Shere-Ling Kraus-Yao: From time to time I need to stop at this place to finish my paper or reading, or etc, before my next stop as I had eaten at the bar downstairs the restaurant and bar even though I don’t stay here, The hotel attendees always were welcoming me the same!!!Nearby activities: There are many activities throughout the year including holidays at the Plaza and near by! Good for regular strollers or special trip travelers to this city.Food & drinks: Very tasty but pricy!

Sherri Berger: Omg...love, love this hotel. It's a beautiful boutique hotel. Everyone working there was so nice, friendly, and helpful. They bent over backwards to make my stay a good one...and I got upgraded to a large, beautiful suite which added to the incredibleness of my trip.Rooms: Exquisite decor...very peaceful and elegant. Beautiful art, all the conveniences, lots of USB outlets, Kurig coffee machine with really good coffee pods, TV with Netflix and Amazon prime, love the deep tub, bathroom has a beautiful marble floor, plush towels, great pillows and bedding. A Godley: The Raphael Hotel was just lovely! Such character and ambiance, beautiful! Our room was excellent! Clean and nicely decorated! We had a great view of The Plaza too! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved that Chaz is both their restaurant and bar with live music! How enjoyable! Loved that we could walk to and from the plaza area. Lots of shopping and fun things to do. We had a lovely stay!
Debbie Simpson: The accouting department is lacking. I always have to request an itemized receipt more than 2 times. As of today I've emailed 3 times for 3 different dated receipts for my manager. sitll nothing. Now I am going to contact the General Mgr.Noteworthy details: Need to train accounting to get the job done
Tiffany Pollard: This was my first stay at The Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection. Housecleaning tidied up my room before 1p the next day.• Decor: Standard• Heating/cooling: Comfortable temp, quiet unit• Sound: Very quiet• TV: Smart television. Lindsey scott: Gorgeous hotel great staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Carley S: Excellent bar service and helpful staff! Rooms were lacking: muggy, loud and insufficient AC. However, I’d rather pay for high quality service over high quality room on short trips. No self parking, expensive valet.Walkability: Great locale.
Kevin Lowry: Rooms: GreatNearby activities: It's a lot of things various activities Power and Light District a little bit of everythingSafety: Very safe security and police patrolFood & drinks: Food Service there and walkable restaurants everywhere Crossroads districts Power and LightNoteworthy details: Great complimentary breakfast
Kevin Escobar: A lot of homeless around the area. Otherwise very clothes to the power & light district.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
cindy finah: This is not a superior hotel. The valet was so nice. The room is the size of a closetDefinitely not a 5 star hotelRooms: Small small smallView of dirty alley, trash.
Nathaniel Kane: Disappointed in my stay. Multiple amenities listed on the website were not available, as well as incorrect hours for the restaurant, as three different closing times were available to see. 24-hour room service advertised, but no room service available. When locked out of the hotel on Friday night, no signage to indicate that the mobile key would not open the door. Had to call the front desk 3 times to get back in and was met with a very rude agent that would not provide me with a physical key because I had "made my choice". Room was fine, only reason I didn't give it 1 star, but it felt like a bait-and-switch from the Marriott website and dealing with the rude front desk clerk on the evening of 5/5.
Katheren Minter: Nice building a friend of ours lives there
Danielle Ogden: Wonderful hotel! Front desk staff was amazing, particularly Vanity. She helped me check in, storing my luggage when my room wasn't ready and then had a stash of a variety of bandaids when I got blisters on my heels from walking around the city in dress shoes. Rooms were gorgeous and handicap accessible!Walkability: About a 5 to 10 minute walk to the convention center. Many walkable restaurants and great downtown area.
Della MIller: This hotel is absolutely luxurious. The front desk staff greet you with incredible smiles and are extremely attentive. The valet staff are also incredible, responsive and their customer service is top notch. The bar and front lobby is breathtaking.I had a King Bed room. What made this experience extra special was the bartender - Ishmael. His passion for mixology, creating his own bitters, paying attention to layers of flavors on drinks and engaging with us at the bar really made this stay extra special and a place I cannot wait to bring my entire work crew. I will absolutely return on my next visit to Kansas City!Nearby activities: Fabulous restaurants, Irish Pubs within walking distance. I went to Bristol for dinner!Walkability: You have to approach this hotel in your vehicle on the correct side of the road, thats the only thing I had to get right each time.Food & drinks: Breakfast was okay, I didnt try dinner.Bar was FABULOUS. Relaxing, romantic, soft jazz playing low lights.Noteworthy details: I stayed in the contemporary side Im dying to find out what the other rooms are like.
Andrew George: really great spot, great atmosphere, rooms were brighter than most autographs. Great staff, valet on point, same with the desk. I do wish that i could give it a 4.75 because my only complaint was that the steak soup had no steak. But i will round up because it was such a nice stay.
Lauren Harak: This is one of our FAVORITE hotels. The staff alone makes the hotel magical. Sheri at the bar is one the sweetest and most talented bartenders we've ever met and her customer service is just out of this world. Staying at the hotel is worth it just to have Sheri make you a drink.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Rowe Family: The hotel room was so so. To me the nicest person was actually the valet. As soon as we arrived the valet was very attentive. That's pretty much where the service stopped. We walked in the door immediately. Someone yelled, when I say, yelled, I mean HOLLERED, "Hello, are you a guest here?" I was being profiled. It was like everyone in the lobby turned and looked at us. The worker then left from behind the counter while she was assisting another customer, with a line behind that customer. She left them, and the line, came over to me and my daughter who didn't even get a chance to sit in the lobby chairs and proceeded to ask, Are we a guest here and and further demanded our room number. I mean she loudly interrogated us right in front of everybody when there was a line there that she should have been servicing as opposed to profiling us because I guess she thought we didn't fit the description of the type of guests who normally stay there. The next day no one at the front desk even acknowledged us when we were leaving out to view the city. They were very rude. I will never stay there again. We were in town for a national conference. She not only gave the hotel a bad representation but left the sour, tasted my mouth for visiting Kansas City again.
Karan Sethi: The bar downstairs is very good.
#noelonthemove: Love this hotel! The bedrooms and bathrooms are massive. Very comfortable beds. Love how they give you extra pillows and towels too! The rooms could have better lighting if you are working from the room but otherwise perfect.Gorgeous design and love the mini bar and snacks in the room!
Matthew Durr: Great hotel in a great location to power and light!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Todd Schmidt: Great initial impressions!!!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Riyad Kalla: One of the Marriott properties you wish you could drag around the world with you so it would always be where you were.Killy and Kim were absolute PEACHES to our family and made the trip especially memorable.Thank you all for such an enjoyable stay!Rooms: Big, spacious, well appointed and comfortable.

Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City-Country Club Plaza: what do users think?
Evangeline Newsom: After checking in to the location with the rooms that I reserved for my family that was traveling, it was found that one of the rooms did not have the sleeping arrangements discussed during the reservation process. The other room that was reserved was found to have cockroaches and when this was reported to the front desk staff, they seemed aloof and as if they did not care to address the issue. There were no arrangements made to facilitate use of another room nor was there anything done to compensate for the issue. I've never had this experience and especially as a Gold Status/Diamond Status Hilton Honors Member, I expect more from the hotel as I value where I stay. This was quite frankly just gross and unacceptable.
Kari Smith: Walkability: Very close to the Country Club PlazaRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Jeffrey Schaffel: Upscale lodging in great areaRooms: Very nicely appointedFood & drinks: Great breakfast
Moselle Stover: Due to a serious health issue we couldn't arrive as scheduled but paid for the room for the other party traveling with us and asked for a refund though the cancellation was late. We hoped for some kindness or some understanding. Instead the front office manager Mr. Thomas Krummel sent a very rude email stating "we are unwilling to refund you". It was a rude email to someone that has been a loyal Hilton Honors member for decades. We also left voicemails for the general manager but she didn't even bother to return our calls. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. And I'll tell everyone.
Andrew: The evening/overnight desk staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff are delightful. The beds and pillows are awful though. Quite difficult to get a decent night's sleep on the low quality bed. Pool was decent but quite chlorinated.Nearby activities: It's quite close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.Walkability: Very close to the plaza area.
Brian Mackey: We were in town on a medical visit and the staff was so accommodating. They allowed us until 2pm to let them know if we needed our 2nd night. Also, this location has EV charging for our electric vehicle.Noteworthy details: EV chargers for electric cars.
Dennis Canuto: Excellent hotel. If you stay on the top floor (9th), you don't have to worry about feet noise above you. There is also free garage, with easy convenience to it via elevator.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Thomas Haas: I've had the pleasure of staying at this location numerous times during my business trips to Kansas City. It's become my go-to destination thanks to its fantastic location and affordable rates. Although it's a relatively new Hampton Inn, it's what you'd expect from the brand, providing clean and comfortable accommodations that meet all of my basic needs. However, I was disappointed to learn that they've recently introduced a $20 per night parking fee, which I find to be quite unusual for a hotel of this caliber. While I appreciate that costs can rise, I do feel that such a charge detracts from the overall experience. As a result, I will need to explore other options for my upcoming trip to the area. Nonetheless, I'd still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Kansas City.
Janice Kramer: Affordable and clean place to stay while visiting UMKC and close to food and shops. Our family doesn't really care for their cooked breakfast (lots of add ins to their eggs and potatoes and the meats arent very good) so we skipped it. We would prefer just plain old eggs, hash browns and bacon. We've stayed three times and will stay again.Rooms: Clean, quiet, pet friendly.Nearby activities: Close to shopping and UMKC campus.Walkability: Walking distance to Country Club Plaza and tons of shopping and restaurants.
Brandi Mcwilliams: Great experience! Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious and very clean.Rooms: Clean and spacious, modern
CharlieFnBronson: First off, everyone working there was nice.Parking garage was great, except for the people in a white Yukon that door dinged me.The bad:The room door had to be slammed to shut.Bed squeaked and made a lot of noise just getting in and out of it.The bathroom sink 'back flowed' while I was brushing my teeth, and blew black stuff and hair into the sink, and onto my arm. That was truly disgusting. Will probably never stay here again.
Randa Van Dyk: We love this Hampton Inn and will drive out of our way to stay there. Very clean, friendly/professional employees and one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had. It's recently been remodeled and has a fresh, modern vibe. And what a nice pool for the kids! Are they perfect? No hotel is, but I'm impressed how quickly the small issues (room key not working, needing more towels, etc.) are fixed. We don't plan on staying anywhere else when we come to visit KC. Nice job Hampton Inn!
Michelle Williams: During my stay, the accommodations were amazing, the staff were welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service and even made sure we left nothing behind! Definitely would reccommend!Rooms: Spacious and cleanNearby activities: Close to the plaza...on steep heel. Uber should be taken for those experiencing physical disabilities or our more experienced in life guestsFood & drinks: Delicious! Quality and quantiful
T Dwayne W: Stayed two nights while coming to see the Atlanta Braves play the KC Royals. Payed 577 dollars for two queen bed site with sleeper sofa. Those prices are comparable to other hotels in the area or in Downtown KC.The room was comfortable and adequate for our stay. Hardly ever heard any outside noise either in the hallway or from outside the building. Only issue is that when we checked in to our room, there was only three large towels. I am sorry but if you are going to have a two Queen suite with sleeper sofa, need a minimum of 5 towels. The hotel did deliver us additional towels within 15 minutes of us asking.Pool, gym and complimentary breakfast all lived up to the high quality that the Hilton brand strives for. Despite all the sports teams, their families, and other guests, the breakfast staff always made sure there was plenty of hot food for the guests.Would definitely recommend this place for any type of visit to the KC metro area.
Tanyia Wiggins: HR fired me 4th day because I was pregnant!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Hollie Garcia: Friendly and honest staff, great location. I have stayed here on two trips and would do so again!Rooms: Clean and good size for 2-3 people.Nearby activities: Love being near the Plaza!Walkability: I felt mostly safe in this area.
Yollette Atkinson: First time in Kansas City. Location was great! Within walking distance of shopping, dining and sites. 10 min drive to downtown. Staff was friendly. Had an issue with the microwave and they checked and replaced within no time. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and coffee bars were well stocked with lots of varieties. Would definitely stay at this location again.
Aaron Barbee (A-A-Ron): It's a Hampton so you know what you're getting, usually. Nice, clean room with comfy bed and clean bathroom. Good breakfast. This location is way at the Western end of the plaza so the location is a mild knock. My other issue was with the evening front desk guy. He debated with me about getting into the lobby at 10pm, even though I had the app open. Bluetooth wasn't showing the front door and I couldn't get in. I'd probably stay here again if I needed to though.(March 2023 update)...I've used the mobile app with digital room key many times, but it wasn't activated for me when I arrived. One of my other group members also experienced the same thing, so it wasn't my account. The associate at the front desk resent it, but it never appeared in the app. Also, when I arrived in my room there was food at the base of one of beds - cheerios and a couple other random things. Nothing atrocious, but very noticeable. I let it go, no biggie. But the conditioner was out in the shower. It's a mounted pump inside the shower and there was no way to know until you went to use it - which is when you're wet, naked, in the shower. I tried to get some out to no avail. I was only there one night, so I hoped they'd fill it after I left.Previous experiences here have always been solid. ALL folks I spoke with and encountered were super friendly and nice. Just a couple rough spots I hadn't had here before.Rooms: Comfy bed and normally the bathroom is very well-stocked
Louis Vera: This hotel is well located to everything in the plaza. Offers great parking facilities, rooms are cleaned, and staff service is excellent.Their breakfast though, could improve.

Kurt Herbst: Second time staying here, once again enjoyed my stay. I had a nice room with a view of the city from the 31st floor. Stayed 2 weeks for a conference. They emptied the trash, made the bed and changed the towels daily, but it would have been nice if they at least once changed the sheets and vacuumed over the 14 days. I appreciated the workout room, but it needs maintenance. Half the ellipticals and bikes were not working properly. The free weights were missing the 10 and 30 pounders. I appreciated the fridge and safe in the room and microwave by the ice machine. Overall a good stay.
Karen Childers: We had a lovely stay. Service was timely and thoughtful, the room was kept really well. Very grateful.
Micheal Edmonds: The atmosphere of this hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly. So many options of restaurants to choose from plus a Sky bridge that leads you directly to the mall which makes it so convenient. Definitely staying here again!
Renea Lewis: Large, nice suites. The customer service is not good. Had a TV that didn't work, but I couldn't get anyone to fix it. Kimberly McGowan: This hotel definitely has a moth infestation, but if you can get over that it is a nice place. It was a really great location, and you can’t beat the views from the club lounge.
Mistie Rain: Nearby activities: There's probably 1000 things to do!!-Union station-Liberty Memorial-Federal Reserve-Hallmark Museum-Crown Center-LEGO Land-Sea Life Aquarium-Kaleidoscope (free kids museum)-SEVERAL places to shop and eat.Walkability: Great walkability for ALL of the mentioned places above!!
Jim Becker: Great hotel. Mix of an aging property with nice updates. The pool is heated and great. The views can’t be beat in KC from the lounge and higher level floors. The service is hit or miss. Similar to the Sheraton in Overland Park but below my normal Marriott experience. It just takes an extra time asking to get something. I wasn’t expecting high end service, just medium level.Safety: Very safe area in downtown KCWalkability: Great walkability for kids activities at the crown center and union station.Food & drinks: There are a ton of great restaurants in the area, however none are working walking distance. Hotel bar and food is average at best.
Regan Brunetti: The lobby and chandelier in this hotel are so beautiful and I love the architecture. The spectators bar has pretty decent food great service and the drinks are good :-) the other photo is the view from room on the 19th floor. You could really see all the beautiful parts of the city from your room! Best Western Premier Kansas City Sports Complex Hotel: what do users think?
Jake Talbott: This hotel is not a 3-star hotel. It's a 2 or 2.5-star hotel. We stayed at a downtown KC hotel for 2 nights, then moved out to this hotel because friends were staying here for the KC Royals game. The downtown hotel was a true 3-star hotel, significantly nicer finishes, larger rooms, newer construction and it was only $20 more per night. Based on pics and "premier" in the name, we felt duped into staying here and I immediately regretted it when we pulled into the parking lot. It looks and feels old and rundown with some fresh paint and newer carpet. The pool was also closed (by order of the Health Dept) during our stay which was very disappointing. I will not stay here again.
Daniel Weaver: Super clean room. Close to KC and area attractions. Especially close to the Chief's home at Arrowhead. Easy access to Starlight. Lots of food and drink nearby.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More

Rooms are nice and clean, fun bar area, and great location if you’re looking to catch a royals or chiefs game!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Mary K: This "premier" hotel is anything but. Very noisy a/c units. Questionable safety of parking lot. Numerous people have reported that their cars have been broken into in April and May 2023. There are two signs in parking lot that state all liability is on car owner, not the hotel. Spoke with Roman the manager who stated he'd hired security to patrol parking lot. None of this was explained at check in. We checked out and went to a better hotel which was $60 cheaper and a huge suite. (Hilton Homewood Suites). No refund on this hotel of course but we were not taking a chance in the middle of a 4000 mile trip.
mg g: FIRST CHECKED IN ON FRIDAY EVENING. LONG LINE AND WAS HECTIC. WAS WARNED BY STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS NOT TO PARK PAST THE END OF THE BUILDING OR IN THE LOWER PARKING LOT I GUESS A LOT OF VANDALISM. INSIDE THE HOTEL IS NICE. AC DID NOT WORK REAL WELL SET ON 63 ROOM STILL WARM. TOILET FLUSHES SLOW AND SHOWER DRAINS SLOW. BREAKFAST IS GOOD BUT BAR AND RESTRAUNT IS EXPENSIVE AND BASIC NOT OUTSTANDING. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.
Bill Webb: Only good thing about our hotel stay was the night manager Marcus. Hotel is currently being used as a homeless shelter. Did not feel safe whatsoever.Safety: Currently housing significant number of homeless.
Charles Divin: The pool was out of order, but breakfast was good housekeeping was excellent, front desk helpful, bar ran out of wings but other than that I was happyRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Shawn Selsor: Our room was really clean, bed was very comfy and the staff was super nice!! Had a great stay for an event at Arrowhead. This would be the only place I would stay within walking distance for a game day stay! (Just wish the prices didn’t skyrocket on those dates)
MFPhoto1: This is a nice hotel with clean, good sized room, and quiet at nights. It is within walking distance of the sports complex. However there is nothing else of interest in the immediate area. I would not stay here again due to the location, except if I am going to a baseball or football game. The hotel restaurant/bar has a limited menu, Mainly it is deep fried bar food. The only other restaurants in the area are Taco Bell and Subway. The staff was friendly and helpful -- provided you could find them. The front desk was often unmanned, and calls from the room often went without anyone picking up at the desk.Unlike most other hotels, the air conditioning did not blow on the bed, so I had a comfortable sleep.

Sherry Jacobs: Lakota sure went out of his way to provide high quality services! He helped make our mother daughter trip very special. Thank you!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Charlotte Kovacs: Lakota is a true asset to your business. He drove us places, was very friendly, gave us great suggestions on restaurants in the area, and even helped us carry our luggage down from the room. We were on a mother- daughter get away. Lakota made sure we were taken care of and he was very professional at all times.Rooms: Great room!
mswenna74: When I first walked in I was pleased with the environment, however I was taken when I entered the pool area, being the only black female other than a few employees. And noticed silence as I entered and walk to be seated, feeling should I go or I stay but then I decided to adjust to an environment that first seemed, public or invite only if you no what I mean, the salad and wine was great would I go back yes I would, why cause this is AMERICA and we are ONE,Food & drinks: Great
Isabelle Myzer: I didn't rent a room, so I can't really say how the rooms were. However I did dine at the 9210 and the service was AMAZING! Our waitress Nikki was incredibly nice and funny! She took a picture of my friends and I and hilariously took a self y! The restaurant is also incredibly nice with a great view! Will be back!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Patti Kent: Beautiful room and great restaurant.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Jimmy Shelton: Overall, it was a great experience, rooms are clean beds comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was the restaurant. the wait staff at the bar were not very attentive. We had to go out of our way to get their attention, overall not great at the bar and restaurant, lobby staff while checking in were great. The coffee bar in the morning is cool but not complementar, we ate breakfast elsewhere.
Rachel Jackson: Pros:- nice lobby area and outdoor seating area- very polite and friendly staff who were attentive to our needs- location is convenient if you plan to go the country club plazaCons:- the lampshade on the main lamp in our room was obviously broken and kept falling off the stand- the entire place feels dirty; the hallway and room carpets were visibly dirty and stained- the fitness center has very limited equipment and was missing many of the items featured in the photos- there were no USB ports for charging items; the iHome provided was very outdated and broken- some of the outlets in our room would not hold the electric plug and were not functional- the rainfall shower was barely dripping and had horrible water pressure- we tried to use the rooftop pool but it was very crowded; the pool area is very small and they allow non-hotel guests to use it so there is limited room for hotel guests- I was supposed to receive my receipt via email but it never arrivedThe entire place needs to be updated to current technology and functioning. It feels like a hotel with amenities from 2010. The staff were the only saving grace.
Brooke Sanders: Rooms: We arrived at 6 pm and found the carpet wet in our room. GROSS / is it a leak ? Is it sewage ? We were assured it would be taken care of - 3 hours later - nothing ! And the front desk told us to go find Cassie at the bar ! She told us she didn’t have time to check her email bc she has a luau going on? And told me to stop talking . Worst customer service ever .
Mason (cmd-space): Keito and the rest of the team were great!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ashley Millang: Over the top customer service! All employees were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.Walkability: Right on the plaza- great location!
Arnetia Nelson: Great location and the staff is great and friendly. Room wasDirty, carpet in the room in front of the bed was nasty, the lamps were malfunctioning flickering off and on I’m assuming that’s why they were unplugged. Booked room for two guest only one set of towels were in the room.Hallway floors were filthy. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
Robert Johnson: Had a really nice visit here. Everything was clean and in good order with rooms that impressed. My only complaint is the use of a sliding door in the room's bathroom sans any lock or mechanical restraint. A regular door with a latch and lock would be far more preferable.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Aarron: The restaurant desperately needs help. Slow service and decent food.Service: 2/5 …More

Local KCFoodie: This is hands down the nicest hotel in Kansas City. We unfortunately do not have a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons type of hotels in KC, this finally makes up for it. This place is so modern, wonderful staff, and the nicest rooms. Highly suggest staying here on your visit! The rooftop bar is the best in KC.Rooms: Best room in KCWalkability: So close to everything downtownFood & drinks: Rooftop bar has it all, but the main bar is even prettier
Zachary Antilley: This hotel is very nice, centrally located with an easy access garage for self-parking. My only complaint is the overpowering fragrance being pumped in to the lobby. Sadly we were underwhelmed by the room service offerings, the listing said there were three restaurants on site so we expected more selections.Food & drinks: Don't plan on eating more than one meal on-premise, there isn't much to choose from.
Christi Heffner: Beautiful hotel right in downtown. Was there for a business meeting and it was a great event.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Ndue Sokoli: very niceRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Shelby Cummings: The Loews City Hotel was immaculate. It's centrally located, clean, upscale and the staff is amazing. Check in was speedy. My room was beautiful, clean and very room. I would highly recommend staying here.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Pat Lehnherr: An excellent lodging choice if you can get in for a reasonable price. Guest seems to horde the carts around checkout time but that's the case with nearly all hotels. Choose to park yourself rather than use the valet, it's much quicker, particularly around checkout time. The bar on the 7th floor has good eats, a nice sunset view, and GREAT service. We'll be back.
Mindy Banister: It’s big and nice and brand new and beautiful - yes. The beds were excellent and comfie, rooms very clean. We had a corner with floor to ceiling windows on the 17th floor, loved the views. Room service is just ok - and that makes a big difference to us! Parking garage easy. Quiet. We would likely go back ….
Monica Cashmere': One of the best hotels in Kansas City. I stay here often .. great for pics !! Service is always top tier as wellWalkability: Downtown and in walking distance to a lot of local attractions
Chris Browning: Clean, modern, upscale and safe. Great venue for business events.
Andy Weninger: Restaurant hours were weird in the hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Arielle Ehrlich: The hotel is very nice. It’s brand new, and it has all the modern amenities you’d expect. The beds are comfortable, the shower is very nice, and my room even had a small couch in it, so I didn’t have to sit on the bed the whole time.Food options for conference meals were fine, but nothing spectacular. The only hiccup was that the elevators were slow. There were between 1 and 3 elevators of the 8 total that were out of service at any time.
