When work began, it began in earnest. Jaime was our installer. He was conscientious, thorough, and professional. At the start of every day, he put down the canvas runners that protected the rest of our home, no matter what he was doing that day. Phoebe Stubbs: We used the team at Schloegel to do a remodel that included removing a wall, building a new staircase to access an attic area that they turned into a usable space, adding a shower to a half bath in the upstairs bedroom, and refinishing walls and the ceiling throughout the main floor. From the first meeting we had with them through the completion of the 3 month project there was never any doubt that we made the correct decision to work with Schloegel! The project cost was very fair, the quality of the work was absolutely perfect, and the complete professionalism of every member of their team made the project extremely enjoyable. They were able to accommodate us so that we could live in the house while the work was being done. The house was cleaned up at the end of each work day and all their equipment and building materials were always kept tidy and out of the way to make it possible to remain in the house throughout the entire project. The project was completed at the promised time even after several changes we made along the way. Emma Graves: My spouse and I had our kitchen remodeled through GHH. The end result was exactly what we wanted and within our budget. We found Shawn to be extremely honest and helpful and overall construction and renovation was timely. There were many moments of communication failure in the process, however, that were frustrating including miscommunication about cabinet color, paint color, how far to patch the floor. We had another instance where we needed to move a wall to make space for our fridge and the wall was not moved quite enough, leading to a few more weeks of work and patching to a wall that had already been moved. In the end, we recognize that projects are not perfect, however polishing up some communication issues on their end would have saved us some frustration and them the headache of having to find workers to correct mistakes.

They were able to keep my current cabinets and refinish them where necessary; and coordinated replacement/install of flooring, countertops, backsplash.When other companies would not respond or said they could not even come look for 2 weeks, Dustin (owner) came out the same day and got back to me with a competitive quote within a week. Dustin answered any and all questions promptly and knowledgeably.I thought there could have been more clarity within the contract/bid in regards to the material allowances and different labor costs; but it did not matter as they did not nickel and dime us at any time during or after the remodel. Yank Lopez: Be aware of this company. They worked in our bathroom and they did not do a good job. I am sharing our experience, so you do not go through the same and waste your money. They have good review online and we did our research just like you are probably doing now. We went with them due to all good reviews online and thinking we were going to get a good quality job done remodeling our bathroom. At first when we met the owner, he seems professional. We showed the owner what we wanted. He said, once we are done it will look like the picture. We agreed on a date a few days later he called and said the person who supposed to work in our bathroom canceled, he mentioned another person who was going to work on it, we were kind on in hurry due to plans made. At the time the owner said the wait it's worth it , we were like okay and thinking at the time of the quality and we probably get a professional. We waited until they finally started working on it. When they were almost done with tiling the bathtub, we noticed some imperfections, the grout was thick not straight or clean, they used a different spacers that we showed the owner of the company, also the corners were uneven. I will try to upload some pictures as well so you can see, what quality of work we got like the owner promised. At the end the owner asked us if he could quit the job because he could not fixed it. We did agree, definitely we did not want them to keep working in our bathroom. Other people out there probably have a better experience but not us. I would advise you to find a professional that stand behind their work and trustworthy.

Brandon Lewis: My house had a lot of wood rot that needed to be replaced. Ronnie and his team not only were able to fit me in quickly, but they were then patient when I had to push back the time. As prices in materials have continued to rise, they still honored their original quote, which was much cheaper than all of the others. As the work began, he handed me receipts so I knew the exact costs of the supplies instead of including materials into the quote (which we all know would be over the actual cost). The work was completed in a timely manner, and completed very well. After the job was complete, the areas were cleaned to look even better than they were found. Mary Pettman: We wanted to start from scratch with our downstairs bathroom: New walls, vanity unit, water-saving toilet, and add a shower. We frequently passed "Ovation", a business offering what we sought. We contacted Matt, the owner, and met him in his showroom. He came to look at the space, took notes, and measured. A week later, he called to say he had some thoughts about how we might proceed. He was most tactful, listened, asked and answered questions. Our sense of confidence in him grew. At a later meeting, we chose styles, finishes, etc. These were all costed at our final visit. We had a budget figure that was exceeded. Matt was aware of this and ran through every item trimming where it was possible. We liked the way he compromised. For example, we said we would like to do the painting of the walls and ceiling and he agreed to give us two days to complete this (we bought all the necessary materials). He had a crew of three but we mostly dealt with one of them. He ensured that dust cloths were spread to create a pathway from bathroom to front door. He cleaned up behind him and rarely interrupted our routine.We were more than happy with the new room, especially the addition of the shower. Carla C: We recently had a fire at our house, luckily it wasn't a huge fire but what a mess. It was just devastating. Our insurance sent an adjuster out very quickly. I was having nightmares about finding a contractor for the outside of our house and a different contractor for the inside of our house. I really feel lucky to have found MAC, and they took care of all parts the repairs, including everything I knew absolutely nothing about. They kept me in the loop about what was happening the whole time, they were always on time, very professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about all the big and small details. Our deck was leaning and pulling away from our house and they came and mud-jacked our patio slab making it very close to level again and installed some new deck supports.
