Victoria samson: The classes were information and the teachers were nice and taught well. There are special quests that give really nice presentations and deliver real, honest facts about the road. The driving instructions cover all bases and was flexible to your time. The instructor I had, mr. Walburg, was stern on the road but explained things well and made sure I understood what I was doing. Overall great experience for a student to learn to drive.
Adi: Behind the Wheel is an amazing Drivers-Ed school. My son's driving instructor, Matt Walberg, is an excellent instructor. He is very good at explaining and teaching. My son was very comfortable while driving. We reccomend Matt Walberg as your child's driving instructor.

synder: i learned a lot at behind the wheel drivers Ed; it taught me everything that I would need to know when driving on the road. i do feel like sometimes they go over new information quickly, so it was a bit hard to take in everything and remember it all. however, that might have been because the in-class teachings were only two days, maybe extending it to three or four days would be beneficial to let students really remember what's important. but overall, the driving itself was very helpful in learning the rules of the road.

Blake Anderson: I've been playing golf for over 30 years. I was on my school team from 7th grade up through high school, but I've never had formal, professional instruction. I never thought it would be worth the money. After all, I've been playing since I could walk. What could they tell me that I haven't already heard through instructional magazines, YouTube, or other online golf programs.I can't express how drastically wrong I have been. Jon Snyder at Imperial has been an amazing coach. I've only been with him for about 4-5 weeks, and I've already seen great improvements in my game. Every week he identifies a new piece of the puzzle for me to work on, and every week my game is getting more and more consistent.Another benefit is that they offer custom fitting sessions. It really does make a huge difference when your coach is also your fitter. He knows your tendencies, he knows what to expect out of your swing, and all that information helps him hone in on exactly what equipment best suits your game.I can't speak highly enough of John and Imperial. I would highly recommend them to anyone that's serious about improving their golf game!

Katie Ervin: Imperial golf has been fantastic to work with the last 2.5 years. When our daughter decided to start golf in 7th grade we did lots of research on golf instructors. We love the video aspect of seeing what she is learning and that that she can work indoors and out with the coaches for year round training. JT and Jon have been so supportive through her growth. They are a main reason she made varsity as a freshman playing competitively less than 2 years at the time. She continues to grow, improve and tweak her game with their guidance.
Joe Black: Started as a day 1 novice golfer with JT and have been getting lessons from him for about a month. I find JT to be a highly skilled player and coach, able to break down the fundamentals of golf to whatever level the student requires. Great facility and pricing...worth checking out!

Brian Martorana: I worked with JT on both a swing analysis and club fitting and would recommend them for sure...I like their approach to discussing goals around your golf game + their customer service. My experience in the past with golf instructors have usually involved a level of flakiness that doesn't lend to referrals and consistency, these guys flip the script on that notion.
Joshua Gammon: Jon and Ryan have been doing a fantastic job with my daughter. Jon and Grace work well together and her game has improved immensely. GAOTN is very flexible with schedules and it has been a great experience watching the growth and (don't tell Jon) learning by listening. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to improve their golf game. I also love the new branding and partnerships they are developing.
Darren Morris: I have had the opportunity to work with both Jon and JT. The time I spent there really helped re-engage my swing and taught me strategies to employ when I am on the golf course. I am a very big fan of Imperial golf.Last week, I brought my 12 year-old daughter in who doesn't think of herself as very athletic. After her session with JT, she walked out on cloud nine. Not only did she discover that she has a naturally on plane swing, but her dance history helped provide her with the balance and posture. JT helped bring that out and left her excited to come back. That in turn left me excited that I have a new golf partner!If you are looking to improve your game, or like me, want to introduce a young one to the sport, this is a wonderful place for both. I wholly endorse Imperial Golf.
Matthew Porter: By far the best golf instructors around! I've taken lessons in Overland Park and at my local course and neither come close to the guys at Imperial Golf. I worked with John Snyder and am absolutely amazed by his results. John is a true professional who's love for the game translates to his teaching style. He breaks down swing problems, and focuses on the root cause of swing issues, not providing a temporary fix to problems. I only had a few sessions due to a move but wish I could take his golf shop with me. Try them out, you won't regret it.
Larry McCord: I purchased a Groupon for a golf swing analysis with Jon and I was GREATLY impressed with his knowledge and with the technical equipment and capabilities. I was so impressed that with his observations and advice that I plan to follow-up with a lesson package. Both Jon and JT appear to be great guys with a definite interest in helping individuals to improve their golfing skills.

Daniel Tokar: Ryan Patterson is the best golf instructor that I have ever had! Have had several lessons from all sorts of different instructors and have never had the kind of results that I had with Ryans' teaching. What I really appreciated about Ryan is he first give you some basic swing instructions to let you work on and then once you have got those dialed in, he will help you fine tune other things to keep lowering your scores. Having the combo of multiple angles of video analysis and really great focused instruction has really improved my golf game. He is always more then willing to work on whatever area of your golf game is giving you problems from driver to short game and get you fixed up! Thanks Imperial Golf!

Chris Mayer: Great course for the price. Lots of variety and will definitely be back for more practice.
Richard Freiburghouse: My first time here. Looks like there are 2 9-hole courses and a driving range. Unfortunately the Executive Course (much nicer one) somehow was closed though I saw people playing on it. Instead, I had to play the dinky-do walking course which is OK as I like to use a push cart. All the holes are really short. OK experience but the maintenance is lacking with several of the tee-off hole markers down on the ground. Also, there are all these orange hole flags intertwined with the regular hole flags which makes it kind of annoying. Soccer players play some sort of soccer golf at the same time as the real golfers which is a recipe for disaster. A couple of kids kept running in front of us kicking a soccer ball when we were teeing off. Who would allow this? Hello, someone is going to get killed.

T Mack (Tmack): We went out to find the driving range closed for maintenance so my gf and I played the 9 hole par 3 with a cart. It was the perfect solution!Check out the par 3 and take a friend it's fun. There's flat holes and on one hole you tee off from the side of a bluff. All well manicured greens that roll smooth.

Nate Chastain: Whether you're just starting out with the game of golf or you've played for decades, HOA does a really nice job for the public. The 9-hole River course is very scenic with lots of water features, and a good balance of distance (two par 3s, six par 4s, and a par 5). If you're out early enough, you can finish in 2 hours! The staff is friendly and they do a really nice job of keeping greens in shape, given the amount of traffic there. The par 3 course is also a fantastic, underrated option if you want to get practice with your irons! This is one of my favorite places in the city and arguably the most affordable option out there!

Dan: This driving school was perfect. The class time (although our son complained about sitting in a classroom all day) was great and he learned a lot. We took the defensive driving session and he recited different lessons while driving with me. Mark Belton was his driving instructor and was AWESOME. Megan V.: I'm a CDL driver and my son learned what we learned. At a licensing place they made him so uncomfortable that he failed and the examiner made him pull over and drove back. I had been in the car with him and everything she said I'd never witnessed. He was so upset he swore he would never drive and to sell his car he was bought. Because of Johnny Rowlands driving and Steve Ashe he completed the course and went and got his license today. Thanks Steve and Johnny and the rest of the staff for getting him confident again. I will be back with the younger kids as they are ready to drive.
Madison Killeen: Just had someone almost hit my car today going down 69 south. Didn’t even look before merging into the far left lane where I was. It was not even a busy time like rush hour. It was about 7:20pm. As there was nobody in the passenger seat I can only assume it was an instructor. I’d probably think twice before sending your child to a place that has a complete lack of regard for others on the road.

I really loved how easy and fun they made me experience and I think it’s so worth it if you are In the process of getting one. They make it so easy for you and explain things very well and you don’t have too worry about stressing over the writing exam because they go over it with you the same day you take the in person class with them. I’d really too thank Kristen very much for her help through this especially Mary cate who helped schedule extra driving lessons. David Plenkovich: I would totally recommend Bi State to anyone looking for a driver training school. It is evident that they really care. Moving to Kansas from out-of-state, Bi State helped us navigate the unfamiliar driving laws and enabled us to expediently get our teenager on the right track towards getting his first driver's license. Great classroom instruction and the friendly, caring attitude of the drive instructors was so refreshing. We will be bringing our daughter to Bi State when she comes of age.

King King: The in class lessons were good but the driving lessons feel like a complete waste of money. I got done with the in-class lessons in April. I won’t get to finish my driving lessons until July. My friend, who was with a different program, started on the same day as me and got done at the beginning of May. It’s absolutely ridiculous. If you need to learn how to drive quickly, then this is not the place to go to.
NaTasha C: I feel like I wasted my time. My child only got to take one lesson here and I haven't been able to get another one. I'll call and get told someone will call me back. I wait weeks. Don't receive a call. I call again and it's the same thing on repeat. I think twice I did get a call back because someone canceled their appointment and that took awhile to get that call but both times the available slot did not work for my child because he was attending virtual learning/ in school. I was told he would be put on a list to receive a call when there was an opening. Never did. This was the end of last year 2020. I gave up for awhile. Now it's April 2021. I called again last week and it's the same thing. Was told someone would call and haven't heard anything. Not even someone calling to say that the schedule is full until or anything.The one lesson my son did get, they only drove. She said he did okay driving but they didn't work on anything else like parallel parking, backing up, nothing. Just let him drive all around town. I have been working with him also but he still needs tweaking so I am looking for help. I know you get a discount at some car insurance companies for having so many lessons but that one lesson from them is not going to count for anything and I am going to have to start over somewhere else.
