Samantha Sagastume: After I applied got a position, I was invited to come in for an interview. When I got there, they told me that there were no positions open for my qualifications, which they knew about by my resume, which they already had. Why would they ask me to take of work and drive all the way there if there was nothing in my application materials that matched the position?? My interviewer didn't have any idea which job I had applied for anyway. Once she figured it out, she said that it wasn't open. I recently applied for another position, and someone rejected me outright, sending me a terse message about my overqualifications. If she had bothered to talk to me or look me up in their system, she would have found out that, as a career changer, and I have no experience at all in that position. I felt like nobody there really cared about finding a position for me, or even listening to me.

Brittany Liggans: Terrible experience and staffing agency they wasted my time called me about a position literally gave me the job over. Thew phone got my hopes up scheduled my interview to come in office and take typing test as well as do any onboarding for the position and when I showed up they told me they had already spoken with me and that I had notified them I want interested but I never speak with them and say a thing I think they were mad when I arrived because my skin color wasn't the right shade so they didn't want to give me the job so they just made up some excuse that it was me and that I had already told them before I came in that I wasn't interested but why would I waste my gas and time coming to their office so again I never spoke to these people after my interview was scheduled and felt highly discriminated against . Any people that are my shade and have my skin tone need to not ever waste their time or go here for a job

Alexis hill: I will no longer pursue employment with you guys, and advise anyone I come across never to apply. This company‘s communication skills is deplorable. I had an issue with my time sheet two weeks ago, and I have yet to be paid, nor the issue resolved. they took me through multiple channels of emails and escalations never getting to speak with payroll directly. Even now I must communicate through email with someone else I’ve never spoken with. This is not very reassuring to your employees that you care about their concerns or that you even advocate for them when it take three weeks to write a wrong. I’m saying this so your company can improve or you will continue to have disgruntled employees and a high turnover rate.
Porshay Roberts: I was told i was rejected for a contract position with IRS thru insight but a week later was able to get hired on permanently thru IRS directly with no problems background process EQIP was a success and all of onboarding.Insight lied about my background being rejected when i never even started the background processI waited 3 whole months to start work to find out i couldnt start because they was too lazy to process my background and rejected me for no reason.But i got hired directly thru IRS shortly after with wit no DISCREPANCY

I had an issue initially with my payroll which was fixed within actual minutes of reporting it (Just to show the length and speed at which they react to resolve issues). They rectified their timesheet application at my request to match the company's timesheet I currently work for just so I can report hours more accurately. They send food and snacks to the client I work as well which makes for a pleasant surprise.Insight Global's capability of maintaining an open line of communication with the client I work for really makes it simple to fix any issues that arises. Erika always responded quickly via phone/email whenever I contacted them and has not ceased to amaze me.I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about this company to this date.

Bg M: After submitting to their process of submitting a resume and letting them know about my four different emphasis in different industries they will not get back to you and they will not give you a call unless they have something that populates in the system. They also let me know that they're just not going to go out of the way to let you know where they're at in their process and they will not reach out to you to notify you. After speaking with somebody online they normalize my experience and wrote off what I was experiencing as having nothing available in four industries. If you guys want a better review and you want better service go elsewhere where they're going to actually give you a call back from their recruiters which they won't give you based on my experience and you have to call in and constantly touch base with them.

Buffie and the team at Vest got on it IMMEDIATELY save were calling people and communicating with me on potential candidates until 9 p.m. that night!! I would not have blamed them in the least if they couldn't have got me someone that day, but at 9:30 a.m. the next morning we had a receptionist sitting at the front desk. WOW. Excellent service.

Jason St. John: My workplace made the mistake of using this temp service. They do not hire qualified folks or drug test them. It seemed like every other week we would have somebody else. The second guy sent to my job we had to send home because he was under the influence of some kind of drugs and harassed us by phone for several days before returning (very under the influence of drugs) and we almost had to call the police. The people they sent us do not care about what they are doing, even if we offer them a permanent position. We stopped using this agency a couple weeks ago and I have been fixing a lot of mistakes made by the temp workers sent by this company. I really wish my company would have let us remained understaffed instead of messing with this temp agency!
Angel Blunt: Got to be one of the worst staffing agencies ever. Was sent a link to the zoom meeting and was told to expect more information. Like onboarding and training but of course after the meeting I hear nothing. A few hours past still nothing, I contacted them and told them I never received any information but received no response. Shocking. I can only say that I feel like I've dodged a bullet.
Maceo Williams: I worked for this company and have been with them for a few years now.You would think that being professional enough to give a week advance notice that I accepted a job that was applied to prior to me coming on board. Would be professional.Nevertheless, especially when I was with Express, I had good things to say about my employment. So I thought, I would have a great chance coming back.Well, I was told I couldn't work a temporary job anymore, because I left the last one. But what's crazy, I was told that the person position I was taking was an accountant, and that she only used the job temporarily. And it was a good fit for me.I couldn't help that the job I applied to previously to working with Express accepted me. And I therefore gave express a week advanced notice, and did the best I could do. And now I'm told I can't work certain jobs anymore. ....... I was never told that it was a long term position, I was working for. And now, they eight balled me in the computer system.....so sad
Zee: They will find you a job, the second you ask them for something diff they will do anything and everything they can to not help you find something different so they can keep you where they first put you to work. Courtney is extremely helpful but like all temp services once they have a reason(whether it’s valid or not) they will not work with you.
Christine Gardner: As A Business Owner- I would NOT use them. Aaron has personal problems-We use then A lot in the past- and worked with them with a variety of employees. Hired one temp to perm.....Even picked them from Home Depot. Our employees would pick take them home etc.... We have moved our trucks to a different location and suggested that their employee meet us at Quick-trip for the first day. We told that - that’s unprofessional etc.... I could go on & on- just know that it’s all about it’s all about the money- he even said we wasn’t paying them enough!!!!!

Keisha Irvin: Would give 0 stars but its not possible. They are very unprofesional I forgot to clock out based on working long hours and being ready to go and only happened twice and called to let staff know person stated they fixed hours AND DID NOT then called back and they threatened to fire me if I continued to forget to clock out which is insane, Then I called today because I don't like the assignment they proceeded to say they didn't want to work with me anymore because I didn't let them know I was going to a job I already been working at a whole WEEK which I didn't know was needed after starting a Job. VERY UNPROFESIONAL!
