Jim Singleton: My wife and I wanted to refurbish our entire home from floor to ceiling. I had just retired after 50 years working as a project manager for a commercial construction company so I understand proper installation procedures and costs, but neither my wife or I have the vision or design sense to coordinate the colors and materials needed to make sure that our house would look great.We had interviewed another design firm, but when we met to review their proposal, we discovered that they really had not listened to us at all during our initial walk-thru. They only provided a single sky high proposal that included work that we did not want and left out scopes that we had requested.A friend recommended SRS Design so we scheduled an appointment with them. The SRS designer, Sidney Bohannon, met us at our house to get an understanding of what we were wanting to accomplish. Sidney took a lot of photos and made some great recommendations as we toured the house. Dustin Berens: We are currently building a new house and used Jillian with SRS for all tile and carpet selections throughout the house. Jillian is knowledgeable, friendly, and definitely has a great eye for color/design. Our meetings were multiple hours, but they never seemed like that. The entire staff was courteous and very helpful in all aspects of the job, especially, suggesting design options (Ask for Shannon). All work was completed on time, in fact, ahead of schedule. The staff completing the work were all clean cut courteous young men. Michael, the main contractor, was suburb. I highly recommend Ovation if you are looking to remodel.

Instead, I have a beautiful new kitchen with so many design details and little touches that Matt brought to the project, making the finished product so much more comfortable, polished and professional. His crew did excellent work, was always on time and cleaned up afterward.
Bonnie Still: This is our 2nd time we have asked Matt and his team to renovate. They completely renovated both bathrooms. Our master bath was very small and Matt made it happen where we could extend it. Now it has double sinks and more storage. Everything is so modern and clean. They even did some smaller jobs for us, and we appreciate everything they do. Mark and Michael are beyond fantastic. Polite, professional, perfectionists, get right to work, ask us our opinions or to verify things, if needed. Matt is always just a phone call away, too. On the first day, Matt is there and continues to check in throughout to ensure we are happy and everything is going well. They even finished ahead of schedule. Also, they have always been very mindful of our cats and not opening any doors labelled to not open. They keep things clean at all times. Mary Pettman: We wanted to start from scratch with our downstairs bathroom: New walls, vanity unit, water-saving toilet, and add a shower. We frequently passed "Ovation", a business offering what we sought. We contacted Matt, the owner, and met him in his showroom. He came to look at the space, took notes, and measured. A week later, he called to say he had some thoughts about how we might proceed. He was most tactful, listened, asked and answered questions. Our sense of confidence in him grew. At a later meeting, we chose styles, finishes, etc. These were all costed at our final visit. We had a budget figure that was exceeded. Matt was aware of this and ran through every item trimming where it was possible. We liked the way he compromised. For example, we said we would like to do the painting of the walls and ceiling and he agreed to give us two days to complete this (we bought all the necessary materials). He had a crew of three but we mostly dealt with one of them. He ensured that dust cloths were spread to create a pathway from bathroom to front door. He cleaned up behind him and rarely interrupted our routine.We were more than happy with the new room, especially the addition of the shower. We would strongly recommend "Ovation" to anyone seeking a professional to carry out a project like ours or something more ambitious. Matt is the most caring business owner we have had the pleasure of meeting. We trusted him and he never let us down.

Pink Cow: Portfolio helped us with a kitchen and two bathrooms renovations/remodels. We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. From the moment we walked into Portfolio’s beautiful showroom and studio, we knew we would be in good hands. Geri and her team brought us innovative solutions with high end results. They travel the world to bring top quality and new products to their clients that we typically don’t see in the Midwest. This, coupled with their attention to detail and commitment to customer service, makes them a stand out. They truly bring something unique to the community that is the complete opposite of the lack luster, cookie-cutter trends we’ve experienced with other design businesses in the past. There were no surprises with the budget either...a hat tip to their trustworthy communication and excellent organization skills. David Gerson: Wow. Geri and her team are rock stars. My wife and I were buying a new home and knew we wanted to do some remodeling. Geri took on our project, expanded our horizons on what could be done and they exceeded our expectation. We remodeled the kitchen from a boring dated design to a stunning beautiful kitchen, we remodeled the master bathroom to a beautiful spa like experience and updated two bathrooms, plus much more. During this time, they took the time to get to know us and what the style we were looking for. Further they wanted to help us create a home that was an expression of us. Beryl Raff: Geri and her team did a full renovation on the traditional and dated condo we purchased turning it into a light, bright, contemporary home with a kitchen that would be the envy of any cook. Colleen Henderson: Kleweno was fantastic! We had some challenges with supply chain but we understood this was no fault of theirs and they were gracious and patient throughout. They took a very small, dated kitchen in our condo and gave us a huge, functional, beautiful kitchen with a huge laundry/pantry space. Their task was to “hide” a large cement support pole and they accomplished this beautifully. We also had a lot of wasted space and that space became the pantry. Their ideas were brilliant. We throughly enjoyed the design process and could not be happier. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. Nick is Kleweno's cabinet installer by choice and he is FANTASTIC! He is a perfectionist and a master craftsman. He only installs cabinets. The price we paid for our super quality Crystal cabinets were more than you'd pay at home improvement stores or many other cabinet makers, but well worth it. The fit/finish/hardware/construction are first rate! How Kleweno finishes under their cabinetry above the counter top is rare. The integrated lighting and how the bottom is finished is A+ quality.
