Greg Grace: Had a failure while traveling through the area and was only a few hundred miles into a 1500-mile hard deadline trip. It's hard enough for me to trust a shop I am familiar with, much less a shop I am at the complete mercy of. Not only did ZKB prove to be honest, but they also showed a very high and extremely uncommon level of care. I had data on board that wasn't directly relayed, and yet every step ZKB took to address my failure supported that very data. Pictures were also sent to me every step of the way. What could have taken a week, was completed in basically one day, and one very long night. I really can't say thank you enough to Zach and his team for how they treated me and my truck. ZKB deserves the highest recommendation.

Gilbert DOWDY: Most incompetent mechanics I've ever run across!
Mark Ledbetter: The older gentleman that fits at the end has no time for anybody except for someone. He knows. I would ask questions and he ignored. I ended up buying stuff from you but I'm not going back. He's like that every single time. Has no time for the customer and I have no time for you guys. I'll find my port somewhere else.
Sarah Brown: Dropped my truck off for service. Checked on it and they say yes it's ready. Get there truck in same spot with a drained battery and a locked club on the wheel not to mention my brakes were terrible locked....? I asked the foreman for assistance and when I say his face turn a shade of red!!! As he asked the tech to briefly! Yes he said!!! Briefly assist her! I couldn't do anything but walk out. How does service just take your money for repairs and not test drive or move the truck. I just hope and pray they correctly fixed my truck. I most definitely will not visit this shop ever again nor would I refer anyone! Some say it's covid but personally i think people are just tired of faking it for a JOB!!!. PEOPLE NEED TO DO WHAT THEY ENJOY DOING FOR WORK. LETS STOP MISTREATING EACHOTHER...just for a buck!!! Terrible service from the foreman. The tech was nice,friendly and super knowledgeable. Sucks that he reports to whomever his boss is!!! But then my extended service company sent me to this company. Sometimes you get what you pay for #facts

Bikram Dhillon: Wrong estimates......my Kenworth T680 broke down, it was leaking def line near pump . need to replace def line, according to northland cost 700$+ 100$ speed post & actual cost 360$ at Kenworth.Northland truck service quoted me double price.I told them I check actual price with kenworth. they reduce the part price but still charge 200$ more then Kenworth.At end I got to know that they have no computer reset system. my truck was power derated so I have to visit Kenworth to clear lights & codes.

Joel Wastlund: I chose the shop because it had high ratings. However, at the end of my experience, I am very disappointed.They are very highly priced, very poor communicators, and seem more interested in getting your money than helping you out and fixing your truck in a timely manner.They had my truck almost a month, of which I had to call six times on my own accord and ask for an estimated completion date. They charged me $200 for a diagnostic fee when I brought it back in for warranty repair. Over $2000 later, my Ford still has the same problem that I brought it in with. I don’t dare bring it back, because they won’t communicate with me, they’ll charge me more diagnostic fees, and it will be in the shop another month, and I can’t even guarantee that they will fix it again. Simply, I have just lost faith in them.If you are so unlucky to have a Ford 6.0 or 6.4 L diesel engine, don’t make yourself more unlucky by bringing it here.I’m not a Debbie downer, I’m just telling you my experience.

Have been very willing to take the time and listen instead of throwing parts at it like we're playing a guessing game, which is exactly what other shops will do on these 6.0's. same work they have completed on my 1 ton was quoted by 2 other shops at a price of $1700 and higher on total cost. I still got motorcraft parts, installed by techs who work on nothing but powerstrokes so quality parts and quality techs saved me a chunk of change. Will definitely be back for any work needed

Trent Jordan: These guys are awesome. Between the front counter folk to Tony out back, they were professional and took care of me and my truck. They do more than just Powerstrokes too, my old IDI is usually turned away by most shops but not these guys. They fixed the screwups the last shop caused and made me very happy. Dan is a very knowledgeable tech, and Jason is very kind and understanding as well as knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Go check them out, you won't regret it.

Debbie Frazier: If you don’t have a Ford vehicle DON’T waste your time. We have a Chevrolet 3/4 ton pick up. It took 5 hours to complete our job. Parts required 1 oil filter and 6 quarts of synthetic oil. First come, first served I understand, but they advertise quick lube truck service. There was never more than one other person in the waiting area, and most of the time we were alone. The job was done fine, but they told us it would be 2-3 hours which wasn’t quick, but we wanted the oil changed as we are driving cross country.Service:Oil change

I’m out of town and the service engine came on plus oil change and check coolant came on of course all at once while pulling my 5th wheel Called a couple of places and no one will see me because it’s an Diesel engine and no time. Called Midway Ford Truck and they told me to bring it in but no promises of when it will get done. Got there at 10:00 am and my advisor, George took care of me, writhing 10 minutes my truck was in a bay . About 30 minutes later George came to show me the cause of the check engine light. As you all can see a bird has build a nest in my air filter. LOL. Any way I was out of there within 3 hours after all the services were performed. Thank you so much for an excellent services.
Jake Gibson: Kept the our truck for a couple of weeks. We go our truck back, had the same exact problem that we took it in for. They say they will call you back, and they never do. From my experience they do that when they don't have a solution to your problem. Then you just fall through the cracks. I'd recommend Olathe Ford over this place any day.

Had to cut the driver side u bolts off which I thought no big deal these should be easy to find.Boy was I never so wrong on that. After multiple calls and trips to part stores I either couldn't find them, werent going to be the same size as the originals or take several days to ship in. Heard about Inland from another parts store.Ron at Inland was awesome! Took the measurements but had to get parts from the olathe store unfortunately to make them. Regardless, they still managed to have them ready and out the door in just a couple hours. No skin off my back. I'll take that service any day. They fit perfectly as well. wanda garrigus: We took our Bucket truck in for a clutch replacement and a oil leak. They fixed the clutch and put rear main seal in the truck. We got it back and a service engine light was on and it still leaked oil. Took it back and found out they had broken the dipstick off at the block. Said it would take several days to fix or since we needed the truck they could fix it with epoxy. We chose the Quikie fix, then got the truck back and now it leaks diesel. Took it back and they said our return line was broke. Wasn't broke before they worked on it twice. Charged us 1100.00 to fix it. Got the truck back and it still leaks diesel. Told us it would take 8 days before they can get to it. Update, Rick in service had us bring it back and fixed the leaks.Update, # 3, we had 2 more issues with the truck, another leak and the new Clutch disintegrated. We believe the fact that the truck is seldom used may have contributed to the never ending leaks. The clutch was a fluke, this is the 1st time a Luk, clutch has ever failed, and it was the new throw out bearing that actually failed.Inland got right on it and not only replaced everything in the transmission related to the clutch but put a new oil cooler on free of charge. Thanks to all in the service department for your quick response. Truck is performing great.

Rolando Muniz: Buyer beware, read every single detail because the pictures posted and the product they will send might not match up. This was the case for me. Had a truck waiting a week for parts to only receive part of what was paid for. Then Multiple voicemails and run around and still only received 2/3rds of the items in the picture that was posted. Not a great first experience.
Joe Rhoney: I had a decent experience that's why I'm giving it five stars but the guy next to me seems like he was dealing with a guy at the parts counter that could really give a s*** less. I consider that pretty sad especially since I've given them tens of thousands of dollars of business and for just to stand there next to a customer that was genuinely needing help and the guy more or less was just waiting for his paycheck pretty sad he asked me

Alex Cox: Nicest guy in the whole place was the older gentleman picking parts in the warehouse. The salesman inside did not care about customer satisfaction and he tried to make it clear I was in the wrong. They pulled some used parts for me and didn’t include the hardware to mount to my machine, so now I have to spend time running down correct metric sized hardware. This is not a situation in which the original hardware would have been destroyed when removing the part either.This would be like when we were kids, my friend and I had the exact same bike, but his had a cool bell on it, so one day I bought the bell off of my friend. He gave me the bell but after he took it off his bike he took the little piece off the bell that mounts to the handlebar and threw it in the trash.This is how I feel like I was treated today at Vander Haags KC.

Herman Zabel: I ordered a door assembly driver's site. I was told by the sales person Jacob that the door was white. Upon receiving the door at O'Fallon Peterbilt The door was silver. I am already a week late on my delivery. Call vanderhagen to let them know about my disappointment.( I'm very upset). I was told that somebody would get ahold of me and they pushed me down-the-line. I received a phone call the next morning stating that if I send the part back they would fix the problem and send a correct door. This would mean another week or 2 not deliver in my load or receiving income because of their Failure to tell the truth Because it's more important to them to make the sale and take your money. All I can say is make sure you ask a question and then ask the questions again remember their selsman do not trust them. The offer of a discount was never mentioned. It's all about taking your money and giving you bad service.
