LeasingKC: what do users think?
Jim Riley: I have been looking for a new apartment. Leasing kc puts out internet ads that are wildly inaccurate as far as price
Noneya Business: Do not move into Chadwick apartments located at 16. E 34th terrace. There is a huge cockroach infestation. The basement level also has a huge flooding problem. There is a huge mold issue in the floors and walls. Nothing was done upon multiple complaints.
Kristin Andrades: I had an inquiry about a property for rent and they responded promptly and answered my questions efficiently.
Casey Brown: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessLeslie Sloan has been my point of contact through the leasing process and she has exceeded my expectations at every turn. She’s been responsive, and so helpful in answering my questions and fulfilling requests in anticipation of my December move.
Steven Ward: Nice place
PE Johnson: Iconic part of KCMo. Most cities would have taken a wrecking ball. Like it or not, today it was high customer traffic, se real blacked owned businesses, and the mall was clean and security was visible. All stores had friendly staff, no more standing on a platform watching over customers. We made several purchasesMind you it was 3pm......
Leah Maki: LeasingKC is a great source when looking for apartments in Kansas City. Their site is easy to use, offers great photography and content, and up-to-date information on specials and availability.
Alita Thornburg: I love working with Leasing KC! Terra Management has used Leasing KC to assist with apartment rentals for the last few years with TONS of success. Their website is very user friendly and provides a fantastic presentation of our properties. I personally love all the efforts they make to feature clients throughout their extensive social media presence. Corey, Layne, Jacey and crew are fantastic!!
915 Broadway: They have done nothing but send qualified leads and provide amazing customer service. Can't wait to see your company expand more and continue to use your services. Corey is a GREAT rep for our downtown community.
Lauren Sieker: The team is very responsive, and the website is very easy to update.
Maddie Banz: Staff were professional and incredibly helpful through my journey of finding my new home! Definitely would recommend this awesome company!
Sarah Allen: The associates are super nice and helpful! Very satisfied with the leasing process and communication was great throughout. Thanks!
Logan Thompson: I moved to KC in a bit of a rush, new job and what not. LeasingKC was able to consider my wants for an apartment and show me exactly what I liked. They also accommodated my schedule, which helped tremendously during my visit. The staff was very nice to work with, and very forthcoming with any recommendations. I'd recommend to anyone looking to move or relocate in Kansas City.
Hailey Lubbock: Layne in the office helped me before I moved to KC to see some apartments online and then Jacey showed my husband and I places when we got to town!! They are so friendly and professional I would recommend looking at Leasing KC anytime your needing a new place!!
Taylor Premer: The site was super was to browse. Love my new place & love supporting local!
Dana Routh: Awesome website and great staff! The Leasing KC staff is very helpful and works around your needs!

Country Club Plaza: what do users think?
Freddie Weisshaar: Awesome people and great place to visit and have fun things to do 🖤🖤🖤
Linda Hammond: It's nice not very many clothing stores
Robert Dingman: Getting across the street is a chor sometimes, but the shops are nice.
James Symmonds: Chain stores in an open air mall setting. Seems to be on a slow decline. Absolute shame that they knocked down a classic part of Plaza architecture for someone who has decided to pull out. That's going to be a hard recovery and I suspect that the soul of the plaza is going to continue to get sucked out of the place by developers. Update: sure enough. Plaza lighting really sucked this year.
Les Bro: It is always nice to get to the Plaza. It's a great date night place. I love it in the summertime in the evenings. The fountains are beautiful and romantic. There are lots of restaurants and stores to stroll through during the day. If you are visiting Kansas City, the Plaza is a great place to go. You will see all types of people, especially in the summertime. It is a great place to people watch.Unattended teens have a 9:00 pm, police enforced curfew.
Levi Crane: More cops driving around than stores to shop from
Chris Godfrey: It's a Kansas City staple if you have out of town guests, but less of a destination for locals.
Nannette Young: Chuy's was great enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
Kassi Moore: I only give it four stars because I didn't go anywhere other than three dog bakery and a cheese shop. The bakery is amazing!!
Lilith Bleed: A walk among historic buildings and sculptures. Nice stores and restaurants.
Angeles Fernandez Muciño: One of my fav shopping spots
Ndue Sokoli: Top-notch service
John Ross: It's been in my Life for 65 yo, always been a KC fav.
Jacob Rose: Yeah. Touristy, but nice. Enjoyable when underpopulated. Art fair is cool.
Marion Williams: I like going to the plaza. Cheesecake Factory. Barnes and Noble. So many places to explore.
Carter Taylor: It’s a known issue that the restroom accommodations are a huge issue and that the lack of publicly accessible facilities is a major failure of planning, a barrier to those who have disabilities and discriminatory against women. It does not matter if it’s you or your small child, they will not let you use the restrooms in many stores and even restaurants. They’ll send you down the street and you have to hope that the one place that lets others use the bathroom will be open, have no line, and not be out of order like they often are when handling that volume of people. These policies may have been put in place to prevent the unhoused from being in the area, but they majorly impact other groups as well.
katie boyce: Always beautiful.
Gary Snyder: Great shopping, variety, and atmosphere
Julie Vaughn: Nice little shopping area. High end.Nice coffee shops.

KC Party Rentals: what do users think?
Becky Searcy: Everything was great! They worked with me! Pick up and return was fast and easy! Tables were really dirty and sticky with soda and ice cream. A Clorox or Lysol wipe could have been used prior to my pick up but I returned them clean and not sticky.
Jeff Needles: Our experience with KC Party Rentals was great! They were very helpful with tips on setting up since we did the DIY (which is a great deal). Kids loved the bounce house and we will definitely be using KC Party Rental again!
Stephanie Simms: I have used KC party rentals for many years for our block party bounce house. It is always very simple to order online and they are very communicative about scheduling. Extra kudos this year for their flexible rain/cancellation policy.Would highly recommend.
Kelly Rich: This company was great to work with. Everything was just as listed on website. They were easy to get ahold of for questions. They arrived on time and were professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend them and rent from them again. We rented a large obstacle course and everyone loved it.
Rachel Harper: Company was easy to work with and happily answered all my many questions. Will use again!
Laura Bowen: We rented the Wrecking Ball inflatable. It was a huge hit at our 13 years old son’s birthday party. The technicians were very friendly and professional. Was a great experience and highly recommend!
Lisa Nicewaner: KC Party Rentals were on time and the setup was a breeze. Their staff was so friendly and even got us 2 more tables that weren’t loaded originally. I appreciate the very professional staff and excellent service. Plus the tent, tables and chairs they delivered were top notch. Thank you again for helping us make our anniversary sale a huge success!
Zach Rollins: Scheduling was easy, drop off crew was prompt and friendly, pick up crew was the same! Many text updates and reminders were helpful as well
Emily Wimer: KC Party Rentals was great to work with! We rented an inflatable obstacle course for our end of year school picnic. Delivery man was so kind and helpful, prompt, and our kids had a blast. We will absolutely be renting again in the future.
Beth McDow: The bounce house was a great addition to a pool party that I hosted. KC Party Rentals arrived on time. It was set up with plenty of time before the party and taken away after the 6 hours. The kids loved it!
Brittany Paddock: Office staff was responsive and helpful. Dunk tank equipment was easy to use and good quality! Thank you!
Janelle Herman: We rented 48 chairs, 12 tables, and two games for a grad party. I was very impressed with KC Rentals.
Matt Rouillard: KC Party Rentals has been our go-to for our 8th grade picnic the past two years and they do not disappoint. Great communication and delivery and the students love it.
Hannah Marley: KC Party Rentals arrived at the event an hour later than our scheduled delivery time, with only 35 minutes before our start time they still did not have a single tent assembled (we had 6 tents that needed to be put up), and we were having to carry our tables from the truck to the park because they were so far behind. Ultimately, I had to call off the tents because everything was so far behind schedule, and we were anticipating arrivals in the next 20 minutes.
Lisa Freidel: KC Party Rentals goes above and beyond expectations! They delivered the chairs I needed for my event ahead of schedule and where I needed them. The crew was friendly and they’re easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Kim Sanabria: On time & set everything up fast. Will 100% hire them again for our parties.
Jan Myers: These people are awesome! Very helpful in answering questions, giving directions and offering suggestions. The equipment rented was in perfect condition and instructions were easy to follow. I will definitely do business with them again! Great place and very friendly atmosphere! You guys rock!!
AmyJo Heiting: Excellent service, price and bounce house! Will definitely use them again!
Sherryne Mitchell: KC Party Rentals was fantastic to work with. I had to change my order last minute and not only did they make it so easy to do that, I actually got a refund on my order and they were able to drop my order off the day before my scheduled event which made planning and setting up a lot less stressful for us. They were right on time for pick up too. They were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely work with them again for my next function. Thank you KC Party Rentals!
Joanna Bramlett: Very responsive and helpful with regards to booking large party in a public park. Spot on guidance on what inflatables would be a hit with a bunch of 9 years olds. Set up and tear down were timely and efficient. Will absolutely rent from KC Party Rentals again! Great experience.
Seth Emery: Great experience. We booked a big bounce house for a backyard birthday party. It arrived early and the guys were very courteous. When we had an issue on our end (not their fault) during the party, the owner called me back right away to help. Good communication and service. Highly recommend.

Matt Tessier: I hate to leave a three star review. It’s an impressive zoo, and we saw some cool things, but the ride situation is out of control. It seems like everything is a paid “add-on” once you get inside after having paid a high admission price. The train ride was probably 100 yards and the “tram ride” takes you like 150 ft, and after you pay for that, you find out it’s not round trip! Then the sky ride is extra money…then the carousel is extra money….then the boat ride is extra money…then feeding the stingrays is extra money. Felt extorted once inside. Very sad to leave such a review for my wife’s childhood zoo, because there are some good memories there, but the ride situation is unfortunate
Omar Alexander Guzmán Arévalo: Excelente experiencia!Se los recomiendo mucho. 🙂

Kent Boydstun II: An ok zoo, no what I would expect for a major metropolitan area. Would highly recommend getting the bands, helps avoid paying for the trams, carousel and other things. Be prepared for high cost food. Would recommend bring a lunch as they have plenty of picnic tables to have lunch at.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes Price for adult entry $21–30 …More
Alexis Donnelly: First thing I noticed walking in this zoo was trash in the turtle pond. Was a bit unsettling. There was a lot more than I would have liked to see. Most animals looked unhappy. My biggest pet peeve was the straws they give you for the slushies. Someone in corporate really needs to know about that. The tiny straws are not appropriate for large slushies at all. The guy working the ski-lift could use an attitude change. Soley giving 4 stars based off of memories with family. Seriously though the straw thing was a visible problem for everyone who had one.
Jennifer Womack Jones: Friday Flamingle was a great adult event.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes Price for adult entry $16–20 …More
Russell Baker: Visited on Weekday Wait time Up to 10 min Reservation recommended Yes Price for adult entry $11–15More
Luis Leon: What a fun day at zoo with my baby boy and his classmates! School asked us to be there at 9:00 am and glad it was early. This is definitely a zoo to spend the whole day at! I was impressed with how clean it was despite how many children were visiting. There were some exhibits with a sign that mentioned some animals might not be in view but we were actually able to see everything (with the exception of the few that were off exhibit). There is a great variety of species and some cool experiences like the stingray touch area and aviaries. We went to AFRICA the boys special exhibit. They are alway excited for the lions, however it would be nice if they add a male lion.Lots of areas to cold off!*Be prepared to walk for parking. It fills up fast!

Hertz: what do users think?
Thomas Mendoza: The folks at this Hertz loction were super nice and friendily Mokan and Chris. I planned to have my car returned to KC air port but they said if the car is returned back to KC airport they would not get it back. It did mess up my intial plans to leave KC. They said thied pay for the uber. However, It did not mess up my plans at all. when I renturned a week later it was fast and easy check out in the end I just took an uber back to the airport and it was no big deal. Great ford fusion car, great staff, I recomend it for car rental in KC.During special events they can run out of cars for you to rent so I would call ahead of time to make sure you can have a vehicle that you're interested in renting. That's what they told me on the first day so take that is it info and be careful.
Kansascityprofessional CleaningCrew: Great experience good rates!
Shaun Abrahamson: Manager showed up late. Didn't have any cars. This isn't supposed to be so hard.
Jason Stapleton: This is the worst run rental car location I’ve ever visited. Both of the people working there seemed lost.I wanted half an hour and when I finally got to talk to someone she said, “I’m sorry, we don’t have a care for you.” And that was it. The next words out of her mouth we’re “Next!”I can’t imagine been treated with less respect. What do you think the odds are that I’ll be charged for the car or worse, find out in 6 months that there’s a warrant out for my arrest because I never returned the car I never rented?Never, ever rent a car from this location. You’ll regret it.
Yezi Chen: take money and find elsewhere
Jerrod Snoddy: Made a reservation online, went to pick the car up and they had none. Didn’t offer any kind of assistance, didn’t offer to find one at another location, didn’t offer anything but poor business practices.
Erik Gundersen: Horrible Experience. I was suppose to have a Car at the Downtown airport FBO by 11am. When I arrived at 11:30am it was not delivered yet. After multiple calls the manage said they were on their way, give them 10-15 min. Over an hour later the Driver dropped off the car with 1/2 a tank despite the Ticket saying FULL.I am a Huge fan of Hertz.... but will not use at this location.
Jack Drummond: Very nice and helpful staff who made all the necessary explanations easily clear. They did a few, very important, things for me-, like taking my luggage out to the trunk- as I am seriously diminished by emphysema.I had a like experience on the rental return. A different crew, but still just as helpful.I kept their number in my book, no need to shop around KC For a better deal.
Marin Willcox: One star is too many
Arie Cotta: Wish I could give 0 stars. They allowed me to make a reservation even though they didn't have any cars to fulfill reservations. Also, they didn't call to let me know they had no cars until a few hours before I was supposed to pick it up and leave on a trip. I was also charged for the insurance despite not being given a car and they told me I had to cancel it through Expedia. That took another hour to figure out. All in all, a terrible experience and would not recommend.
Joel Von Behren: Attempted to charge me for fuel despite me returning the car with a full tank and the receipt for the gas. Incredibly slow service.
David: How is it that you all are paid for a rental days ahead of time, and you dont have the car. Seems like a scam going on.
Raven Pinkii Black: Hands down the worst car rental location I've ever dealt with. My fiance had to explain to them that they rented us a car with nails in the tire and that their roadside assistance wouldn't help us so we had to pay out of pocket to fix THEIR CAR. Than they attempted to tell my fiance that they wouldn't reimburse it... Thank Glob one of the employees actually knew what was up and is making sure we get reimbursed for fixing THEIR CAR.
darnell harris: Great service
Vince Evola: Rude employees.
S04 04: Horrible Experience finding return parking spot. There were literally no staffs in the office, worst hertz experience ever
Alex Kornis: Just rented a vehicle from there. The staff was friendly and helpful. They only charged me a $200 deposit instead of the outrageous $500 deposit I was quoted over the phone. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I made a 400 miles round trip and returned it with zero issues. I give them 5 stars.
Tess Koppelman: I admit that I saw these reviews the night before my reservation and I had a panic attack! But then I went in, got my car with no issues, returned with no issues. My only complaint is that for a car with only 26,000 miles it was beat up. The seat had burn marks and stains, the front bumper was damaged. I didn't care, since everything worked right and they didn't try to charge me for anything when I returned it. All the damages were documented in the photos when I rented it so I wasn't worried about them trying to charge me for anything.I'm just adding my review so people know that people have good experiences here too!
Ray Jumma: John processed my reservation when checking in and out and he was super professional and knowledgeable, his coworker as well. Definitely recommend getting your next rental car here!
Tate Bush: John Cummings at this location..which I have rented from several times…claimed I said I was intoxicated when I walked in the door- completely absurd. I left with no rental and will never use them again. Avoid!
MYZe: 1 star is too many. Reserve a car, then get there and am told they don't have cars. And it's NOT THEIR PROBLEM.. Rude staff and pointless business.. Rental car company that doesn't have rental cars.. but will reserve the car they don't have so you make the trip there for no reason. Do not do business with these con artists.

Summit on Quality Hill Apartments: what do users think?
Ryan Harrington: Way too expensive for the quality. Only good thing was the location if you enjoy downtown life, but still have great accessibility to outside areas.
Diane Jardine Bruce: It was so quick after I filed my service request that the technician was here in the apartment to fix my dryer. Professional, kind, and considerate! And it got fixed perfectly! Couldn't be happier
Collin Higley: Had previously left a one star review and it looks like they had it scrubbed. The only plus about living here is the I-35 access. The cons far outweigh that pro. I've lived here for over two years in two different buildings. 1st unit was great, moved for a better floor plan, and it's been a nightmare since. Shoddy materials and construction have led to flooding and getting barged in on naked in the bath tub by someone that can't communicate with the residents at all due to a language barrier. Led to being out of the unit several days for them to "fix" the issue multiple times that continued to leak into the hall. The security features are trash. Key fobs are junk, constantly have to replace batteries, and have had a new fob that still doesn't work as it should. Garages get broken into because they have no handle on their stuff. They threaten the residents about having video cameras everywhere which is false. Doors are easily ripped open by intruders. Doors don't lock when they should and then get broken completely shut. The gate that's supposed to be secure is hardly ever working, mostly just slams in the wind. Got unruly neighbors that management refuses to take any real action about. I can't recommend living somewhere else enough.
Elizabeth: Clint the maintenance technician is the best!
Michelle Clark: The service/maintenance staff is amazing and really fast and helpful. Kevin Larson came over within a couple hours after I requested service on the app and he fixed my disposal in less than five minutes! Game changer when your service requests are handled so quickly and people are so friendly and helpful!
Josh Boehm: I loved living here at Summit for 2.5 years. My apartment was very nice and spacious, management was diligent and considerate, and the facilities were always nice and kept up. I don’t have any complaints and would recommend it to anyone wanting a great downtown living experience!
Aaron Smith: I've lived here for 2 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the building and staff. Whenever problems arise, management is quick to react. Rent price is competitive with the market. Additionally, the amenities are excellent - an incredible new coffee maker was just added in the commons area.
Allyson Braggs: I love this community. I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and the property. Whenever I have had any issues they are handled fast and properly. The office staff learn your name and smile and really try to get to know you personally. They have also handled COVID well. Masks are required of course, they keep everything super clean, and since everyone is ordering online all the time the lockers have been upgraded - so I never have to worry about my packages. I even transferred apartments this year - and they made that process SUPER simple for me and they were so helpful. I am definitely staying here as long as I can.
Susie Lippert: We love the area but our floor smells horrific. The building mgmt has checked and said it is someone smoking but it has been going on for probably a year now and everything in my apartment smells. I don't have time to move right now but I will be moving as soon as I can.I dont think it is the managements fault and they have acknowledged the problem but I have never experienced this even in buildings that allow smoking.Make sure you walk the building and floor you will be living in before you sign a lease. .
joel barrett: We love living here. We're on our 3rd lease, so it's clear we really like living here. The property managers listen, care, and respond quickly and professionally to any issues or needs. The facilities are well-maintained and the amenities are fantastic. Summit on Quality Hill has been a great place for us to call home!
Emily Taylor: Josh was awesome! I was surprised how fast he responded to the service request. Very professional and very helpful!
Paige McLean: Thank you to the new amazing cleaning person. The common area hallways and entryways look great again. I can definitely tell a difference. Thank you!!!
Erika Klotz: My business partner, Scott, lived here. Honestly, the reason for the star review is the management. The quality started out great, but then went downhill. They charged him all sorts of bogus fees upon move out when he is one of the cleanest tenants, always on time with payments, and never had noise complaints.Everything else with the complex is good, but when it comes to treating tenants like people, don't expect it from this group. And to me, liking your management is a serious consideration.
Paul Cannon: The staff here is amazing! They are professional and very friendly. Today I had talked with one of the great staff about a question regarding my lease. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for all you guys do!
Brandon Love: Apartment floods? Well tough luck. Horrible staffing situation, management needs to be gutted and replaced ASAP.Edit: they removed all reviews on FB when I left mine, what multi million dollar company does that?
Corey Halderman: I lived at this complex for 2 years. I moved in May 15, 2017 and was told the pool would be open by Memorial Day. The pool did open until Labor Day that year. I still enjoyed my time the first year despite the pool not being open the entire summer. I moved apartments within the complex my second year. I lived in building 5 on the top floor and got experience a sprinkler line bursting in the middle of winter that flooded half the building. A contractor told me it would likely happen again next year. When I told the leasing office I was moving out the agent got snotty with me and they stopped helping me. One example is my key to my apartment and garage didn’t work for a couple days and I had to go to the leasing office multiple times to correct it before it was finally fixed. I moved out and only got $17 out of my deposit of $550 because they had to replace the carpet and clean the apartment. I left the apartment in near spotless condition and even vacuumed the carpet in the bedroom which cost $362 to replace. Keep in mind I was the original resident in this apartment. I would highly advise if you’re going to spend this kind of money to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, this is by far one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had.
Natalie Holden: I love my spacious and beautiful apartment! The patios are wonderful and I am looking forward to enjoying the pool this summer. Management and maintenance are extremely helpful and friendly—Bryan and Blake always respond to address any questions or issues very quickly!
Traci Meeds: Here's a little background ... I have been a home owner for almost 25 years. Last year, I decided to scale back and rent an apartment. I looked at so many apartments. I had quite a list of 'requirements' that had to be met. Summit on Quality Hill not only met all my requirements, but exceeded them! Bryan helped me with my lease and he has been my 'go to' person ever since, answering even some of my silliest questions about apartment renting. Not only are the front office staff fabulous to work with, but our maintenance crew (especially Josh!) is amazing! They work tirelessly to maintain the complex (this was a brutal year for them with this winter's snowfall, but sidewalks and parking lots were always cleared). This is truly a nice little community within the heart of the city. The office hosts fun events [usually something every month], like wine tasting, pool parties, dog park happy hour, etc. If the dog park isn't your cup of tea, just wait a month and attend the next event! And if I don't know anyone at an event, I can always count on Bryan to be there! If you're a renter, don't miss this great community!
Madison Shae: Summit on Quality Hill is amazing! The staff is even better. Bryan has made the signing process so easy and smooth. I would recommend him to anyone if you are looking at Summit! He definitely needs to be the new manager :)
Lisa Keller: I’ve lived at Summit for a little over 1.5 years now, and I’m heartbroken to say I have to leave (work is transferring me out of town)! This location is incredible, and I’ve walked to work every day since I’ve moved here. It’s also within walking distance to the Power & Light District, or a quick drive (or Uber) to Westport or the Plaza. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues I’ve had, and the amenities are great for the price. I’ve always felt safe walking around the area, too. The leasing office staff know me by name and are always so helpful! Honestly, the worst part about living here is trying to find something even remotely comparable in my new city. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place in Kansas City!
Will Munny: No parking people always are illegally parked in the street Any day or night I drive past.

Craig Peters: All floors are fake wood, so if you have anyone above you, you will hear every step. Walls are thin, have said hi, to my next door neighbor through the wall. The management will do nothing for noise complaints. If security shows up at all, they don’t even know which building’s are which and the one time they did arrive it was a literal hour and a half later and they said theres nothing they can do for noise complaints. They have one dumpster for 8 buildings on the furthest part of the complex. They added a trash pick up service that you pay extra for and this means people have to leave their smelly trash in the hallway. Overall everything is cheaply built and just an awful living experience. Guarantee you will kick yourself for spending so much on a low end and poorly managed apartment.3/5/23 update: Finally moving out after 18 months here. In addition to all these things still being a problem, I have now lost over $600 in delivered packages in 3 months. The office basically said "sorry" and thats it. They openly admitted the cameras do nothing as they cannot tell who is taking packages that are not theirs. The room does not have enough secure package lockers to support 8 buildings so the room gets so packed you cant even walk into it. (not an exaggeration), you will not be able to walk in, until someone comes in and steals literally every single package, which has happen multiple times. Again no solution. The office did try a third party package delivery company. So your item arrives, and a third party has to bring it to your door... lasted about a week before that started having obvious issues, now we are back to package roulette. Good luck!
Emma Mesta: I love their service! They go above and beyond to keep tenants happy! I love this place and the employees!
Mona Clarise: First of all, I’m not sure who they paid to make false positive reviews. Earlier this year, this place only had 2.5 stars on Google, which also correlated to the 2.5-star rating they had (and continue to have) on Yelp (go check it out). This place has really gone downhill. We have been here for several years, and initially we really enjoyed living here (despite a few small things). Every apartment complex has issues, but there were no terrible ones here… until 2022.I’m actually afraid to post my honest review for fear of retaliation, but I think it just has to be said. This year, we have had A LOT of cars and garage units get broken into, one car stolen, all of our packages stolen from the package room in a single night, and multiple catalytic converters sawed off from parked cars.Packages often went “missing” from the package room, but I cannot confirm whether or not that was a shipping carrier issue or someone with sticky fingers. However, now that the apartment complex does not want to assume any liability with packages, they have closed their package room to residents (even when we asked them not to). The Landing at Briarcliff is trying to coerce residents to use Fetch, a third-party delivery service that has terrible reviews online and terrible reviews from residents who have tried it already.Although many residents have complained about the lack of safety and security (since the crime has directly impacted residents), nothing has been done by management. No move to add security cameras or security rounding, no move to reopen the package room, and no statement even addressing the crime that’s been happening on THEIR property. The maintenance staff is great, but all the other employees are horrendous. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Steph Man: My daughter used to live here. She lived. Loved the staff. Loved everything about the complex. Now she lives at a new address and an online order was mistakenly sent to her previous address which is the Landing at Briar Cliff. I spoke with Satara and she confirmed with the new resident that the package was still in the building so Satara told me to have my daughter come with her FOB and just go in and get it...but she turned in her FOB when she moved out so I asked that Satara go get it and take it to the office and my daughter could pick it up upon verifying her identity with office staff. Satara agreed. Now 24 hours later my daughter said the package is gone, the office not only didn't keep their word but are without concern for this unfortunate chain of events. I guess when you move your rental status and respect are canceled as well. We are talking about USPS mail. It shouldn't be treated like a missing sock.
Zack Schneller: This amazing beautiful women lives here and i love a lot! Like future wifey foooo show and we use the gym and pool together and it’s my favorite everytime u guys rock thanks for the amazing mems and for being so close to the highway and green acres :)
Christi Potocnjak: The landing is by far one of the greatest places I’ve ever been to!The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. CETERA HEATH IS A ROCKSTAR and has been so helpful getting my Fiancé’s in the perfect home prior to our upcoming wedding! The price is incredible for the quality you receive here. You can find cheaper places to live but you are gonna miss out on the quality, trust me!The speed of maintenance staff from what I have seen so far is superior to anything I’ve ever experienced in apartments! They seem to be proactive rather than Reactive!Run don’t walk, you have found your landing pad!
Jack Spade: Great place to live. Awesome staff! Best in Kansas city if you ask me!
Teeshia Madge: Starting from the moment I walked in to apply, I felt at home. The staff were very welcoming as well as the cleanliness of the complex. It’s peaceful and well kept. I don’t have a pet but I love how they have a dog park for the fur babies. And the gym is what sold me. I’m happy to be apart of the community here at The Landing at Briarcliff.
DapperLaputan: Fantastic place to live. I loved everything about it. The neighbors were really nice and staff was really great too. Definitely live here if you can.
Chris Haugsness: Very happy to live here and Amy in the front office has been amazing.
Joseph: TLAB is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in.Pros:- Large, modern units for a good price- Very responsive maintenance and office- Military friendly (very accommodating to arrange my PCS move-out with short notice)- Big pool and patio area; well-maintained- Clean and recently painted hallwaysCons:- Some buildings are by the tracks; it can be loud with windows open. They rarely blow their horns (no RR crossing nearby)- Trash: valet trash just started. Before, there was 1 dumpster in the corner of the property- The package room is a bit small and regularly overcrowded with boxes- Car break ins have been an issue in the past, but I’ve noticed nightly security patrols sinceThe property is well maintained and I’ve never had a noise issue. This is a great place for the price. As someone who has lived in downtown, Hyde Park, and toured about a dozen places in between, I think that this has the best value in KC.
Sheri L Stephens: Maintenance showed up 10 minutes after I submitted the ticket! I was so appreciative!
Carly Franzoi: I absolutely loved living here. Only reason I left was because I moved across the state. The staff was so friendly and always helpful (Shout out to Carah and Amy!). Incredible amenities, always clean, very responsive maintenance team, close to downtown. If I ever move back to KC, The Landing at Briarcliff is top of my list to live.
ronald warta: Prompt and professional. More than pleased with the service at the Landing. The maintenance staff, at the Landing , are to be commended for their expertise. Thank you gentlemen, for your assistance.
Liz Dowling: I posted service request last evening, and the technician arrived promptly this morning and repaired the garbage disposal clog. He was kind and professional.
Debbie James: We love living at our complex! Office and and maintenance staff are great. We just got a landscaping update!
Alyssa Mccullochxoxo: Our technician that came out to fix the air in our apartment was so nice! Very friendly and got the job done as soon as he could!
John Potocnjak: I've been in this apartment for two weeks now. So far the office and maintenance staff have made the move in process extremely easy! The few issues I had were quickly resolved. The community seems extremely friendly as well! The pool, gym, and all of the other amenities are amazing! I highly recommend this apartment complex! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
Steven Jacobson: GREAT PEOPLE THAT ARE NOW FRIENDS AND WE TEACH EACH OTHER AS NEIGHBORS.
Eli Williams: I urge every decent person to look elsewhere when finding a place to rent an apartment. Not only did they not offer to compensate our electricity bill when the AC went out during the hottest month of the year but they also made us stay 1 extra month after not accepting our Resignation Letter sent 75 days in advance. When I tried to confront the manager she refused to meet in person and would only call me while I was at work. Very Unprofessional. To make matters worse, this horrible excuse of an apartment complex sent me to collections after taking my full deposit. No email. No call. No letter. This collections experience happened 1 full year after I moved out.I just pray to the almighty that those who read this message pay heed to my warning. They will make more attempts to take your money then try to help hear you out. Thanks for listening to my TED TALK. You have all been warned.
Cedtoron: Not bad. However when I moved out I went to the office to confirm the amount of my final payment. The manager worked out the number and I wrote them a check for the final amount they told me. Months later they tried to bill me another $100 without any explanation. Then they turned it over to a collection agency.
