The initial quote was reasonable, but the delivery blew up in time and cost; in the end, the project was at 3x before we were even finished. There was some responsibility on our side, but there was a lot of churn they could have helped us avoid. Be aware they charge for every interaction, which can pile up quickly.Follow up - the further we have gone in redesigned their prototype, the more clear it's become how little value we got from the money we spent with them.

It was a unique experience and a great tool for solving even the most complex problems. I'm hoping to utilize it in my current role.
