Suzanne Ripley: I went here with my gf Saturday. When we first walked in to the main floor, we were initially welcomed. We browsed a few minutes and stepped down into a lower area of the shop.We looked around and my gf said she liked some of the arrangements on display in the case.I looked over at one of the attendants. Her tone was rude in asking if we needed something, as if we were bothering her. I said we were interested in some of the arrangements in the vase. She walked over.Everything about her demeanor said I wasn't welcome, I was a bother, and to hurry up. Since I sensed her annoyance, I asked if it was okay for me to reach in directly and get it myself. I didn't want to do something I wasn't supposed to and I didn't understand the annoyance.She gave me the dirtiest look and waved her hand and said, "if you want." Was I wrong to even ask? I didn't know....I selected the flowers and gave them to her. Upon checking out, another lady wasn't directly rude but she wasn't exactly friendly either. Maybe I was feeling hypersensitive from the previous interaction...I don't know what we did that was so offensive or wrong, but if my gf hadn't expressed she wanted flowers I wouldn't have bought anything. Clearly our presence was a nuisance....When we got in the car, I asked my gf about it and she had gotten the same impression. We weren't being loud or obnoxious, we were literally just walking around holding hands and smiling at stuff around us.Won't be back....

Randy N: I have been using their services for 3 straight years now for Valentine's Day. Past two years I've had a bouquet of a dozen roses sent to my lady's office. Their service and quality has always been outstanding. The only negative I could say this year if I'm being picky is maybe that the rosebuds seem smaller and that the bouquet appears less full this year. But Covid has ruined everything so I'll let it pass. Regardless, great service and a beautiful arrangement this year. I will continue to use them next year for sure.

Extra effort was required by the delivery team because a street name was changed from East to West during communication, even though the correct street name was on the receipt. This "systems" issue knocked off a star from the review. However, the team did contact me and get it corrected in time for proper delivery. It really should have been seamless, but I commend them for the the correction effort and ultimate on time execution! I would use again.

Unbeknownst to me the recipient was in ICU and could not receive flowers on the day I requested. They continuously sent me emails letting me know the status of my order; THEY let me know when the recipient was out of ICU and would now deliver the flowers. I'll use them from now on whenever I need to send flowers for professional or personal reasons. Excellent service.

I had informed him that I would be gifting him and his bride to be the bouquet his boutonniere and both mothers their corsages and the father a boutonniere as well. Over a year ago I had contacted another florist and made the appointments and pay the deposit ONE WEEK prior to the wedding I have been contacting contacting and contacting that florist with no response I called teffeys and without hesitation they helped me one week before this wedding they were able to get the exact flowers that I needed and they turned out beautiful! They saved the day for me and I’m sure they can save the day for you not only did they save that day but the photos of these flowers are so beautiful the bride cried when she seen it! I cannot express how thankful I am for the experience I had with this company I highly recommend them !I have four more siblings that will be getting married in years to come and I’ll definitely be contacting teffeys for the future flowers!

Holly Du: Working with Bergamot & Ivy was an absolute dream for our wedding. Sarah made me the most gorgeous bouquet that went above and beyond what I ever could have dreamed. I seriously could not stop staring at it all night, and teared up when she brought it in to the dressing room when I was getting ready. When I met with her to discuss our florals, I told her that I love snapdragons and orchids, and she incorporated both beautifully. I am incredibly indecisive, and Sarah was so patient and understanding. She assured me that I could change my mind on what I liked, and that we didn’t have to have every little detail sorted out immediately. I would absolutely recommend Bergamot & Ivy to anyone who is looking for flowers for any special occasion.

From our initial meeting going through our wedding floral vision to the takedown after our big day was over, everything was flawless. It made us excited to hear the passion they had when they talked about the florals. You can tell how much knowledge and years of experience they have when they talk about each specific flower. They were extremely quick to reply to emails, and very flexible about meeting in person at our venue. They worked well with all of our vendors. They came with great ideas including an indestructible yet delicate flower crown for our hyper puppy to be included in our wedding day. I kept sneaking out of my getting ready room to watch the floral vision we had talked about for a year come to light before my eyes. I am still smiling months later thinking about the flowers!

Anastasia Gans: Low quality of flowers - wilt within 2-3 days. Received a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, on Friday most of the flowers were wilted and the bouquet looked pathetic. Mind you, I change water and cut the stems daily on all the bouquets I get. Contacted the business and were told this is normal. Picture attached, you be the judge.This is not the first time I’ve experienced a quality issue at this place - assumed that previous bouquets were purchased OTC and not called in, thought may be they sat at the store for too long and “aged”. This arrangement was ordered in, so no excuse there.The store is adorable otherwise; my go-to for greeting cards and gifts (including potted plants). Will avoid buying flowers in the future.

He spent $100 for carnations, daisys, two hydrangeas and 3 roses. They were delivered Saturday and the one bouquet is already dead? We were anything but pleased and the flowers we get delivered to people in Manhattan from DILLONS look and last better than these do for half the price.

Steve Ayers: Excellent experience all the way around. There was a tiny mixup with a balloon I ordered that didn’t make it on the delivery truck. They answered the phone immediately and she told me it would be taken care of the same day. Within 2 hours, on a Sunday, someone was at my house. Not only did they bring out 3 balloons instead of the one I ordered, they also sent a really nice box of chocolates for free!!! And the plant was beautiful and very high quality. Best flower buying experience I’ve had in years. A+++

When I saw this arrangement online, I knew it would be a perfect Mother's Day gift for my stepmother who is a huge dog fan. Since Westminster recently finished, and she had just picked the Best in Show breed for the first time in her decades long following of the event, there really wasn't another choice to be made. They're more than happy to replace them, but if they're supposed to be KC's best, that's unnecessary. I've even heard of them sending less than alive flowers to a funeral!! Great company, NOT sure why the quality is going down hill so fast.

Paul Herman: I can no longer support this business. They've failed twice on two different orders to deliver. Ultimately it meant in both instances that the order was wasted. On the first failure they returned 20% and trashed the flowers. On the 2nd failure I demanded a full refund. Unbelievable.

If you need floral advice call in the daytime and hope you get Jeff or the other nice ladies there working their floral magic.

Nick Pappas: Ordered through 1-800-FLOWERS but was delivered by HyVee. The visit was lacking at least 6 flowers that I paid extra as an upgrade. Two of the flowers were already limp and dying. When we called to complain they knocked off the upgrade fee and did nothing to remedy the dead flowers. You'd be better off getting flowers from Sam's or Walmart.

No true arranging, just flowers in a vase.For an $70 arrangement I would have been very disappointed but he felt strapped for time and let it slide.This will not happen again. Either they step up their game or we shop somewhere else.

When I called they said they would remake the flowers - I went in to pick up Yesterday afternoon and the shop Ol was closed. Customer service told me the flowers we’re not there and to come back , when the Flower shop is open.
