kupo laf: We just started going last year and every time we go we bring new people who end up loving it as much as we do! We always book a private room for our group and make sure to get a tambourine. Lol! I also LOVE that we can bring in food while we're singing because we always end up hungry.

Initially, when we got in, we told them what party we were with and the man wasn't listening because be brought us to a room and we settled in and come to find out we were in the wrong room. The man tried to play it off like, "you told me the wrong name" to the only man in our group, but that man is married to the person whom had the group; so in no way would he have given the incorrect name. The same man that was "serving" us was very energetic with us at first (when we were in the wrong room), but once we were in our correct room, things were pretty different. Took 40 minutes to get our initial drink order. Once a couple of people were done with drinks, the man came in and asked if anyone would like a new drink and the people who had alcohol said yes. Their drinks took another 40 minutes to show up. A member of our group went to the bar and got drinks faster than we had delivered. Despite any of that; we will be back. We were celebrating a birthday, and she LOVES this bar for their private rooms specifically. It's easy to connect to the server for the songs and to create a profile for the bar.

David Simia: I was looking for an escape from the odorous taint of very unpleasant dealings with the legal contacts at H&R block, specifically 2 that represented they were part of the H&R Block legal team (????). Not one thing in my communications with them validated legal acumen other than as the joke goes...there lips were moving!.....I saw this restaurant, reviewed the menu and the comments of others. It appears to have the professionalism, credibility and quality service credentials that H&R IMO lacks. I was very impressed with the exciting food they offer and the chance to deal with a quality organization. Looks like fun!!!!

Heather Leckey: A piece of advice a pastor once gave me about weddings, "Make sure you don't skimp on your photographer and DJ. One captures all the memories with pictures, and one keeps the party going, and makes the night memorable." Ryan Botts at Levity Events made our night the MOST memorable, epic night we ever could have imagined!! He communicated with us throughout the planning process making sure we always knew the next steps. I never had to follow up because he was one step ahead of us. We could tell right away he had lots and lots of experience and gave us sound advice on our wedding timeline and song choices. Everything flowed effortlessly and perfectly. We had SO MUCH positive feedback on our entire evening, mostly because of Ryan. He knows how to read a crowd to keep the party going, as well as keep everything on schedule so all you have to do as a newly married couple is enjoy your family, friends and night together. We are so happy we went with Ryan at Levity!! Amanda Adreani: Paige KILLED it! The dance floor is always our favorite part of a wedding, so we really wanted to make sure we had a fun dance vibe at ours. I know Paige personally, so I knew she was gonna be fun, but she truly exceeded our expectations. She was super easy to work with during the planning stages, and even met with us in person for our final prep meeting the week of our wedding. She was so organized and professional, and SUPER fun on the mic. She made our outdoor ceremony sound great. And then for our indoor reception, she kept everything moving, leading us all from one thing to the next. She totally captured the vibe we wanted for the cocktail hour. During dinner, she made sure that everyone in the space could hear the speeches–and there was not a dry eye in the place! And then, during the speeches, our friend planned a surprise dance that involved not only the whole bridal party, but also most of the guests…! and Paige kept it totally a secret!!! My wife and I had NO idea! Paige totally made it happen. And then, during the dancing portion, she really followed our ideas and made the dance floor totally bumping. We had friends who quite literally NEVER left the dance floor! There was a two-layer conga line, there was the Wobble, there was an alternative section, there was a whole section of the night of just Queer anthems! We asked her to do some transitions between songs to keep the vibes flowing and Paige did a great job with that too. She made the dance floor so fun for our guests and she did a great job of checking in with us and following our lead. ABSOLUTELY would recommend Paige and Levity Events!

He went above and beyond. I will recommend him over and over again.

The dance floor was lively the whole night. I will suggest letting your DJ know if there's a certain playlist or genre you'd like played, just to ensure everyone is on the same page. Overall, very happy with Levity and would use again!

Julie Gilmor: Creative Carnivals & Events was PERFECT for our non-profit gala! We had a carnival theme and they knocked it out of the park!! On-time delivery, the set up was great and the pick-up was smooth and easy.
Leavenworth Kansas Public Library: Creative Carnivals and Events helped to make our carnival a success! From the midway games, to the cotton candy machine, balloon artist and best of all- the train! It was all so much fun and they made the process easy from start to finish.

At Home Apartments Kansas City: Creative Carnivals & Events was a great addition to our block party! We ended up renting tables and chairs, an adult hi-striker and a face painter. We also ordered a bounce house, but they weren't able to deliver it because it was too windy - something to be aware of if you're ordering inflatables. The experience was great, and their team was very professional. Having them set up and take down the tables and chairs was a game changer! The face painter, I think her name was Jennifer, was AMAZING. She was by far the best part of the experience, and I would absolutely hire her again. My only real complaint is that they won't pick stuff up after dark if it's outside and not properly lit. Street lights and apartment lights were not enough, so we had to have our party earlier - which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, a good experience!

Evans Kamuru: Quality Name Brand Equipment. Competitive Rates. Unbeatable Service. I needed a PA system and Projector/ Screen Combo for a corporate training event. Paul was very helpful in helping me select the perfect system. At pick up, he took his time to show me exactly how to set up, connect and work everything. He even ensured that their system would integrate with mine! He added in extra cables and accessories to ensure that I had everything I needed. The result? The audio-visual experience at my event was stellar and got the compliments of many attendees. Looking forward to working with Audio Rent KC AGAIN and AGAIN. Highly recommended!

Dia Sims: Our business was in need of a/v equipment for an upcoming event. We scheduled a rental from Audio Rent KC with an early delivery. Our invoice and details were both finalized and confirmed a week prior to the event. On the day of, they failed to show up for our delivery. Although the schedule was confirmed several times, we were told that "The schedule wasn't saved correctly" - causing this to happen. We had to contact the person who assisted us 8 times to receive answers. There was a lack of communication and professionalism. We had to inconvenience our guests because of their mistake.

I figured there was no way someone could fill my need in 48 hours but I received a response quickly, ordered the PA and the price was way lower than other music stores. I would recommend this sound company for any audio needs. I have 40 years of audio experience (bands, radio, commercials) and this was the best experience ever! Call or email these guys - you will be very happy with the result.
