a total of 3 tries and waiting till 11:30am. It just has shown her professionalism. So an estimate of 1500 windex up to be 2800 fir just doing paperwork.Then to top it off it took from March till Octiber(7months) for what should have taken 3 to 4.Last thing was if I needed info or advice I was, waiting on 3 days average sometimes more than a,week yet when was time to send me a bill it came right on time.SO YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I DISREGARDED REVIEWS AND PAID THE PRICE. DON'T DO THE SAME. SHE ADVERTISES LOW PRICING. ONCE YOU ARE AT POINT OF NO RETURN YOU'LL BE LUCKY TO ESCAPE WITH YOUR UNDERWEAR.

Kim Benedick: I went through a bankruptcy 2 years ago. I was supposed to have my home debt reaffirmed and she did not follow though on getting this done. She blamed my mortgage company for not following through and did not offer to fix the issue. Now my mortgage has been discharged and I cannot refinance my mortgage without reaffirming the debt which involves reopening the case and lots of fees that I cannot afford. If she had done the job I paid $1500 for in the first place this would not have been an issue. I would have had this off my plate 2 years ago. I contacted her about this at the time I was informed of this matter and she and her staff became very nasty with me and basically blamed me and Wells Fargo for this not being taken care of. 1) she was paid to take of this for me and 2) where was the follow up on this by her office. I would not recommend her to anyone and I will never use her services again as I am in a real pickle now.

Lindsey Summers: I received the worst legal advice of my life through Fisher law. I had been going through years of abuse and threats from my daughter's father, when Nicole Fisher turned down my case but advised me to get better boundaries and to tell my daughter's father that we would not see him when he was using intimidation or threats. It turns out, he did sue me for custody, created multiple false abuse allegations out of spite, and I have been told over and over again by lawyers that my biggest mistake was that day when I told him word for word what Nicole told me to say. When Nicole turned my case down I was represented by someone under her in her law firm - Sammi Sader. This was my second biggest mistake. Every single time, until the time when I let Sammi go as my representation ($5,000 later which I received almost none of back), when I was on the phone with Sammi telling her about what new crazy thing my daughter's father daughter was doing - Sammi would say everytime "Well this is what you get for having a kid with a deadbeat dad". She never stopped shaming me, and also didn't even help me. After I requested for her to not be my lawyer anymore, she was fired soon after. And when I asked Nicole for some of my money back, Nicole told me it was MY fault for not explaining sooner all the problems I was having. It was some real gaslighting. These people are the least professional, and least competent lawyers I have heard of. I am SO HAPPY with the legal advice I am receiving now, with 0 complaints, so this experience has taught me to trust sometimes it's really not me - its THEM.

On the Crozier website, in regards to getting pulled over by an officer, it states - "Well, in Missouri you do have to answer where you are going. That is actually a law here. You have to tell them where you are going and what your “business” is about...I'm just trying to figure out where this information came from.Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.

shelby beathard: I can't find the words to describe how incredible Justin Crozier and his paralegal Rachel Crozier are. They worked on my insane and complicated family law case. Whenever I thought things were bad, Justin always saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Anytime I had a question whether it was insignificant or big I always recieved an excellent answer. If the situation was complex he was able to break it down so it made sense. He kept me informed so I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. He worked very diligently on the case and exceeded my expectations. When it came time to put this case to rest, Justin was flawless at trial. Needless to say the outcome was phenomenal, hands down the best. His paralegal Rachel is efficient, effective, and always great communication. Kristina Powell: Justin when I met him seemed like a I’ll fight for you type lawyer, that quickly changed after I hired him. I immediately had problems getting him to spend time on my case which was a very easy termination of child support both kids had aged out, and replying to emails his preferred form of communication with clients! When we went to court he didn’t seem prepared for what was going on, & I felt like he didn’t have my best interests at heart. I left court not really knowing what had just happened & I ended up paying more money. I then received an email from Justin saying my case was closed & that was not true at all the termination had never been finalized. I am now not able to reach Justin by phone or email it’s like he dropped out of site. I will now have to get a new lawyer to finish what he started! I do not recommend him at all. I did most of the work on my case! It was not worth the $2500 I paid!

Jason Wingate: Justin and his staff not only met and exceeded my expectations, but was able to accomplish in less time than what 3 other attorneys claimed they would/could in 2 + years, and at a reasonable cost in comparison. The law is black and white, despite the color that attorneys may try use with their overly verbose filings and arguments. Though family law is stressful for respondents and petitioners alike, I can’t recommend retaining Justin Crozier enough for your next matter, and to keep interactions with him or any attorney at a minimum so that they can do their Job, only responding to what they ask for.
