Don't waste your time with another company like spectrum where you won't be getting the WiFi speed you pay for. My WiFi speed has been amazing as he said it would be. My upload speed is just as fast as my download speed. That's business grade WiFi in my home!!

Linda Drozd: My wifi went down to all devices & I called Tech Support. I am not tech savvy by any means..lol Spoke to a gr8 person named Becca who was kind & patient & walked me through solving the problem!! Thank you!!
BOSS LADY: You can't get regular channels like FX, Lifetime, the ID channel etc. Channels don't even recognize this Generic Brand of Internet.If you want to add those channels you will end up having to pay money for what would normally be free with Google fiber or any other Name Brand Internet🤦🏾‍♀️ I can't wait for Google Fiber to come near Armour Road and Burlington.
CJ Smith: Had this internet for a year. My wife and I both work fully remote and this internet could not sustain our technological needs. Made our work lives very frustrating. I would not recommend this service.
Candice Carpenter: Their billing system is undeniably disorganized and not at all accurate. I have been a NKC resident for 7 years, and their current customer service is awful. When I first moved here, they seemingly had things together. I have paid for services now for two locations, making the call to go with them a second time because my first experience was a positive one. Ever since reestablishing a new connection with them at a new residence years later, it has been a downward hill. They do not listen to their customers concerns and place the responsibility back on them while continuing to overcharge when their billing system is inaccurate. I do not leave negative reviews for businesses ever, and unfortunately I have found myself doing this for this company. Times are rough all around, and good customer service is imparative. Sadly, I think this company is all about numbers and you are seen as just that.

M L: Small town fiber optic ISP, great service with a one time setup fee, then it is free for up to Gigabit speeds. They offer both residential and business services up to 10Gb!
Kristine Fotland: Their billing system is screwed up. They have admitted that their billing system screwed up and is not sending me the invoices. Yet, when I proactively reach out to them about it - they ignore my requests. Until I then get a threat to disconnect service. No matter how I communicate with them, they are rude, unprofessional, unreasonable, and hateful. I have BEGGED them to come to some sort of understanding that they would consider that my billing was messed up BY THEM, before they start harassing me. I have tried proactively communicating and trying to find a resolution. Every single time I am met with hatefulness. In all my years I've never encountered such a horrible experience with customer service, over something as simple as internet billing. Jackie and Diana blame every problem on Nicolai (who was amazing, btw) - with no remorse or understanding for what the customer has experienced. I rarely write bad reviews. I gave them a ton of chances to get this right - since they are our NKC neighbors. But they just do bad business. Do not go to them unless you love horrible customer service, hateful bad attitudes, and businesses that blame their problems on everyone else.
Carrie Callicoat: If I could give KCFiber -10 stars I would. We had to settle for this service when they blocked Google Fiber and AT&T U-Verse from installing fiber and this company is a damn joke. Customer service is terrible and never accept culpability, quickly blaming your computer or your router for any connectivity problems - regardless if it's brand new or has never exhibited issues before. We've replaced three routers in the past because they were insistent that it was OUR equipment that wasn't working and still, we continue to have the worst reliability I could ever imagine. Tech support is awful as well because not only do they pull the same "it must be you" card as customer service does, but they also take FOREVER to resolve anything. I seriously can't wait to get rid of this heinous provider.

This young woman seems slammed with customer service/sales needs! I finally went into the NKC office for no service at our home and understood immediately why no one had the chance to call us back yet. Diana was running the entire show. Setting up new accounts and fixing problems with 2 lines holding!Anyway.....She did her computer magic and didnt stop until we were up and running. Seriously guys.....give her a raise and a staff!❤✨❤When you support a staff that can answer the phone you'll get 5 stars!

Since I needed to complete a big project I called to get an estimate of when it might be restored. When the repair tech got service restored he stopped by my home to let me know AND I also received a call from a gal in the office to make sure I was all set. It was truly an example of a company going above and beyond.
Beavis Gsta: Worst internet I've ever had. Tech support is a joke and argues with you that it's your computer and not the internet. We have been without internet for 2 weeks at home now. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy for internet.needs.

Rick Condray: PacketLayer was one of several options we had for consistent, high speed internet at our home.The speed has been consistent and the price is fair compared to other options.There have been a few outages with storms, but the support staff is very responsive and keep us informed when things are back up and running.We worked definitely recommend PacketLayer to others in our area.

Holly Cheatum: I have tried contacting them multiple times by email and phone about getting residential service. I reached a person one time. She said they could do service in my area but someone would call me back with more info. I have not heard back from anyone and cannot get anyone to answer the phone there either. They obviously do not want to sell internet to anyone.

Rusty Richburg: After a couple weeks I finally got a quote for internet. Now my company paid the initial start up fee on the 15th of August, here it is September 12th, and 30-40 calls. Still no answer on getting install done!! Do NOT use this company!!!
Todd Smith: I live in Leavenworth County and was extremely excited when I came across packet layer. However getting in touch with someone and getting a quote has been quite difficult. After calling multiple times over a two weeks with no returned call , I finally reached Josh in person . He promise to work on my proposal that evening and call me back and he still has not done , so even after the receptionist promised hw would do so multiple times. Unfortunately, I am going to be forced to go with another provider.Very disappointed!
Rhonda Fox: Over a two-week period, I sent requests about internet service to their website and never heard back from them. After a couple of weeks of no response I called. They told me they weren't sure if they could service me or not and the only person that could determine it was going to be out for two weeks.I have no idea how their actual services, but if their response time is any indication I'd stay away
