There has been new Lady's that I will not trust with my eyebrows from future experiences I called the (913 ) number that is listed for all stores, the lady doesn't speak Clear English and was not a help at all I understand Safely for the employees you can't release location but as customer service you could have got my number wrote it down reached out to Mina and asked if it was ok to give a location or phone number so I could get her services but instead she didn't help at all and didnt want to help bybthe sound of her voice Had a I dont care attitude, after letting her know multiple times I only trust her with my eyebrows the lady got mad and said go else where and texted my phone number that I was blocked and to not visit any of there locations well you have lost my business. Thank You Mina you were very friendly hope you open your own business one day I wouldn't want to work for this lady.

N M: I saw Michelle yesterday. Let me just say I can understand why her clientele is massive. She's absolutely incredible. She treats you like a human being and not like another number in her chair. Demi was also amazing to visit and work with. At no time during my appointment did I feel pressured to buy anything, or make any decisions that made me feel uncomfortable. As a local beauty service provider, I was referred to her by another local, highly respected beauty artist. I had my 1st appointment with her after spending the last few years looking for a new, competent stylist and... I have finally found her! I am a curly girl, a blonde, and also a local spray tan artist who gets really brassy easily. I came in for a curl cut only and left with a cut, and a glaze that exceeded my expectations... all in just ONE HOUR! What?! Now, let me just explain, I have been to some of the best, highly recommended salons in the metro, all of which hijacked my entire day, told me my blonde hair was "a journey that would require several visits to achieve and maintain" wayyyy overcharged me, and left me highly disappointed by time all was said and done. NOT today. In fact, it was the first time a stylist did not insult my hair, tell me how damaged and dry it was, or make me feel bad. She listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were, and she did not act as though she knew more about my hair than I do when I explained my past experience. My hair looks fabulous and healthy, it shines, my color look better than it has in over a year. I am also pleasantly surprised in how reasonable their pricing is as when I was checking out I braced myself for a shock that did not happen! Thank you for a top notch experience today! kaetlyn bledsoe: Me and my mom have been coming here for years to Shindi (hope I spelt that correctly!) and she’s always been nothing but kind. She always asks about my mom and my grandparents. I read some of the other reviews and I’m honestly confused because Ive never had a negative experience coming to her or anyone here. My brows always come out beautiful and I’m always in and out!

Dalya Salameh: I asked between my eyebrows to be cleaned just looked at me. Also the lady doing my eyebrows was on the phone while working on my eyebrows- wasn’t friendly. Terrible customer service. I would recommend going to KC’s eyebrow- that’s where I usually go because I was already in Zona Rosa wanted to try the salon out. I would avoid this place!
Kendra Parker: came in for a chin wax because it was damn cheap and was seen quickly since there was no line. however, she wasn't friendly or welcoming, and i felt like it was pretty rushed. after I left, I could see there were still hairs missed by the wax AND tweezing she did. not the worst experience, but I really doubt I'm coming back.
Zoey Wood: When you go to a beauty place you would want to walk out feeling beautiful and not ugly to the point you start crying. I’m 9months pregnant and haven’t felt the most confident so my mom took me to go get my eyebrows tinted. We walked in and told the lady what I wanted and she started questioning my acne ( maybe I’m just hormonal but it’s kinda rude). Then she practically dyed my eyebrows black when my hair is a light brown nothing dark at all. She rushes my eyebrows not taking her time at all which made me a bit concerned. On top of that made my eyebrows way bigger than they really are. Had dye on places that didn’t have any hair. Luckily I scrubbed off the extremely dark tint and made them look a little bit better.

Balinda Mann: Update: I was hesitant about writing a bad review but based on some of the more recent reviews I’ve read , I felt this was necessary.This is my 3rd time getting my brows done here and they are messed up beyond belief. I showed the tech the issue and she said “it will grow back, it doesn’t show”, then she tried to sell tinting because it will fix the error she caused. I cried when I got home and noticed the other brow had a cut through the hair making it deformed from the significantly thin one. I was highly disappointed given majority of the reviews were positive but I’ve noticed a handful of negative comments recently. This is a beware because who wants to walk around with jacked up brows._____________________Amazing place. I’ve gotten lazy and have been trying to shape my brows on my own, epic fail. I don’t know who did my brows, but she shaped them and brought my amazing brows back to life. No cuts either.

T C: 1/16/2023 update:The service here seems to be consistently declining. I am a monthly visitor and every month I leave disappointed. I think they send their experienced techs to Lenexa and the newbies to Zona. I left visibly upset again after she messed up my brows. My eyelid is swollen from how aggressive she was.The girl that worked Wednesday evening on 3/7/18 should NOT be doing anything with eyebrows. She couldn't be bothered to get off her cellphone the whole time. Didn't ask how I wanted the shape of my brow to be and when I told her I needed tint, I told her not dark, that the last time I had it done there the lady only kept it on for 2 minutes. She argued with me about the darkness of tint. I said whatever. I should have said nevermind, don't tint. I am blonde and now have black eyebrows today. I look ridiculous. The last time I was in was just before the holiday and there was a prettier lady with long black hair and she did a great job.....she asked me what shape I needed and then talked to me about the tint. I need to just figure out her schedule and stick with her. Not only is the shape of my brow now jacked, so is the color.
Heather Perez: Typically I do not comment unless it is good. The first experience I had was wonderful. Yesterday my eyebrows were destroyed. I’m so sorry I went. It was such a disappointment.
