She posts pictures from the time they are born, to when you get to pick them up. I would recommend her very highly.

Susan Conklin: Bonnie and her husband lovingly raise these puppies in their home. They do all the appropriate health testing and are committed to bettering the breed. Bonnie kept me informed about the status of the puppy I had chosen and was very responsive to my questions about food, care, etc. The puppy I adopted was healthy and happy, and Bonnie even sent her home with a little homemade blanket. Puppyhood had its usual challenges but was a joy. Paisley was a well-adjusted pup, and is now a sweet, well-mannered 3 yr. old dog with a goofy personality that provides lots of entertainment. She's a sweet cuddler, but also has a cute independent streak. Paisley is just an absolute joy and I am so thankful I found Bonnie and Heavenly Havanese Puppies. She genuinely loves these dogs, and even encourages customers to keep in touch in a Facebook group, and also has the occasional dog park reunion for those interested. I will definitely be getting another dog from Heavenly Havanese Puppies in the future!

nichole masters: I have always had excellent care for the 12 years we have been using this vet. They are always great with my two difficult pups and handle them gently. My many questions are always answered and when we had an event happen where we couldn't afford the surgery they helped me to come up with the next best thing. (She's completely healthy after a lot of coddling BTW)
Jessica Ray: I have been taking my dogs and cats here since I moved to KC in 2014. I noticed a lot of negative reviews were from several years ago and in my experience they have been great for my family! I have never used the boarding facilities, but the new location has a fantastic set up for pups!!! I only use the veterinary services and for that they are great. They can almost always squeeze me in that day and if I leave a message they call back within 24 hours. My only suggestion would be to take your cats to a specialist if they are sick and need something other than vaccinations, spay/neuter, or boarding. Cats are seem a bit more complex than dogs and from personal experience I will take my felines to the Cat Clinic in Brookside if they are sick. But Arrowhead Veterinary Services has been great for us!!!!
Maria Pitman: I am sorry to see so may negative reviews. I have boarded Molly here many times, and my previous dog too, and my animals have done well, and have been treated very well here. I can tell that Molly has been happy to be there when I pick her up. Only once I had asked them to give a nail trim and it was overlooked. I chose to not be upset by that as they had given Molly excellent care while there.
Kathy Killoy: My experience was 5 years ago. I would not use this facility again. I boarded my dog in August for a week. I received a call 1/2 way thru the week he was sick. I'm not sure why he got sick. I provided our food from home. When we picked him up he was crazy thirsty. Unfortunately I'm not sure what happened to him in their care, but he died the day we picked him up. They wanted me to bring my dead 90 lbs dog in for an autopsy-and pay them for it. I suspect not enough cool water was provided to him. I called my regular vet and they suspected bloat. I felt zero compassion from this boarding facility. Would not use

Shane nanneman: Hate this place and will never go back ! We bought a puppy that already had his first and second round of shot and brought him there to get his last round. After the shots and after my wife paid they told her they will not honor the shots he already had and started him all over again charging us 68.50 for shots he already had and didn't need. If I could do 0 stars I would. There are plenty of vets FIND A DIFFERENT ONE THEN THIS PLACE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU
Matthew Manning: Never had a problem in the past with this facility. I am currently frustrated with their no pickups on Sunday policy. They have staff to feed and walk dogs, but cant retrieve your pet and swipe your credit card? I think I will be going elsewhere.
