They answered all my questions and helped me find the best model for my needs and budget. They also offered me a free in-home consultation to set up and install the TV. The best part was that they helped me load the large item in my car, which was very nice of them. I really appreciated their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for electronics and appliances.

Allen Fails: Ordered online because I needed the electronic quickly, and my close store didn't have it. By the time I drove over from Independence, it was ready to pick up. Staff greeted us at the door and got us to pickup right away. Check out was quick and easy. I'd go back again.

He was very knowledgeable and has the ability to help someone buy all of the parts they would need to build a PC. He spent a good amount of time helping me find what I need. This kind of customer service is hard to find and I was very happy with my purchase.

Now in May, I still have to wait to get it since it not get done yet. Since I don’t use the dishwasher much I don’t rush on them. But it is unacceptable for 2 months and not even get done yet.

A week later I'm looking for my sheets and no where to be found. Yesterday I tore my house apart looking for them and they are gone. Then it dawned on me. They were in my old dryer. The dryer that the guy said was empty. WRONG!!!

Lance Deshazo: Went to Best Buy to buy an Xbox and saw this bundle for the price listed below. I took the tag to the front and it rang up for the wrong price. I told the cashier that it was marked as the picture showed and he called for the manager. The manager immediately stated that I was lying and that no consoles he had in the store were the price in the picture. I said that it was not my fault that his products were marked wrong. I didn't even have a chance to buy it, the manager took it and refused to sell it to me for any price. Stunned, I went back and took the picture attached and showed the manager, to which he mumbled something under his breath. I then told him that I was going to let their corporate office know just how much he cared for their customers! I would have paid the price for it, since I had to go to Target to buy the same one, but I will not be called a liar in front of other customers in the store and you act like a child when you refuse to sell it to me after I bring up a valid point!!! You should move the tags into a place where they cannot be misread or messed with by your customers!!

I checked today (Monday) & it says the same-thing. LONG STORY SHORT, I’m currently at the store where my item is at to pick it up & they will not give it to me because it has already been processed & it has to be picked up by some janky pickup service called “ Roadie”. The item is literally still in the store, in the back being held hostage. I drove almost an hour here after work to pick this up, which they have boxed waiting for a courier & the will not give me my paid for item. I’ve been on the waiting phone with the courier for almost 30 minutes & nothing. This is horrible customer service & I do plan to cancel my BestBuy account & never shop here again..Never!

Unfortunately, Micro Center was out of stock of the model I ultimately went with and I needed a computer right away. Otherwise, I would have without a doubt purchased here. Highly recommend!

It would have taken weeks to get a replacement if I'd bought it on line.Sure, things cost a bit more, but the convenience more than makes up for it.

Carolyn: I had an in home appointment scheduled on Friday. I received a confirmation text but nobody showed up for the appointment. It is so challenging to get through to make an appointment, then no show/no call...not good.
Patsy McKinney: Every time I come in with an issue or a question I am helped quickly. Even when hard to deal with things come up and my computer has to be checked in for service, the whole process is explained to me. Another thing I’ve noticed is that no one talks down to me. We are TotalTech members and it is worth every penny if it means we get unlimited Geek Squad support.
Shane S: Love Geek Squad. This wasn't my 1st visit and wasn't disappointed. I've had a history of not so good customer service, however the last few times have been phenomenal.Took their time to explain things and went above and beyond for my repairs.

They told me if l get the rest of the parts they we fix I said no you will never touch this truck again now l got the part and going to fix it myself and now l see what they did they broke part of the dash That holds a screw and clip they broke it off There is wires Not hook to nothing And just think they charged me 2 hundred and some dollars so if I was you don't come here

I went in again, sent me another phone, same scenario. I plan to buy my next phone elsewhere, what a complete Waste of time, energy, and money! I am so very disappointed. Tiffany Pheral: I walked into the store on a Tuesday to ask whether or not my issue was something that Geek Squad would be able to remedy. I had heard that it was a complex issue that they couldn't handle. I brought my computer with me, because a lot of times, the model of computer you have directly effects the answer when it comes to these things. After a stood in line for a few minutes, the one tech that was there asks me if they were expecting me. I told her now, and that I just needed to ask her whether or not it was something that they could do. She immediately got all snarky with me and told me that she was with her current customers now and would be booked for the rest of the day. When I repeated that I only needed to ask a simple quick question before I wasted everyone's time with booking an appointment only to be told they couldn't do it. She, again with a very heavy attitude, told me that I would have to wait until after her current appointment. I stood there for a few minutes, and then looked at the overhead board and realized that her appointments that day her an hour long each, and we were only 5 minutes into the hour, I left. I was not waiting around for an hour to ask a question. I ended up going to another location a few days later, and we able to book an appointment shortly thereafter to get my issue resolved by very friendly and helpful staff at another location. This lady has VERY poor customer service skills and needs to learn how to check her attitude if shes going to deal with people. I will NEVER go back to deal with her again.
Mary Kieffer: Attempted to talk to someone to see if they work on macs. The automated nazi told me since I didn't have the product with me I needed to wait and call back! WTH? Why do I need the product if I don't even know if you work on Apple products?!?! SMH!
Bill Busch: I brought my iMac in for repair of the hard drive that was under the three year warranty that they are dying to sell you. I told them the hard drive was broken because the system won't boot. Instead of replacing the hard drive they reinstalled the operating system and sent it back. A month later it was doing the same thing. Geek Squad manager said it was out of warranty and won't fix it. I told him they should have replaced the hard drive when I reported it and under warranty. They said they could not help me. Don't buy the extended warranty. It's a bait and switch.
