Robin Taylor: Had a BLAST!!!! Here on Spring Break and we took the kids early (1:30pm) the first there so we had the room all to ourselves!!!!! When I say we had a BLAST, believe me, we did! This was our 1st time every doing laser tag and we all had a wonderful time. (Great exercise for the hubby and I...lol). The prices are affordable, we did 3 sessions @ $15 per person(5 of us). We will definitely be back when we come back to town. Not to mention the staff waswonderful and explained everything to a T for us newbies. (Also ideas on other things to do with kids here in Kansas). If you haven't been, give them a try! Good for adults and children. Might try their paintballing next time as well. We kept apologizing and they were so kind about it. So grateful for them - my friend said it was the best birthday ever. 3 Will definitely be back soon!!

Sherry Z: I have to say the Laser Tag was very fun, even for this 66-yr-old and the employees are wonderful. Judy at the front desk was not only helpful but incredibly entertaining. Took our three grandchildren - ages 7, 8 and 9 - for our grandson's birthday. This place slayed it. We walked out of there and the first thing he said was, "Best birthday EVER!" We will be going back for another birthday next year! Be prepared when you get out of your car, though, to be gobsmacked with the odor of sulfa coming down the hill. They have to drain it to keep it from flowing into the cave. Other than that, I'd give this place 10 stars if I could!!

Sarah Basler-Villers: Laser Tag was AWESOME. We played a round with 2 teams, a round against another party, then a free for all. Thankful there was enough room to spread out beyond our 2 table accommodations. I'd wait to buy coin for the arcade. Some games took cash or quarters, some games were down. They did say "small arcade." Overall a great birthday party. She said she had a blast. I may have been a little over the top with decor and backdrop for Harry Potter photo booth, but it worked out great!

Riley Morsman: I hate to leave a petty review like this, but I have been trying to contact SurviveKC for over A MONTH to ask about booking a large group. I've emailed two different emails, sent a message on Instagram, called countless times (mailbox is full so I can't leave a voicemail), and even messaged with an owner on Facebook who said he'd put me in touch with someone (crickets...). This place seems awesome, but goodness gracious. Can you PLEASE just respond to me?! If you can't accommodate a large party, don't advertise it on your website...

She was so accommodating, and made sure all the boys understood the rules, which can be challenging with 14 teenage boys! 🤣 She even made sure that every single person was able to get all the photos they took before we left. Really cool grungy warehouse kinda environment, and super kind people working to check us in and explain the rules. We had the whole place for an hour and got to play 3 different kinds of games, each a couple times. Awesome location, fun game play, worth the price.

We played 3 different styles of laser tag within the hour we were there. Our group consisted of 12-30 year olds. Everyone left tired and so happy. We will be back!

My firearm and accessory needs are always evolving and they speak frankly and help me make informed decisions before I purchase.They go above and beyond in finding you very specific models or working alongside you through the NFA process. It's a pleasure to deal with them at a time when the big box stores are only looking for penny pinchers and quick sales.I'm happy to spend a few dollars more to keep these guys in business. Shop local, you will feel better for having personal service and keeping local folks employed.

Stephanie Sumulong: We've gone here to bowl twice and the lanes are jacked up and curve in terrible ways. The pinsetters don't work properly and knock down extra pins and take away your chance to finish your turn. The games in the arcade are either broken or cheat you out of your credits---you swipe to play and the machine never turns on. We will never come back and waste our money.

Micheal Sifford: Honestly I would have rated it better because overall everything was awesome and really fun and most of the employees were cool and really nice. I honestly had a blast and spent a few hours there doing various things. Honestly arcades and bowling alleys are like my favorite places there’s nothing better then the nostalgia of these retro kinds of things. The reason why I’m taking it down two stars is because of the attitudes of two of the guys that were in charge of the prize station and laser tag. One of them had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a customer service employee ever any time you’d ask him anything he’d cop an attitude. One of the games was broken and it took my credits so I asked him for help and he came swiped my card again so I lost more credits and he was like oh well you don’t have enough credits I can’t do anything about it gave me my card back and walked away. I went and checked my card at the machine and it said I still had over 100 credits so that clearly wasn’t the issue. Then when I traded in my prize points I grabbed exactly what I had credits for and he said I didn’t have enough when I know for sure I did. I had to call a manager to help. He was overly rude for no reason and it really ruined my experience a little. The other dude with him wasn’t much better but at least he was trying to help. I asked him to look for something in the back and he literally just said I can’t we don’t have it anyway instead of actually trying. I left so mad I was shaking because of my stress and anxiety. Honestly I would recommend this place just be careful and watch out for people’s attitudes and not wanting to do their jobs

kai James: overall experience was great. at least 5 games broken and took credits. one worker was completely rude. didn’t catch his name but he seemed new. he would blankly stare at us when we asked for something and also didn’t help when we told him our credits were stolen from broken machines.

DJ Crockett: I got stopped at self check out and asked how many items I had I said only 12 and it looks like more cuz it's a small pile of clothes I wanted to buy and then I scanned all of my items very carefully making sure to only do one at a time and the supervisor of that self check out area was literally standing right next to me and saw everything. Then made me go thru my receipt one by one and made me late for my appt. Also made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Not coming back!

But I was so hungry on impulse I opened and indulged just to find my funds had not been applied to my pay card as expected. Terrifyingly and as ashamed as I was I bought what I could, and didn't get thrown out, or in jail so I'm relieved that it ended good. Walmart employees and their grace here is as attractive as their prices and products placement. It's always clean and stocked and I am just blessed that compassion is also in the forefront with all their wonderful selections during my poor judgement in consumer relations. AT THIS LOCATION!
