The response was so positive that I decided to try their metal prints.It was really cold when I picked them up so I took them to a local bar to inspect them. As I unwrapped them, a bar regular took one look at a 20x30 print and offered to buy two more of that particular print, one for his home and one for a friend. That pretty much says all you need to know about the quality of their metal prints. Thanks!

John Berendzen: Not happy with additional fee charged for "Embroidery File" needed after my logo was designed by them. I worked with Stephanie who did a really nice job of quickly designing a logo for me. It turned out great and was done in only a few days. I was, however, disappointed that I had requested digital files of the logo before it was designed and was unaware that an additional file would be required to use for embroidery work if using a different location. They offered to provide the file for me but required an additional $45 charge. I would have paid the additional fee if I were told about it up front, but feel as though they may just be trying to keep work in house and charging for a file conversion that takes only a few minutes and is at no additional cost to them. I immediately canceled all future job requests and will look for another print and design firm for my future needs.Thanks Stephanie for the great work, but I am not able to work with your employer if I am going to have continued "surprise" charges.
