Franks Golf Clubs: what do users think?
Justin Clark: Frank is asking top dollar for old clubs, he wanted $500 for callaway x-18 in 2023. His irons cost more because he stated and I quote ,”I polished them” Those are max $250 on eBay, he’s out of touch!
Madison Lewis: There is a reason there are still hundreds of golf clubs left in Franks store. The prices are absolutely insane!! From reading reviews, it sounds like a few people have had pleasant experiences talking with the owner, but myself and my partner have only been spoken down to by him the few times we have visited the store. He comes off very rude and condescending, particularly when he asks what your price range is. I could deal with the attitude if the prices of his clubs weren’t astronomically high and unreasonable.
C F (MallardSlyr): Prices are way too high. Then he told me that the prices are so high because of his knowledge…news flash buddy a new Maverick driver online is $255, you had $350 and I offered you a fair used price which you said you have to pay rent. Don’t try to impress customers with your knowledge. It’s embarrassing considering most your customers know more about golf then you. Don’t believe me go in there and talk to this dood. You’ll see.
Treston Motes: Outrageous prices for used clubs. Could buy new for the same price.
Ryan Dwyer: Went in and told Frank my price and he showed me everything that fit in that range, which was a ton of great clubs. Next thing I know I'm getting a free 15 minute lesson to correct my slice. Went to play golf right after and I kid you not. I didn't hit one slice the entire time and drove it longer than I had in a long time. Big thanks to Frank.
Kevin Herman: Terribly priced and sells broken clubs like they are new. Used clubs were listed the same price as the same model but 2 years newer and brand new. I made the owner a fair offer on a club that was above market value and he started attacking and yelling at me. I do not recommend this place at all for used clubs.
Austin Ferguson: Best selection of used golf clubs and vintage bags you will probably ever find. A really cool place to look around. Frank is a nice guy too. When it comes to prices though he was trying to charge me over MSRP on low end putters that were well worn and 15 years old. The marked prices of other items are way too high for used items too. Maybe you’ll get lucky with a barter, overall stick to ebay.
Todd Ruge: Waaayyyyy too high on his. Too low on yours. He isn’t selling golf equipment. He is collecting it. Don’t waste your time.
curtis long: Nothing has prices. You have to ask every single club how much. Everything is atleast 3X higher than you'd pay on ebay. Because its "Polished" Its more of a museum of 80's and 90's clubs than a golf store. Its also kind of like a tour of a psychiatric ward trying to talk to Frank. Grumpy old man X 100. He will curse at you for making reasonable offers when he asks what you want to pay. Lots of $200 iron sets he wants $800 for. Frank would much rather take his clubs to the grave with him than sell them.
Charlie Davis: Absolutely insane experience going here. I almost couldn’t believe what I experienced. It was complete robbery. The prices were beyond absurd. He was selling some thrift store quality bags for the price of a nice brand new Callaway bag. The owner was very aggressive and nearly forced you to buy.
Anthony Arellano: Stopped in here looking to pick up a set of irons. Pricing is absolutely insane. Nothing has price tags. Everything costs whatever he decides to charge that day. Quoted me a used set callaways for x2 what I could get them brand new. His justification for price was that they had put new shafts on and shined the heads. If you’re looking used/refurbished to save some money, avoid this place. You won’t find any bargains here.
William Rogers: Be very careful Frank buys stolen clubs fact. Tonight we were able to recover very expensive clubs that were stolen because of very thorough police report with pics the police gave them back to us.Frank just kept saying now I'm out $500
Dustin Hatfield: He's very overpriced and he sneaks things in like the fact that if you pay with cash it will be cheaper than card. If you're not willing to pay his over priced prices he doesn't want you in the store. When you say you are just looking he replies with "so you're not buyinganything?"
David Peacocke: Really wonderful experience.
Brock Riepe: Absolutely insane amount of golf clubs. It’s very impressive. They have all been polished and look very nice. The prices on the other hand are heinous. Charging new to over new price on 10 year old equipment. Owner also comes off pretty aggressive. I would do yourself a favor and just not go. The prices are 2-3x what you can find anywhere else. Was very disappointed
Chris Harriman: "I can't sell these clubs for reasonable prices." Frank actually said this to me today and that's pretty much his whole business model. He got mad at me for looking at his older clubs, that were out on display, citing that he hadn't priced them yet. Instead of trying to negotiate on prices, the man walked away like a petulant child. It was genuinely embarrassing to watch.Frank doesn't want to sell clubs, he wants to have clubs as an excuse to give what he calls golf lessons. This is essentially a hoarder with a business license. Buy clubs elsewhere, they'll probably be cheaper. I honestly think his prices are based on what other clubs are listed for on eBay, not what they've actually sold for on eBay.Also, Frank, you don't have to hit a three wood for your second shot on a par five, stop telling people that. Your business practices are as bad as your course management.
Jadyn Rodenbaugh: Franks is a joke. Walked in there willing to spend money on a nice scotty cameron and got screamed at when I didn’t see the putter hiding behind a bunch of drivers. His clubs are extremely overpriced as well for how old most of them are.He also refused the good good guys to film in the store. Guy is an absolute Scrooge. Do not buy from here!!!
Rodney Fleharty: Watch Out Be Very Careful Here! Old Old Clubs Waaaaay OVERPRICED!!! Flim Flam Man!!!
Jon Hill: VERY OVERPRICED AND INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!
Ran Ran: Way over priced !! He also did not allow the GOOD GOOD crew to film while trying to buy clubs which could of boosted his business some. Go get clubs elsewhere. And next time you see YouTubers with over 600k followers come to buy clubs and want to film their experience, let them do it ! They weren't hurting nothing, your out dated decor already hurts enough.
James S: Extremely overpriced, avoid at all costs, you can tell they make a habit of taking advantage of customers who aren’t very knowledgeable about golf.

Golf MD: what do users think?
Tabb Reese: Montana was amazing. He spent great quality time going over my swing and different clubs and shafts. I ended up ordering an entire set of clubs for the bag. Montana was great and not a high pressure salesman. I highly recommend Golf MD!!
Brett Sorensen: This place and the experience was incredible. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get fitted and so many options and great pricing. 10/10 for golf md!!!
Jake King: These guys are experts! Awesome team!
Scott: Had a full bag fitting with Mike last weekend. I've never gone through the process before but found it to be excellent here, and with Mike. He took his time, never seemed rushed, but worked through all my clubs efficiently. He did not try and sell me things I had no interest in. He made adjustments to irons I had purchased elsewhere. I didn't walk away feeling like I had paid a premium for the clubs I purchased, but felt everything was reasonably priced (but new clubs are always expensive). Will definitely return. Thanks Mike!
Luke Adams: I had my first ever driver fitting with GolfMD. I had been told by a buddy that their fitting with Mike was fantastic, and I just had the same experience. Mike did a great job of explaining where I was losing yardage with my current club and what we needed to do to get my numbers to a good spot. He was really kind and helpful. I’m already excited to get the rest of my bag fitted by Mike.
Dr. GI Brain: Visited this location to do an Observation of certain products and take a few pictures of the product placement and was told by one of the attendants, that I couldn’t take any photos of their products which they had on sale.
Tommy Elmer: Had a putter fitting with Mike and couldn't be happier with the experience. They also re-shafted a club and it was ready by the time my fitting was done. They've gained a lifelong customer
Steven Glaze: Great experience with knowledgeable staff at Golf MD. Will be back soon to work on dialing in my driver and woods
Brandon McElhiney: Mike provides a fantastic fitting experience and clearly differentiates himself from other fitters I've used in the past. While I haven't had a chance to play with the new driver I was fitted to (update to come), the fitting process was excellent. I highly recommend Mike and his staff.
Clayton Burnett: Have known and worked with Golf MD for 20+ years. The only place I trust. VERY knowledgeable and friendly staff that truly understand the metrics and the mechanics of golf...vs the data junkies who only fits to metrics.
Deron Cherry II: I have been going to Golf MD for decades for all of my golf equipment needs. Mike, Rob, Isaiah, Montana, and Seve are as professional and personable as they come! They have a great passion for golf and for meeting any equipment need! There's no one else in the city I let touch my clubs. I highly recommend their fitting process and their technical expertise when it comes to fitting equipment to the golfer!
Ian Laster: All I can say is wow! Just got my new Stealth driver and the performance over my old one is night and day. Not sure I'll ever buy a club without being fitted by golf MD for the rest of my life. These guys make it so easy and really take the time to explain recommendations based on your swing.
Trevor Montgomery: Very nice place. Uses trackman simulator which is top of the line! Staff is even better. My fitter (Rob) was super professional and helpful. Wasn’t judgmental at all when I had bad shots, and genuinely wanted to help me design the best club for me. Didn’t try to upsell me to more expensive brands either. Would highly recommend this place for a club fitting!
Clarke Hammes: Played the same irons for 15 years and never did an actual fitting. Mike changed my mind and made me wish I did this years ago. A dedicated hour of work and he had me adding 20 yards to my swing. Highly recommend to any and all! Very friendly and professional.
John Reece: Excellence and understanding that golf should be fun! Great staff and special shout-out to Montana! Had a great time and lots of laughs sorting through my hits and misses!
Garry Sullivan: Mike is great. He will analyze your swing and not try and change you but he will fit you for what you need. His been doing this for a long time for a reason. He's very good at what he does.
AF Doc: Mike and his staff do a great job.
Dan Reynolds: Had a great driver fitting experience with Mike. He had me hit at least 3 shafts, 4 driver head brands and 3 versions of the head we landed on. At the end of it, I added minimum 20 yards, even when I hit my typical heal miss. I knew I was in good hands when he said, “stop thinking, just swing and let me try to figure out the rest.”
Steve Hahn: Mikes fitting for my new set was phenomenal! Love my new Miuras!
Dalton Converse: Had my first iron fitting today at Golf MD. Worked with Montana and was very impressed. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable answering ever question I had. Been through countless sets of irons trying to find what was right for me over the past few years. We tried 10-15 different shaft to head combinations and ultimately ended up in a set of irons I would’ve never thought of buying but couldn’t argue the numbers and feel.Drove from 2 hours away to get fit and was more than happy with my fitting, with Montana and the rest of the staff at Golf MD. Top tier facility and top tier guys. Will be a repeat customer
Brian H.: Great experience. Knowledgeable staff.

Edwin Watts Golf: what do users think?
Astrid Cifuentes: Today I went in by myself to get measured for my first set of clubs and I showed them the measurements of the clubs I am getting, just wanted to get fitted. You could tell that because I am a woman of color, they didn’t want to even bother taking their time with me. I asked an older male employee if they had a 32” putter I could try and he said no. I kept insisting for help because I didn’t drive all the way there just for nothing and he found a 32” putter, just handed it to me, told me he’d be back and went to go help some other guy. I was standing around waiting for him to come back, other employees just walk my past me, so I just left. We’ve bought quite a bit from here including custom clubs for my boyfriend, but after this we will not be coming back and I hope other women don’t have the experience that I did.
Lance Gockel: Golf gloves 1/2 the price and last twice as long. Plus the gloves are more comfortable in that the fingers are longer and seams are positioned so they don’t get in terrace between club and your hand.
Travis Dawkins: Great selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the ability to test a wide range of clubs made the buying experience simple and enjoyable.
A Pantoja: I went in to shop around to compare some prices. Small but had so many items.
Galen Staggs: Outstanding service, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. This is the place to go to get fitted for golf clubs.
Charles Moore: I was in the store for 30 minutes, walking around and looking at the merchandise. No one, absolutely no one approached to offer help. I was told to come back again on my way out.
Robert Dillon: Update your hours, store does not open until noon on Sundays.
Daniel Scharf: The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Ask them anything! The turnaround on regripping clubs has been very fast in my experience. Their selection of women’s clubs is limited though but that’s something you’ll find with most shops around here.
John Miller: Was in the store about 20 minutes and no one asked me if they could help me. I left.
Shirley Cox: Great store, lots of inventory and fantastic help.
David Justice: Excellent customer service. I've had clubs re-shafted, new grips put on, and dealt with an unusual exchange/return, and every experience has been top-notch.
Cameron Mathson: Have done multiple club fittings around the KC metro area and Luke was by far the best person I have worked with. Will be going here for all my club needs going forward. If you are curious about club fitting at all be sure to stop in and get in touch with Luke.
Robert Stanton: Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Gordon and the entire staff are great. Also their 90 day return is awesome!
Samuel Hong: The hosel area wasn't snug tight onto the iron head and they fixed it quick free of charge. I was expecting to pay a small fee but service was great! Will definitely come back to get fitted and to get other goodies!
Jerome Kim: Friendly, good service, decent used club selection.
David Dawson: Lots of items I’ve never found in another golf store around here in stock.
Tanner Gatlin: Great selections, helpful customer service, and nice store.
Josh Umphrey: Absolutely top notch service! Great people and great customer support!
peter pallesen: Everything golf here!
andrew turner: Over the last year I have tried a few club fitters to try and dial in my clubs. Luke has been by far the best I have used, we’ve seen some great improvement in every club in bag in the few short months I have been going to Edwin Watts to see Luke. Even if it’s something as small checking the lies, lofts or even swapping grips out, Luke has always been professional and very helpful in explaining what he’s doing and how it will impact the golf game. 10/10 recommend Luke for fittings.
Matt Zamora: Great customer service. They care about what the customer wants and says.

Jess Hansen Golf Academy: what do users think?
Steve Heath: Great Trakman simulators. Good place to practice and hone your swing while seeing all the stats on every swing. Very informative. Allows you to make changes based on facts.
Sam Persell: Outstanding golf instruction to improve anyone's game and the 6 Trackman system are incredible. Several courses to choose from. It's a must try for golfers of all level and skill.
Diane Smith: This hidden gem is off the beaten path but definitely worth the trip.
Roy Hutchinson: I really like going to this Academy. Six hitting stations with very sophisticated Trackman units. You can play over 200 courses including many tour courses. Personal lessons are available using the technology to focus on specific parts of the golf swing. Quality clubs from Mizuno and XXIO are available for purchase. It is great in the hot summer and cold winter days to work on my swing.
Andrew Brennaman: This is the best facility in the area! Top of the line simulators, equipment, and definitely the best instructor! Jess has vendors in all the time for club fittings, ball fittings, and shaft fittings. It’s just an all around great place to relax and get some practice in.
Zachary O'Keefe: Love this shop. Between the knowledge and the excellent deals he has going on, I really don’t need to go anywhere else
KC BIKER: Friendly,great service!
T J: Place is spectacular. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Facility is top notch. They are great fitters, club repair is timely and well done, excellent offering of products for sale. Highly recommend
KC Local: I hate to leave a subpar review because Jess seems like a nice guy, but -He gave me some strange advice. I was getting stuck behind the ball. He suggested I set up with 60% of my weight on my trail leg. This was the emphasis of most of the lesson. It did not work for me. I have since started loading up on my lead leg and more or less stay there throughout the swing (the opposite of what he suggested). That has drastically improved my ball striking and consistency. Granted, he identified a problem but his solution was not for me. Other than that I got just a couple other swing tips that were so-so useful.I since tried an online lesson and got numerous helpful tips and drills, for less money. I will stick to the online lesson in the future.
Rae Holman: Highly recommend Jess and the rest of his staff. I had the pleasure of working with him this week and he is literally a book of knowledge when it comes to the biomechanics of a golf swing. I had such a great time and he didn’t seem to mind my competitive nature. I can’t wait for my next lesson. I hope I can make him proud!
Brian Manns: Clean, staff was curtious, didn't have my club preference is the only knock
John G.: Great facility in KC to practice, obtain instruction & preview new Mizuno golf great. Friendly staff & good hours. John G
Brian Canady: Great facility and helpful staff. Now if I could just get better at golf
phil Andreas: The Trackman simulators he has are amazing. You learn so much about your swing. Can't wait for my first lesson.
Eric Windsor: I play a round of golf about 4 times a week. I got into some really bad habits. Took my first lesson with Jess. It was the best lesson ever!!! He has all the equipment the pro's use. His equipment is so state of the art its unreal. I highly recommend taking lessons from Jess. After my lesson with Jess I will never take a lesson from an instructor that just video records me with an iPad.
David Zeiler: Great master and teacher of the game.
Michael Marcase: Jess gave me a lesson along with fitting me for new irons that dramatically improved my ball striking and I was able to take that directly to the course. It made a BIG difference

Shoal Creek Golf Course: what do users think?
Randy Eilers: Course in good shape, smooth greens. Managable roughs. Very friendly staff. Everything was overpriced.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait …More
Brett Sanford: Great course in the North Metro Area. The course is very well kept and the design can be difficult yet rewarding at times. There's a good chance you hit ever club in the bag playing here. Staff is friendly to boot. Recommend this course for all avid golfers in the area.
Jeremiah Johnson: It's a decent course, for public.Nothing special, but top five in KC.I've not had great experiences here, personally. Have come in for group events. Just not elite experiences.Punched greens without notice. Extra sand on greens another time. Just not on their game.
T Ferg: I liked it. I thought it was a good course.
Christopher Mell (CUDA): Very playable, but challenging track. Nice layout. Very well kept for time of year.
Augster O: Great course. Lots of houses but a few holes with no houses on them. Unique holes that are a lot of fun to play. I’ll certainly play here again when I’m in KC again.
Almir Lilic: Awesome golf course
jason ruhnke: Love this course.
David Thomas: It was alright, greens were slow, fairways need cutting.
Jon werner: Very nice course but if its cartpath only plan for a very very long day!!!!!
Morrie Gilchrist: Very nice golf course with a really nice driving range, putting green and area for chipping/short game. I have played there 2 or 3 times this year and it's a 5 hour round everytime. By far the slowest place to play and the Marshall's don't help out with slow play, like the course but do not enjoy playing there.
Kevin Swinicki: Planned a 36-hole golf weekend with my sons and selected this course for proximity and ease of travel for all of us. What a mistake. I did read the reviews beforehand and noticed several mentioning the course Marshalls and slow play. We all play fairly fast, so no problem. First time playing this course and we were the first group off with a 8:30 tee-time. A 30 minute delay due to frost on the course. We were able to tee-off just after 9am (had to wait on a starter) and away we go.On the fairway OF THE SECOND HOLE a Marshall stopped both carts to tell us we were already behind and needed to speed it up. We all looked behind us and no other golfers in site! We assumed he was under pressure to keep things moving due to the delay but extremely rude. We were all a little taken-aback at what just happened. Two holes later he drive up and sits on the cart path watching everyone hit. Again, we look back - nobody in site!Finish the first 18 with at least a full hole between us and the group behind us. Check-in for our 1:30 tee-time expecting at least a 30-minute delay. The gentleman behind the counter asks for the name and then proceeds to lambast us for slow play and needing to pick up the pace..."You're killing us" were the exact words with several folks around the counter. Low-class response. Embarrassing and rude. We were so mad at this point and discussed cutting the day short. We all traveled over 3.5 hours to get here so played on and finished the round. Never saw a Marshall on the back nine of the final round and waited on several holes to tee-off. Maybe they only work the first hour of the day...Before making accusations they should get their facts straight. Our scheduled second tee-time of 1:30 was only delayed to 1:45 so through the morning, at least 15-20 minutes were made up.Through the threads Shoal Creek seems to respond. So many encounters like this in past reviews with responses to review procedures and meet with staff. Has that meeting not taken place yet...?
K swinicki: A group of four of us chose this course as a middle point for a weekend golf trip. We had both an 8:30 tee time and 1:30 tee time. We arrived 45 minutes early, hit some range balls and were told that we would have to wait until 9:00 for the frost to clear, totally understandable. We roll up to the first tee at 8:58, there’s no starter. We call the clubhouse and they tell us they’ll send someone out. At 9:10 the starter arrives, explains the cart rules for the day and we’re off. By the second hole, a Marshall stops us, points to our cart screen and passive aggressively tells us we’re 10 minutes behind pace - on the second hole!! Nobody was in front of us and we were not a slow group by any means. That visit set the tone for the rest of the day. As the first group off, we finished our first 18 fairly quickly and saw the the group behind us maybe twice (they never waited on us, we asked them). We blow it off and check in with the clubhouse for the second round and as we’re ready to pay another 75 a pice the guy at the front desk tells us “you guys are killing us out there”. We all were taken aback. There are several things wrong here. You set unrealistic expectations for pace of play, period. This is prevalent in so many other reviews as well. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is astounding. Train your staff, figure out how to logistically run a golf course and don’t be an a**hole. Nobody in our group will ever be going back and I would never suggest this place to anyone. Steer clear.
Jin Dorso: Although the course is well maintained, the staff overbooks and and the Marshall’s don’t enforce pace. Dont expect to finish 18 in under 5 hours or finish if you tee off past 4.
John Rieger: Great course, would recommend to anyone
Justin Dunham: I live near this course and enjoy periodic visits to the range to hit from grass. Mats are painful. There are NO excuses for why the mats are used on a summer day when it hasn't rained in a week. None.Edit (9/26/22): went back yesterday on a beautiful Sunday after a beautiful and warm Saturday the day before. Using the mats again. Lowering to 1 star. Can't believe this place continues to waste perfectly good grass. If nothing else, if they need to do maintenance, it's wide enough to shut down half of it to maintain, then switch it up after a week and use the other half. Instead they make B.S. excuses for using the mats.
Perry Friedman: Great course. Nice layout.
Matt Grizzell: Great conditions for September, challenging course, will be back.
Michael Knox: This is The Tee Time Trucker......and I thought that this Course was an amazing experience and opportunity to play on a Top notch Course. I loved the Greens, Fairways and Service!!!!!
Marie Spencer: This is a great place to spend time with your family.
Austin Heiman: Good course but slightly overpriced. $70 on a Sunday is asking a little too much for this course. Also we played as a foursome on a Sunday morning in 4h flat and the the marshal was pestering us about pace of play the whole time.

Club Champion: what do users think?
Tyler K: To be honest at first I was very skeptical at getting my first golf fitting. I didn’t know what to expect when I walked through those doors, but my nervousness quickly disappeared once I got to talking to Kent.Kent’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction really made this a great experience for me. You can tell how passionate he is about his craft and really took the time to understand my swing and what clubs worked for me. He paired me to Mizuno JPX-923 forged irons (I absolutely loved them) and I am going back at a later date to finish my woods/driver. I 100% would recommend this to my friends and family. Don’t be shy about going if you are new to golf. Kent and his staff were aware of my monetary limitations and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t want to. Overall 5/5 stars, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Club Champion and Kent for all your help, I am looking forward to finishing the rest of my bag with you guys!
Rick Fischer: I was unsure of how much value or need there was in getting fitted for clubs. After my session with Kent there was no doubt. The professionalism and patience I experienced was very much appreciated and I can't wait to try out my new set of clubs. Kent went in my opinion, above and beyond anything I could have received anywhere else. Thanks again!
Jolene Meister: Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable and fit me for a new driver. He took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions thoroughly.
Calvin Jacks: This was not the experience I expected. It was so much better. Tyler meticulously went through club heads to find the very best performing one. We then went through about 11 shafts to find the one perfect for my mechanations. He doubled the spin rate on my 6 iron while increasing distance and accuracy. This was well worth the time and money. I recommend.
Gale Rice: Friendly service
bobbert_63: This was my first fitting I’ve done. I was greeted by Jake the moment I walked in. I am from out of town and have never been inside anything remotely close to a fitting bay. The ambience made me feel that I was at the right place. With the latest equipment lining the walls, Jake promptly sat me down and asked how my golf game was going.Jake was very understanding and knowledgeable. He started with questions that narrowed down where my golf game needed help and offered to lightly go over fittings that were not a focal point. Our short but brief conversation gave me assurance that I was searching for.Soon after we went straight into iron fittings. That was where Jake started to illustrate his golf knowledge. From spin, distance, dynamic loft, attack angle, etc. I’m sure most of us watch tons of videos but having it said on a “ one on one “ session, was amazing. We then moved into drivers and after a few swings, Jake saw I was fatigued and suggested to do the putter fitting.I was surprised that club champion had the latest putters to test such as Evnroll, LAB, and the latest Scottie Cameron’s. To get a putter fitting with any putter that pleased your eyes, that in itself was worth the price of admission. Short but sweet, we went back to finish the driver fitting and even though I was not striking it the best, Jake suggested the best combination of shaft and head for me. Moving to the last part of the full bag fitting. Jake saw that my wedges and long irons produced the the same, if not better, statistics as newer clubs. This is a relief as I didn’t feel pressured to change a club in my bay that didn’t need it.Overall, The fitting process was exceedingly excellent. Jake was just the guy to talk to about golf. He was knowledgeable in every aspect and process in fitting me to better at my golf game. I would definitely be back if ever I was in the area for a refitting. The atmosphere and environment, encourages progression. Great job all !!!Jake…. Take a bow.
ted arnett: Went to Club Champion for a lie loft check on a new set of Mizuno irons. Other location in KC (Lenexa) who will perform this task too.
Bob Eads: Stay away from this place. Terrible customer service. I question the knowledge of the fitters located at this store.
Gregory Vardakis: Kent was awesome! His passion for his job and his commitment to finding the right clubs for me was inspiring. I had an absolute blast being fitted. And since I had my clubs stolen from my car, I had to be fitted for everything. The entire process took 3 1/2 hours and the time flew by. I am so grateful for Kent’s knowledge and his commitment to his profession. I cannot wait to get my new clubs. I’ve already talked with several of my friends who are avid golfers and have told them that if they want to be fitted for new clubs, Kent is the man to see. Thanks for everything, Kent.
Brad Lewis: Kent Clodfelter is amazing. He's great when it comes to fitting clubs, but also just a great human being. He also is very knowledgeable about the game, and really can apply lots of intelligence when selecting proper clubs and shafts.
Scott Snow: I am extremely happy with my purchase so far!! In fact as I was playing recently, I thought to my self, this may be one of the best things I have ever done for my game. I learned a lot and was fitted strictly by the numbers. No bias to brand. Which is what I wanted, no bias. As a result I am hitting more pure shots than I did previously. Tyler did my fitting and Kent gave me some tips that have been very helpful. Highly recommend either of these guys to do your fitting.
Neil Linsenmayer: I just had my club fitting today, and was very impressed with Jake. He was extremely patient and kind with a 20 plus handicapper, like myself!! They're very professional, and take their time with the customer, and I will definitely be a returning for irons in the future.
Andy McVey: Very happy with our experience. Will continue going to Club Champion for my daughter's fittings. My daughter always looks forward to working with Kent. Very knowledgeable.
Michael Duryea: Jake and Kent were fabulous. Extremely good experience. Highly recommend.
Greg Slicker: Kent Clodfelter and his team at the KC location are top notch. Kent and his team are extremely knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Kent has fit our entire family of four with irons, woods, and a few putters as well. Kent takes the time necessary to make the proper diagnosis and always makes the best decision for executing a club purchase based on the specific needs and abilities of each golfer. Many times, Kent has done things for our family that are well over-and-above his responsibilities, staying late, and providing free lie/loft adjustments on many occasions. Kent has become a friend of our family over the years and has our complete trust. If you have any reservations about getting a professional club fitting, you will be thankful you took the time to have Kent and his team provide you this service.
Charles Herr: Kent, Tyler and Tyler are incredible. I've gone through 3 full bag fittings in the last 5 years and every time I walk away from the locaiton I am blwon away by the staff's knowledge of club fitting and the game of golf. Kent and I stay in touch regularly about purchase order,s new equipment and the current equipment that I have purchased. Whenever I have a need I always know that the Club Champion team will take care of me. Highly recommend!
Kevin Strahm: I have always trusted Kent and his team at Club Champion. I appreciate his level of service and he always is interested in what’s best for me and my daughter first and foremost. We will continue to trust you with our golf games. Thank you, Kent
Christopher Reinert: Great staff, very knowledgeable and will do everything they can to get you into the correct equipment to improve your game tenfold!
Stephen Bergman: Highly recommend the whole bag fitting. Entire experience was awesome. Tyler does a great job. He really listened to what improvements I was after in my game and as we went the tweaks he made to the clubs made those a reality. The trackman provides impressive feedback and if you are serious about lowering scores, there is so much value in this process. You really should get clubs fitted to you versus stock off the shelves.
Daniel Laursen: As soon as the fitting was over and the transaction was completed, Kent seemed to be disinterested in customer service, despite paying a premium. My clubs got in ~8 weeks after the fitting which was expected. However, what was not expected was Kent giving my clubs to the wrong person. He told me to come on down and pick up the clubs, and when I showed up, he said “I gave your clubs to the wrong guy. Can you come back in a few hours?” There was no explanation or apology. 3 hours later he called me to let me know they had arrived. When I picked them up, all he said was “enjoy”. Again, no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to right a wrong. When you get fitted at Club Champion, they offer free loft/lie adjustments. It’s built into the price, but there’s no way I’m going back in to work with Kent after that. I’ll consider it a sunk cost. I wrote an email to club champion about 1 month ago to discuss the poor experience and there has been no reply. There are plenty of places around town where you can get fitted for clubs. I have plenty of friends that have gone to different places and are happy with the outcome. Club champion is a little more expensive and the customer service is essentially non-existent. Go elsewhere.
kyle vestal: I had such a great experience with Kent with my club fitting back in late 2020. I have received my P7MC irons and my whole bag of new clubs. He has helped me so much with my game/swing also! He makes time for me as I live 3 hours away to fit me into his busy schedule, weather open store early for me or whatever it may be he goes above and beyond to make my experience great!! Kent is such a great guy and has helped me so much by allowing me to use trackman to measure distances and again to help with my swing! I give Kent 5 stars for just being a very great guy!! Thank you so much Kent!!

Dynamic Discs: what do users think?
Colin Feilbach: Just got laughed out of the store for trying to get a lost disc.. great people you have working here, glad they got a laugh out of a customer. You're better off buying from Amazon
Lee Penner: These folks know their disc golf!
Brian Hill: Great prices hundreds of assorted disc's
Jonathan Fryer: So many disc's! I was amazed at how many disc's they have on display here! The employee really took the time to answer all my questions. And they are dig friendly. My pup and I will be back!
Shannon Hall: Friendly staff and great selection 11/10
Kevin Langdon: Great selection. knowledgeable staff. On par for pricing.
Dylan Guthrie: Some of the nicest folks behind the counter. GREAT selection these days as well. The experience of visiting is that of a kid in a candy shop ran by Willie Wonka himself. Berg=golden ticket, duh.
I A: 4.5 Stars - the only room for improvement is literal room. Great store, great staff, excellent selection, but a little cramped.
John Mark EIGSTI: Good selection and knowledgeable staff. A throwing area would be a good addition.
Jeffrey Parrish: We got a text from Dynamic Discs that they had a disc that we lost and we could go pick it up in their store over the next 60 days. It is very good of them to offer this service. So I made the trip and was greeted and helped in a professional and friendly manner. As long as they can help out like this and I was there, I went ahead and added a disc to our collection - it seemed like the right thing to do. They provided top notch service and have a large selection at reasonable prices, so I plan to do my future disc shopping there. It is easy to find since it is basically next door to the original Oklahoma Joe's. I should have made a combo trip - next time.
Christopher Carmack: A great selection of disc's and other disc golf related things. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is the place to go for all your disc golf needs
Eric Visnosky: Great employees very helpful
Chris Chubick: Great selection of discs. very friendly
Brent Davis: This place is the best!! They really know their stuff and support anyone that comes in. Very willing to help and give pointers if you need. Good selection of a lot of discs and even better service. Walked out with a smile and some great new discs to try.
Dominic Miceli: Ordered my first few disc's from here just the other day. The customer service is absolutely bar none best I've ever had. Staff all seem to be super friendly. There was a slight hiccup in shipping and they didn't hesitate to make it right without me even asking. They have a customer for life.
Jay Wellman: They have a nice selection from all major DG companies, not just the Trilogy companies. If you want any standard disc in KC they have the best selection by far
Steve Jenkins: They have a vast selection of discs. Good selection of bags as well. Staff I have talked to are knowledgeable and helpful in making suggestions.
Scott Smith: Great staff that will help you fill out your bag.
mhclark1983: Love going here to look and see, but never seen to leave empty hand. Always something I think j need. The guys at the front counter are awesome and helpful!
Harold Grimes: Great selection and knowledgeable staff. I found two of the discs I wanted and have been hunting shops and the internet for months.I stopped on my way through town and I will be stopping there again on my way home. I wish I had a shop like this where I live.
Aaron Marvine: Knowledgeable and very helpful crew. Great group of fellas
