Sean Foley: A wonderful organization with a very important mission and amazing people.
Nicholas Redding: Free. Informative self guided tour of how the National Monetary System works. Takes less than an hour to go through, but you do get a free souvenir for coming! Great for kids.
John Frank: Beautiful building, coin collection is worth seeing, Federal Reserve vault with 1 Billion is pretty cool as well. Exhibits are lackluster, entry is free and security is painless. TSA could learn something from the Federal Reserve.
Bethany Spitzmiller: I was really surprised how fun the money museum was. It's kind of wild how little the average person knows about something we use pretty much every day. The interactive exhibits are fun for people of all ages. From trying to lift a gild bar (like 27lbs!!) to making your own money or taking a look at savings and interest, there's fun for everyone. I'd definitely recommend making it a stop while visiting KC. Best of all, it's free!

Andrew Johnson: It never ceases to amaze me how poorly this bank branch treats long time customers like me. I've had a DBA account for years and the statements I receive clearly state this. Today, the teller questioned the check that was made out to my business and proceeded to tell me that this once they would cash the check but if it was returned it they would charge me. I've cashed several checks made out to my business. A supervisor was called over and made no attempt to look further into this and offered no explanation. The staff here could use some training in what customer service is. I much prefer the friendly treatment I receive at Community America where I have another account.
Luke Haug: I am from out of town and had some problems with fraudulent charges. Everyone there was super helpful in helping me cancel my old card, get me cash out of my account, and get me my money back as well as getting a new card ordered! They did it all in less than ten minutes I am very glad I bank with CapFed !

Based on my experience, I question their due diligence to verify who applies and gets authorized for these loans. I have yet to have anyone associated with them take action. Identity fraud should be taken seriously.

The only problem I had, which was the reason of my 4 starts, is that I could not find an ATM available for me to deposit my check during weekends.I was looking for an ATM on multiple Arvest branches without luck, and when I finally found one, the "check deposit" was not available at the moment, which ruins my plans. If I could have information about ATMs my rate would definitely go up to 5 starts.

Jim Brogan: Now that I've closed three account, here's the review..... the worst bank I've ever dealt with.... considering they home my house loan, I thought I works get the same wonderful service.... immediately upon opening I was told I would have trip wait to get my bursting need debit card. After three weeks of waiting, I was told it was never ordered and no explantation as to why or an expedited service since it was their fault. Theirs no centralized number to cal for help. You have to cal the branch you set the account up in. "Sorry, your rep is on vacation so you'll have to wait until she returns" . They don't transfer over the phone even though you have no checks, no debit card and you can't set up on line immediately. It took a week and then find out they mail you the pass code to get on. After do bright closing the accounts, I was charged for closing therm. I spare the direct deposit nightmare worth this back. Good evidence first federal.....

Troy Miller: Worst customer service call I’ve ever experienced. Have never been treated so poorly and talked to in the manner I was spoken to today. Absolutely disgusting and frustrating. If zero stars were an option I would’ve went lower.

Pecas Coco: I have called several times to get an explanation for a manually entered charge on my checking account. Mind you I have had my account open since I was 16 I’m now 27. I talked to everyone and finally was told collections for my auto loan made the charge. Long story short I spoke to Mrs. Smith (very professional btw much more than her supervisor) and her supervisor Sarah Reed (very unprofessional and extremely rude) about the charge in which they both said it was them who did it. When I got on the phone with the supervisor she refused to give me upper managements contact number. She then began to question me as to why I was behind on my payment and lectured me about how I knew when my payment is due. Then she asked me where I had the vehicle cause it was gonna get repoed. I do have recordings and I hope they have theirs. When I asked her for her name again Sarah said “let me spell it for you” as if Sarah is a difficult name to spell. As of today because I was not aware I signed documents to authorize them to charge it to my account, I am now current. I am now aware and would like to cancel the authorization, unfortunately Sarah refused to helped me do so. They don’t cut ya any slack! Your options are pay it or don’t and if you don’t then they will charge your account for whatever amount they want whenever they want! I will be looking for a new bank that will accept my checking, savings and auto loan. I will also be talking to my mother and brother about closing their account with them.
