Jennifer G KCMO: Dr. Crowley and his nurse are exceptionally professional, receptive, and competent. He is the only doctor that has been able to address the issue and remediate it long term. A B: Someone who works in this building was driving like a maniac, nearly running a red light which caused me to slam on my brakes, and then tailgating me, and then swerving into the middle of the turn lane and flying past me and speeding down the road. She was wearing yellow hospital scrubs, had dark hair with light brown/red looking highlights. Ridiculous and reckless driving for a doctor or nurse..

Chloe is the sweetest and really a great injector, and my hydro facials have been delightful. The offices are clean and cute and pleasant. The membership is a good system.My only concern is that I chose them specifically because unlike other spas, they had a price list and were transparent about processes, and I’m starting to see signs that they are moving away from this. I really hope this isn’t the case and that they return to being one of the few clinics that support transparency and understanding for their patients.
Ashley Meehan: I had a consult today with the Nurse Practitioner Courtney Hilton concerning medical weight loss. She made me feel comfortable and not ashamed of my weight gain. I left my consult excited for my upcoming wellness journey and knowing that I have a group of women that is there to support me every step of the way.
Wendy McGee: I am a wellness patient of Dr. Watkins, and she has truly given me my life back! When I first went to see her 7 months ago, I had been to numerous traditional doctors, including a specialist, trying to figure out why I was so ill. None of them could help, and the best I got was a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and told this would just be my life now. At the point of my first meeting with Dr. Watkins, I’d been completely bedridden for 3 months, with no real hope of recovery. Dr. Watkins not only got to the root of what was causing all my symptoms, but she gave me HOPE. She spent an hour and a half with me on that visit, going over my health history, thoroughly explaining all the test results, her approach to treatment, and the plan of care. I left a doctor’s office for the first time in my life feeling seen, heard, and with real hope for recovery!I have been diligently following her treatment guidelines, and now, 7 months later, I am really starting to get my life back, my husband has his wife back, and my kids have their mom back! I still have a ways to go for recovery, but I am so much better than I was, and I am still making progress!I cannot recommend Dr. Watkins enough. Besides being an absolutely amazing physician, she is an incredibly kind, compassionate, and generous soul. I am so thankful for her!

Christina Watson: I joined the Lotus Glow VIP Member over a year ago and enjoyed the minimal perks that came with it. This year I went with the monthly payment of the membership because I felt they were calling me before my appointment and asking if it is ok with me if I see someone else for my appointment (because the person I was scheduled with is no longer with aNu). This is ok if it happens once (or maybe twice), but it happens a lot! I have had at least 4 different people do my Botox and at least 2 different people do my facial. This is too much variability for my taste, hence the 3 stars. I could go on for days on why you should choose KC SURGICAL ARTS but this one particular incident I think explains everything. After my consultation and scheduling for my surgery Dr. Baker looked me in the eyes and said “when we finish with the surgery and you go home I will be calling you later to see how you are doing if that’s ok with you Chris? In my 54 years on this planet I’ve never had a surgeon from any type of practice call and check on me after my procedure…….but Dr Baker did and not once but twice and left a voicemail both times due to me not answering my phone. IMO she is the best Botox doc I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty since I’ve been getting Botox or Dysport for the last 14 years. ( I hope my hubby doesn’t read this because I want him to think I’m naturally beautiful 😂)Backstory - I moved here from Los Angeles in 2021 and after my terrible eyelash extension experience here in KC, I was terrified to try a local Botox doc. Bad eye lash extensions are one thing, but bad Botox could be permanent 😂Luckily I made a friend in the beauty industry here who recommended Brit.
