Grant Tuma: I completed the course in 2021. I ended up having to take care of my family by staying home. ExamFX said no problem, I could access my certificate for 2 years. It’s within 2 years and they won’t release my certificate because, get this, I didn’t request my certificate previously.Just last week the CSR told me “wow you completed the course, you should have access to ther certification for 2 years”I talked to Melissa today, she’s very rude. She told me I’m going to have to spend my money again. Fat chance. I asked to talk to a Manager, she refused and said there wasn’t a manager. I called back and talked to another CSR and they said Melissa was the manager, she didn’t disclose that.
Claire Cooley: I passed my license test a few months ago, and recently received a letter saying I was missing a Certificate of Completion.I completed almost 100 hours of hard work studying over the course of months, and renewed the program multiple times.I called Exam FX to receive my completion, but was denied it since it had been over a year since I first purchased the course.All my HOURS and hard work and money from the original purchase and renewals was completely lost and gone.I do not recommend using Exam Fx. I was never notified that the course overall could expire or was going to expire and that all my hours would be lost.If you are like me and wanted to get to know the material well and confidently/in depth, this course may not be right for you.The notes are relatively clear and the quizzes are basic.

Chelsea Fontaine: I would definitely give this a 0 star rating if I could. 45 minutes before my scheduled exam I started the simulated life insurance producer exam during which this learning platform quit in the middle of (3 questions away from the last). Thus, I had to reschedule this exam AND pay an extra $59.99 because I could not obtain the certificate in time. SO not only should this website not time out so fast, but also tell you how to obtain your certificate for the exam.
David Hamilton: BEWARE OF INCONSISTENT TESTING.There is another user who posted a review that stated "The quizzes test you on information that isn't provided in the curriculum which is a)demoralizing/frustrating and b) makes me wonder if I'm getting the information I need to pass the exam." I wholeheartedly agree with this sentiment.The chapter quizzes, practice questions, flash cards and even the 'simulate your exam' features are VASTLY different than the experience encountered when taking the proctored exam, the guarantee exam and the license exams for P&C Insurance.Disclaimer - I did pass the weighted exams on the first attempts. However the ExamFX prep tests and quizzes felt like they were sending me nerf balls compared to the weighted exams. Taking the proctored exam I became legitimately worried would not pass it because of how unprepared and sidelined I suddenly felt. This is after repeatedly scoring 95%+ on the ExamFX 'simulate your exams' tests as a point of reference.Maybe the other courses offered are different, but I feel that there is much work needed to improve the consistency in making sure that what is taught and tested within ExamFX is presented the same as the actual licensing exams.
JELLO: god awful customer service, I have made a refund request within minutes of purchasing a course after finding out that the company was a Pyramid Scheme, then finding out every course I purchase, the "manager" that wants to hire you is making money off me buying the course. I never got a reply with my original refund request so I made another refund request days later, then I get Denied due to not asking for a refund within 48 hours, how backwards is that? absolutely disappointing, Don't waste your time or money.

Tamiz Haiderali: The course lay out is quite very haphazard and clearly is not designed by an academic. In the event of searching for a term/buzzword, one has to leaf through the entire book, because the glossary is largely truncated and cannot be relied upon. The Surveys towards the end do not have scales provided. The practice questions aren't terribly helpful and the Quizes become repetitive after two tries, so one just remembers the correct answer (since it remains in the same sequence as well). It is an easy test to take but since there is a large amount of information that is largely based upon buzz words, it would be so helpful to refer back to an Index.
Heather Paschall: Thank you ExamFX for helping me pass my series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law exam!! I started with Kaplan for my test prep and it was so verbose I would never have been able to get through the content and know where to focus while still working full time. I saw a recommendation on investopedia for your program, and I am so glad I made the change. Your program was well organized, had great practice tests that really aligned with the test questions, and prepped me to pass. I also loved the phone App (Kaplan did not have) that allowed me to study from anywhere.
Sullivan Garfield: Really solid study app. I took P&C and passed my actual exam the first try. There is a lot of material which can make it difficult to retain, but it is repetitive enough to make it easy to remember. Would recommend for sure.

Mwate: My experience with A.D Banker & Company was great. The study material was adequate and the virtual sessions were quite interactive and educative.
Bruce Thibodeau: Simply put.I am taking the Insurance Adjuster Course for Michigan.I researched multiple options for which company to use. I wanted to speak to a live person to be certain I signed up for the correct course for what I was looking to do.A.D. Banker & Company were the only ones whom offered me the option of a phone call and whom actually provided me with a human. Karli is the individual who helped me.So far the course has been easy to follow. I ordered the physical copy of the book with it. It arrived within 48 hours. From my experience the people who are complaining, are the exact same type of people I am determined to get my license because of.They represent Insurance Companies. I will ONLY represent Private Citizens as a Public Adjuster. I am tired of the Insurance Companies not adhering to the contracts they have signed.
Harrison Herndon: This is not an honest company. I would highly recommend not doing business with them. I recently got started working with Farmers insurance to acquire my insurance license and was recommend to take your from A.d.banker. I was informed from farmers that the course would be $59.95 not $79.95. Instead of refunding the difference they emailed me "That pricing was in place in 2020-21. The pricing is now $79.95 per course". I have a screenshot for there website in 2022 stating that was the price. We filed a formal complaint with the Commerce department in Kansas because this is false advertising.

Ctnyc57: This company took my money but did not provide the service they promised. I reached out to resolve the issue and they wasted my time while I tried to work it out with them, and they lied to me about giving me a proper refund. So really they let me down twice in a row by not giving me the product I purchased and then not giving me the proper refund. Now I’m scrambling to get my credits done last minute. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and avoid the headache of dealing with these liars.
Adam B: I had to do a live online seminar for CE credits. The administrator sent me the wrong link, I called in but there was nothing they could do for me. Had to to re book for the middle of a Monday afternoon in order to meet the deadline. DO NOT rely on AD Banker. They will not have your back when their apps fail. I and my fellow adjusters will never be using them again for new applications or renewals.

Janice Wojtowich: Advanced buttons don't work. Problem savings notes and not to mention I had 30 PAGES OF NOTES deleted. I cried for a good 5 minutes about it. This will seriously damper and slow down my learning for future chapters because now I have to be extremely cautious. Seriously so unhappy with this program and I’m only two days in.

GREEN CITY: The study materials cover all the topical questions asked on the State exam. Learning and understanding the concepts is essential. The questions on the State exam are tricky. Without understanding the learning objectives, you could be disappointed. AD Banker study materials are commendable and recommended. Passed MD Property and Casualty.
Annalise Hombs: I take my exam tomorrow and I have a limited amount of time to study which was this afternoon and evening but the website has been down since about 3:00 pm. That's 4 hours where I have not had access to the practice exams and the comprehensive exam. I paid $200 for the webinars, study manual and practice exam's and not being able to access the exams is extremely frustrating!!!

Finding the guaranteed exam on the webpage is a little confusing. They will pay for the price of the class if you fail within 3 days of passing their guarantee exam.

The new escrow account was determined on the higher insurance assessment and making up the minimum required balance Because it was caught after the date that the ruing came down that escrow accounts can only be changed once a year, my mortgage company is trying to get an exemption for the changes that need to be made.

Hunter Smith: When setting up my services, I was asked 3 times by Shayna if I needed life insurance. I declined every time. On the third time she proceeded to say your young, what about your family, if you have kids down the road? Again, that’s too far. Who’s policy is this, mine or Shayna’s?Then when at the dmv a day later, the app showed my current policy wasn’t effective until the 4th, which cause the dmv to say I need proof of current insurance. Even though I just moved from AZ to MO with current Allstate insurance, after speaking with Shayna my I.d. Card on the app shows non effective insurance. So I call and am told, well you’re going to need to call AZ. No, I was sent to “you” by my AZ rep. Which is Allstate so I’m sure you can see that in your system. It gets resolved then…Third, my homeowners policy quote came in super high. When I asked where Shayna came up with the valuation, she said from the projects I was doing…. I told her my quotes from the contractors themselves is 100k less than her valuation. She schoffs and says, okaaaay. Excuse me, I have the quotes in front of me and once again who’s policy is this?!I have another home on the next street and another vehicle that I hadn’t even brought up to Shayna, due to how the KC MO Allstate had handled my assets thus far. Absolutely unprofessional across the board.Hunter

Anthony Henson: Nice folks but slow to respond since COVID. Started with them in June 2019 with great auto rates. Now, after 1 year our rates went up about 50% ($198/month) with perfect driving all around. Their explanation was "you don't have our app!" I know Allstate controls the premiums but I was in the dark for a year. Amazed how customer service has been automated and come down to apps and tracking.
