Alex Watson: One my favorite places. Yeah, if you go enoough times, you can usually go get your own stuff (basement) and bring it to the counter. Start up a business account.. Usually like a box of connectors, a spool of 500ft or more of RJ45 all wall plates, and ,. Quality stuff. I can usually do a network cable in about a minute now!

Maybe due to COVID the kids are at home, which is understandable and admirable, but for a business, unprofessional and a waste of time.Appreciate your response, but had checked number and called again.
Lewis Thompson: They did a FABULOUS “Same Day” repair job on my Apple iPhone.I came in with a Cracked Glass & Mohammed noticed that the Start Button needed to be changed as well.He changed that also.I got out of there, with my “Like New” iPhone 6Plus, for less than half of what another repair shop (in OP) had quoted me.* Even though this Shop is located in the River Market Section of KCMO, it has lots of free parking 🚗 right next to it.

Andy stood behind the sale and made things right - even though this was a manufacturer closeout and there was no warranty on the TV. I'm really happy with the service and glad that, without knowing it, I bought from a stand up business.

Lance Deshazo: Went to Best Buy to buy an Xbox and saw this bundle for the price listed below. I took the tag to the front and it rang up for the wrong price. I told the cashier that it was marked as the picture showed and he called for the manager. The manager immediately stated that I was lying and that no consoles he had in the store were the price in the picture. I said that it was not my fault that his products were marked wrong. I didn't even have a chance to buy it, the manager took it and refused to sell it to me for any price. Stunned, I went back and took the picture attached and showed the manager, to which he mumbled something under his breath. I then told him that I was going to let their corporate office know just how much he cared for their customers! I would have paid the price for it, since I had to go to Target to buy the same one, but I will not be called a liar in front of other customers in the store and you act like a child when you refuse to sell it to me after I bring up a valid point!!! You should move the tags into a place where they cannot be misread or messed with by your customers!!

I checked today (Monday) & it says the same-thing. LONG STORY SHORT, I’m currently at the store where my item is at to pick it up & they will not give it to me because it has already been processed & it has to be picked up by some janky pickup service called “ Roadie”. The item is literally still in the store, in the back being held hostage. I drove almost an hour here after work to pick this up, which they have boxed waiting for a courier & the will not give me my paid for item. I’ve been on the waiting phone with the courier for almost 30 minutes & nothing. This is horrible customer service & I do plan to cancel my BestBuy account & never shop here again..Never!
