Mansoor Mansi: We had an initial agreement of $60 for a diagnostic which I paid in cash upfront. He diagnosed the issue and tried to sell me an outdated piece of equipment as a replacement part. When I told him I found my own replacement part which was newer he demanded I pay an additional $30 before I could take my computer because he “needed money to eat”. I paid the additional $30 which was never agreed upon so I could get my computer back. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for repairs as he might try to scam you aswell.

Ginger: On around the 25th or 26th of February I called Ntech because my laptop Was giving me a cooling fan error message that the system had detected… So, he comes and picks it up has it for about a week, was supposed to put a new fan in it but felt it wasn’t worth it so he sent it back to get his money back. All right so let’s fast forward to the following week, I pick up my laptop from him get home and try to power it up because I had some schoolwork to do well it didn’t turn on.... He did not tell me it wasn’t turning on. The only thing that worked was the power button was glowing. According to him it was a motherboard issue which OK if that’s the problem then why didn’t you further investigate And do all in your power to fix it and to let me know what the issue was that it wasn’t turning on so I could’ve let you know if I wanted you to continue working on it. I put my trust in this company to fix my laptop not give it back in inoperable condition but was turning on when I gave it to him.All of his reviews are so good. I don’t know if he’s discriminating because I’m disabled and don’t make tons of money but whatever the case may be it’s not cool at all that my laptop was turning on (granite with an error message) then I get it back and it won’t turn on . He can’t provide a diagnostic reading that tells what exactly happened... I’m not happy! I have classes that are strictly done online. So I had to scrounge up enough money from family to buy a new laptop so I can finish classes!!! Next time I have a computer issue I’m taking it to my dad! At least I know he knows what he’s doing and Well actually try to fix my computer not give it back to me in operable.

Taking their yearly subscription to check computer every quarter to make sure all updates are done & no issues. I have personally drop off & picked up my laptop, talked them on the phone & gave them remote access to my laptop computer. Definitely recommend their service.

Tom Page: I called Larry for a simple Chrome / Windows compatibility issue thinking he could probably fix it quick because i'm very busy.He remotely logged on and in less than one minute claimed i had a virus solely based on the word "apps" in a Windows message. Ridiculous. THEN he says "he's never seen this before". There was no reason whatsoever to think, or say, that i had a virus. I'll also attest to the fact that i have NEVER had a virus in 30 years of owning computers.He made statements about my computer, and what was going on that weren't even true. When i tried to correct him he immediately got mad and interrupted me. He also doesn't walk you through what he's doing. If you try to ask a question, he will immediately interrupt you, and get bent out of shape. And every time i tried to show him something that pertained to the issue, he TOLD ME very rudely to "let go of the mouse". I also watched him delete a shortcut without asking me, and for no reason. He is rude and belittling, and has very poor people skills.He obviously didn't want me to know anything. I felt like i was being conned, and his main goal is to get your computer in his shop so that he can say he did work, needed or not, and charge for it. He wanted me to bring in my computer for virus removal and full cleaning with ZERO basis, and after not allowing me to ask any questions. Nice try, Larry.Very shady if you ask me.*** RESPONSE TO OWNER: Mostly old shortcut files that were affected by updates, or are no longer compatible, doesn't automatically make them "infected". Nothing was trying to "take over" anything. In the 50 minutes all you did of any significance was reinstall Chrome. That didn't even make sense and was a waste of time if i had a virus like you had already claimed!You called me the second day for a scheduled appointment because you ran out of time the 1st day. I didn't call you.I already fixed my computer myself with the help of my son, and it was a Chrome issue. You're MUCH MORE POLITE in your PUBLIC response than you are in person!

Katie Currid: So thankful for this place! I needed a basic battery replaced in a 2015 Mac and the Apple Store couldn’t do it. I called Heartland Macs to ask if they could do the repair - it was like the fourth store I tried to call. The people who fielded my calls were SUPER helpful and even responded via text. They ordered the part for my computer ahead of time so I would have less of a wait time without it and, after it came in, I dropped it off after the part arrived and they fixed it within an hour. They were awesome about communication and super easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Angry Veteran: DANGEROUS DRIVING in Kia Soul with their logo on 470 North in Lee's Summit on 5/18/22 at 6:35pm. Passed traffic on shoulder in excess of 90mph. Big guy with a beard, you almost hit that minivan . Maybe you don't need a license.
Tyler Simpson: Lost windows on my PC and was unable to load into it. Gave them a call and they said bring it right on in and they would be able to fix it. Took it to them yesterday and got it back today. Quick and easy turnaround and fairly priced as well. If I ever have any more issues with my computer I will be taking them here. Great people who know what they are doing.
