We were even pretty disorganized and they didn't seem bothered by us needing to sort though our garage with them. Great service and would hire again if I had things to throw away.Be warned though, according to the crew, everything goes to the dump. We hired Junk Pro because on the website it said: "If it's in good shape, we'll donate it. If it's too far past its prime, we'll recycle it. If it cannot be donated or recycled, it will be disposed of properly." Which we read as, it gets sorted before being properly disposed. When we mentioned we had things we wanted to make sure got donated the crew said the trucks go straight to a garbage dump. Kind of disappointing if you're expecting things to get recycled or donated.Update: A couple hours after leaving this review I received a call from the corporate offices and had a very nice conversation. They assured me the trucks are sorted and said the crew should have spoken with me about what could be donated. They even offered to send out another truck, free of charge, to collect any items for donation we held back due to our concerns.
