On the Crozier website, in regards to getting pulled over by an officer, it states - "Well, in Missouri you do have to answer where you are going. That is actually a law here. You have to tell them where you are going and what your “business” is about...I'm just trying to figure out where this information came from.Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.
Roland Smith: Justin is a fighter. I am in the middle of a very convoluted case that started as a simple modification, Justin has not flinched. My only regret was not hiring him sooner. When I was looking for an attorney I was nervous because I wanted an attorney that would fight for me but I also did not have a ton of money. Justin has reasonable rates and I did not have to sacrifice quality. In the beginning of this case I barely saw my two boys, now they live with me - and I am the father! shelby beathard: I can't find the words to describe how incredible Justin Crozier and his paralegal Rachel Crozier are. They worked on my insane and complicated family law case. Whenever I thought things were bad, Justin always saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Anytime I had a question whether it was insignificant or big I always recieved an excellent answer. If the situation was complex he was able to break it down so it made sense. He kept me informed so I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. He worked very diligently on the case and exceeded my expectations. When it came time to put this case to rest, Justin was flawless at trial. Needless to say the outcome was phenomenal, hands down the best. His paralegal Rachel is efficient, effective, and always great communication. Kristina Powell: Justin when I met him seemed like a I’ll fight for you type lawyer, that quickly changed after I hired him. I immediately had problems getting him to spend time on my case which was a very easy termination of child support both kids had aged out, and replying to emails his preferred form of communication with clients! When we went to court he didn’t seem prepared for what was going on, & I felt like he didn’t have my best interests at heart. I left court not really knowing what had just happened & I ended up paying more money. I then received an email from Justin saying my case was closed & that was not true at all the termination had never been finalized. I am now not able to reach Justin by phone or email it’s like he dropped out of site. I will now have to get a new lawyer to finish what he started! I do not recommend him at all. I did most of the work on my case! It was not worth the $2500 I paid!

The law is black and white, despite the color that attorneys may try use with their overly verbose filings and arguments. Though family law is stressful for respondents and petitioners alike, I can’t recommend retaining Justin Crozier enough for your next matter, and to keep interactions with him or any attorney at a minimum so that they can do their Job, only responding to what they ask for. My wife hired them because she was being extorted.Two years later and nearly $40,000 charged by the firm, they accomplished absolutely nothing. No depositions. No trial. No settlement. They had no idea what they were doing and they were charging $350 an hour for research on laws that for $350 an hour, they should have learned in law school. Imagine agreeing to pay a plumber $350 an hour, then he charges you to read an instruction manual on how to be a plumber. Mr. Reynolds appeared so intimidated by the defendants lawyers, I wondered if he had ever been in a courtroom at all. The Reynolds Law Firm is a fleece farm. Nick Cutrera: I am an attorney practicing primarily in high conflict divorce and custody litigation. When I had the unfortuntate life experience of going through my own difficult divorce, I immediately remembered the Abraham Lincoln quote "Anyone who represents himself has a fool for a client." Although I am an expert in family law, I knew that my own emotions would prevent me from representing myself well. I chose Bud to represent me because 1) I've had many cases against him and he is a worthy opponent 2) he knows the law 3) like me, he focuses on applying the law to the facts, not "tapping in" to his clients' emotions and billing fees on emotion driven but ineffective litigation strategies and 4) I know him as a friend outside of the law and I like his character. He wrote the most well written letter to my ex-wife demanding what she was to do and THEN sent a letter to my ex-wife's attorney explaining to her how he was going to destroy her in court if she didn't advice her client to do what he demanded. This guy ROCKS!

After 20 minutes of consulting he decided he was done with me In a Very disrespectful and not empathy way. And as I was walking out the door he continued making fun of me with the staff. Please run away from this lawyer if you really need help in a difficult and disadvantaged divorces that involved abuse. He is not professional at all. alexandra strickler: Paid Mr. Moreno lots of money and spent lots of time and energy trying to get a parenting plan and child support set up to be paid through the state. After a year and a half, my case was "finished". After reading through the final parenting plan, there were discrepancies that did not match what the other parent and I agreed upon. Anthony said he would fix it, but that never happened. Child support is still being paid by check because it was never put in the parenting plan to be paid through the state (but it should have been, as it was discussed and agreed upon many times to be set up that way). I've tried to contact Mr. Moreno many times with questions and following up, but he has washed his hands of my case and has decided he is done.

Cody Bowers: I worked with Anthony on my divorce case in November through January. He was highly recommended. I had thought it would be an easy divorce however things became more complicated as it went on.In my opinion, communication with Anthony was lacking. As was motivation.My Ex's lawyer sent a proposal in which I would pay 100% of the mutual debt and give her $8,000 in equity from our shared home. Anthony's response was "you should take it, it's a fair deal"Upon getting a second opinion, I chose to end the working relationship and required a reimbursement on funds that were not used. At this time his communication get much better (charging me for each message) and then, when the courts approved a change of representation, I had to notify him and remind him to reimburse meThe divorce is now over, my new attorney found over $60,000 in assets from my Ex. 401k, inheritance, etc. That she has "forgotten to mention " not only did i NOT have to pay any equity from the home, i also have to pay a very very low percentage of the mutual debt. And I've kept my house.In my personal opinion of my review of Mr. Moreno, I believe that he was interested in the case when he thought it would be easy, and when a challenge was represented, he gave up. Had I taken his opinion I would be in nearly $38,000 worth of debt and would have to sell my house to try and get out from under someone of it. It's really a shame as he came recommended. That being said , I'm sure he is wonderful for easy separations and traffic tickets but, for a case that depends on investigation and attention to detail I would suggest finding a better fit.As of this message, there have been about 5 people that have reached put to me on Facebook messenger citing the same experiences with Mr. Moreno. Fidelia Velazquez: This law firm put itself on a national magazine as one of the best in KC—-very crooked business here. Avoid Christina Gondring, particularly. The experience here was possibly as traumatic as the divorce. She gave my assets away, missed court suspenses, did no negotiations and coerced me at the last minute. And she took two full days to “prepare” for court (on top of the two days spent in court) and lost everything—- relocation, parenting plan, child custody, division of pension and child support. I could have gotten more accomplished without her $$$$ SERVICES.
Pam Baker: Gail Berkowirz was my attorney for my divorce. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. She never prioritized my case or my needs. She made promises and never followed through on her processes which cost me thousands of dollars in settlement proceeds. My ex husband was also an attorney and her lack in effort and accountability was clearly negligence. Clearly, she realized her lack of effort and refunded some of my retainer. In the end, I was forced to agree to a settlement that was biased and unfair due to her lack of providing me good council. Apparently, my case was NOT a priority for her and as a single women was put at a big disadvantage believing she would take care of me as her client. I highly recommend you go else where if you want a good attorney!

My divorce took almost 3 years to complete. Cost $40,000, I didn't get anything I wanted in my divorce such as equal split time with my children and even the stuff/property I was due to receive from the divorce I didn't get. Also, because of Preston demanding I be at all court dates I was fired from my job for missing to much work. Yet, funny thing is the last court date "child support" he said I didn't need to attend. An wouldn't you know... jobless and broke my child support was raised from 475 to 1500 a month. Then he had the nerve to tell me he was resigning as my lawyer, from this case. I would never recommend him or this law firm to anyone. Go with someone cheaper and willing to go to bat for you as there client. Something I feel Preston never did for me.

That "you weren't married, so it's going to be hard to get any kind of custody." From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted like family and made welcome to just let it all out. Chuck Driskell: Sammi Sader is an outstanding divorce attorney and I would highly recommend her and her associate. Sammi is very knowledgeable, very blunt and to the point (some may not like it but I sure did), and gets things done. Never want to use her ever again (don't get divorced ever...it's flat painful!) but if I needed a divorce attorney, she would be my only phone call.

Lindsey Summers: I received the worst legal advice of my life through Fisher law. I had been going through years of abuse and threats from my daughter's father, when Nicole Fisher turned down my case but advised me to get better boundaries and to tell my daughter's father that we would not see him when he was using intimidation or threats. It turns out, he did sue me for custody, created multiple false abuse allegations out of spite, and I have been told over and over again by lawyers that my biggest mistake was that day when I told him word for word what Nicole told me to say. When Nicole turned my case down I was represented by someone under her in her law firm - Sammi Sader. This was my second biggest mistake. Every single time, until the time when I let Sammi go as my representation ($5,000 later which I received almost none of back), when I was on the phone with Sammi telling her about what new crazy thing my daughter's father daughter was doing - Sammi would say everytime "Well this is what you get for having a kid with a deadbeat dad". She never stopped shaming me, and also didn't even help me. After I requested for her to not be my lawyer anymore, she was fired soon after. And when I asked Nicole for some of my money back, Nicole told me it was MY fault for not explaining sooner all the problems I was having. It was some real gaslighting. These people are the least professional, and least competent lawyers I have heard of. I am SO HAPPY with the legal advice I am receiving now, with 0 complaints, so this experience has taught me to trust sometimes it's really not me - its THEM.

You called to ask how to resolve the issue, focusing on the new lawyer and not my main problem which was the fee not being disclosed on the screen of your website where potential clients request a consult. You began having an attitude about me being dissatisfied with not knowing the consultation would have a fee. I explained very clearly my complaint, said I have more to do today and that this wasn’t productive for me, said have a good day, and hung up. You asked how it can be resolved and I told you: disclose the fee on the request page. You’ve lost a potential client not solely because of this, but because of your handling of things afterwards. Have a nice vacation and I wish you the best, but I need a lawyer that’s upfront and won’t be rude when asking for feedback.
