Catherina Mueller: Too tired to brave the grocery store, I scrolled through Postmates and I had never seen Arabic Kitchen on there before. I ordered several dishes to help tide me through the week and I. Am. Blown. Away. A pick-up/delivery/catering restaurant with no dine-in. And to help that search function out, their Middle Eastern food is also halal.Spicy curry plate with lamb: the meat is fall-off-the-bone divine, the rice is perfectly cooked (you know the texture I’m talking about), the peppers and onions are beautifully seasoned.I also ordered (from top to bottom in the second pic) potato chop, chicken sambusa, and kubba. The potato chop is a fried/baked potato cake that is stuffed with ground beef and onions, a good crust on the outside and soft in the middle. The sambusa was filled with mashed chicken and veggies. The kubba is like a fried rice ball stuffed with ground beef as well (having never had it before, I found the texture of the fried rice part to be like italian arancini balls). I ordered the spicy aioli on the side but they have a lot of sauces to choose from…I’ll be trying the sambal next!Everything was cooked perfectly and has great flavor, texture, seasoning. And delivery was so quick too! Definitely adding to my go-to spots!
Yasmeen Sarwar: We were looking for home caterer and with full services for a small wedding party for my daughter, we intended to have casual event, Ahmad has helped us all the way from ordering to everything what we needed. Ahmad made the buffet table more than causal. He took extra steps to decorate the buffet table.. I could not ask more than that.Ahmad is very professional and helpful.Now about the foods, guests loved all foods. Plenty of foods, excellent service and decorations. Beef kabob, hummus, chicken kabob, eggplant with ground beef and few other items. My opinion any food from the list will be delicious. We did not choose restaurant because wanted have touch of home cooked food, Meets more than our expectations . I strongly recommend the Arabic kitchen for full service, you can rely on Ahmad.
Reem Libdeh: I worked with Arabic Kitchen Catering to cater my wedding Aug 2022, and they were *amazing* and a true highlight of the night. Ahmad and Marwa are SO wonderful to work with--incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and very much experts at what they do. They answered all of my millions of questions very patiently and also helped to come up with a perfect menu for pre-ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner (which included lamb, stuffed grape leaves, kibbeh, chicken kabobs, many vegetarian options, and gorgeous desserts). I also hired them to provide decor for the buffet and the dessert table, and the set up was beautiful. They also worked very smoothly with the other vendors, the venue, and my wedding planner. They also did all of their own setup and take-down, and packaged any leftovers. My husband and I (and our families and guests) could not have been happier with the food or the excellent service.

Laura Moore: We were looking to cater a lunch event at work. Arabic Kitchen had the most user-friendly online catering menu with upfront, and reasonable pricing. They were very responsive to my questions and special requests. The food was delivered on time and still hot. They were polite, personable, and helped us arrange the food. There was more than enough food, it was all delicious, and everyone who attended the event was very happy with the variety and quality of the food. I'm so glad we went with Arabic Kitchen for our event!!!

Ajay Thamban: Overpriced and not very good. The food was clean but bland. Spoons looked like used for 1000 years . I went to a ton of middle eastern restaurants in Michigan and Ohio. This one is in not in the top 25 I tried for sure. The lentil soup I got was basically too tangy and I returned it. The Zatar Manakeesh was awesome though. That's why two stars . And the 11.75% tax Missouri put on food is ridiculously high.

mindy griffin: My friends and I have eaten lunch at Habashi House almost every Saturday since 2010. The beautiful Maisoon Habashi is always smiling when she takes our order. There is a falafel place in Paris that I’m obsessed with and I would say this is the closest thing I have found to it. Catherine: Hidden gem! Had the falafel combo. It was excellent. The stuffed grape leaves were outstanding. Hummus was creamy and the pita was very fresh. They have a nice little grocery store with a good selection of Middle eastern items. Prices were excellent. Highly recommend! I will be back.

Alexander Eurit: This month is Father's Day, and I love my dad. I love his spirit of adventure. I love the story that he'll have to write down in his memoir. I love how certainly he knows a part of his soul is buried in Jerusalem to stay. I also love my cousins and their family's distinct point of view on things and this world. I love the story we'll all have to share after we have navigated the twists and turns of this life, and I even friend love the total strangers who help make that possible, even if they're just getting paid to do it. So I have to share this review of Cafe Jerusalem.We have been going there for their special service to the community of Kansas City and the rest of the world since we were young. I remember when my brother would always get a huge pita at the food court in Oak Park Mall. Fast forward years later. It's Christmas. We're in Kansas City with my aunt, uncle, and cousins. We find out the original location in Westport is the place they were praising all these years. We had fun 😊 And we got full.My brother and their son have been like brothers from different mothers, so it came as no surprise to anyone when they tucked into pitas together 😁 My sister and their daughters all shared baklava and halvah. Me, I did what I always do: I made the waitress run back and forth as I sucked down the mint tea. Best of all, my dad was so thrilled with the place, he said it got him ready for his next trip to Israel ☺️Keep doing what you're doing. You guys help people make memories. I'm serious. And thank you.Vegetarian options: The hummus and falafel here are very fresh and filling!

Loads of options for any eating lifestyle. Vegan? Gluten free? Omnivore? You are covered. We don’t live in the area, but we will keep it on our KC eatery list, and have already told folks who are traveling through the area that they need to stop at Jerusalem Cafe.

Lyric DeNoyer: I honestly hate being a hater but I’m still really let down by the service I received. My friends talked this place up SO highly and maybe that’s half the problem but they got my food wrong, weren’t very kind about it, hardly fixed the situation after making me wait FOREVER, and just yeah… the whole situation really turned me off. I’m sure if you eat meat you haven’t had a problem but they’re clearly less than mindful of vegetarians. I personally, would just recommend Jerusalem cafe. This just isn’t worth the disappointment. Ciera Duban: I always get the falafel wrap and it is always 10/10. Great balance of crispy falafel, fresh tomato, and cool taziki. I recently tried their hummus and pita and it is also great. I forget that a well made hummus tastes 1000x better than what you can get at the store.
