Otis Elevator Company: what do users think?
Garrett Weeks: They don't keep their promises on when they will repair your elevator and also will delay the repair until after hours in order to get you to pay them overtime. Do Not Use If You Can Help It!
S L: They're horrible. Bad service and not truthful. Service manager hung up on me. Avoid at all costs.
Jaxson Freeman: Positive:Professionalism
Kyle River: Our building depends on this company and they are completely the worst company ever. Bad work, no communication and have no interest in helping customer. If I could rate this company with negative stars I would. Avoid this company like it's a cancer. They are not good people, nor company. Horrible business. I will be contacting the BBB about this shady ran place.
Tiffany Chrisman: I inherited a contract with Otis Elevator. The services I received would be mediocre. My rep Stacy Johnson would often times try to help me, but, Robert Durham repeatedly ignored hers and my emails when I would request status on my wind up key, that we paid for, and didn't get until 90 days after paying for the key. Trying to get an ETA and update as we waited was truly like pulling teeth. I have documented emails that show Stacy would request Robert to answer one of my emails that she was CC'd on and he never would. We also waited on rollers that were included in the contract to be installed. I had been waiting on rollers since October 2019, my contract expired February of 2020. As with the safety wind up key, Robert did not respond to my emails and gave me the feelings that he did not care about the contract or my needs. At one point Otis sent a tech out who clearly replaced 1 of the rollers and left the others in place. I again continuously begged for an update and was strung along for almost 5 months until I got a final email from Stacy saying that she believed all rollers were replaced, despite the pictures I sent her proving otherwise, and that since our contract had now expired, Otis would no longer be performing any roller replacements and would not be performing anymore work. We have a new contract now with a new company and the difference has been night and day! I will always remember the services I received from Robert and Stacy and will do my very best in the future never to use this company in my career again.
Rosalie Golden: Wasnt very good at all. They didn't go off of their advertised menu and put Italian sausage in their gravy and i am allergic to fennel! Thank goodness i only had a tiny bite so only a little rash and puffy in the face. The eggs werent very good and the hollandaise sauce for the eggs bennidict was disappointing.Service wasn't terrible which is why they got 2 stars.

KONE Elevators & Escalators: what do users think?
Nicholas Anderson: I called them for service. Got redirected 3 times. Was a little to get redirected to the first place I called and I just hung up.
Andrew Dang: Slowest elevators I’ve ever used
Mike Oxmall: Dealt with a service guy here, believe he was a supervisor as well. Well brad, you're a disgrace to the company. They should dig a little harder for employees. I would drag my bare taint over 9 miles of broken glass before i would ever call them again.
Steve Picotte: The tech, John, is responsive, knowledgeable, and has good customer service skills. The rest of the company?NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR INQUIRIES.
Tim Karl: Poor driving habits. Not a good way to represent a company.
ginger hayes: Nice elevators
pat Grace: I own a couple buildings and kone has a contract with us to service our elevator. They are suppose to come and do maintenance 3 times a year. It is november and they are now saying they are coming this month and next month to fulfill the contract. I now have a service issue due to no maintenance and they are passing us around. Terrible service
Brian Martin: Usually has loads ready no waiting

Schindler Elevators & Escalators in Kansas City: what do users think?
Jessica Pedraza: I’ve been meaning to leave a review about my continued experience for awhile now:Special shout out to Niko our business’s regular service tech. He’s thorough, punctual and educational with any questions or concerns we have while he’s onsite. As a property manager of a preexisting building, I’m constantly running into issues that are common for old buildings post renovations. Our contractors are incredibly important to the operations of our business. Schindler is one service I don’t have to worry about in terms of fair pricing, thorough work, and quality equipment.Thank you so much Niko. Your communication about service arrival/departure times, your knowledge and patience in explaining your work to me and my team are all incredibly appreciated. Also, while there’s been some glitches with their accounting department, the accounting staff are quick to remedy the situation and follow up directly with any additional information I may need. The customer service makes up for any technological hiccups with their client database and accounting systems.
Butch Franklin: Can't EVER reach ANYONE at Schindler
Tyler Murphy: Terrible company, terrible customer service, unprofessional technicians! They have worked on our company elevators all year and they are still not fixed! Fire department has to come rescue people 2-3 times a week due to elevator issues. Techs will come out and work on them all day long and give their word that they are fixed only to have them quit working as soon as they leave! We have elderly people in our buildings that need the elevator to come and go and with it down all the time it makes it unsafe for them. Shindler is a complete joke! Would give no stars if possible!
Luna Moth: Was looking for home elevator options, witch is not what they do but they were very helpful in giving suggestions of other companies to contact and answering my basic elevator questions. I am always please with people that take the time to answer your questions even when they have nothing to sell you. top notch!
