Kansas City Fire Department: what do users think?
Juju Bee: Critical:ProfessionalismWhen the fire department treats you like a drunk instead of a person who is deathly sick, there is something wrong.
Matthew James: The best
Rotha Perkins: Has a gas leak
Malachai Wilson: Called non emergency line and was treated like their top priority. They're just awesome!
Margo Willy: I was able to speak with the Administration office, and our smoke alarms were delivered as promised. Thank You, Kansas City Missouri Fire Department!!!! 👏👏👏👏
aFro JeLLy: Best Fire Department in all of the land
Bianca Jackson: They helped save a cat from a tree. That might sound crazy but, it's true! It was a funny experience.
Tyler Calvert: A group of Firefighters saved my life from a devastating motorcycle accident. I would recommend them, but that would just sound wrong.

Jeremy D: I like them. They save lives.

Kansas City Fire Department Station 29: what do users think?
Anthony Stewart: If I did prison or Death would be on the judges option for Me. I MEAN THIS if a passenger in a burning car is out and Noone is in the vehicle and fire is on the engine and hood is poped and no fire is at the opening why not just open hood it's unlatched why wait until you choped hood and hit then go pull hood latch when you just struck vehicle hood first damm.didnt listen that hood is already released. Wow kids or new recruits or volunteers humm..That work they put in should have been a roof of a house .
Melissa Capen: I love these guys so much! They rescued my daughters kitty off her roof top and were so full of life and eager to help. I promised them I would bring them some bourbon balls and I haven’t forgotten!
carida berry: Great group of firemen always willing to assist

160 Driving Academy of Kansas Cty: what do users think?
Godus Love: Highly recommend 160 ! Every instructor is so genuinely wanting you to succeed and they treat like family and not a student. They have a nice big spacious yard, multiple trucks, strong culture and a organized daily agenda to help everyone succeed. The only con I can say is they only allow you to test twice, which I feel they should switch back to allowing students to test three times.
Jamar Davis: Great school and by the book.. The class room is great and so are the instructors at the yard.. I would 100% recommend this school.. 160 Driving Academy definitely gives you the knowledge you need to be safe and proficient as a Commercial Diver..
Michael Lingenfelser: Loved my experience at 160 Kansas City! Very knowledgeable instructors. No matter what you make the experience what it is. Ryan is an excellent instructor with lots of patience and he cares about his job and training the next generation or truckers. Thanks to Kelly for getting me in and through so fast! You guys helped me get to a better path and I can’t thank you enough!
Robert Abbott: Kelly was inspiring and encouraging in helping me in getting enrolled and in the classroom. This is my 1st week on the yard is very nice the guys are helpful and teaching me what I am gonna need to pass my CDL LOVE THIS SCHOOL strongly advise if u want a CDL come to See Kelly at 160 driving academy
xx816: One of the best experience I have had, I went from knowing nothing until I went to this school! Everyone is super helpful in class and on the yard!
Umid Rustami: I usually don’t leave reviews but just wanna let others know so they don’t make a same mistake I did and choose this school.First week of school with Kelly was a disaster trying to learn on online class with all them noises, Kelly would be on the phone talking loud and it was hard listening to instructor all the way from Chicago in laptop ( which I was expecting to have a teacher in the class ) she would talk to you nice and all that before joining the 160 and ones you join she will talk and treat you like a kid!!Then ones you get to the yard you will have to deal with unorganized training… sometimes they will have up to 8 students with one instructor and one truck so you will get lucky if you be able to do One maneuver that day, they had a instructor very unprofessional name TJ that I had to put a request to change my instructor cause he didn’t know how to talk to people at all. If I wanna write more I will have to write a book about it just DONT DO IT!!! Many companies like Werner would not hire you cause they don’t meet their standard requirement Training. ( Andy was a good instructor and helped me a lot same as James)
Abdel Mohamed: Ryan is an amazing instructor! After graduating I took a road test and they said I'm driving better than people who had 3 months of experience, thanks to Ryan it has not been as intimidating to drive a semi.
dale solomon: 160Drive is an excellent school for obtaining your Class A CDL (manual or automatic) everything was refreshing and you even get refresher days to brush up on skills right before your actual exam HIGHLY RECOMMEND.....Thanks Kelley, Anthony, Andy, Ryan, Don, Mack and my man Irvin I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL YOU GUYSNow lets see what trucking is going to do for me and my family.....
Johnny Rodriguez: I had a great experience with 160 driving academy…. I was a one and done at the dmv when I took my test and that’s because of the great instructors. They break everything down and made it simple to learn all the material. Also a special thanks to Kelly AlQammaz who helps everyone out through the entire process.
Explore Usa: Great staff kelly shes doing her job wonderfull great experience in 160 academy thanks to my teacher rashid and other staff too all were really helpfull even when its hot as hell almost 102 in summer they were standing with you helping you out 👍👍👍👍
John Maruge: Kelly is soo unprofessional, she barely care about her student and is very poor in communication. Wasted my time and money thinking she know what she was doing. She technically mistreated me just because I was out of pocket paying student.Tonny is never willing to teach and messed me up for a good 5 dyas
naseroveski assayev: The best school and Kelly she very nice and she help everyone he need help .There is a teacher named Mac. He is very wonderful and gives the student everything he needs. Rather, he gives him from his experience, and I learned so much from him that no one can give it to a student, and also all the existing staff are experienced and teach the students what he needs most to pass the exams.Whatever your teacher's reaction there, this is from his fear of you and he wants you to be the best. Rather, he treats you like a brother or a son, and you will realize this after working life begins after school.
Ambachew Bishop: Kelly was amazing in working with my sponsor to get me enrolled. Very knowledgeable, and professional. Kelly was always just a phone call away with answers to me and my sponsors questions.I struggled at first with my maneuvers, and at one point doubted if I would get my CDL. The Lead Instructor Dean personally taught me to parallel park the truck when he seen me struggling with learning it. Dean is a true truck driver AND teacher. If you have the commitment and drive Dean will not let you fail. Thanks to Anthony (Mr. Manual) you were great, would of never passed my pre-trip without you. Mac for the offset, and special thanks to Andy for teaching me how to drive.160 is a great school, but keep in mind that it is a accelerated program. Truck driving is not easy, but If you have the commitment and willingness to learn you will get your CDL at this school. I did.Update 4/19/2022. Just completed my training at FEDEX, which is one of the many companies that recruit straight out of 160 Driving Academy. Making more money than I ever made. On track to pop more than 90 grand this year. 160 Driving Academy is real!
Major Notes: Monica and Ervin are really good instructors and helped me a lot
Wilfried Hounmenou: Very great school. Kelly is the best .She is very patient with people, and all instructors are very professional and kind. Andy, Tj, Marc, Dean and others are very professional. Just do what they ask you to do , and you will have your CDL the first time .
Ditalion Battle: 160 was wonderful to me! Helped me began a brand new career as a trucker. Starting with Kelly she was amazing from the first day we met and all the way till I finished, could not ask for a better branch manger. I loved all my instructors at the yard and they give me every tool they could for me to be successful and it sure did payoff, Thank you 160 truly blessed for you guys!!
Mateo Banda: I say overall it’s pretty good school. The instructors are all very helpful. If you have any questions they’ll do their best to find the answers. And they’re all pretty easy to get a long with so that goes a long way.Big thanks to my instructor Andy, pretty cool dude and easy to get a long with, he does his best to make sure his students know what they’re talking about. Probably why I passed my test on the first try. Also Kelly, she kept in contact with me and made sure I was up to date with everything that I needed.Only thing I would say needs improvement is being a little bit more organized. But overall, great experience. 👍🏽
Internet Marketing World: If you already have your stuff together then yes if not, don't even bother. Wasted my time because of lack bad of management and training instructors. Find someone else who will commit to teaching you the right way to drive a semi truck.
Junky Mail: $3500 to come to a class and have 3 days of online classroom training before you are sent off to do the permit. Then not to mention you can barely hear the instructor threw the headphones because Ms. Kelly is talking the entire time you are in class from the front desk so loud that a person like myself who need to really pay attention can't even focus. I am so mad. I rather did this from home. Then she calls you out at least 2 or 3 times while the instructor is still going on with the class. I like Ms. Kelly but thus class cost to much tonot get the full benefits of it because she don't want to close the door an allow the class to hear the instructor properly.
John Beard: Critical:CommunicationGood schooling teaches a lot. But won’t work with someone that gets Covid. You get kicked out and loose funding. When explaining my situation I got yelled at to leave. Not much help, not told when to come back in
Frenecy Perez: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value

Metropolitan Community College: what do users think?
S. Frida: Learn so much there. Love this school
Bridgett “B” Moore: It has been a good experience with mcckc but I just get very frustrated when I can never get into my accounts and it makes me late on my work like last semester. I was at a 3.6 gpa and because of communication issues I'm down to a 3.0 bc 2 classes got failed 😢
Terance Williams: Caring Giving & supporting the arts has always been a passion of mine. So I decided to take it to another level. Creating this scholarship is more than words... #PoetsEdu
John John: The students of the radiology program were completely let down by the staff and instructors of their program. These students who've invested thousands of dollars and thousand of hours of arduous study only to be made indifferent by the MCC radiology personnel. Things have turned into such a bad state, the entire student body have been contemplating hiring attorneys to address their situation. Until they take corrective measures and do right by their students I would advise anyone thinking of enrolling in their radiology program to think carefully before doing so.
Olivia: The high school program is horrible! They pick and choose which students they want to be successful and drive the students they don't like out the door. Worst mistake I've made for my son was going to the school. None of my kids will enter this building again! I have 1 star because I had to, it really deserves negative stars.
Adam C Johnson: I had an excellent experience, in particular at the Longview branch of MCC. I took 10 classes and obtained my associates degree there. The professors were impressively credentialed and overall great teachers. I liked that there were a number of other non-traditional students as well. Definitely recommended especially if you're returning after a hiatus like myself.
Matthew Wiseman: Had one of the worst interview experiences of my life here. These people are extremely disorganized for starters. They told me they would send me questions prior to the interview so I could prepare, and then send them only 3 minutes prior. I didn't even have time to look over them prior to logging into Zoom! The lady leading the interview team insulted me by insinuated that I was uncultured because I only know one language. After that, I withdrew my name from consideration. You'd do well to avoid this place, and I wish I would have read the other reviews before applying. My mistake. Don't do what I did and waste your time here!
Kyle Larsen: It is impossible to get a hold of anyone willing to help you I've called and left messages for the past month and have not received a call back or any update. If you're a veteran using your GI Bill good luck the college implies its vet friendly but don't seem very willing to work with you.
c. c.: This is my very first negative review that I have ever done. I would rate it a zero if I could. The schools book store gets me angry. I spent 5+ hours to get a book that they or I misplaced only to be told coldly to rebuy it. I than rebuyed it after debating to just drop this class(my school was going to charge me 427 dollars to drop the class due to scams that have happened(my acedimic advisor talked me into taking this class even though I said I did not want to. He did it by saying I could drop it in the first week) ). I than was told that digital books in the bookstore are down for 48 hours.
Brittney Cummings: Pay attention to what you are enrolling in. They will drop classes and not allow you to complete the degree that you have paid for. I was down to 3 classes that i needed for a degree that i was enrolled in and they dropped the degree all together. I spent a year reaching out to every educator, director, and dean i could manage only to be given false promises over and over. 7k down the drain for no reason. The worst part was is the only reason i enrolled in the degree was because i wanted the 3 classes that they dropped but was told i had to take 4 classes as prerequisites. I took the classes spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours over 2 semesters to be screwed over.
Darin Griffin Jr: I enrolled for one semester and I absolutely hated it. They will do anything to get your money out of your pockets. The bookstore is a complete scam and teachers will have you purchase books you will never touch. There are some decent professors but most of them are crooks too. They talk and teach like a robot and expect you to do your overwhelming assginments. It's a big headache to figure any problem out that you might have and need help with.
Kelly Woods: The bookstore is a scam.
katie parrish: Cold classrooms
hector robles: Muy buen lugar y servicio
Urena F: I wouldn’t not recommend this college to my worthiest enemy. Clueless Advisor want you to take unnecessary classes, top of that I received two F from this school. However, when I m transfer into different college I get A and B . The quality of those “ professors “ is highly questionable knowing how to teach human students, instead they thinking they teaching a robot.
Lindsey Blake: Professionalism does not take place at this school. I had my enrollment messed up more than once and had extreme issues with a couple teachers not ever responding nor grading.
Anthony VanDusen (OMGITSPANCAKES): They taught me soccer, and not basketball. Unacceptable
jacqueline gay: So the finance department or the business office downtown somewhere is the worst they will not speak to me they took my money and I am getting ready to go and post this on every social media that I can today when I get off work. And I'm going to go live
Stovetop Zombie: For your kid's sake, do not send them to this school. I get the appeal of a cheaper community to achieve an associates degree and a bridge to a 4 year institution, but this is not the school for that. Their staff will make graduation and transfer as difficult as possible. If you feel you have to go there, record everything they say. I would say, get everything in email, but you can send dozens of emails to their advisers and they will not respond. At my time there I had an adviser refuse to change my degree, then give me the incorrect courses for that degree, had an adviser tell me to drop several courses because I didn't need it for then degree, then not let me re-enroll in those courses when it turned out I did, was told a Chemistry course transferred to complete my degree both before and after the transfer, then after a misleading email stating "Congratulations you met the requirements to walk at graduation!" and several phone calls telling me my degree was in the mail, was told it didn't transfer and I couldn't graduate. These are only a few issues that occurred with me, and I had several friends and family members experience the same sort of problem.I don't want the same treatment I went through to occur to future students. Please take your education to a place that cares instead.
Cassandra: This college is runs by groups of Moran and crocks thefts. Favoritisms in student is a undercover issue( not to mean for the really hard working student) students whom only show up twice at the entire maths semester course will passes and get an A ) what you looks and how deep is your pockets that’s how they decide who is get an A. Professor will make you punches the $167 dollars of textbooks, without use it though the whole semester. homework are now online everything else are online. Academic Adviser are jokes, asking them the transfer questions she rolls her eyes on you. Better to advise myself. My recommendation is to anyone who like to play dirty (money) and don’t really want to learned, please enroll to this college.
Reneé Rooks: They're always willing to help you get things in order so you can be enrolled and attend
