Matthew Peterson: Bald bouncer or guard or whatever he was needs be fired immediately. Downtown are monster jam was touching everyone's kids dancing having fun on the stage. I get liability issue but you don't go touching everyone's kids. Way he went about it was seriously disturbing. Even had another security guard shaking his head.

Scott Turk: I honestly cannot get over how great everyone is here after living in the building for six months now.Chris at the leasing office is one of the friendliest and most helpful people I've encountered in leasing. He responds immediately to any request and is honestly a joy to work with.Izzy and Bettina are also incredible. I actually chose to live at the unit because of a tour with Izzy. They gave the impression that they truly cared about their tenants and it has been proven true.Lastly, maintenance here is responsive and they go above and beyond. I've worked with Melissa several times and she is always extremely helpful. She will make sure that everything is fixed and perfect. I'm so appreciative of this entire team.I'm so thankful I chose P&L Apartments over my other options. I really love the people here and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

We have been trying to stop them so we can express that they have rutted my property so bad over our water line we are fearful it's just a matter of days before they break it. This is our home and they have absolutely no respect. They are causing damage to farm fields. Have destroyed our drainage areas for the fields and yard.
Ben J: A tech tried to prosthelatize to me at 8am. Then implied I must be his religion because I was nice to him. I told him that kind of behavior is wildly inappropriate while in uniform.

Melinda Harper: They are very rude and never return calls. I tired for over 6 months to get my panels fixed. Then, I received a very rude email saying that they had tried to contact me and have been to my house. No one ever tried to come to our house. So they lied too. They told me since we live so far away they don’t want to come out in a reasonable time. Why even place panels in our locations if we are “so far out of the way”. They claimed to be watching my system in case there are issues. I have 12 panels offline now. Not a peep.
Lynn Chamberlain: They explained everything along the way, and were patient with my paperwork return. We had four separate systems installed, in three different locations. Installation was completed in a professional manner, and the finished product looks very good. The only glitch, was one of the inverters originally showed an incorrect date, so the monitoring system didn't work at the start. However that didn't affect the production. Am now in the process of ordering another system.
Melissa Harrer: Brightery placed solar panels on our commercial building last year. The panels have not been working for 2 months, we have tried calling and emailing to get Brightergy to come out and fix the panels since they are still under warrantee. They originally told us there was a fee to fix them, then told us they would get back to us and take care of the issue. Now they just don’t respond. I am generally an open minded person, but now I am frustrated. I am going to try one more time this week to get them fixed, but I would recommend using someone else for solar, this company doesn’t stand behind what they sell.
