I will always put money into good places.Let me just say he got his birthday gifts early this year, and it was well worth it.I will stress again, Hands down. I observed her take care of multiple clients with full attention and care equally.Listening to them.Yes, I was in sales for 20 years, this young lady did SPIN and Socratics methods to ensure the CLIENTS' needs were fully met. Adriana Miranda: I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today.I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said "The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days", she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn't look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager's name, she said the name is "bolgena" I asked her to please write down for me, she said "We are not allowed to do that", I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said "The name is bolgena". and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager's name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie!I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.

Still very clean, but the bare shelves and displays, low selection in anything but the junior department (WHY?). The entire time we were there the lady that was helping us was giving me some not so nice looks. We had called another location to see if we could return it there and they said that it would be no problem to return it the way it is.

Looking for some shoes, I noticed three sales clerks in the shoe depart while in the store. I thought 1 out of 3 would have asked me if I needed assistance. So I waited for 20 mins, still no service. Finally, I asked for a store manager Jeff Russell. The only thing he did was apologize. Can you imagine how this makes me feel? Dillards at ZR!!!! like I wasn't good enough to ask if I needed service. Being a VIP credit card holder!!!. I will being emailing corporate about this matter. Allison Lester: I went to this location to shop today. While in the store, I sampled a perfume and did, infact buy a bottle. When I got to the checkout, the clerk asked, "what's that smell?" I replied "it's probably the perfume I just bought." She proceeded to tell me how it stunk and that it made her sick. I moved away from her as my husband paid for the 3 items that came to an $89 total. Seriously, this woman came across as rude and needs to find another line of work. Uncalled for. I deliberately signed up for rewards because the associates are so amazing, the inventory is so well-stocked that I WANT to give this place more business.

However, the overall atmosphere felt lackluster, with disinterested staff members scattered throughout the floor. The lack of enthusiasm and helpfulness was noticeable from the get-go.My disappointment reached its peak when I approached the cashier to make my purchase. Instead of a warm greeting or even a basic acknowledgment, I was met with a cashier who seemed annoyed and uninterested in assisting me. Her facial expression and tone of voice made it clear that she would rather be anywhere else than at her job.Throughout the transaction, she barely made eye contact and offered no assistance when I had questions about the items I was purchasing. It felt as if I was inconveniencing her by being there, which left me feeling disrespected and unvalued as a customer.Aside from the cashier’s bad attitude, the overall service at Macy’s was lackluster. The staff seemed disorganized and unengaged, leading to long wait times and a general feeling of neglect.As a customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism when I visit any store, especially one as well-known as Macy’s. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. They've changed the store around quite a bit since the last time I was there so it's a bit challenging to find things now until you get used to the new layout but sometimes there's pain in progress.Overall the staff was professional, worked to assist and clearly stated and provided required information. Atmosphere is esthetically appealing and there are good deals to be discovered.

Never offered any assistance just watching. So once I purchased my items and walked out to my car a white police officer, drove pass me and just stared at me? I proceeded to drive away and that same officer followed me for about 5 min. Only to finally go around me after running my car tags I’m sure. So it’s safe to say Macys called them on me, because I was shopping while black is my theory? The parking lot was full of white women, and I obviously got singled out this was no coincidence. Beware people of color!!!This doesn’t deserve this one star trust me..

Jayme Harwood: I placed an online order never having heard of this company before. I was super skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I received my order! I am in love with this shirt! I'm a huge fan of the vintage/retro style clothing. Its one a one of a kind Arkansas Razorback ringer shirt. The only issue I did have was the print chipped after washing one time. I no longer see it on the website and I'm not one to send things back usually. I am hoping that it just adds to the character and vintage feel of the shirt. Still one of my absolute favorite shirts! Would 100% order again and would love to visit the store one day!
Victoria: I called in advance to put a shirt on hold. It was ready for me, and I was surprised they were willing to hold an in demand shirt. Employee at store was so helpful, put a movie on for my daughter, checked sizes for me.She even messaged the crown center store, which I had no idea about, and held another shirt there for me. Next day that shirt was ready for me.I placed an online order and received that stuff in 2 days. I love this store, and I love what they do for local causes.

The fits and styles are thoughtful and encapsulate the spirit of Kansas City (the iconic Kansas City heart logo being their signature design). A great stop, especially on the plaza. The staff here are also delightful.
Crystal Blin: Love the designs hate the customer service. 18 days after I placed the order I was informed that one of the three shirts in my order was no longer available. They offered to give me a refund or replace it with a different shirt. I opted for the refund and asked them to ship the other two shirts. After another 6 days passed they refunded the shirt and are finally shipping the two in stock shirts. It has been 24 days and I still don't have my shirts in hand.
McKenna Grace: Fun stuff, but pretty expensive. Especially $30 for a baby onesie that can only be enjoyed for a short time.
Doug Roudybush: Shirts are very soft and comfortable to wear. Sizing is a different story. I ordered a large, but it is the same size as an XL. My advice is to order a size down.
Allison Carey: My boyfriend ordered me a shirt on Aug. 19th (KState shirt) that still has not been shipped (Aug 31). When he reached out to customer support with questions they completely disregarded his questions and said the order is getting ready to be shipped and they would keep him notified. The football season starts in 3 days and this the item from the college roadshow collection was ordered to wear to the games. So disappointed in the service and lack of communication. You would think they would be a little faster and more considerate considering it is $47 for a single t-shirt.

Slow Sweeper: After 25 years I canceled my jcpenny card and say goodbye. I liked penny's because they have sizes and styles different from other places. I have tried to exchange or get refund on 2 pants I purchased in wrong size, and they say there is nothing they can do because of the way the were rung up at the register. I didn't go Karen I just said ok and left. I went to another location, was going to exchange but couldn't. These are regular stock dress pants, not clearance or no longer stocked items. I have had several small issues over the year, but not like this. So I won't go back. Maybe you will have better results.

Merchandise on the floor, looks like tables haven't been straightened in months, limited selections that always looks picked over. Checkout staff is friendly, that's the only upside at this store. I always seem to come away from this store disappointed.

bridget k: My boyfriend is a 4xlt and it’s really hard to find clothing that fits him that isn’t expensive, like from dxl, or falls apart, like another big and tall store near there that I can’t remember the name of. They don’t have a huge selection for him, but it’s bigger than most stores in the same price range. He was able to find some shorts and swimming trunks that he liked and that fit him.

Paul Emery: Bought a Wal-Mart plus membership and had a horrible experience on the first order. They didn't deliver all the groceries and charged us for them. We then had to call 3 time and talk to 3 different people before they said call the 1800walmart number. Each person gave us the run around we were even transfered to the team lead Erin who said she was in the middle of working on another order and directed us to the 1800walmart number. I understood that she was busy but it made me feel very not important that she was more concerned about another order than the one that they already screwed up. Not a great feeling. After spending extra money for a service, paying for groceries, and then not getting those groceries, I basically paid a lot of money for incontinence, frustration and a waist of time. I'm canceling my membership and telling my experience to anyone who asks me about walmart plus. Also did not receive a gift bag like my brother for a fist time walmart plus member, just the little extra cherry.
