ryan jones: This BBB open my complaint and sent it to the business. They closed my complaint after I asked them. Why was I giving the option of having to force to accept the BBB response. While they are still investigating my complaint. Then I get a message saying the BBB is closing my complaint due to it being out of their purview. Well why would they sent it to the business in the first place. This is plain anti-consumer customer. At this BBB.

After multiple attempts to recoup the service call as promised after spending $1200 on repair, I have received no response, after every contact attempt using every method has been used at least a dozen times - phone, email, website. It is completely unethical to target a single older woman. I am now seeking legal resolution as remedy since I can't even get a simple return call.
