The Epigenetics Healing Center: what do users think?
Chelsea Womack: I'm so glad I found Epigenetics Healing Center! I'm working with Dr. Goodbinder remotely. They take such great care of you through zoom, phone calls and emails!I have been working with Dr. Goodbinder for about 3 months. I started seeing him because I was at a lost with my gut issues, inflammation, low energy, hypothyroidism and hashimoto's. I just wanted to feel better!I started the program with nutritionist that follows the 30 day anti inflammatory diet(clean eating) to reset my body. It really changed my mindset on clean eating. And it made it so easy to continue clean eating after the detox.I love that Dr. Goodbinder promotes clean living and changing your lifestyle to better your health! (That's hard to find in doctors)Once I received my lab results back, Dr. Goodbinder set me up on a regimen and supplements tailored for my health. It was great to get actually answers and solutions. He has incredibly knowledgeable in our bodily functions and processes. He continues to do routine lab work to check my progress. My health journey is not over yet but I'm feeling great!I'm so glad I invested in my health with Dr. Goodbinder!
Shane McKinley: I first met with Dr. Goodbinder just finished treatments for Triple Negative Breast Cancer. We began working to detox my body from my treatments and working to prevent recurrence. I am thankful to have found someone that doesn't shame me for the "standard of care" course of treatment I chose. He is willing to help me to prioritize care and find a balance when budget prevents me from doing ALL the things that I'd love to do if money were no object. Since my diagnosis, I've waited in so many waiting rooms and it has been SO refreshing to not have to wait for my appointments here. They are always on time and communicate so well in advance if there's any reason for a delay or need to reschedule! I really can't say enough positive things about the care I've received and truly appreciate the kindness I have received from Dr. Goodbinder and all of the supporting staff!
Tasha Jetton: Dr. Goodbinder and his team at the Epigenetics’s Healing Center have Changed my life.I have struggled with Chronic illness my entire life. When I learned about Dr. Goodbinder I had been in a seven month flare with multiple trips to different Drs, ER visits and Urgent Care with no answers. I had no quality of life left. I was in bed in pain to the point clothes were not an option obviously unable to work. When I called the office they were so kind and listened to my hopelessness and urgency for help. I received an appointment the next day. I have Hidradenitis Supperativa and have been diagnosed over the years with just about everything imaginable. I am now two months into treatment and for the first time in over 20 years I am feeling like myself again. I have lost 30 lbs and am 90% of the time pain free. For the first time ever a Dr listened to everything I said and did not try to minimize my struggle. For the first time in my life tests were run, results were given and explained in terms that I could understand. The education is there and they take the time to educate you on how to live and not just survive.Thank you so much to Dr. Goodbinder and his team for giving me my life back. I have no doubt that my quality of life within just a few more months will be better than it has ever been!Tasha
Riley Cruz: I would leave a one star review except this is solely about the scheduling and customer service aspect from Morgan Carney, the patience experience liaison of Epigenetics Healing Center. Morgan reached out me the day after I submitted my online request for an appointment to set up an introductory phone call which was amazing. She asked me what time works, I sent her time proposal and got no reply, since she would be leaving the office at the time I proposed later in the afternoon. She followed up the next morning apologizing and asked for another time that day. I sent my proposal and got no response. I sent another message two weeks later asking to set up an appointment, and she responded with a phone call proposal later that afternoon. After no phone call for the time I set aside for the call, she texted saying her appointments were running later than expected and confirmed she will be calling. It has been a week and I have not heard anything from back from her. I understand that she could be busy, but ghosting for almost a week shy of a month is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking for medical assistance elsewhere.
Tayden Linin: I watched my moms health fall apart for a year, you took her money, then kicked her out because she wanted you to keep your promise and help her heal, instead of making her worse. You told her to stay there when she wanted to leave and you kept taking her money, after a year she couldn’t afford to leave. You kicked her out because she was not happy NOT because she threatened anyone. My mom is an awesome human! She is sick and she trusted you! My mom pulled me from your clinic because I was not getting help either.I just wanted to set the record straight.
Inger Brane: Dr. Goodbinder and his staff are amazing. I feel better than I ever have. More energy, sleeping better, eating better, have my hormones under control....if you are just not feeling "right", give them a call. You deserve to feel your best!
D May: This clinic severely neglected my family member, in turn making her health conditions worse.
Emily Morales: Just a lab rat. Went here they took me off my thyroid meds as they claimed ur body heals itself. Since then I’ve been extremely dizzy. My TSH was extremely high that I had to go to a REAL doctor to be put back on meds. Don’t play with ur life by seeing these people.
sayra Osuna: Hi my name is Sayra,When I first walked in to this naturopathic clinic I was in a very very bad shape in my life. I really thought I had no more hope. I couldn’t eat any food and I mean ANY foods if it wasn’t broccoli or organic Turkey. Yes I was eating these two foods for more than 5yrs. I was very sick for 8+ yrs going from dr to dr, I weighed 105lbs couldn’t go past that. After meeting with Dr. Shiny a couple months later I started reintroducing more and more foods now today I’m starting to heal and now I’m at 125lbs happily enjoying life and eating healthy foods and got my weight back up to 123lbs. If I didn’t reached out to her I don’t know where I’d be today. Now I can enjoy my kids I feel more energetic and starting to feel more healthy. Thanks to the staff that had other protocols after a couple times my body not reacting to any medication. Now today I feel so much healthier and I’m grateful for the great loving staff that helped me through this difficult journey, they saved my life!!! ❤️. There are no words to describe how thankful and grateful I am thank you so much Dr Shiny and your awesome staff that helped me get through this!
Libia Kozisek: My son was born with a seizure disorder. His epilepsy got worse this year. Hw was having 20 to 30 seizures a day. He was not functional. We had to be by him all the time. We were scared he was going to fall and hit his head again or brake a bone. He already got stiches a couple of times because of that reason. Yes, his seizures were so bad! I took him to Dr. Goodbinder. It was a total change for his wellness and our peace. Now, after a month our son is not having seizures, or if he has, it is just a one a day ad very mild. Most of his days now, he has been seizure free, and he is alert, playful and happy. We are extremely thankful with Dr. Goodbinder and the whole staff at the Epigenetics Center. I wish I would have known him earlier, when my child was little. Blessings to all of you!
Sammye Helton: I don't think Dr. Goodbinder even knows how much he has changed my life. I wasn't a person who looked sick or even acted sick, but the reality was I was in almost constant pain and felt like I was dragging my body around all day. I hadn't had consistent restful sleep in years because of back pain. I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis about 5 years ago and had tried a few of the standard meds which only left me sicker in the end. Dr. Goodbinder tested me for everything and I believe got to the root of most of my problems. Through some diet changes and the right supplements I'm living my best life. I'm sleeping like a baby, have so much more energy, pain is 95% gone, and I'm looking forward to many years of actively playing with my grandbabies.
Michel Bouchard: Dr Goodbinder is incredibly knowledgeable in our bodily functions and processes. In 8 months we reversed my chronic asthma/ bronchitis not to mention losing 40lbs by cleaning up my food choices and supplementation. He is brilliant and friendly. Thank you Epigenetics Healing ctr.
Michelle Lord: Dr. Goodbinder saved my life. I have dealt with pain, many doctors, scans, blood tests, and a multitude of medications with no answers for years. My first experience was in September of 2019 when I started stuttering, my feet were numb and my heart was racing. I went to the ER three times and they kept telling me I was stressed and quickly prescribed antidepressants after only two hours. I refused to take them. Over time, my dexterity was off, I was limping, stuttering, exhausted and had numbness crawling up my legs and body.I had multiple MRIs and Guillan Barre, MS, ALS, medicine induced lupus, spondyloarthritis, and inflammatory polyarthropy were the diagnosis given. It turned out one last test showed I actually didn’t have MS or ALS.I was desperate and decided to try anything. My hair dresser lead me to a Reiki session and it was there where she said I was thinking of my body as a machine, fixing each part separately. She asked if I was open to functional medicine and whole body healing and I sobbed and said I would try anything. That is the first time I heard Dr. Goodbinder’s name. I was lucky to immediately get in for a consultation. Our first meeting was so comforting. It was the first time I felt HEARD. He asked questions, took notes, listened and asked more questions. He dug deep into my family medical history. I had never had such a thorough consultation before. He ordered several tests and assured me we would find out the why for what was happening. He was determined to figure it out so the medicine would stop masking the real problem.I was placed on a healthy diet and met with a nutritionist. Dr. Goodbinder has strategic systems for making progress towards feeling better while you wait for your test results. He doesn’t wait for results and then prescribe medicine. He wanted to problem-solve and educate me with whole body health. The entire team is lovely and they all want their clients to feel better. After twenty-eight days, my results showed I had Lyme disease, I am allergic to certain foods, had a mold exposure and toxic levels of heavy metals in my system. I carry the Alzheimer’s gene and have a 76% of getting it. BUT-it can be fixed…Cue the tears again-I sobbed. I can be helped? I finally knew Why. It was finally confirmed I was not crazy and that my pain was valid. It took three years to reach this conclusion!!I continue to stay with Dr. Goodbinder because I trust him. After just five weeks of listening and following his guidance, my inflammation markers went from a 4.5 to a .4 and I’m able to start eliminating medications. This is incredible!Everyone deserves to have a life of heath and happiness. My story is a testament to never settle. If you don’t feel something is right, keep fighting and searching for someone who WILL listen. Dr. Goodbinder is that guy and I’m forever grateful to him for what he has helped me accomplish.I’m forty-three years old, married and have a thirteen year old daughter. You don’t have to accept bad luck or misfortune. “Destiny is mostly the result of living your life by design.” Whole body health is a design where you can heal. If you are feeling desperate, misunderstood and sick, go see Dr. Goodbinder and his team. He will work hard for you until you get the answers and path for healing you deserve.
Jessica Price: I have been working with Dr. Goodbinder for about 4-5 months. I originally went in for a laundry list of complaints to include weight gain, gut issues, inflammation, pain, low energy and really bad brain fog. I needed a reset badly. I followed the 30 day detox program with Monica, meeting with her weekly, while we awaited my lab results and had wonderful results. At the end of that 30 days, my inflammation and pain was gone and I was able to start exercising again. Once we receive my lab results, Dr. Goodbinder tailored a plan to get my overall health back on track. This includes monthly chelation and many temporary supplements. I am still working through my gut and brain fog issues, but Ive seen improvements in those areas as well. It’s a commitment to make huge changes like this, but I truly believe it’s worth it!
K Page: I highly recommend Epigenetics Healing Center for anyone who desires to get to the root of of their medical issues. Dr Goodbinder put me through the paces of a thorough and all encompassing regimen to heal my body. Complete testing revealed the true challenges I was facing. With my GP, it was just a shot-in-the-dark approach in addressing concerns and only dealt with isolated issues because other mitigating factors were not taken into account. Our bodies are full of complex, integrated systems that require a holistic understanding. This is the exact approach Epigenetics takes.I appreciate Doctor Goodbinder and the staff for the time, knowledge and encouragement they have given me and my family. We are on the road to being the healthiest we have ever been and could not have accomplished that - or even had a hope of knowing what was actually wrong with us - without Epigenetics Healing Center.
Linda Mueller: I’ve been coming to the Epigenetics Healing Center 7+ years and it’s been one of the very best decisions of my life. The is the most genuinely caring practice I’ve ever experienced. It’s been life changing and life saving for me. Dr Goodbinder cares more than any doctor I’ve ever been to. He listens and immediately starts digging into the cause. He immediately starts you on a healthy eating plan (healthy diet is their main focus for health and healing) and supplemental treatment to get you back to and maintain great health. His lab test are the most extensive I’ve ever had taken. The caring continues through each member of his staff. They encourage you, they celebrate your successes and make you feel like you’re the reason they come to work each day. Through their encouragement, they make me want to do my best every day and follow my plan. I’ve truly never felt so cared for. I know I’m physically younger and so much healthier today than I was when I first walked in his office. I have lab test to prove these claims. Thank you Dr Goodbinder and staff. You truly are the BEST!!!!!
Linda Shady: I would like to share my miracle story. I am 78 years old and was diagnosed with breast cancer a year ago, July 2021. I was told it was aggressive and there would be immediate surgery with follow up radiation and/or chemo (Standard procedure for cancer patients). I had resolved several years ago, if ever faced with the decision, not to put my body through the trauma of either radiation or chemo; however, I did not know what to do. My daughter from SE Missouri researched alternative options in the Kansas City area. She was looking for someone who could take on my case and give a holistic approach to my healing. When we went together to interview Dr. Goodbinder, he asked a logical question that I did not know could be answered: "Why has your body stopped fighting cancer?" So I hired him and his program to help me discover the answer. He did a full, extensive round of labs, put me on an intensive month-long detoxification program, and started a live-style diet as we took out all of the inflammatory foods and those that I didn't even know that I was allergic to. He added in a crazy amount of supplements to rid my body of all the things that were creating problems in every part of me. It was a major change for me. I would not consider me to be a "disciplined" person when it comes to food, but I did it. It was extremely challenging at times, since there are few in my world that live that way. Sometimes it was a lonely journey, but Dr Goodbinder and his team were so encouraging and positive, even when it was hard for me. Their food classes and shopping classes helped teach me along the way, how to eat whole, organic foods and how to truly cook from scratch. Here I am almost exactly a year after my diagnosis, and I just received results from my 3D mammogram: I am cancer free, with no evidence of any abnormal cells! I have lived a healthier lifestyle than I ever had before. I have enjoyed my family, children and grandchildren without being sick from the side-effects of chemo or radiation all the while being truly healed and not just a short-lived "band-aid". I am excited, that at 79 I am healthier than I was at 69. Thank you, Dr.Goodbinder and Team, for who you are and what you have done for me. I praise the Lord that He led me to you!Linda S.
April Powell: He listens! When you tell Dr. Goodbinder that you are not feeling well and what your symptoms are he listens, every time! I was very sick almost to the point I could not walk, overweight, prediabetic, and hurt everywhere. I have been seeing him for six months and my symptoms are manageable and almost completely gone. He is worth your time. The testing kits are easy, the results are true. Most Doctors listen, test, and say the test came back normal, not the case with Dr. Goodbinder. He has never ignored me or told me to stop eating and exercise. Dr and his staff have helped me every step of the way! 100% recommend!
Hannah Weatherly: Went to see the Nurse Practitioner Shiny for and unknown severe cough that my doctor could not figure out or solve , in addition to that I was experiencing long haul covid symptoms like loss of taste and smell and a general lethargic feeling. Shiny made me feel like I wasn't going crazy. Ordered labs and once the labs were back helped me get better. Turns out it was a mold toxicity issue. And for long haul covid.. we followed the Frontline dr protocol with ivermectin and LDN combined with some supplements and my smell and taste are back. I feel so much better and back to normal or even better. So thankful for all the help Shiny has given me and all the staff here is just the sweetest.
Natalia Olejarnik-Franz: I feel so passionate about Dr. Goodbinder and his crew. This is a place where true health transformation happens, but only under one condition: if you are ready and motivated enough to take your health and healing in your own hands. I have been suffering from "excruciating" depression and anxiety episodes for 20 years. After being on almost every type of medication, in every kind of therapy (psychotherapy, somatic experiencing, yoga therapy etc), and trying out almost every healing modality there is: acupuncture, ayervedic medicine, mindfulness and many more, I literally was ready to give up. I started researching functional medicine and came across many doctors and offices that offer relief from anxiety and depression. The problem I was running into was that they were either completely insensitive to human suffering or way too pricey for me and not being able to work with me financially. When you are at the end of your rope health wise, this is absolutely the most devastating situation to find yourself in. During the lowest time of my life I came across The Epigenetic Healing Center. From the moment they answered the phone, I felt a heart centered compassion and full understanding and empathy from my situation. After my first visit with Dr. Goodbinder I felt like he really knows what he is talking about and is not promising things he cannot deliver. He is very grounded, compassionate, down to point and extremely knowledgeable about the workings of the human body. I am confident to say he knows more than any doctor of medicine I have ever spoken to. He explains everything to his patients and wants to make sure they understand how to bring the body back to balance. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Jay and his staff. They held my hand from day 1 and I feel like I have a real partner on my healing journey.I still have a long way to go but thanks to their program and their recommendations specifically tailored for my biochemistry, I feel like I am the strongest I have ever been: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.I will recommend The Epigenetic Healing Center to anyone who is ready to heal. They will help you get better, but you will need to do the work!!! Its not always easy but if you want to be healthy and not to take pills for the rest of your life, this is the place for you!Dr. Goodbinder told me that after a year of the regimen I will feel like a new person. I am only 3 months in and I already transformed so much. I am happy and healthy every day. I know that I am in control of what I put into my body and its always a choice. I'm in awe of how much foods and physical imbalance can affect your mental health. Never let anyone convince you that depression and/or anxiety is all in your head!!!I am a true testimony for that and will share my healing journey with anyone who wants to listen!!!! Thank you Dr. Goodbinder for doing what you do and educating the next generation about the possibility of health!
Terri: Wonderful experience. Friendly, encouraging, informative and pleasant comradery. Very family orientated, i feel embodied with friendliness at every visit!

The University of Kansas Health System Primary Care: what do users think?
Lauren I: Was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
Mel Mark: Had no idea this was even here and I’ve lived in the neighborhood for years. What a gem! Super duper friendly staff, validated my parking, was in and out really quick, and they called me ahead of time to give me specific directions on where to park/enter. Cleaned up my puncture wound quite nicely and sent me on my way. Will absolutely return here if needed.
Ben Roberts: Absolutely professional and kind caregivers.
Brooke Hinders: The absolute best experience I have ever had at an urgent care! The front desk was so kind, nurses were amazing! Also very fast service! Would recommend to anyone!!!
Robert Rishworth: Wow, I have gotten so used to poor treatment and rude staff at most clinics that when I saw all the good reviews I knew I had made the right choice finding this place. Not only did they do their job exceptionally but literally everyone there was so nice and sweet. Nobody want to go to the doctor but if you do have to go this is the place to start. Much thanks to all the staff here.
Daphne Lin: Efficient, incredibly kind staff and very thorough care. I have visited them twice now. The second time, they gave me a courtesy call 7 days later to discuss my results, made sure my symptoms had gone away and that I was okay. The online health system is also very easy to use once you create it — I was able to view all my test results very quickly (I would get notified when one was ready to view), so really this entire experience was super easy and efficient.Just to give a heads up — There is no parking lot but there’s a parking garage right across the street from the T-Mobile Center and the clinic will validate your parking ticket. (I think I parked at the Park St. one or whatever it’s called?) You will also have to go through a brief security check when you enter the T-Mobile Center, so make sure you leave anything that might be confiscated (i.e. my pepper spray attached to my keys) in your car before coming in!
Madi Miller: Quickest urgent care visit I’ve ever had! Also I would like Stacy, the manager, to know about her amazing front desk lady who helped check me in today. I was confused on the entrance of this urgent care and she ran outside to find me - she was on it! Friendly faces all around. I’ll be establishing my PCP due to my experience!
Erin Marston: Great care, friendly staff, professional and quick!
Sean Ikerd: Excellent service, great medical staff, they even called me back the next day to update me and check in on me. I plan to have my records transferred, as I need a local practice and a regular clinic.
Tasha Hall: I was in Kanas city from out of town and wasn’t feeling well. I had a hard time finding the building and the Receptionist was so patient with me as I had to call a few times in order to find out where to go. I got checked in by the nice receptionist, the nurse was prompt. Dr.Lyes was so nice and helpful. I even had issues at the pharmacy because of living out of town/ insurance issues; she was quick to call me back to try and help! All around I was just impressed and thankful for all the staff!
Alexis St. Clair: It's a nice facility and the people I spoke to were kind, but they didn't listen to me and I ended up in the hospital because of it.I went in and explained that I had symptoms of a kidney infection, but was sent away with only a round of antibiotics for a UTI and told to follow up in 2 weeks if I didn't feel better. Two days later I was in the ER with a 104 degree fever and a kidney infection that had turned into sepsis.I still haven't been able to get ahold of anyone about this, but maybe they read their Google reviews?
Papa Mark's Honey Farm: Wonderful caring staff! A great facility and well equipped. Didnt have to wait long either.I would gladdly give it a 5 if they could post on the website how to find the front door!! All the doors on the website pictures are locked. But, off to TO THE LEFT OF THE DOORS on the picture, there is a side door that takes you to the clinic.BUT! That is my one and only complaint.I would also make a note that I am from out of town and never been here before. Maybe that accounts some for my difficulty in finding out how to get in.
Celeste Merryman: From previous, recent experience (this past year), I've had my reservations about seeking care because of how I've been treated at other places. After meeting with Allison Lyles, APRN, the first visit, I decided to establish care when I needed to be seen again. After today's visit I know I made the right choice in care providers. I've found a lot of providers don't listen - and then it took half a year to be diagnosed while I sat in pain being referred to others month after month. All of the staff here that I've interacted with thus far has shown they care about my healthcare needs. I don't feel like you see a lot of that anymore. For some it's what pays the bills, but this staff seems like they are passionate about their careers in helping others.
Kaya Artrese: Currently here...I decided to give this place a try because of the reviews about how fast and courteous they were. I came as soon as they opened around 8 am. There was only one other person that arrived at the same time as I did. I completed the paper work and waited. In the time I was in the waiting room, I saw about 4 medical staff members in the back (not sure of what their position was). I waited for about 45 minutes then my name was called to go to the back. The nurse took my vitals and let me know that the doctor would be in as soon as he could. I am currently at 30 minutes and the dr still hasn’t come in. (Time: 9:15) The automatic lights have went out on me and I feel like they forgot about me. The staff are definitely nice and courteous but I would expect the same wait time as other urgent clinics.Update: I left at 9:45am
Sarah Bedell: Don’t go to another urgent care downtown. Come to this one. This team was so nice, friendly and thorough.
Rosie Ruzicka: The clerk was entirely unhelpful and would not take my insurance information because I did not have my physical ID card on me. I did not get seen here and went somewhere else instead where I had no issue
Ian Freund: All the staff was friendly and caring. The front desk associate, Rachel, was very helpful. Moreover, the healthcare professionals that diagnosed me explained all my options and put my mind at ease.
Robin Atkins: Excellent service!
Muraad Rashaad: Very convenient, better than most urgent care clinics
Jen Bush: I would not use any other walk-in clinic. Best experience I've ever had and the folks are caring, compassionate, and patient. Top notch!!!
Megan Galicia: Excellent care and almost no waiting time. I will definitely return!

Labcorp: what do users think?
Amber Lindsey: Went for a pre employment drug test, they got me in and out quickly, staff was very nice as well!
Kaylyn Lee: Sat here for an hour waiting to get an employment drug screen. I was the only person at first, then 3 other people came in after me and were called back before me. At which point I got up and asked to make sure my digital check in went thru, she said yes and 1 more person was ahead of me and asked for my ID and registration number. After giving those, it's been another 20 minutes, two more people that came in after me have been called back before me and I'm still sitting here.
Michael McKeen: Great friendly staff. Michelle helped and was great!
Universal Stylez: I was a low energy day and that changed once I met the staff. They boosted my energy level and truly made my day. Services provided was seamless and thorough. Michelle was so awesome so funny! Big thumbs up to Labcorp!
Karina Salgado: I’ve been to this location multiple times and the morning Nurse is amazing. Now the afternoon Receptionist not so great, was rude had an attitude and would not take me in after I was told earlier an approximate time to return. Very disappointed on the afternoon nurse!
Steven Wilson: Staff is horrible. Lost my pre employment drug screen. Waiting to see if they can find it so I can get out of training..
Ginger Brooks: Helpful and friendly staff!
Kevin B: Why have a phone number if you NEVER answer the phone!?
sharon thomas: I have been waiting 10 days for my test results. No way to call the local Labcorp where I turned in my specimen. I drove there. They wrote down the number for Customer Service on a Post It note. Customer service can't find me anywhere in their database. Now they are calling the local lab center. I'm sick and have no answers. This is the last time, needless to say. Another good reason to go to a physician that will accept your lab results so you don't have to run around like a crazy person like this. Horrible experience. No one can help me. I'm still not feeling well and the last place I want to go to is the ER.
Roi Wallace: Went in today to take my drug screen and was told that their “drug screen machine was down.” The lady told me I can just wait or come back tomorrow. She assumed that I had the time. On top of that she was not sympathetic whatsoever. I would have been a little bit more understanding had she just showed sympathy. Never will I ever go to this location again!
WomanOfWinter 26: I only came in for a drug test for employment and the woman who helped me was so nice. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
Mandana Honors: Michelle and Adele were so professional. Michelle did a wonderful job! Definitely will go back!
Sam Kear: I had a great experience here. If you make an appointment online you can check in from your phone when you get to the parking lot and wait in your car so you don't have to sit in the waiting room. When I got the text that they were ready for me I went inside and was assigned to a room right away. I probably only spent 5 minutes total inside and I was out the door. My lab results came back in 24 hours which is awesome! The place was clean and my lab tech was friendly. Would return for sure.
David Phan: They don't tell you're covered by insurance and tried to take advantage of me be over charging me on bills.
Marlys Field: We were a little concerned after looking at other reviews but my husband and I had a great experience from start to finish. All staff were friendly, kind, and efficient.
Tink Alston: I will never I mean NEVER visit this site again. Adele is super rude and snooty. I advised her of why I came back and her response was “Okay, and? Just have a seat” Rolled her eyes & neck. Refused my appointment and sent someone else to advise me and hid in the back. Due to their lack of READING my paperwork. She prolonged the situation until 3pm which is the cutoff time to do fingerprints and told me to reschedule. She needs to be fired and I have witnesses who witnessed how rude she was.
Jordan Glass: The front desk staff was as rude as I have been ever treated! They let a man that claimed he had to really go to the bathroom go ahead of everyone else even though I am positive we all had to go. After I had checked in on the kiosk, I then also had to check in at the desk after waiting 10 minutes. The front desk staff asked "Is there a problem?" when I appears frustrated. I couldn't believe it. If you would like to be treated like a decent human being, I would select another location for your services.
N M: I made an appointment online a week in advance, got a confirmation, and I show up early to be greeted by a sign that says their "machine" is down and they aren't accepting my appointment types. NO ONE called to tell me they'd cancelled my appointment, and I was told the machine had been down for DAYS. I had to take off work early for this appointment. The woman at the front desk was entirely unhelpful, said she doesn't usually work there so she can't do anything (why be there then?) and they can't be bothered to notify all the patients with that appointment type that they should probably reschedule or go somewhere else. I called the posted number to complain, and when I "waited for the next available representative," the call disconnected after telling me the number was invalid and no longer in service! Will go out of my way to go to Quest from now on; I've had MUCH better experience there.
Phillip Donnici: FYI they show hours to 5pm but they stop testing at 4PM
Stephanie Petersen: Very nice self check in! Easy peasy. Closed for lunch from 1-2 on weekdays.
Marissa DiSalvo: April and Adel are the best phlebotomists ever! They are very kind and sweet! I would highly reccomend going there for your labs! They are amazing!

Quest Diagnostics Metro Plaza: what do users think?
Natalie Winters: I visited this location twice and had good experience the both times. They called me right on my appointment time. One of the nurses made sure I followed all the procedure so my test will come out correctly. (I actually didn’t follow the procedure on the first time, so my test would’ve come out incorrectly if she didn’t check on me) They also explained everything about the test really well. The appointment system is all automatic, but it’s actually more convenient than talking to someone on the phone. I’d say going to their website to make an appointment is the easiest.
Simon Barz: Employees are rude and unprofessional. And quite frankly, for what Quest is probably paying them I don’t blame them. Quest will keep raking in money left and right.
QueenEbbie: Horrible staff! My urine was dumped out into the trash can because the black lady with locs stated that my urine was too hot. Never have I heard of that it was 90-100 she wouldn’t allow me to take a pic of the cup with my urine neither.
Jaishon Jefferson: Terrible. Worker had very rude tone when I asked for drink of water for drug test. Then proceeded to make me wait 2.5 hours just to tell me I couldn’t be tested due to walking outside to take a call.
Patrick Cline: Love this place. I'm in and out in less than ten minutes usually, the ladies that work there are super sweet and amazing at their jobs. I'm not afraid of having my blood drawn anymore.
Garrison Stowell: I chose this Quest Diagnostic over 3 other ones that were closer to my house because it had higher reviews and I'm glad that I did!I checked in 10 minutes prior to my appointment and precisely at 8:30AM a very friendly woman came out and greeted me and led me back to the room. I wish I would've caught her name, but let me tell you that she was the most welcoming and bright person you could've asked for on a Tuesday morning! We chatted the entire time she was drawing my blood (which took less than a minute for 3 vials) and she was very comforting to be around. The way she instantly found a vein was a relief compared to previous experiences at different places, and I didn't walk out of there with my arm bruised to hell and back.I highly recommend this Quest and the friendly atmosphere, even if it is a bit more of a drive!
megan kelley: Incredibly nice and professional
Rachel: The staff here are friendly and efficient. Normally I’m not a fan of getting my blood drawn but they made the experience truly painless.
Carla Williams: I always have a great experience here they get me in and out and the workers are very nice and professional 😊
Derek Porter: Missed a star because of me having to bring my insurance card all the time
Brooke Bentley: The ladies at Quest were amazing, efficient, sweet, and got my vein on the first stick. I will never go somewhere else again for a blood draw! Thanks so much ladies!!
Mallory Gebhart: I love this place! I choose this location over any other one even though it’s a little bit further from my house. I have seen Steffone who works there almost every time I’ve had to go over the past few years. She always remembers things about me and my kids and she’s so pleasant, sweet, kind and fun. Every employee I’ve interacted with there has been awesome. Thanks for being a great team, getting people in and out fast, and for making a mundane blood draw appointment enjoyable with your warm and fun demeanors. I also love that it’s so quick and easy to make appointments for Quest online, and a super seamless check in process when you get there.
Lex Hooper: Very efficient and warm environment!
Completly UnZane: DO NOT TAKE WALK-IN!!!
alyssa rae: My family & I were referred here for a COVID-19 test in order to travel. We had our appointments scheduled for well over a month however after I arrived and waited 10-15 minutes, I was told that they could not do the test because there were no swabs. The woman who told me this told me that they have been out for awhile (but nobody decided to inform us prior to the date of the test??). She then gave me a sheet of other Quest Diagnostic locations and told me we could go to ANY of those locations to get a test there. I did, waited 20 minutes at another location just to be told that they DO NOT EVEN OFFER COVID TESTS?? All of the other locations that did offer COVID testing were closed but luckily someone else was able to squeeze us in! Very disappointed, extremely unorganized and unprofessional, and almost caused us to miss our vacation. Would not recommend going here if you are in a time crunch!!
Joshua Wilkins: Don't ever take walk ins.
Mrs Rell: GHETTO and rude also vary slow
Futuristic Foggywatch: Nice clean place. Staff is kind and respectful. I have had labs done here for years and never had a bad experience.
GiffyGOAT D.Luffy: They are not professional and I will never use their service
Chonda: I had a two time sensitive tests ordered by my endocrinologist, I made two appointments, the first one went ok but the second appointment was a nightmare! The black lady with the locs said she couldn’t find any orders for me and I should’ve have my paperwork with me. My response was, the physician sent the orders over and I expected them to be in the system. I expressed that I have taken medication for this test and I need my labs drawn before 9 AM. She didn’t take time to look but stated…..”I don’t see it”After scrambling for 15 minutes my son at home was able to locate the lab order. I ran back in to check in and could not as I was now more than 10 minutes late! Well while standing at the kiosk the same lady with the locs came up behind the counter and I told her I found the order with only minutes to spare. She simply blew me off and asked me to have a seat.By the GRACE of GOD another lady came up, realizing the time sensitivity and quickly drew my blood!
LyriCáh is-ADOS: Never had a bad experience at this location and actually changed my favorite location to 63rd from North Oak. Staff get you in take care of you and you're out. Keep doing a great job ladies.

Quest Diagnostics Creekwood: what do users think?
DC Kinslow: Fast in and out but made 3 trips. Ha lab didn't get faxed orders have to get lab orders from Dr.s office then go back made 3 trips for nothing
Laura MacAllister: This is my second visit here in the past 3 months and was equally less than stellar. Yes they are capable of getting the job done however do not expect any common sense as the employees are very limited by what their system will allow. Their appointment system is somewhat broken except via a computer; cell phone web and voice is very intermittent. In addi dont waste your time prefilliing insurance information, no matter what they will ask to scan your card at the kiosk at check in, which doesn't work if you use your card in your insurance company app so they will ask to see as well before they draw blood and have to type all the info in again. As fas as appointments, I recommend making one with the caveat that If they have a group of cadets walk in even when you have an appointment and it is showing on the board they will sometimes take those people ahead of the people on the board. Most likely other Laboratories are cheaper than Quest verify based on your insurance. And if you are familiar with the best and easiest way to draw blood from your own body because maybe you've had it done before; they are only begrudgingly open to some suggestions but ultimately will poke you wherever they feel like it and smile as they say it. I did not leave a review after my last visit thinking it was a fluke but as this was my second visit with a similar experience, I felt others should know.
Austin DeLong: Was not open during their scheduled times, phone calls to multiple numbers they have listed both online and on their door did not connect to a person and answering machine did not allow for questions regarding customer service or to talk to someone. Worst experience
Kevin Chestnut: In spite of the fact that they were horribly understaffed, I give this facility 5 stars. Appointments fill up fast, so think ahead to save yourself some grief. I waited about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, which is pretty darn good in this day and age.Andrea helped me, and she was amazing. She was professional, but had a very positive, professional attitude despite having to work on a Saturday (not her normal schedule) for the third week in a row.
Angela Ray: Andrea was great! I was a little nervous so my blood pressure was high. She took the time to talk to me and distract me so it came down
Tony Rivers: Do not use this place. Appointment times are totally pointless. I had a 11:10 Appointment and was not called back until 12:20. The lady who seen me was nice but her boss was supposed to see her patients while she was on lunch and decided that the patients could just wait for her to come back rather than do his job.
Brittney Mcginley: In the health care field and I should be able to drop off a lab in a timely manner, I wait 30+ minutes every time!! And to top it off they are always RUDE!
Carl Dunkin: Have been going there for several years never had a issue their fast and get the job done never spent more than 20 minutes in there.
Russell Holt: They are terrible your office is very cold nobody to talk to you’re just a piece of meat there.
Qui-gon Johnny: Automated check-in process. No humans available to ask questions.
Scott Manley: Always make an appointment in advance. The checkin via text or the kioare simple and easy. An in and out experience.
Craig Graham: Should be able to give 0 stars absolutely horrible customer service. They made a customer who hasn't had anything to eat sit and wait over 2 and a half hours and we are still waiting if I was this company I would be ashamed to work here. Choose anywhere else but here I will never refer this place to anyone I will tell people to take their business somewhere else.
Robert Dickson: ZERO Stars. Even on this form you can not give lower than a one start review. Doctor called into the lab so I could drop off a urine specimen. After checking in the wait time was over an hour and a half. Reason give was they had to check insurance. The phone number was in the system and the Dr. office had called it it. When asking a person about the wait was told they prioritize by appointment first. There was only one other person in the waiting area at 07:30. I told them I did not have an hour and a half to wait and was told well wait as long as you can, There really should be a process to just drop off sames without having a ton of waiting. One would think they could look up in a computer system and see the information that was called.
Julie Lutz: Apparently they don’t take walk-ins. When you walk in and try to check in, it’ll suggest an appointment time, and it won’t actually let you check in until that time. So you have to wait in the waiting room until your appointment time. If I wanted an appointment an hour after I came to the office I would schedule that online. Don’t waste your time.
John Solomon: I had a 7:00am appointment, and arrived at 6:45am. Waited patiently until they opened door, logged in and was called back. The tech then came in and asked if I had my lab orders. My doctor/nurse confirmed faxing as Quest requests on 02.02.22 @ 9:15am. The tech said very abruptly that they did not have the doctor ordered tests, and I needed to go back out & contact my doctor. She was rude, arrogant, impatient and accusatory toward me. I was able to get my doctor to confirm faxing to the exact location and fax # requested by Quest. Furthermore, the tech told me that their fax machine had been out of order several times recently, and they had repairmen in to try and fix. So basically, she blamed me & my doctor for not sending the lab orders, yet also slammed the fax system at their office for a possible malfunction that could have affected the order arriving. Even when, 40 minutes later, my nurse re-faxed the order which was received, they had problems deciphering the codes. My nurse worked patiently with the 2nd tech who had now called me back. The first tech, hearing what was going on (had my phone on speaker so that the two could communicate), snidely commented aloud that I was bringing them a LabCorp order, and those were LabCorp codes, despite all of my assurances that the doctors office had been provided the precise address and fax # of the Quest location on N.Oak Trkwy. About an hour and a half after arriving, they drew blood & allowed me to complete the rest of the testing procedures, but it was a grueling experience. I will NEVER use them again. I will go south (30 minute drive) to my doctor & have their lab do my work. My wife is a nurse, and I have great sympathy for those in healthcare who are under so much stress & strain, but there's NO EXCUSE to be blatantly rude. I never raised my voice, and did everything possible to fix the issue during the time I was there. The other 8-9 people in the waiting room were stunned by her vitriol, and expressed sentiments that this had also happened to them at this location on more than one occasion. Use LabCorp, another Quest or your own doctor if the practice has a lab,
Terry Kelly: Heaven forbid we have a person available to talk on the phone. I just needed the fax number
Josh Baker: I booked lab testing through a third-party website. When I arrived, I did not have the correct information. In a few minutes, the staff helped me figure out the issue helped me email the documents to them so they could get my tests started. Great staff!! I was in and out in under 20 minutes.
Jen Black: Staff is rude as hell. They schedule appts then pass you up for everyone else who walks in the door.
Jason Carmichael: The location was quick once I made it here. I brought up that the doctors office brochure got quest diagnostics had the wrong address to let them know they should update that if they haven't and they blew me off "you could just Google us".Way to miss the point. I have no reason to use Google if I was given accurate information to begin with. But since they requested I Google them, here's your sign.
Chandler Newman: Scheduled my appointment earlier in the week only to show up and the office was closed. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge deal, but this test can only be done in the mornings on Saturday and there was no update given prior to let me know they were closed. In fact, I was able to sign in and they sent me a text saying they would call me when they were ready. Very disappointing.
Jon and Kim Norris: I have to have blood test once a weekVery important that my results are sent to my Hemotoligist. It's been 3 days and after I tried to contact them and my Doctor has tried 4 times. This is an urgent blood test that could save me from another stroke. No response from this Quest Diagnostics. Lesson LearnedBuyer Beware

Quest Diagnostics North Kansas City: what do users think?
Paul Tezon: Quick, easy and painless
Ynez: Appointment at 1pm. Was out by 1:15pm
Maureen Miller: Tried multiple times to contact billing department about my account without any help at all.I was billed in January 2023 for Labs from May 2022!!! Cannot get a real person to verify the insurance info they have on file. Very disappointed with "non-service help".
Charlene Niffen: I came in for a drug screening for work. Me and this other gentlemen were having trouble with the sign in screen. Andrea came out of the back to help both of us understand without an appointment we would have to wait to be fit in and showed us how to do that. That is the epitome of what customer service looks like. She is knowledgeable and patient and that is why I will always come to this location even though I have now moved to Kansas
Jon and Kim Norris: Easy Check-in1st time I didn't get a huge bruiseVery friendly staff.
Keeva Hartzell: I didn’t catch the ladies name that did my blood work but they were both super nice! I had getting blood work done but it was so fast and they kept me talking so that I was distracted.
Grant Marion: The woman conducting drug screens had to be the most hateful person I have encountered this year. I guess if you drink too much water so I can go number 1 to complete the test, I must be trying to fake it? Being respectful towards others clearly isn’t a priority for these people
Louise Hoel: ZERO stars. The employee that was working the day i was there was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! Work on your manners and your people skills lady!! Avoid this location if possible!!!!
Lauren: We made an appointment online, got in at the appointment time and was done In 10 minutes. There were many people waiting that were walk-in. Definitely recommend online appointment.
McKenzie Still: I was in and out, left the building 8 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Tameka was great. I told her I hate needles and she said look the other way and then out of nowhere she said you’re done! I felt nothing!
FullCircle Trucking: Made me take my durag off just for a urine sample seems racist
Cheryl Cox: Thank you Temeca for doing a wonderful job! I barely felt the needle!
Andrew Chargois: Good experience, Andrea helped me out she was very kind and sweet, all together a great person to talk to and an even better doctor
Angelica Marotta: I would give zero stars if I could. My appointment was at 8:10, got there at 8 and the door was locked. There was a line forming outside the door and finally another patient came out and we all crowded into the actual waiting room. Get my blood work done (lady was great at her job and super nice, only positive about the whole experience) and given instructions to collect samples at home and to drop them off when I'm done. Week later and THE SAME THING HAPPENS WITH THE DOOR BEING LOCKED. Finally get in and no one is at the window. Try to catch someone as they call out another patient name and tell them I'm just dropping off my sample and was told to make an appointment. So I signed in and waited 20 minutes only for her to open the door, take the envelope and move on to the next patient. Absolutely ridiculous.
melissa roseman: A certain staff member is always so rude when I come here. Disappointing because everyone else is so awesome.
Mohammed Eskandar: The labs and techs are worst especially the old white lady. She was yelling at me because they couldn't read the doctor handwriting! I don't recommend this place and if I had the time I would sue this place over what she told me! I feel stupid to not catch the tech name! She was even talking bad on her other co-workers in behind their back. Where is their manger? Look at this place it’s all about bad reviews.
Rose Porter: My technician Olga was king, patient and welcoming. This is my first time going to North Kansas City location and had a issue that she researched and found. She was so patient and easy to draw my cultures. You could tell she was smiling even under her mask. Thank you Olga! Will tell all my friends and family about you!
Warren Herrick: My appointment was at 7:10, I was the first person here, no line, and now only two other people here but still We’re all waiting to have our tests done. No one has been called…
Clay Connor: Why are nurses such horrible people??
Chad Hamilton: Prices and customer service bad
Bethany Miller: What a rough way to start a Monday... I didn’t catch the technician’s name, and I wish I would have. She was not very personable. I told her that needles make me anxious, and she completely disregarded it and did nothing to help me feel at ease, instead complaining about how I didn’t drink enough water and she couldn’t find a vein. She finally found one when she tried my other arm, by which point I’m getting emotional. She rudely asks me what’s wrong with me, and THEN FINALLY draws my thoughts elsewhere. To conclude our visit, she prides herself on the lack of bleeding and bruising... but my arm is still sore, a day and a half later. That hasn’t happened to me before with other blood draws. I’m very disappointed. I know that friendly chatter doesn’t come naturally to everyone, but I think her job would have been easier if she would have had some care and compassion.

Tha King: Quick, Painless, Comfortable, Cost Efficient!First thing you noticed when walking into the medical lab is how clean it is!This is definitely one of the things you would expect/ hope for from a place that’s going to stick you with a needle. Secondly I've been here multiple times now and I can for sure you that Miss Diana and her staff are very welcoming, easy going and happy to share/inform you with any information that may be needed. Rather it's for an IV, a shot, or just standard blood work Miss Diana always goes above and beyond to accommodate me and make my visits a great experience. They always find your veins without PAIN which is uncommon for most places. You are in and out, yet never fell rushed. You also get your results back within hours via email. Health is Wealth and quite honestly without health nothing else really matters so taking a visit here is one of the best gifts to give to yourself and others!I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure. 5stars all the way. The vibe is also very chill which is essential. Great location, close to multiple shopping centres. What are you waiting for give it a Shot! 💉😂
sun sha: Great test here, the lady is kind and easy to follow. Thanks for the travel COVID test.
Ramon Nichols: I had a great experience with the staff. They communicated everything that was to be done. We discussed each lab that was to be drawn. Very thoughtful and carrying. In and out quickly. Glad to have chosen Anyl Lab Now rather than go to my hospital lab to get my blood work drawn.

The Center for Allergy & Immunology: what do users think?
E Mura: Do not go here! Halfway through our shot schedule they added a new form in which you check the shot vial and sign that it is yours. I asked why we had to do this now and the nurse confided that a patient was given someone else's dose by accident. Appointment times are not as flexible as other providers and usually are very limited. No real extended hours to help working families. Showed up 2 minutes late for a 4:30 appointment and was told I would need to reschedule as we were late and you can't be the last appointment and late. My son never stays for observation and is usually in and out in under 10 minutes. Never seen such poor service from a care provider. There are better places.
Samantha Quimby: ***THIS IS A LONG ONE, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK**It is hard enough to find a doctor AND nurse who you can feel comfortable with in general, it is even harder when you are in a new state. My allergies have been making me MISERABLE for several months but most recently have gotten ten times worse. When I arrived, the lovely lady at the front greeted me, asked me a few questions, took the cards I needed, and told me I was all checked in. She came to me in the waiting room, explained the piece of paper she was giving me and said they would be out shortly. A few minutes later, Stella calls my name. She introduces herself (which I realize I did not acknowledge. Please tell her I apologize for me) as we walk through the halls, gathering my weight and making our way to the room. She was so kind and easy going. She took my pressure and a few other things before letting me know that Dr. Patel will be in a few minutes. Dr. Patel was with me before a timer could hit 5 minutes. She politely introduced herself, did a few lung and heart checks, and asked a few additional questions/clarification questions. I explained I had been off my meds for 2 days only since I had scheduled my appointment 2 days prior. She explained that she would like to do some allergy testing since my last one was over 20 years ago, and it would give us a better idea on what directions we could go for treatment. However, for us to do that, I needed to be medication free for 7 days. I accepted my fate and agreed as long we could get some answers. After a few asthma tests from Stella, Dr. Patel came back and said my asthma is well controlled. She handed me a check out sheet to hand to the ladies up front. I hand a different lady my sheet and she advised that they did not have any spots open for the following week so she needed to reach out to Dr. Patel to see when she could put me on the schedule. (This meant the world to me; I work in the medical field where fitting someone in is almost impossible. I know this affects not just Dr. Patel & Stella, but it also affects patients before and after me as well as the front desk.) The following Thursday rolls around, I get there about 30 minutes early (It was a morning appointment, and I was unsure about the traffic). The same lady checked me after asking a few questions and told me to take a seat. Stella calls me about 15 minutes after my appointment time and she apologized saying it has been a crazy morning. She got me back to the room and she explained how the testing works and what she will do during the test. I was a bit anxious and scared (flash backs from me screaming my little head of when I was ten and had this done) and she could sense it. As I laid down, she asked if I was ready to start. We had a few giggles before she left the room and started the timer. The process is not as bad as I made it out to be (although the 15 minutes is a long time when all you want to do is itch your back). Stella comes back, measures the reactions, gives me some meds to help my back and tells me Dr. Patel will be back in a few minutes. Dr. Patel comes in, says thank you for doing the testing and advises we got some great results. She went over the tests results which matched up with my symptoms. She explained the treatment options and we both agreed on what the best option would be best but if I were to change my mind at any point to just let her know. Overall, I would 100% recommend Dr. Patel. She listened to my concerns, explained things to where I understood and was efficient.
Sandra Carroll: I have been a patient for over 10 years, never have to wait. Very efficient. Friendly, helpful staff. Request Dr. Kwas Huston, always willing to answer my questions, cares about his patients.
Michelle Herbert: I'm very pleased with Dr. Spider and his nurse. Thank you very much for getting me in quickly. I truly appreciated this today.
Nolan Kellerman: I've always had the worst allergies. Since receiving treatment from Dr.Jacobs and his wonderful nursing staff, I've experienced nothing but an occasional sneeze. I know the results aren't the same for everyone, but the allergy shots are really working for me. My regiment has included two shots each week for the last 6 months and now only once a month. It's a lot of visits to the doctors office but I was able to get in and out (30 mins) over lunch so it caused no conflicts with my work schedule. Dr. Jacobs is very upfront with what to expect and easy to talk to. If you don't need the shots he will tell you. The nursing staff is great, friendly and proficient. The ladies at the front office are great. They will get you scheduled, paid and out the door in no time. Nothing but good things to say, I would recommend to anyone who is annoyed with their allergies.

Dr. Zachary D. Jacobs, MD: what do users think?
Leslie Chiles: I have horrible allergies and needed a doctor asap after moving here from Oklahoma because of them.. ( with my asthma and the fact that I'm allergic to everything that floats outside) they sent me a spot to go to fill out paperwork.. Everytime I went there the link was expired.. it took a couple month's to get in so I had forgotten.. so I showed up at my first appointment on time even after having to go through the pain of finding the hidden place , I walk in to the front desk lady and she continued to argue with me over the paperwork.. she said there is no way I could finish it there and seemed so put out, by the time I made it clear I was not going to argue and I wanted to know if I could be seen or not she let me know I would not be able to be seen and everything she did , she did to let me know i was a pain in her a$$ , she said we will reschedule you but not until june.. my mouth dropped open being I had already told her that this is my most important appointment... I wanted so bad to tell this lady she is the front of the office and to smile.. because every movement and word she let out.. SCREAMED she is over worked and Not happy at all.. I told her not to bother rescheduling me ,I'd find better people than what she just showed mmethanks for nothing ya'll.
J C: Run fast, away from this practice. Dr. has god complex, and his office employees are just as bad, hungup on our nurse 2 x's, don't call in meds, or return calls, will change your appts without notifying you. Nothing good to say.
sexxy woman: This doctor continually has negative feedback removed so beware of artificially high ratings. This doctor caused me more harm than any other combined. He cherry picks - he terminated care after I based on care around him after becoming a long hauler and left me without treatment for at least 4 months. He is never on call and doesn't even take medicaid or medicare. He has almost no ethnic patients - he just wants easy cases. AVOID.
Hannah Fox: Dr. Jacobs and his nurses have taken excellent care of my son and now daughter who have food allergies. My son went through OIT with Dr. Jacobs for his food allergies and will be starting allergy shots for his environmental allergies.
Sarah Clariday: I love Dr. Jacobs! I had a cough during allergy season every year for 6 years. After just 1 visit with him, I was diagnosed with allergic asthma, placed on meds, and the cough was nearly gone within a few days. Within a week, I am feeling so much better.
Tresenda Scott: We LOVE Dr Jacobs! Both of my boys have food allergies, and Dr Jacobs has been wonderful in answering questions and walking us through the OIT process. He answers messages promptly and his nursing staff has always been kind and understanding!
Amie Francois: They were a great help for my son who suffers from allergies and asthma! So glad we found this office!
Angela Hawthorne: Not sure who/what is at the bottom of the issues I had with this office . . . I had blood taken for allergy test. 1. I never saw the results - called multiple times to try and get access to a portal that never worked, finally asked for the results to be emailed to me, they never did and told me on the phone that I don't have any allergies. 2. they charged me $200 for the test - I did not receive any notification from my insurance that they ever turned it in.
