Alisa West: I'm a person who travels often for work, and I love trying local eateries. Clustertruck had a ton of positive reviews, so I was sold. I should have known something was off when I tried to call and got a voicemail asking to text. Which no one answered until after i finally got the pickup order, but thats another story. Finally found the correct door to ring doorbell and they had food ready to go which was very cool. I ordered a burger combo and pork tacos along with quac and queso. It was kind of a bummer. You can tell the burger patty was frozen and had no flavor other than sweet from the bun. The sidewinder fries were good. I was hoping to get some redemption from the tacos since they have bacon, but they had no flavor even with sauces. The bacon didn't taste like bacon :(....The queso tastes like they melted the Blanco Velveeta and added cream. The quac was the best thing even tho it was browned. I'm super bummed bc I was ready for them to represent but sadly no. I spent 45 bucks ...man im sad :(Hopefully yall have better luck.

Jon Clement: This place is yummy; ordered from here several times. Giant menu with lots to choose from. Don't worry though, it's always delivered hot and fresh. Customer service is also quick to respond and very helpful if you have any issues. Don't think twice, just order- trust me.

Not as much as I spent on the food I was upset about but still nice that they reached out to try and make it right .The loaded tots were our favorite. The chicken and fries were great.Got some cluster bread which had great flavor but it was overcooked to where I couldn't eat it.Burgers tasted prepackaged vs fresh.Ordered the parmesan Mac n cheese and paid extra for bacon on top. The bacon wasn't great quality. Tasted like someone poured bacon bits over the top and that wasn't what I expected.Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The service and timing was great but the quality of food just isn't worth the cost.
Nicole Gisolfi: Outstanding local business on all fronts. The food truly is superior and incredibly reasonable. I have had a full range of items from salads that were plentiful in freshness, variety, and ingredients to the roasted chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and moist and dripping with goodness, so many robust flavors! The Pad Thai was great when I was sick and on a gluten free diet, again, full of flavor and ingredients! I have had numerous deliveries over the last several years. Each driver was patient, courteous, pleasant, and on time!!

Ben was great as he created very easy instructions with links, group codes and QR codes. He was very responsive as everyday we had some issue (on our end) that was resolved quickly. The food was great! Not one item missing any of the days and very easy to pay individually and labeled to make passing out lunches easy. Highly recommend and if this meeting comes back to KC we will reach out to ClusterTruck again. Thank you all for your work during our meeting!

They keep you up to date on timing s d even let you know what vehicle so look for. My food has consistently came in the 15-25 minute time frame that was estimated. Charlie Grace: Not happy. A party of 3 came in very nice and patient. A server with blue braids said she would be with us in a few. About 40 mins later she comes back and says the other server is gonna be over. About 10 more mins she comes over and gets our order. Another 10 mins she comes back with waters. At this point two more tables come in. One a party of 8 and another a party of 4. Blue dreds goes to both quickly and gets them situated. About 25 mins passes and the big 8 top gets their food and about 10 mins the 4 top gets theirs. My friends and I left at that point. Waisted about 2Hr waiting very patiently and non confrontational. Will not be back and will not roccomend. Train your staff to be better or re train communication. As a server myself this is unacceptable.
CMGeek: First the staff is AMAZING.. We called in our order and when I said I wanted to eat in they had our table ready to go. The hugest selection of vegan stuff I've seen in almost any restaurant. It was extremely delicious especially the desserts. And the staff was so friendly and helpful and kind I'd go back just for that reason but the food is also really good. Jessyme Dove: We've ordered from here several times, and the prices are always high and the delivery times long. Tonight was especially bad. It took almost 1.5 hours to get food, and everything was cold. The pizza and sandwich were black and overcooked while the onion rings were limp and undercooked. It took over 10 min on hold to talk to the manager, and she refused to refund pretty much anything.

Stepped in with a friend because we had decided on pizza...on the way in, we almost got enticed to step into a few other places, but ultimately we decided we only had enough cash for a nice large combo pizza...we ordered to go but sat in the sports bar area to wait...I got mesmerized by a huge screen tv that was showing Michael Jordan's "Last Dance"...that's when I started counting the TV's (there were a LOT) and noticed the upper level. I brought family that was from out of town to city market, and we decided to stop by because they have never been to Minskys. Our waitress knew nothing about the menu, was extremely unattentive, and when our pizza came they both were so soggy and under cooked. I spoke such good things to my family about Minskys - but you guys have gone down hill, to the extreme. I will never be going back to this location, and will warn others to avoid this location at all costs!!

Chris Schwerin: I was a frequent patron at Minskys Pizza until just now. I came in with a 15 person party for my Mother in Laws Birthday and the food that was delivered was BURNT. I let the server know and she replaced it. However they only took it into the back for awhile and then brought it right back out. I spoke to the Manager on Duty (Trent McClelland) and he was rude. Asked for the General Managers contact info and was told his name was Jason but would need to just call the location and hope he was there. I used to eat here once a week and I will now never return. Many Business Meals here and now will not return. 1 bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. This manager need to go.

Kyle: The food was exceptionally underwhelming for the price. The portions were small compared to similar i teams at other restaurants. $10+ for a hamburger the size of a hockey puck, without cheese. The service was not efficient and the staff was not knowledgeable as to what was going on. The decor was nice, but other than that, there is no reason to dine at this place.They claim high quality ingredients, but the hamburger tasted like a cheap frozen patty.
Jenne Holmes: Busy, busy resturant when I went at lunch. Food was awesome and very fresh. I had to wait in line for a while to place my order but honestly it was worth the wait. I had 2 beef patties wrapped in lettuce with cheese and really enjoyed it. The fruit cup I had for dessert was fresh as well.
