adam green: I took my family there for my son’s birthday to ride the karts. We were a party of 4, they said the first ride would be in 20 minutes and then the next available ride would be an hour after the first ride because of the wait. I paid for everyone in our party to get 2 rides which came to about $180. This was my youngest sons first attempt and he was nervous. When they called our names I went to help my youngest son get strapped in only to get scolded by a teenage boy to get in my kart, that he would get my son strapped in. My son got scared and decided he didn’t want to ride after all so he and I sat this one out.After the hour had passed, we asked if it was almost our turn again, they said yes, that there were 2 more groups before us. My youngest one still wasn’t ready to ride the karts so we asked if we could switch his and my wife’s next ride to a wrist band (which is cheaper than the kart ride)so that my son could play on the bouncy house. At first the kid said no, but after speaking to what I assume was his supervisor, they finally allowed it.5 groups later, we still hadn’t gone back out, we went back to the counter to be told “any minute now”. 3 more groups go, we’ve been hanging out for an hour and 45 minutes now, I’ve had enough. I go up to the counter again to let them know I’m leaving when they inform me, “you’re in the next group.” I declined her offer, told them we were leaving and that we would not be back.Listen, if they are unsure of how long it will be between rides then don’t give a time, or at least error on the side of caution. Don’t keep telling me to wait “just a little more” only to keep passing over me. Very frustrating.

Kylee Brehe: I have went once before it was great,but this time around not so much to start out with the worker in the escape room was not watching us properly and gave us or last hint which was not useful. Then we went to go karts I put a helmet on that I believe us to big but the guy told me that if it shakes it’s not to big well it was a race with 3 of us I was not buckled in properly my straps were way loose and when my cousin spun out it cause me and the other person I was with to crash at full speed causing my head and neck to hurt possibly have a concussion.

MrCrazyBubba: There is a problem with the Karts not seeming to be the same speed, and some are harder to turn than others. My friend felt like his kart was slower. Also the track could have been a little wider, but other than that it was a great experience!

Scottie Nettles: Came here with my family for my bachelor party, most came from out of state, and the karts weren't working correctly. First race, my cart was the slowest out of everyone. My lap time was consistently 30 seconds. Second race, my brother's kart was just going less than 5mph and the manager told him he can race with some random people when the real reason we came here was to spend time with family, not people we don't know. Not a super great experience, especially for our first time here.

Clarence Nettles: Doesn’t charge karts properly. Came for a wedding with my family and my brother came all the way from California and kart would not drive and we tried to talk to one of the workers about it. They plainly told us no refunds but we just wanted to race together and they told him that we would need to buy another race but all we wanted was a discount for him being robbed of a race because the kart wouldn’t go. Just not understandable or reasonable.

Sam Corl: Very poor customer service. Flew from California to spend time with family. Cart wasn’t properly working, and I asked for refund. I was told I could race alone or family can pay for another race but no refunds.

Elaina Gurung: Fun, but half, if not most, of the games didn’t work properly. Most of the issues were that the game would take your points, but then wouldn’t work. A lot of the games were also out of service. There was a person walking around making sure the games work at least. The mini bowling and skee ball were fun!Also the prize area(?) seems really bare.

Ruined the experience everyone else was nice except for that guy, curly hair, up to his shoulders, a lot of acne on the lower part of his face.

Leah Hicks: Great place to take the kiddos. They have a buffet on weekends. You can order food at the front entrance or they have a concession stand as well. And they have alcohol. Go carts are so fun. They also have a mini bowling alley. We had my nephews 5th birthday party here. Had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Better service than at Main Event in my opinion. Went on a Wednesday night and wasn't super crowded.

Mac: Horrible horrible. We had a birthday party and the room was tiny and was expensive for 45 minutes. Half the games didn’t work, the staff didn’t care, we didn’t recieve our goodie bags or cards or balloons. The manager just said “I can’t refund you but you can have extra points”. I don’t want extra points I want the correct order the first time or my money back. We will NEVER be back and we will be calling corporate. Our “party hero” stalked outside the door the whole time like a weirdo instead of explaining rules and was completely useless. Because of this experience, we will never back.

Jacob Trillin: Showed up to race with my brothers birthday and nobody was here. Looked at the reviews and noticed that I am not the only one. The phone number on the website doesn’t work. One number goes to someone who isn’t even attached to the track at all. The website is extremely misleading and it’s obvious the owner refuses to change it. (If there is not arrive and drive why is it still on the website?) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! It’s an empty dirt track the owner probably just rents out for extra cash. It’s false advertising at its best!

Erin Bingham: Terrible experience. They wanted to put me in a slow kart because they assumed I was inexperienced. I race cars regularly. Car wouldn't run and when I complained I was blown off. I used 1 cuss word referring to the kart, because I was upset, I apologized. But suddenly I was being kicked out. Don't assume because someone is female they don't know what they are doing or talking about. Then instead of addressing the issue of the kart not running properly, saying a cuss word is the end of the world. I did get my money back after they said the carburetor was clogged.
