tommy tippytoes: Great place, plenty of parking on the gravel under the bridge, no one knocks, first come first serve, they get you unloaded fast with only 2 drawbacks. First is when you go in stay all the way to the left until your parallel to the building you go in to check in but don't block the entrance. If you block the garbage truck they charge ABC and ABC charges you, second is the train next door, doesn't blows any horns but it rumbles pretty good. Im used to it, it just sounds like my dog snoring. Great place

Brian Edmondson: Nice to know that you can go and look at your Shingles before you order, but not all of the brands are on display OR not in stock. The vendors of the shingles in my opinion should be responsible for filling the shelves of all brochures and all of the shingle colors. I wanted to consider other brands, but only walked out with one brand in hand. I came around lunch time which is not so good, as I did not have the showroom help that I was hoping for, but none the less I kept looking at shingle colors for about 30-40 minutes and no one came over to ask me if I could be helped. Maybe it was one of those odd days, but no weather concerns and there were quite a few employees running around.

James Driscoll: Spotted a stain on the ceiling in a bedroom. Assumed it was a leak thru the roof. Called Larry Vaught roofing and a cordial rep came by to look at the damage. Even before he got on the roof he said the leak most likely was due to need to seal the flashing around a toilet vent. He inspected the entire roof, said it was in great shape (18+ years old) and looked good for several more years. Gave a reasonable estimate for re-sealing six vents. Come to find out my brand-new home that was built did not have enough roof vents installed for some reason. I search around the area and easily got a quote from Vaught Roofing. In fact, I never even met anyone that did the job for me since my work schedule was so busy to be around the home when they did the estimates and the actual work. So that was a huge plus for me with my time and schedule. They found out my roof did not have enough vents for the sq. footage of the attic. Chris Morgan came out to inspect and noticed significant hail damage and disintegration of the wood shingles. He gave us a bid for replacing the roof with 50+ yr composite shingles. Agreed to contract and he immediately came out to repair active leaks at no charge, prior to replacing entire roof.
