Spencer Johnson: I am very pleased with the helmet I ordered. If I can be honest, I was a bit skeptical to order from MC Closeouts. I had never heard of the company, and their prices were insanely good which can sometimes mean it's too good to be true. However, after some research I found that they indeed seemed to be a reputable site, with only some negative reviews here and there about returns and customer service, so I went ahead and ordered. The only issue I had was that the tracking information was incorrect, but it could have been the shipping company that messed up. The website stated that my order was still processing nearly a week after ordering, which did have me second guessing my decision to order. I sent a message to customer service, and was pleasantly surprised to see that I got a response within the hour, ensuring me my order was on the way. To me, this debunks the bad customer service claims. The next day, to my surprise, my helmet showed up at my doorstep right before I left for work. Like I said earlier, it just ended up being a tracking issue. Whenever I need some new gear, I will definitely be checking out MC Closeouts to see if I can score some more great deals.

Once the prosecutor saw the video, I was absolved of the accusations and was told to come get my gun. Well, turns out I needed a receipt from when and where I bought it... Enter Academy sports. The manager made me up a document sufficient to retrieve my firearm from the police property room. Thank you to that manager for helping me out. Great store. Good people. I highly recommend... Saved me a lot of money by helping me out.

She sized our feet and made sure we tried on shoes appropriate for our needs. I absolutely love the Nimbus pair I chose because they are like walking on a cloud! Cason made the exchange quickly and easily.

Alexis Smith: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience with returning shoes here. I was not informed of their policy of “not being allowed to wear the shoes outside” and I was denied the return. Apparently they changed the policy AFTER I bought the shoes, but since I was returning them after the policy changed they would not respect the old policy and refused my return. No idea how I am supposed to see if shoes work for me by wearing them inside my carpeted apartment for a couple hours, versus real life walking on concrete floors of a hospital all day. I spent almost $200 on shoes that I can’t wear due to a foot condition, and now I am tasked with trying to sell them online and not getting the amount I paid for them. Never going back here.
