They give you a time frame for pick-up and drop-off and text you 10-15 min before they arrive and their driver made sure there weren't any specifics about our order that he needed to know before driving away. Kelsey Lee Monroe: This company is great! They are always on time, if not early. I initially found them after searching for a dry cleaning service. My landlord at the time wasn’t so handy and cut into my ceiling to gain access to the attic in a severely patched up house. My nicest jackets, including my great grandmother’s fur from 1920 were covered in insulation dust and I thought they were ruined forever. All of my stuff came back in pristine condition and a day early. My wife and I now use their wash, dry, fold laundry service for us and our 3 kids. I needed it for my wedding rehearsal dinner in 2 days. Dapper Dan answered the phone and immediately offered to come pick up the item that night. Theresa Mangler: I had several issues with this business. First the app does not have the option to choose rush service so I had to contact them to about a 2 day turn around time. Even with direct contact about rush service my clothes did not arrive when I was told they would be delivered (1pm-5pm). I eventually had to contact them about not receiving my clothes which later that night they did deliver. But this is where it gets worse. Upon receiving my laundry I noticed SEVERAL items were missing. I started to catalog my missing items as best I could and again contacted Dapperkc. I received a call from Danie Barickman (who I assume is the owner) and began to explain I was missing several items. He asked me to list what I was missing and I did but I told him I am still inventorying everything. What was the most concerning was his unprofessionalism. He basically told me there is nothing they can do about it at 9:15 pm which isn't my fault because if they would have delivered it in the four hours originally scheduled then it wouldn't have been so late. He told me I had 33 lbs of clothes and I told him I was missing more than half (I had only had 15 lbs delivered). He then questioned me with a rude tone about the items I listed and said "you really think those items weigh that much." I reminded him I was still trying to figure out what was missing. He kept saying "I have the ticket and it says 33lbs" which really only reiterated my case since I did not receive 33 lbs worth of clothes back. I also told him I was charged much less than 33lbs worth which made me wonder if they even received the full 33lbs. He reminded me there was a 10% west plaza discount since I was questioning the charge. I then had to remind him that the price differences were more than a 50% difference. Once again he repeated that there is nothing they could do about it tonight. I was quite upset because this was not reassuring about THEIR error in misplacing my clothes. He said "I'm not disagreeing with you but I won't agree with you." Which made me feel even more uncertain because I was missing more than half my order and he wouldn't assume responsibility, which was clearly on the business. He also said "hey I called you within two minutes of your text" (about the missing items) like that was an amazing gesture. I explained how I was worried and he said they would review camera footage to see if they could find my laundry and would call me tomorrow. The next day he called me and said the ticket for another bag of mine had fallen off which is why it was not delivered. Oh also the ticket that was attached to my first delivered bag was stapled through my clothes. He did not offer compensation for the error or even apologize on the phone or when I received my clothes (He didn't even knock on my door upon delivery as he had done previously). When I got my clothes back my towels were not completely clean and a pair of shorts had bleach stains on them (photos attached). I won't go here again and I will never recommend this place to others. There are other laundry services with better pricing. How Danie acted on the phone and lack of accountability was shocking to me for a business that is heavily customer service oriented. I cannot imagine what would have happened if they couldn't find my clothes since this is how they conduct their business.

I used to take my clothes to a different dry cleaner, but they kept breaking my buttons on very expensive shirts and then wasn't able to replace them due to them being custom made shirts. This place not only does an amazing job, but I have also never had a button come back broken. The staff is super nice and they are able to get me 25+ garments back within 2 days!! Just even asking about services and length of turnover for cleaning an item and it seemed like I was asking too much.You may get someone that can speak English, but it certainly isn’t their native language. Not the end of the world, they can still communicate but their tone is not friendly.

Marcella A: This is the worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had. My husband took an expensive dry clean only dress in for me. I wore it for 6 hours at a wedding. He was told the bottom was dirty and they may need to hand wash the bottom. Fine...I received the dress and immediately noticed the strings along the seams. Fine, I can trim them back. I tired on the dress and it has completely shrunk. Does not fit, the lining is longer than the dress, the shape of the dress has completely changed... they did not hand wash the bottom of the dress. They washed AND dried the dress. On top of that the strap broke off and they hooked it on to a different part of the dress.Completely unacceptable.

Kale Hajek: This was my first time using the cleaners. I tried another top rated cleaner in Kansas City a few weeks prior. They did a great job but it took over twice as long before they called to say it was ready. At royal master, I pulled up to the awesome window, gave the nice lady my clothes, she told me they would be done the very next day and I picked them up the next day. They were looking as clean as ever and the best part is I didn't have to get out of my pickup. She opened my back door and hung them up for me. I won't go anywhere else for my work clothes.

Called several places and saw the reviews for Royal Master so I decided to use them. I spoke with Mrs. Kim, explained my need for a quick turn around and situation. She quoted me very reasonable rates, much lower than the mass competition and had my garments ready in a day. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service. As most reviews have mentioned, don't let the sketch neighboring businesses keep you away.
