Apparently, they some how canceled the shipping and had them rerouted to their facility. They were to be delivered today, the delivery driver even stopped in front of our house but did not deliverany packages. They claimed they made a mistake when they listed them and they cost much more than we paid for them. Not really my problem. Terrible business practices. I've made pricing mistakes in my personal business and in my professional career.. guess what you honor the mistake and sell for the listed price. Buyer beware!

Instead, they gave me lots of great pointers and sold me higher quality bearings so that I can still get some life out of the cheap skates. I will definitely go back when I am ready to upgrade, but very glad that they didn’t pressure me into the investment right away and are helping me to get some use out of the pair I already spent money on!

Last week I placed an order for a pair of roller skates that were clearly listed as in stock - and as a matter of fact, they are still listed as in stock. I never received any communication what so ever, and I discovered this evening that my order was cancelled when I reloaded the order page from my browser history. I also just received notice that my credit card has been compromised, which could be a coincidence, but the timing is suspect.

Laura Rey: Awesome skating rink and great for parties. The only problem we had was my son couldn’t skate because they don’t carry size 16 men’s skates. Some kids don’t have small feet.

Mac Stands: Take my gkids (3) here frequently now, usually at other rinks and it's a 20 min drive but my gkids favorite rink now. Place is relatively clean especially in comparison with other rinks. My gkids only complaint is they don't play musical requests. I usually sit here during the night but trying to go relax and return when done next time. All in all nice place, little chaotic when busy. Really slow getting in but this is definitely the kids favorite, clean and safe.

I got this cute little dolphin out of it, so that's that. My only complaint is that they didn't get around to playing anyone's song requests, even though only a few were requesting. Lastly, I think this place should play 80s and 90s music just to keep that nostalgia in.

Do not recommend sending your teens in without a parent.

I waited for salesmen to get owner, in meantime a father & son came in inquiring about purchasing skis. I’m an older female, I’m not sure the gentleman was an “owner” as his customer service skills were non existent. I was planning on purchasing new skis whether or not he wanted to possibly take on my skis-this was not a dealbreaker! Chris Stenger: I bought boots here 15-20 years ago and they were amazing boots, but everything has a life span and theirs was up. Even though it was late season coupled with the fact that I’ve got wide/long feet, I was able to walk in and pick up a pair of boots that fit about 90% of the way. Over the next few days, they added an insole since I’ve got higher than average arches and “punched” out the sides (one boot twice) so that the fit is 100%. Everyone was friendly and fellow avid skiers or snowboarders. They also had an awesome shop dog. I received the best service possible. Thanks!

Dee: My initial experience of ordering roller skate wheel bags and other accessories was ok so I decided to purchase a pair of skates from them. Let me begin by saying, the quality of their company's skates are horrible. I was sent defective skates on 3 occasions all three times there were viable defects that could have been identified prior to shipping. Prior to the last pair being sent, I informed them: 1.) There were visible blemishes that I had chosen to look past however, 2.) the front build of the skate appeared smaller than the previous sent. I was told that they were indeed fit the same. When they arrived, the did not fit the same. In fact, the left skate was much tighter than the right and even much tighter than the left of the previous pairs. Additionally, there were three different staff members responding/communicating (Sarah/Thania/Kelsey) on the email almost at the same time. What kind of customer service is that? While I understand shift changes, why would three people be assigned during the same timeframe to communicate with the customer? That only adds to frustration of returning/waiting for a quality pair of skates that costs $249. When I first contacted them about the defects Sarah's response was, since they are handmade it is normal to see the variations (defects) but it wouldn't affect my skating. However, it wasn't a simple variation but a defect which tells me this company lacks the integrity and/or department who performs quality control on items they are sending out to customers. After a few weeks of trying to get a quality pair of skates and without any accommodating efforts being made (they didn't even a discount, a free wheel bag, etc.) I would advise skaters or those interested in skating to steer clear of this company as this has been a HORRIBLE experience.

Both Katie, and Mike were phenomenal in helping me exchange the pair of skates. The VNLA skates that I now have, i absolutely LOVE! Kyle Starr: Complete lack of actual Customer service skills, product knowledge, and management has absolutely fell apart. The owner, basically has no pride in his business left, and leaves everything up to an ignorant careless poor excuse for a team lead. They don't care about the business at all anymore and no one there has a clue at this point. Very poor social media presence. Laughable. No hard feelings, just facts.
