Lynn Bryant: Horrible customer service! Was told I would get a refund and the order would be cancelled, it wasn’t. I’ve called and emailed several times and no return phone calls or email. I will NEVER be using edible arrangements EVER AGAIN!! Highly disappointed in the overall experience!!

Adaluz Gonzalez: I placed an order for delivery and paid for same day. The recipient was not home so she was told to go to the store to pick it up, when she arrived she was told the driver did not bring her arrangement back. I called twice and had to leave voicemails and also sent an email before she arrived at the store and then called again after she was told it was not there and left another VM. I finally was able to speak to someone the next day and was told that it could be remade and she could pick it up, I asked if it could be delivered since they didn't have it when she went to pick up and was told no because it was not the stores fault she was not home, which I understand, but then was told that she had a chance to pick it up, I had to repeatedly explain that she had gone in to pick it up and it was not there, staff even called a manager about it. I asked again if I could have it delivered since I paid the same day delivery and the store lost the item, I was told no because they hadn't lost anything even though they didn't have it and couldn't explain where it was, the lady then told me that this is the second thing that goes missing with this driver. She said she could not refund the same day charge either and that the only thing she could do was basically remake it. She just kept going back and forth implying that it was our fault and finally I just asked for a refund. It was a very frustrating situation and lacking customer service.
Irene Arnautov: My son and his fiance ordered this for my birthday treat. This is how it was delivered to me. The delivery person did not knock nor ring the doorbell, but just left it outside - I would not want to look someone in the eye while giving them something like this either. Since we have dogs that alert us to people coming, I was able to retrieve it right away. When I called Edible to report this, I asked them if they have a cooler in the delivery vehicle and they told me that they do not; their van broke down and they are using a regular car to make deliveries. I asked them to re-deliver at their expense, and they assured me that they would do that the same day between 8am and 8pm. I canceled all my plans and commitments and stayed home to wait for the delivery. That was yesterday. I gave them another full day to make good on their promise today, but they did not. Besides the chocolate being melted, the the fruit was not fresh - we eat a lot of fruit in this house and know what it is supposed to look like.
Alisa Smothers: I ordered online for Mother’s Day for my mother and she never received the order. I called and left two messages with the store and never received a call back. I tried to cancel my order online and received a case# but still never got a response. I also tried calling customer service and was hung up on right after giving my name. I also left 2 messages when I tried calling back and no one ever returned my calls. I’ve also tried to get my money back through Venmo and have now had my dispute claim denied. I spent $72 and would just like my money back. This store needs to be shut down with all the horrible reviews.
Miss Alexis: Never received my Mother's Day pick up order. Ended up driving to the store and was told their staff didnt show up and didnt have any orders for Mother's Day and that I could drive to Lenexa to see if they have the trio bundle I ordered. Got to Lenexa for them to tell me they didn't have any Mother's Day balloons which I ordered as well. I called corporate and got my refund however corporate didnt offer any other type of compensation for time wasted besides a refund since my order was a pickup. Don't make advertisments for holidays and put specials on your website if your store locations can't hold to the advertisements. No organization and very unprofessional all around.
Ralph Barber: No one answers the phone. Never got my delivery, nor did I ever get a call rescheduling my delivery. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. HAD TO DISPUTE CHARGES FOR A REFUND. SMDH
Paula Aguilera: Ordered a fruit bouquet for Mother's Day on May 6th to be delivered on May 12th. Received email confirmation of the order but it still has not been delivered as of May 18th. I've called multiple times and can not reach anyone and left multiple voicemail's with no return call. Entered information to get order status and it states the order has been received along with the following recording "check back later, we'll update your order status when your order is being made by one of our certified fruit experts". I allowed them more than enough time to return calls and make the delivery so will do a chargeback with the bank due to no goods received.
Tia Harvey: They only got one star because there is no 0 star option. This store is terrible. this is the second time I have had an issue with them. I ordered an arrangement and mini cheesecakes and first of all they attempted delivery late and once received the mini cheesecakes were missing. I was told I would receive a refund and the cheesecakes would be delivered the next day. I waited all the next day and still no delivery or refund. I have called numerous times since Monday and they never answer the phone. I wait on hold only to be told I need to leave a message. I have left several messages and none have been returned. I decided to research a number for Corporate and when contacting them I was told I had to wait 24 hours for an investigation after already waiting three days. This is absurd that they would treat customers like this. I should have followed my first mind and never used them again after the first time however, everyone deserves a second chance but, they will not get a third. Please DO NOT use this company as they so not care about their customers.
Emily Anthony: They stole $150 from me. Never received a thing. Can't get ahold of the store or corrupt. Can't believe I'm going to have to report this theft through my bank! They need to be put out of business.
Paige Abshire: The absolute worst customer service. I placed an order last Wednesday to be delivered on Friday for Mother’s Day. Didn’t get delivered, figured they were busy for the holiday so I waited till Saturday to call. Left voicemail and no call back. On Sunday it said it was out for delivery, never was delivered so I called again and still no answer or call back. I filed a complaint online for the store to call me back on Monday and it’s not been 2 more days and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. This is ridiculous and the fact that they took my mom and didn’t not provide what I ordered is disgusting. I am placing a complaint with the BBB and with my bank. How can you operate a business and not provide goods and completely IGNORE customers. This place shouldn’t even be open.
Jordan Callaway: No response, placed an order last week for a delivery on Monday. Can not get ahold of anyone. When some finally picked up, they hung up. I would not use this location, and I should have looked at the reviews first.
Kinsey Chavez: Let’s just say the reviews are correct and I wish I would have read them before ordering.Ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement and paid extra for it to be delivered on Mother’s Day. It never showed up and zero contact was attempted by the company to report a delay. I’ve called the store and corporate along with sending an email and have heard nothing back. I am disputing the charges on my card as it’s inappropriate to pay for something, not receive it and hear nothing at all from the company. It also makes the sender look stupid when the person receiving the gift waits all day for something that doesn’t show up.I’ve used Edible before in a different state and it’s been flawless… there’s something really fishy about this location.Don’t make the mistake of ordering from this location.

Going through my credit card to get a refund. Shame on you, you incompetent fruit flower pros. Would clearly not ever recommend.

I liked the cookie bouquet options available at Cookies by Design. The bouquet seemed a bit pricey, but, when seeing the pictures of the bouquet that was delivered, I saw that it was well worth the money. The cookies were very large and looked even better than the website photo. I would definitely order again.
