Tyler Engel: Only use their inspectors if you have thousands of extra dollars to spend. The warranty company they use is worthless. Since Feb 2023: we knew the roof needed replaced and was told about $12k cheapest bid was $20k. Inspector missed a crack in the master tub that flooded the room below the second week in $1500, furnace and ac are not the right size for the house and need replaced $20-30k. Mold in the ac closet. Active termite infestation. Waiting to hear on that. Electrical issue of gfci outlets tripping. Gave up talking to realtor because was just told that inspectors miss stuff. Buying this house was the worst decision I’ve ever made.

He follows up quickly, and his efficiency throughout each process is just insane.I switched to him from another provider within the facility, and wish I had known about him much sooner! His work ethic, energy and views are extremely refreshing, and he really should be recognized out loud for it! Where are the awards!?

Bridie Does Beauty: Monique the NP is the most caring and thoughtful medical professional I’ve ever seen. I was 5 days postpartum and she checked out the baby but spent about 20 minutes asking me how I was doing and helping me use the car seat properly. I cannot say enough positive things about meeting her. This is how healthcare should be.

Katrina: Overall, I had a very negative experience. Several mistakes made giving my infant her vaccines. It is very difficult to get a referral. My son suffered for months with allergies before someone said I think he needs to go the a specialist. I had been asking. They don't seem to trust me as a parent. Negative experiences with the doctors saying things that I know to be false. I can't stress how disappointed with my experience and the care they gave to my children. I would not recommend this practice at all.

Loren Collins: DR COX IS A TERRIBLE DOCTOR THAT DOES NOT GO INTO DETAIL ABOUT BASIC TERMINOLOGY THAT A DOCTOR SHOULD KNOW. HER ANSWER TO QUESTIONS IS EITHER SHORT OR SHE DOESNT HAVE THE ANSWER AT ALL. HER PRESENCE WITHIN THE FACULTY STATES THAT SHE DOES NOT WANNA BE THERE AT ALL AND CARE LESS ABOUT THE HEALTH OF THE CHILDREN. SHES VERY UNPLEASANT AND MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE. SHE WAS NOT A PLEASURE TO BE AROUND AT ALL SADLY. SHE SHOULD BE TERMINATED WITH THAT TYPE OF ATTITUDE.

Megan Williams: I love going there but i feel like they drop the ball with referrals. I've been waiting for at least a month and half for a respiratory specialist to call me back for an appointment. When they did eventually call, it was to tell me that i can't make an appointment with them myself and that the Dr's office needed to call them. I have not heard from them since. It's a very nice place with very friendly people and staff, but i just want them to follow through better.
