They answered all my questions and helped me find the best model for my needs and budget. They also offered me a free in-home consultation to set up and install the TV. The best part was that they helped me load the large item in my car, which was very nice of them. I really appreciated their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for electronics and appliances.

A week later I'm looking for my sheets and no where to be found. Yesterday I tore my house apart looking for them and they are gone. Then it dawned on me. They were in my old dryer. The dryer that the guy said was empty. WRONG!!!

They didn't know where or when the electronics person would be back. I tried to call the department with no one answering the phone for 30 minutes. I then tried to call guest services with similar results. I guess don't try to buy anything in the cases after 5:30!

Riley Braun: I bought a car radio on the Best Buy website that had “free instillation”, so I thought it would be a no brainer to have them install it for me. My mistake. First, they couldn’t even get me scheduled for the instillation for another two weeks, but I was okay with that so I decided to wait because I really wanted the radio installed. Then, two weeks later on the morning of my appointment, literally an hour before I was supposed to be there, I get a phone call from one of the instillation managers saying they won’t be able to install my radio for an additional TWO WEEKS because the installer who was scheduled to install my radio had called in that morning and said he wasn’t coming into work. They were completely unwilling to make the situation right and told me that no other employees would install my radio either because the situation had nothing to do with them. If you buy a radio here, be prepared to wait a MONTH or more just to have it installed, and keep in mind there is absolutely nothing guaranteeing your appointments, even after you schedule them and wait for weeks. Pathetic excuse for customer service and completely unprofessional.

Driving back & forth to the store was about 65 miles. I could have opted to return via Best Buy paying for shipping, but opted to go to the store. I saved them shipping cost and no flexibility from them.*5/1 update* John F contacted me and righted the situation. Still only 3 stars for this store due to what I experienced with members of this team. But Best Buy on Metcalf is getting 5 stars, thanks 100% to John F & Tim!

Absolutely horrendous, Walmart looks 10x better than this store.

Everyone gave me the same response. “There’s nothing I can do for you.”As a retail leader of 8 years, I encourage you to tell your customer’s when there is an exception to the typical return policy that will prevent your customer from being able to make a return. I would have been happy with a store credit even. But nope. Nothing.

She was obviously an employee wearing the usual Target shirt and had the radio clipped to her belt and shoulder. As I turned around she was literally standing directly behind me I could have stepped on her. So I politely asked her if she knew anything about the new hair product for curly hair that Target just got in, because I can’t find it. She said, “I’m not sure what you’re talking about, and she led me to the hand lotions? She then proceeded to act like she was facing the small hand lotions and just walked away!! As I was walking around the store getting my items I came there for, there were several teenagers being loud throughout the store and two middle school boys running around the store! Now do you think anyone of Target staff addressed these issues?!? Not a single one! Let’s make it a point to focus on the person that is actually doing shopping, but taking their time while doing it! Makes sense to me!? NOT! Talk about having your safety priorities backwards! I’m all about quality control if I’m I were the type of person to do that, but I’m not!! Let’s get it together TARGET and train your staff better!!

The remodel of the customer service desk was completed with a beautifully crafted "Exchanges and Returns" sign as you can see in this photo I took; however I was told today.... "we don't do exchanges; our policy has changed".... so after a million dollar remodel with a sign that includes your policy..... its now something different. Twighlight ZONE. Seriously.

Michael Dolan: It's a good store, my only problem with them is if you are looking for a phone accessory and your phone isn't an iPhone, or the latest Galaxy S series, you're just straight out of luck. That, and the sales person had no idea what prepaid long distance cards were.

Mya Ezzell: I just tried calling customer service twice and both times after no answer and about 20 rings it hung up on me! No customer service.
Allie Stella: I live right near this Target and have come quite a few times.No matter when I come whether it's early on a weekday, late, or a weekend there is always a huge line. There is one person sometimes no person actually at a check out ringing up people. You have to wait in a huge line and oftentimes check out your items.Most of my experiences though with staff have been pretty pleasant
Finn B: The people in the electronics department on 06/06/23 at around 3 were the most unhelpful and rude employees I’ve ever encountered at a target. They were teens that didn’t want to help and were just talking eating lunch in the electronic section. Myself and two other people were looking for other employees and one of the girls finally asked if we needed help only to press the call button. No one was coming so I asked her if she could press it again and she laughed with her friend and said they’ll be there. Once I was finally helped, the girl who came gave me what I needed as I stood at the checkout lane. She then proceeded to help someone else instead of check me out and I had to ask if I could take my product to the front because it was locked in a case and I didn’t want it to beep or anything. Overall this target is okay, but staff has never done anything above and beyond for the customer that me or anyone I know have witnessed or experienced. :( I normally don’t write these kinds of reviews but I was made very uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Jerrica Jones: I’ve literally been sitting here for almost 30 minutes waiting for my drive up order. I called twice and no one answered. More cars are pulling up. I called corporate to let them know about this (they were not able to contact them/help either, only took down a complaint) I would not expect this from Target. Walmart, maybe, but not Target. If I wanted to go inside I would have just done that instead of the drive up option. Ridiculous !

No regular cash registers open, only self check. TAMMY M: PEOPLE SHARE THIS! Supposedly this Target throws away all return pre-packaged sealed food. That means that if you return a box of cereal, sealed oreo cookies, canned goods, cake mix... it gets TRASHED.I returned some pre packed SEALED cake mix, marshmallows and other baking items that I knew that I would not get around to making or using and the lady at the Guest Services counter decided to pretty much shame me in front of other guests by telling me that food items that I was returning would be thrown away. I was like, these are unopened boxes of cake mix and cereal! I dont know any other stores that throw items like this away. I even asked a local grocery store right down the street from Target if they did that and they said NO. They used to during COVID, but not anymore. I mean if that is the case, cant Target donate the items to a local food pantry? I even asked that and she said NO, that there are too many risks doing that. Well, dont food pantries take risks every single day by taking food donations from food drives and people cleaning out their pantries or from people who just want to help out? That is where the food comes from on most occasions, so why not give the returned food items to them?I was there on December 22 at around 7pm. Yes the store was bombarded because we just had 2 days of bad weather, Christmas was right around the corner and there were 100's of people waiting in cars to pickup orders. I get that it was busy, but this woman at the "Guests Services" counter was less than pleasant. She was RUDE beyond words and shouldnt be working Guest Services if she doesnt want to be pleasant and helpful. I am not saying that she should lose her job, I am just saying that she needs to be in a position where she isnt speaking to or helping people as she obviously doesnt like to.

Kelli Matz: Generally, I would give Target a 5 star rating because they have excellent quality items reasonably priced. Their stores are usually clean and they seem to have a good number of staff providing good customer service. BUT, I had checked the website for the Ward Parkway for inventory on a couple of specific items that were not actually in the store. I did go a bit out of the way of my regular store locations. I ended up having to go all the way back to the Target at the Shawnee Mission store.
Gloria Madrigal: I was in the Ulta section of target today and Dominic helped me choose out an item and recommended me others as well! He was so helpful and acknowledged me the moment I walked into the makeup aisle!

The lines to self check out were backed up to a 10-15 people deep.If this was a one-time incident I wouldn't give one star but this location compared to others is the worst one in the area consistently. And of course when you try to call AT&T they can’t help because they didn’t set up the phone plan. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

If lost, you can find a store associate who is helpful to assist you in item locations throughout the store. It has limited produce, but most every food item you would want. Ample parking.
