Pryde's Old Westport: what do users think?
Katie Steckly: Pryde's has the best selection of kitchen items around. Anything you're looking for, you will absolutely find here.
Bill Shiley: Wow! Hard to believe this collection of kitchen supplies and gadgets! Don't miss if you are in the area.
Diego Mendez: It’s like if you’re grandma and her gal’s had their own kitchen store. And of course the pie will bring tears to your eyes of how gosh darn delicious they are.🥧
Daneth Weese: Perfect for the home cook to a professional chef. The employees are always friendly and willing to help.
D Moyers: I recently visited this place and was disappointed with the level of service provided by the staff. In the past, I had always found the staff to be helpful and welcoming, but this time around, they seemed disinterested and unfriendly. It's a shame to see that the quality of service has declined over time. I hope the management takes notice of this and works to improve the level of customer service. For now, I would not recommend this place, especially if you are looking for helpful staff.
Tori Snowden: Everything you need for the kitchen and then some!
StuckinKS: Love the old world feel of the store! Great customer service and you can find anything you need for the kitchen.
Vivian C: Great place for kitchen stuff, you name it! Big selections to choose from and the staffs there are so friendly. They also sell some coffees, teas, sauces, preserves…their bakery section downstairs opens every Thursday, Friday & Saturday, definitely need to go back and give it a try!
Kerri Lacy: I love this store! They have everything you would need for your kitchen. They are very friendly and offer you coffee or tea while you shop. The pie downstairs in their little bakery is delicious. I’ve had key lime and banana cream and I have to say it was the best key lime pie I’ve ever eaten.
Courtney Kendall: I love Pryde's. The store is filled with amazing gifts and finds for anyone's kitchen. We adore Ashleighs Bakeshop! I really wish this building was handicap accessible. I want to bring my grandma here, but getting up and down the stairs is getting difficult for her. 😞
Pandemic Bones: The vibes are wonderful. I love this store. If you want to walk into a store that feels like you are visiting a quirky pleasant and kind aunt's house then go here. Also if you can't find a tool for a specific baking project here ... it probably doesn't exist. Loved the complementary tea btw. Hope those who work there have a wonderful what ever time of day you are reading this.
Kevin Love: My wife really likes this store.
Andrew: A gem of a store, they sell good quality kitchen supplies. Every time I go in I find the staff so welcoming and helpful.
Joyce Butler: So welcoming! And so many things I now "need"! The cup of tea was delicious so of course, I had to get some! I will definitely return!
Patrick Logan: Awesome place to find cool things.
David Rosazza: Great store!
Jose Cifuentes: Amazing selection of cooking and baking supplies along with a bakery and coffee shop in the store. Worth a look just to see the assortment of products they carry.
Rhonda Elsbernd: So much fun and so many cool fun things to see! Love the destination stop for cool gifts!
Gary Elsbernd: If you can't find it here, it doesn't exist. The staff is so helpful and really know their stuff.
K E Holt: Awesome kitchen store with everything for amateur and semi-professional bakers.
Bill Wasserman: Wonderful place to buy quality products

Function Junction: what do users think?
Evan Stade: Staff was very friendly
Stuart Chandler: Best kitchen store ever! The employees are some of the nicest people ever, absolutely genuine and helpful. We recently moved to Kansas City and always stop in while at Crown Center. Sure, we could get some similar items at another store, but we feel great supporting such a wonderful, local business. They’ve been around for awhile for a reason.
Julie Klopfenstine: Dear Function Junction Employees,My family came in the other day to look around, my son who happened to have a camera along with him, was taking close up pictures in different angles for his school assignment, was rather rudely asked to stop by one of your employees, no pictures where taken of one he wasn't being rude to anyone, he was simply taking them out of love for art. Her exact words where "I don't think the owner would approve of you taking pictures of their belongings." Very snappy tone.I fail to understand how is it ok for other's take pictures with their camera phone, as videos and post them, but you're going to correct my son, because he has a actual camera.
Heather LaGuardia: So many cute little touches for the homeStaff friendlyLot to look atLocated in crown plaza shopping center
Adrian Steinle: I bought some chocolate chip cookie dough flavored popcorn seasoning but I haven't tried it yet. Was looking for some other items you might at expect in a kitchen supply store but overall had a pleasant experience. Will update review upon trying the seasoning
Aretha Wright: I like the sells!
antwon hurt: Very unique place
Kim Kuhn: Conscientious employees wearing masks. Offering help and suggestions. One of my favorite shops for decades!
David Drone: If you are in need of kitchen supplies this is the place to go. They have a lot of neat trinkets for the kitchen
Kimberly Henderson: In all the years I've been shopping at Criwn Center I cannot believe I've failed to walk through the doors of this wonderful place. They have so many unique 🎁 items. The store is clean and bright. The cashier was very pleasant and knowledgeable.I found great gift items for four of my colleagues. There were so many things that I noticed that would be great presents for me, family, or work colleagues. The items are reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be visiting Function Junction many more times in the near future!
Rose Pawlinga: I saw a beautiful spoon rest on a food network show, Delicious Ms Brown. And in searching for it, I came across your store! How lucky am I.!
Kevin: Good variety of kitchen items.
Brian Damron: Always a fun shopping experience here. They have many kitchen supplies and gadgets. I always spend too much $$$ there.
Natalia Moreno: Very expensive but fun to look around.
James Symmonds: Lots of do-dads and gizmos but some of the basics stock is underwhelming.
Mike Chamberlain: awesome place to visit
Katelyn B: Have been here twice with my family and love it! My mom remembers coming when she was younger, and how this is still the best place to find all those odds and ends you need for the kitchen. Lots of fun and useful products to choose from, and items I haven't seen in any other store! Also the only place that we can find that carries Saigon cinnamon!
Karie “Karebear” Helmuth: Very very cool store!!! We'll be back!!!
David Clement: Platter was supposed to be half off, saleslady was rude and said half price was already marked,(it was not), then proceeded to put 1 little piece of paper around it , so it broke easily in the bag. Roughly 30 $ thrown away.
Peg Prendergast: We've had several meat thermometers over the years, with little success. Recently we were in Function Junction and spoke with Mary who shared several models and the benefits. We landed on and bought the Escali. Worked perfectly - med rare! Thanks!
Chuck Martin: Amazing gadgets for the kitchen, and some fun grownup type toys.

Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
Frank Campbell: Good selection and quality of goods.
Clean Car: Great selection and service.
Leah Hicks: Expensive but great place for kitchen and dining items. Great selection. Clean store. Friendly staff.
Scott Welsch: Can always find great gifts here!
John Behan: Pricey but always quality.
Lee Brown: The sales folks were wonderful and we found an item we had been looking for. Excellent visit for us.
S.M. M: It’s your standard Williams-Sonoma but the staff can be a bit overbearing here, unlike other locations where they let you enjoy your shopping experience
Gayla Huber: One of my favorite things in the fall. Shopping here now that it’s cooler weather and I want to cook again!
George Ramos: Kelly was phenomenal in helping me find the essentials I needed to cook the perfect steak greatly appreciated
Joyce Layman: I've always been a fan of Williams Sonoma until we ordered a hair-on-hide bench. The order was placed April 9th with an estimated delivery of early May. Ryder Last Mile was handling the delivery. Ryder sent an email on April 28th and the delivery was supposed to happen on May 2nd. We got a text on May 2nd that it needed to be rescheduled which we did for the 6th. We then received a call the morning of the 6th to let us know there was an issue with the delivery. I called Ryder back and the woman said there was a problem with their system but the bench was not lost.....a few minutes later she told me the bench was lost and hung up on me when I asked how urgently someone would be looking to find this. And so the customer service nightmare began.I called Williams Sonoma customer service and was told they couldn't do anything - I had to be the one to talk to Ryder so they connected me. A dock search was supposed to be initiated but a two weeks later, I found out NOTHING had been done. The next time I called Williams Sonoma to get an update, I pressed the extension for updates on orders scheduled to be delivered but the system said the order was already delivered. Seriously! The only way to get through to someone was to press an extension to place a new order. This time the rep told me she could order a new bench only to find out they are OUT OF STOCK (of course). The only option was to call Ryder again and this time a new rep said she would personally make sure the search was done and promised to call me back in three days. She didn't call so I left a VM on the number she gave me and nothing again. I contacted Williams Sonoma again expressing my frustration at the time I had to spend tracking an order down with their delivery service. The customer service rep kept me on the line and contacted Ryder who said they would do the search and would call. It's been a week and no phone call so I contacted Williams Sonoma again. The rep checked the system and told me I should have had an answer on a dock search 72 hours after it was initiated. She also confirmed the bench was not in stock and issued a refund. We've ordered bedroom and living room furniture from Arhaus and Seville in the last year and it was delivered as promised. Based on the month-long customer service nightmare experience with Williams Sonoma, we won't be making another purchase from the company. If you find something you like, good luck getting it!
Robert Gensler: Bought a Breville espresso machine. Found a great deal on one somewhere else and they matched the price with no pushback. Great service and fantastic staff. I love this store.I recommend to anyone that reads this that they go in and buy something to help keep them in business.
andy haun: The tip of my wife's $38(!) spatula melted when she was sauteeing vegetables, getting the little bits off the pan to add to her omelette. W-S refunded my money. I could have let it slide without a negative review had not the store manager told me 3 times that one cannot leave a spatula in the pan. This specific product is poorly designed & overpriced. Own that and save me the lecture.
alan bowers: 👍
Billy Ringer: What the corporate does to their people here is wrong and disgusting. I will never again shop here. Corporate America needs to learn to treat their employees with respect, and their pocket books need to suffer when they don't. It's the only thing that hurts them.
Sabrina K: Cool stuff but the prices are a little high. Found this cute mug though and the shopping / area was nice:
Laura S: Poor experience at this store…”managers” are inflexible and don’t care about their customers… very disappointed.
Elizabeth Przybylski: Wonderful customer service! They had the perfect advent calendar I have been looking for this year. Love the peppermint bark paws!
Jeff Williams: Friendly staff who is always happy to help. Good recommendations and the quality of the products sold are typically top notch. This location has been my go to WS location for years. Keep up the solid work!
Corinne Orvis: Excellent employees! Help every corner you go and not pushy
Jason Kruse: Very attentive, great service.
Hilary Noonan: The people who work in this store have been very helpful. I just wish it wasn't so far from where the old store was in my neighborhood!

Ambrosi Bros. Cutlery Co: what do users think?
Michael Moles: Took in a number of knives... got them back razor sharp. They justifiably take pride in the job they do.
Ivan Hernandez: Took my 2 pocket knives to get sharpened. They did a great job! I will be bringing one of my kitchen knives here soon!
Rob Frederick: Brought in a couple of knives for sharpening and very satisfied! Will return and highly recommend!
Ed Barger: Sharpening services are fantastic, their knowledge of high quality cutlery and customer service is amazing.
Barry Ballenger: They are awesome 😎!We have used them for years. You won't be disappointed.
Kyle Brooks: Quick turnaround and fantastic work. My well loved chef's knife had a few chips in it, so I brought it in at around 9am, they had it back to me by 2pm. my freshly sharpened knife now cuts through meat as if it were softened butter. It might actually be better than when it was brand new
Kimberly VanMeter: I took all of my kitchen knives to be sharpened. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Ambrosi Brothers. They offered same day service along with reasonable pricing. I will use them in the future.
Tahrim Rasheed: I want to my Bowie knife sharpened can u guys sharpen ths and the tang on the curve?
Christopher Williams: Top notch service for private and commercial!
Morgann Britain: Best sharpening company In kc and mo area. Not only that I had the chance to meet the owner. Very nice and always looking out for your needs. I 100% recommend will not go anywhere else.
Armando Contreras: Best company! They will take care of you. They have a wide variety of services they offer. I have gone to them to fix a dough mixer, meat slicer, sharpen my knifes, and I also order my gloves from them. Everything was done in a timely mannor. I have been with them for 10+yrs.
Abigail Grysban: Took a paper cutter to Ambrosi Brothers this week and had no clue they existed until our paper cutter at work was too dull to stand. The employees were friendly and warm, and voluntarily discounted their fee for me when there was a price miscommunication. This is the kind of small business I want to support. Thanks, Ambrosi Brothers, for a great first experience!
Jean S: I needed sewing scissors sharpened, and Ambrosi Bros. did the job quickly. My scissors are soooo sharp now!
Leo Perez: Excellent place to get knives sharpened a well as purchase knives and other kitchen equipment
Johnathan Vrentas: Bought a Japanese chef knife about two weeks ago. I wanted to wait a bit to see how it holds up in a restaurant kitchen before leaving a review. With proper care it’s holding up amazing. The blades been holding it’s edge very well for the amount of use it’s seen. The employees did a great job helping me find a blade. I will be back in the future when I need more knifes.
Steve Nelson: Ambrosi Bros always do such an excellent job!
Anthony Paige: Very knowledgeable employees enjoy walking to the store him like a kid in a candy store. Purchase a couple of knives and will be back to purchase more.
William Carriger: Love their work! I have all of my knives done there, EDC and kitchen. If I can't get the kind of edge I want at home i go to Ambrosi.
Laura Winsor: Service was great unfortunately I had waited way too long to sharpen my knivesThey are like brand new. I am KC native I wish I would have visited your business sooner. I will be back
Scott Corn: I was recommended by a friend a couple of years ago who has a large local pizza company in the Kansas City area. I have had my pocket knives and kitchen knives sharpened here ever since. I like the fact I can pay an extra buck and get same day sharpening. Today I took several pocket knives, of which I have had sharpened there before. The blades are sharp I will say that, but the finish was gotten into on the blades. This hasn’t happened before , also the machine got into the handles of the knives and has ruined them. I am fairly reasonable and if the guy would have come out and said what had happened. We could of figured something out. The knives are not cheap ( Kershaw launch’s) and one is not able to be replaced, or very difficult to if found. I am not happy with the service this round and most likely won’t be back.
James Symmonds: Went in uncertain about what to expect or whether they would have anything I could afford at the moment. I kind of assumed that I'd be looking and have to come back later to buy. But that wasn't the case! They set me up pretty well at an affordable price. So down the road when I outgrow these knives, I know where to go for my future needs!

Jeremy “Stimpy” Simpson: This place is a nice addition to the downtown Independence area. Has a unique selection of kitchen gadgets/accessories, wine, and dry goods for anyone's taste. Stop in if you need some charcuterie boards or cheese knives for you next get together. So if you're walking the square, stop in and have a wander.

Sarah C: Fun store to find gourmet snacks and unique kitchen items. They have a great selection.
Cindy Franks: This is a great store for unique gifts and gourmet foods. I found exactly what I wanted. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Aubrey Anderson: What a fun store to visit when you're at the Independence Square. Believe it or not, the Gilbert Whitney store has been at this location for over 190 years. It is honestly pretty neat to think about it being a building block for the city of Independence. Definitely worth checking out this piece of history :)
Molly Bindel: I love coming here for various things from bakeware that will fit into my air fryer, snacks, cards, and little gifts. They had masks I got for my kids in the beginning of the pandemic and are all around just a little gem on the square.
Duane Cosby: I just received the drumstick griller with the greatest thank you “handwritten” note. I love the product and truly appreciated the personal touch! I am now an ardent fan of Gilbert, Whitney & Co.
Angela Randle: They have unique sauces that nobody else has and it's nice to support a small business. I went to get apple and onion sauce to try but also grabbed hot pepper and bacon jam while I was here.

Wanda Sims: Cute place but pricey. Fun to go in though.
Rocky Balboa: Nice little place with spices and kitchen gadgets. Loved it
Jeannette Lawson: finally found the "rose water" and avocado oil I needed for cooking Keto recipes...I recently accidentally bought rose water extract/essential oil somewhere else and can't ingest that as it is poisonous!!!! That one makes a fine body spray only!Rose water for cooking can be used in recipes like candies, yogurts, etc and can be used in place of vanilla extract! Just make sure you get the safe digestable one from Gilbert's!!!
Le Mauser: Always fun to look around, get inspired, and pick up a unique tool.

Index Restaurant Supply: what do users think?
Sam Dick: I have made quite a few purchases at Index over the last seven years. The workers have been quick to answer questions and find products for me that I didn't see as I poked around--otherwise they do let you look around without standing over your shoulder. The short of it is that they carry good quality food service products of all kinds. Not my idea of a "fun" place to shop, but I appreciate the service and the good products I find there.
Jesse Vega: This great local restaurant supply store! I always bump into a lot of other local chefs when I’m there! I just loaded up on some catering supplies. Very fast and friendly service! Shopping for a new blender we make a lot of hot salsa!
David Wilson: Hung up on!
Carl Harris: Great store and friendly staff. With good prices.
Rebekah Butler: They say they are open to the public, but I felt very unwelcome in there. Someone just sat at a desk in the back and never said a word to me. I left when I couldn't find the price on anything. If you only want b2b sales then take down your “open to the public” sign.
john harmon: They were very helpful and had good prices will ships there again.
Amy Gibbs: I've been a customer for about 4 years now, they have always been super helpful and I find what I need everytime. Customer service has always been great.
Chad Tilton: Walked in to do business and shop ( no-one at the desk wearing a mask ) We have a medical exception. Was in the store at least 15 min and a very rude employee walks us and harasses us for not wearing a mask as he puts one on... also they didn't have a sign saying mask required displayed... Rude and disrespectful in badgering us yet we were asked to leave while employees were not wearing masks!!! Do not do business here!!! They discriminate and are beyond rude!!!
Sparky Lc: If I could leave a no star review I would, my wife and I walked in today to buy things for our food truck, no one greeted us upon entering the store or asked us if we needed anything. For clarification nobody in the store was wearing a mask and no signs for a mask was on the door, there were several sitting behind desks not wearing any masks and one guy wearing a mask that was pulled down below his chin. After walking around in store about 20 minutes looking at products and picking up things to buy one guy decieded to pull on a mask and confront us for not wearing a mask and told us to leave his store. He is the only one wearing a mask and wasnt when we entered the store none of the other employees were wearing a mask. When the others not wearing a mask was brought to his attention he said it was his private business and they could do what they want. Let me say I believe in buying local as I have a food truck but after being singled out and humiliated i will never set foot in his business again. From now on I will be buying from webstaurant and having it delivered.
Kevin Williams: Good customer service.
Wichita Food Trucks: Great equipment and the best customer service!
Jacob Rose: Have been shopping here for years. The staff is always helpful. Great selection.
Vincent Spallo: I have been a customer for two years and have ALWAYS received PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, PROMPT service. They keep my food truck up and running. Their work ethic, in the store and their delivery guys, is outstanding! They are interested in my business, but they are just as interested in me as a person. Thank you!!!!
BRIAN HANGLEY: Great Prices
SamuraiNola2021: I found my go to place for kitchen and cooking supplies! I received excellent service and prompt response for what I needed.I will be going there more often.
David Harvey: Excellent place to shop
Ed Banda: Sucks
J TheDude “Thedude” D: I've made many great purchases there over the years
Maxi F: Excelente servicio
bobby richards: Good prices and friendly people
Nick Carpenter: The best!

Cabinets To Go - Kansas City: what do users think?
Paulette Teague: I only have good things to say about the people that work at this store especially the two that Jim and I worked with Matt and Brandon both very knowledgeable and very patient. Even after we ordered the cabinets we called twice and changed stuff and they were very nice and helpful. We didn’t order enough cabinet handles so we ordered more and we live in Lawrence so instead of us, having to go and pick them up in KC… Brandon‘s wife dropped them off at our house. No complaints on the product. We love our kitchen…the installers were great and funny and patient with my million questions. If you’re doing a kitchen bathroom remodel, give these guys a try. I don’t think you’re gonna have a problem. We sure didn’t. Jim & Paulette Teague
alex lee: The lady upfront made me feel very unwelcomeKindness cannot be learned.
Kevin Reinwald: Bought 2 vanities plus sinks from them. The shipping dates we were given was 6-8 weeks. Took 14 weeks because of overseas delays...we understood that. Once it got to Tennessee they had trouble getting a truck to deliver to KC...again we "were patient".Went to kc (1 hour) (2 hour round trip) to pick up our products. One sink didn't fit because it was a left sided 48" cabinet left apparently they don't make a 48" left sided sink cabinet so we had to take it back..(2 hours) and go to a 42" left sided sided to be ordered. Picked it up a week later..(2 hour trip)Our 60" sink for our master bath would not fit into the cabinet we also got from Cabinets to Go. There was a design problem from the factory so our installer had to butcher the cabinet to make it drop in per Cabinets to Go...will try to post video.Store mgr was supposed to send customer service a message about our experience in hopes to make it right. That was 8 days ago and not heard anything after store mgr saying he would call me in 3 days. Will update if we receive a response.
Adam Hutzell: Buyer beware!!!! Cabinets too go sent out THEIR measurement guy to make sure that the cabinets went to the door jam as we requested. He mis measured by 4 inches so we have a 5 inch gap between the cabinets and the door jam. Also exposing the hardwood floors that now do not go to the cabinets (we did a quick fix as u will see in pics but will need to be repaired. We were out of the home during the install as we did not want to deal with it. Our installer installed as he was instructed and while we were gone and the countertop people came out and measured and Cut our countertops to the new incorrect length. Brandon (the manager) instructed us to call customer service and see what they could do. And assured us no more than 24 hour turn around time on customer service getting back to us. They did get back to us and by they I mean a foreign call center that understood very little English. We asked to have a manager call hoping for better communication and we were assured 24 hours to get back with us. Here we sit 3 days later no response with our kitchen a mess. Spending 25k on a kitchen that did not meet our expectations. Also used strange fillers instead of using the entire wall for cabinets on another wall. Pics included. You may save a few dollars using this company but I pray for your sake there are no issues bc this company does not stand behind their product or clean up the mistakes their measurement guys make. Don’t walk. Run from this company.- update 7/6/22Brandon the store manager said he would replace the cabinets that have the 3 in spacer with a 21 inch instead of the 18 inch that looks silly. Said we would have the 7/1/22. Had not heard anything as of today. Took several calls and e-mails to get a response. Said he could only change them if we take them out ourselves. The installer has already been paid to install this ridiculous design and any more labor to make this right would be on us.
Dawn Sanders: Great place to visit if you're wanting to remodel! Large selection of cabinets, colors, countertops, some backsplashes and special features and knobs/pulls. Matt was very knowledgeable in helping us. We will be ordering cabinets and countertops from them very soon!
Joseph Crownover: Best place around to turn your dream kitchen into a tangible creation. Ask for Corey Jennings to turn your imagination into a reality! 10/10
James Baker: Matthew was great to work with!
Marc T: A very nice store with great displays of their cabinets. Matthew was a pleasure to work with.
petrina jones: Great courteous service
Libby DuPont: When our original, 1960’s cabinets needed replacing, we got estimates from all the different tiers of cabinets out there. Cabinets to go was a perfect fit for us! The quality is excellent and I couldn’t believe how reasonable they were. We worked with Cassie who was attentive to detail without being pushy or annoying. She made sure we got the best deal.We used Cross Contracting to install and they were also excellent. We are so pleased with our new kitchen!
Kathy Rogers: Thank you Kurtis Glenn and Cabinets to Go for my beautiful renovations. I’ve had sooooo many compliments on my cabinets and flooring! Thanks to Cross construction for a great remodel job!
Steve Cartwright: Great
Juan Trevino: Cassie is awesome at designing kitchens and bathrooms. I will continue to work with her on all my projects.
LaFrance' Johnson: My daughter and I just walked out the store. The lady upfront made us feel very unwelcome. She was staring at us with disrespect. Her eyes, frown, glare, energy and essence gave us the impression we were not welcomed. The gentleman in the back came up and he was pleasant; however, our first impression was with the lady and by the time he approached us, we lost interest. We didn’t stay long due to our unpleasant experience with the lady sitting right up front when you walk in.
Dennis Brown: Went to cabinets to go for a complete kitchen remodel. Was very pleased with the experience. Brandon was very helpful with design choices and had a computer drawing of the layout. Quality of the cabinets is very good with all wood and soft close drawers and doorsEverything was delivered in a timely manner and no hidden charges.
Karmella Antone: I received cabinets and one was defective 3 weeks later I’m still waiting on them to replace the part. They have customer service that said if I choose to return the item I will pay a 25% restock fee on a defective item. This company is terrible!
Matthew Winborn: very knowledgeable staff. Very helpful
GALEN MCCLUSKY: The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the computer software makes it very easy to design your kitchen and then see a 3D version of what it will look like.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Sherri Boyle: Walked in and was welcomed immediatley...sat down and was designed a kitchen...thank you!!!!
Linda Lawrence: Neat place
Deborah Hansel: Great quality products. Excellent engineering. Competent and knowledgeable staff. Responsive customer service. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars... the install crew. They were very fast and seemed to know what they were doing But lacked professionalism and attention to detail was non- existent.... door hinges left unadjusted, knob holes drilled unevenly, cracked sink plumbing and failed to inform us, crown molding was so poorly cut/installed we complained. Upon return my husband instructed them on cutting mitered corners and we ended up adjusting the cabinet doors ourselves as we were told something cabinets are just that way’ when several were left with 1/4” gaps and/or unevenness. Bottom line: great product; questionable installers.

HomeGoods: what do users think?
Kristi Divine: Good deals. The cashier asked me 10 times to apply for a credit card. Too persistent. No matter what I said, she kept on. I was not rude but really wanted to be! I then told her I had a plumber coming in 10 minutes. I paid with 1 dollar bills, she took several minutes to lay the bills in order and then went through them, again, to count them. I was late. I'm sure not all cashiers are like her but I probably won't go back.
Vira V: Fun place to look for...home goods!
Ken Shipley: Love this place. I check it out often.
Monique Mcconnell-Roberts: I just left this store. I was going to purchase a coffee table book that was sitting in a cart by the register. Well according to the ticket that was on the Tom Ford coffee table book it was 64.99, the cashier looks at the price and states the price doesn’t look right and proceeds to contact another store. The book ended up being 80.00. If the sticker/ price ticket says 64.99 that’s the stores fault for putting the wrong ticket on the item and the price on the book should have been honored. It’s the principle of the matter.
Jane Teeman: We found the perfect outdoor seating set here. Have looked everywhere before we saw this.
Pam Washington: Lots of great inventory and markdowns. I had too much fun and spent too much money!
GreenieGriz: I dont always go to Homegoods, but when I do, I leave broke.
Tina Knight: Had a gift card and it was great to shop for Christmas gifts
Jessica Madrigal: The lady at the cash register gave me an attitude, after I refused going to go get a price tag because the item I was trying to purchase did not have it. Really!!! Unprofessional.
John Gallagher: Discounts are not as good as they used to be....GO BRANDON.
Carole O: They've improved their store in the last few years. Better lighting, cleaner, better organization. It's a smaller store, but they serve the community well. I enjoy the pet section and the throw pillow section at this store!
Todd Barker: Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lotMore
Sarah Stillwell: Nice
Amy Carr: Dog friendly! Love this store, and so does my dog... it's his favorite place to shop for toys.
Juanita Dunham: Good place to shop
Maddie Hise: Beyond impressed with this HomeGoods. I bought a full length mirror only to find out it didn't fit in my car. They held it at the store for me for 3 days while I found a vehicle big enough. I returned with a truck and they helped me load the mirror. Unfortunately it was a wood mirror and it was raining. The manager came out and helped me wrap the mirror with boxes and plastic bags to make sure it doesn't break or get wet. They did such a great job, they definitely won over some new customers.
Sandy Eckley: Great selection of unique items. Great place to find kitchen and decorative items.
Phyllis Turner: I like this store great and reasonably priced items.
Bonnie B: Beautiful home decor throughout. The clerk on the floor was very helpful finding the price on an item not tagged. I will definitely return to this location.
Penny Lane: Rude
R H: I like this store a lot. I can find items that I would like to try.
